      After reading some of the good reviews we booked two rooms. We arrived after a 4 hour drive and we was really looking forward to our nights stay prior to the start of our holiday. The driveway looked good and the receptionist was very welcoming and checked us in with no problem. We then started walking towards the rooms and realised that the place was not quite like the pictures and the reviews made us feel like we was at the wrong location. The twin room was absolutely shocking and dated we was really disappointed. The other room had been re decorated and was more pleasing to the eye. We then went down to reception to complain we mentioned a whole list of issues and asked about breakfast and if there was a facility to by a drink and we was told that there was no food available and the kitchen has been closed for many months. Such a shame on the website the pics show a great looking facility that is clearly no longer available. We then drove around trying to get into somewhere for food 2 hours later everywhere was full. I write this review to hope that it gives a fair reflection of our visit overall extremely disappointing and probably the worst start to a holiday that we have ever had we really regret booking it feel like the owner needs to remove his pictures and descriptions of this place from the website and put honest and up to date information on the web page. On a positive note the car parking was controlled and reasonably well priced. The hotel however was overpriced and you can get much better with breakfast for cheaper.

      We were a group of five retired gents, off on our annual bender. We stayed here before flying early the next morning from Gatwick. All went mostly very well - we had four days free parking for one car per room, check-in was very efficient, evening meal was very good, room was excellent and hotel booked us a taxi for early the next morning. Our issues were - we'd specifically asked for & had confirmed twin-bedded rooms - we were allocated doubles so hotel had to sort this out. There was a plumbing problem in one of the rooms and one of our party didn't get his early morning call - this could've been disastrous. As organiser, I paid for all the rooms but ended up being charged for two additional rooms - this was soon sorted out. All in all, I'd recommend this hotel.

      Rebecca on reception was cheerful and welcomed us while checking in. We had a small issue with lighting in the room which was immediately addressed. Our request for extra pillows was also dealt with quickly. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, the food was good, hot and the service was excellent. Kim did a great job in looking after us for both meals. Kim was cheerful and welcoming when we arrived for our evening meal, even though she had been working throughout the day. Kim is a great ambassador for your company.

      I came here on the first day of the UK. Horshams is a quiet town. The people here are very rich. The hotel owner is very good to us, especially the hotel's breakfast. After breakfast, I went to the lawn to take a few photos. According to the itinerary, we booked for 4 days and stayed for 3 days. One day, due to going to London, the result could not be cancelled. It is a pity!

      Very close to the GATWICK airport, 7.5KM, close to the nearby town, you can go out to shop and eat. If you are driving, there is a parking space for £7 overnight (compared to the very difficult parking space, the hotel's facilities and charges can be very pleasant to accept.) There are also shuttle buses to the airport. The hotel environment is good, although the road is in front of the road, but it is not noisy. English breakfast is acceptable, except for less vegetables, a pot of coffee is brewed with coffee, not instant coffee. There is also a self-service coffee machine in the lobby and a bar in the evening. The room has a soft linen and complete spare items. The drinks include instant coffee, tea bags, ice buckets and a small fridge. Toothbrushes and slippers need to be provided.

      We were flying from Gatwick so I had been looking around for an airport hotel. Price and location were the key prices for on airport hotels were crazy so I looked at some of the local hotels. I found the premier Inn and the price for the night £81 was the cheapest for the hotels in the area. On arrival we missed the turning as there is no sign until you are on top of the site and then turn in. The parking at the back of the site but is in fact at the front of the hotel. Upon check in we asked for a ground floor room only because we had luggage and no lift which Stef was happy to do ! The room was clean and a standard premier inn room you know what your getting with this chain. We eat off site but did use the Chef and Brewer site ‘The Gatwick Manor’ for a drink - food looked good and service was fast and friendly. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room and this is where my frustration with the room was and the reason for the 3 star. We didn’t prebook breakfast so had to pay on the day £10.50 full Cooker selection and £8.50 for the continental breakfast. The menu online does say £9.50!! You could have paid for 2 continental and no one would have batted an eyelid. However the chef decided to refresh all the selection which then meant there was await until this was ready - she did ask me how many I wanted but I was already done and didn’t have the time to wait for it anyway. So overall a solid room and does exactly what it says on the tin - if you need an airport hotel then this will tick that box it’s 5/10 min from the south terminal ! Clean rooms and the pub on site was good - few gripes with breakfast but overall not bad for the money !
