Really nice hotel, has been to the peninsula for so many years in Japan. To be honest, when I went to the peninsula a few years ago, their service was very good. However, in the next few years, there were more Chinese people, and their attitude became more and more fascinated. I didn't want to see that strange face. This time I wanted to resolutely change. Although Andaz has to take a taxi to Ginza, everything else is perfect. When I booked, I asked Ctrip to ask for a late check-out. I replied that I needed to send an e-mail myself. Later, I forgot about it. When I checked in, I was informed that I had made a free late check-out. Free drinks and snacks are available in the lobby for a fixed period of time. Due to the height of the hotel, the rooms have a beautiful view. Privacy is good. Hotel guests are foreigners. I haven't heard any sounds in the room and hallway during these days, it is very quiet. Ordered a Japanese breakfast once and it was good. Had an afternoon tea at the hotel with a local friend and the dessert was delicious. All in all very recommended. By the way, the only drawback is that Andasi Hotel is not on the free delivery list of major shopping malls. The shopping party has some grievances. They can only take it or return it to the hotel first. The only one that gave me was chanel, because I bought a lot ... I was very enthusiastic at checkout and gave me toffee ~ happy journey

Stayed here for 3 nights from 31 Dec 19 till 3 Jan 20. The room generally is clean and neat. Very comfortable and provided extra pillow/cushion for each bed. The pillow also comes in different degree of softness which is quite thoughtful. The room is considered quite ok, not too big or small. I stayed in a triple sharing room and when the 3 of us opened our luggage, not much room for walking tho. The receptionist at the service desk are mainly men and they don't really put on a smile when welcoming guests. Even though they are polite in answering our questions, but a little smile doesn't hurt right? Only one male staff has a lovely and friendly smile when we asked him questions on the new years eve celebration of eating soba at the hotel. He was very kind in explaining to us, the culture and tradition of eating soba on the eve of new year and invited us to join in the celebration. We are thrilled to be able to participate in it. The coin laundry machine is located at the other block of the hotel which is quite inconvenient for those staying at the main block. The dryer could not even dry our thermal wear in 30mins (which is 1 cycle) and it only got thoroughly dried after 3 cycles. Perhaps the hotel can increase the drying temperature so that clothes get dry faster and guest do not have to keep walking to the laundry room throughout the night for at least 4 to 5 times. Lastly, the location of the hotel is abit inconvenient. The nearest train station is a 7mins walk to other sub line. If you want to take the main Yamanote line to Harajuku or Shibuya, it is at least a 20mins walk. So, if you are travelling with a big family with elderly and young children, it can be quite challenging.

My wife and I stayed 9 nights in a 172 sq ft Superior Double with a -20% Hotel Pre Pay. We took the Airport Bus (1000Yen each) from NRT to Tokyo Station, then JY Line (200Yen each) to Shimbashi Station and walked 550m west to this hotel, arriving at 8 PM. A friendly English speaking receptionist checked us in and soon we took one of their 2 fast and spacious elevators to the 4th floor. Our compact/carpeted #404 had a comfortable queen with fluffy duvet, desk unit with refer, hot pot/tea, ample lights/outlets, chair, and an insulated window opening over a quiet back street. 4 hanger clothes pegs were across the fully outfitted bathroom with upgraded stall shower and heated Japanese toilet. The wall TV(12 channels-no English-is programmed for CNN but not on), good secure room WIFI and quiet AC. Luggage stored under the bed. The 7 AM serviced breakfast buffet in the lobby was complete and varied daily with OJ/Apple juice, salads, Cream of Corn/Minestrone/Onion soup, scrambled eggs/mini omelets, sausage links, bacon/chicken stuffed ravioli, new potatoes, breads/rolls/croissants jams, and coffee. This relatively new 109 room hotel is centrally located between 3 local metro stations (walking 200-500m) that we accessed for daily outings to Tokyo attractions using our 2 loaded PASMO cards, also used at the convenient 7-11 store just 80m north. The helpful desk staff reserved our daytrip to UNESCO Fujisan and aided my wife to operate their handy wash/dryer(400Yen). We found this well managed 14 story hotel offered good value in this expensive city, averaging us $134/night.

This place is very clean and comfortable, stayed here four nights , two types of cabins as they say normal and first class normal is tight not much room if you have a lot of luggage not good I believe there’s a room down stairs in reception area we’re u can leave your bags ,first is ok big bed table tv and room to move around , no room in normal just bed , it’s very clean they give you toothpaste toothbrush shampoo and soap clean towel every day , shower and spa is shared men only ,ladies have there own floor shower area , there is a sitting area restaurant and bar on so sixth floor , breakfast is ok 400 or 700, round the corner is a seven eleven and a few other places to buy and take back and eat they don’t have a problem with that , the place is in a very quiet area and not far from public transport , from airport take train to station Shimbashi just after Tokyo stop 🛑 then take a taxi if have a lot of luggage, other wise ten minute walk , there is rules no using phones or alarms in room , if you are a light sleeper u might get some body who snores, downside up side ear plugs , would stay here again very clean comfortable affordable and pleasant staff and not far from everythink 👍👍👍

The renovated Hotel Okura was a surprise in Tokyo this time! This time I stayed in the Okura Heritage, the service and facilities were excellent! No wonder Jobs liked Tokyo Okura so much during his lifetime! Generally, hotel hardware can be used up with money. However, services and software can only reach this level through years of accumulation. All the packages of Heritage are better than after Aman Tokyo, and the service is intimate and convincing! Be sure to stay next time you come to Tokyo!

We travelled a long way from Tokyo to Osaka. The kids were all tired when we finally reached Candeo Hotel. The staff were friendly and polite. Check in was very fast. We were given our room before the actual check in time. The front desk was good as she explained in detail how do we can access the sky spa and there are instructions printed out for guest. This is really helpful. Buffet breakfast was good and my kids love it!! The bath at the sky spa was really good. It is open over night so you can relax in the hot bath after a long day. The hot bath is a public bath for hotel guest. There is a steam bath area too. Guest can keep their belonging in the locker before going for the hot bath. There is two hot bath area, indoor hot bath and outdoor hot bath. We tried both and we prefer the outdoor bath, the air is cold as you soak in the hot bath. The hot bath is estimated at 43 degree. Our room has a King size bed and a sofa bed which can comfortably accommodate 2 adult 2 kids. The king bed is pretty big and can easily sleep 3 adult. Our room has enough space for our 3 luggage. There are cafe, convenient store and supermarket nearby. We enjoy staying in Candeo Hotel Osaka Namba and will definately book this hotel again.

Super invincible recommendation ~ Before I live, I have a little worry. There are fewer reviews at home and abroad, and less information can be obtained. After living, I only want to say four words, and it is invincible. 1.Location Perhaps for tourists traveling in Tokyo, the location is a point that takes into account the proportion of hotels. It needs convenient transportation and fast access to various hubs. This point is basically satisfied. The station a little further away is Shinbashi. It will take 10 minutes to walk. 1 minute from the hotel, you can go to Onarimon Station, and some stations are also very convenient. Finally, if you go to the airport, you can walk to Daemun Station for 10 minutes and it can be reached directly without transfer, which is very convenient. In summary, the traffic is in a very convenient location. 2. Accommodation conditions Must be full marks, said in several parts. The first hotel is very new. The second anniversary of the establishment just arrived in November. The entire hotel is very new, and the conditions in the room, whether it is the bathroom or the accommodation itself, are very good. Among them, the mattress is Simmons, which is particularly comfortable to sleep. Bedding is changed daily to ensure hygiene; The second package is very complete. The house can use Apple TV, which will be a bit card but convenient to use; tea and coffee drinks will be delivered daily, the quality is good; four bottles of mineral water per day are sufficient; Third, the bathing environment is particularly good. The bathtub is standard. The Japanese style is not big enough but it is enough. Bathroom products are easy to use, and the hand sanitizer smells good, even worth buying. It ’s not very good. The internet speed is really slow. I bought a phone card when I went to Japan. 4G is much faster. Highlights Choose the right room, you can see the Tokyo Tower in the room, you can see different towers sooner or later, and happiness is bursting; It's very convenient to have a very nice family, Yilan. A few nearby Yoshinoyas, a lot of food near Shinbashi, is an izakaya gathering place; A highly recommended, fixed time every night-4 pm-10 pm / 12 pm, free soft drinks + dessert Including WMV coffee machine, fruit juice, plum wine, red wine, brandy, and super recommended barrel Carlsberg, Japanese beer is more about bubbles, soft and lingering. 4.Service There are Chinese-speaking staff in the store, of course, English communication is more convenient; The staff is very good, the bar food is updated very fast every day, and the drinks and ice cubes are particularly active; Check-out is at 11 o'clock in Japan, and cleaning will be performed afterwards. If you feel that it is not convenient at that time, you can delay the need and tell the staff. Finally, for the comprehensive price, the price of the luxury room I chose is not expensive. The service and experience were extremely good at that time ~ super satisfied, and finally the picture above ~ praise! The picture of the iron tower was also taken by the hotel ~

This hotel is the best choice for participants in the Tokyo International Pavilion. In Shinbashi, you can take the seagull line directly to the pavilion. The room is small, but the equipment is very good, if you do not need to clean the room, there will be a refund. The restaurant on the second floor of the hotel has a good level of western food. The morning coffee and tea are free of charge. At night, there is a charge, but because the materials are very hard, many people have been eating it every night recently. The room also offers unlimited mobile internet access, very intimate!

If you loves omakase breakfast at Toyosu market, shopping at Venus Fort, Diver City, Aqua City, visiting the TeamLab Borderless and TeamLab Planets, and hot-spring at Ooedo Onsen, that's the perfect location. Even gives you quick access to Disney resort and Haneda Airport! Small rooms as usual but the one with twin double beds is excellent for parents with two young children. The only downside is no car-rental nearby.

this hotel is always my favourite. the location is very convenient for shopping, for food & for transport. However, it took me over 45minutes to check in hotel because they couldn't find my booking although I provided the Trip.com's confirmation number but I had no hotel confirmation number. Owing to the super typhoon which I must stay in the hotel, the hotel staff provided quality services & very good food. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Check in was a breeze, efficient and high tech. Godzilla head is an interesting feature of the hotel (esp. for fans), and location is great, right in the middle of the happening area. room size is good, can even be bigger if the toilet is joined with the bathing area. can bring the 2 single beds together to form a large bed.

Suidobashi/Tokyo Dome
Their service is nothing short of excellent. They have staff who are fluent in English (and other languages as well, I suspect). Me and my friend came thinking that we would be staying in a Single Room with Extra Bed since that was what we booked as we attempted to be more economic. However, to our pleasant surprise, our room was upgraded to a much much bigger room for free. We are very thankful to the helpful staff for making our stay pleasant and extremely comfortable. The location is great as it in located somewhere in between Iidabashi and Suidobashi which is pretty much close to the geographical center of Tokyo. Head east you will be able to visit Akihabara and Asakusa quick. Head west, you will be able to hit Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet and the Tokyo Dome is just a 10-15 minute stroll away. If I am coming back to visit Japan, this hotel will be a clear top choice for me. Haven't had the opportunity to have the breakfast at this hotel, but I will certainly try it out on my next stay here.

Good hotel. Location is great and convenient, pretty much inside Sunshine city mall. There’s also a 24/7 family mart as well. Didn’t encounter any elevator problems in regards to having to wait long queue times.
