Almost the cheapest hotel in Lucerne.. It's a brand of its own, and it was clean and the room was large. The parking fee is about 12 francs, and if you pay in advance along with the tourist tax, you will receive a transportation pass voucher. With that, I used the bus several times to go to the city, and there was no problem even if I got on the wrong bus. There was a mart, McDonald's, and Subway nearby, so it was good to buy snacks.

The new women's rooms in the Hotel Waldegg are simply terrific!!! So many details in PINK: the comfortable armchair, the decoration, the women's calender, the yoga mat!! They have thought of everything that makes women feel good. Beautiful harmonious ambience. good bed Enough space. Nice bath. View of the Pilates. Very tasty food in the restaurant. And very friendly and dedicated staff. I'll be back!!

Very satisfied with the European B&B, the absolute advantage of self-driving tour. The parking lot is free of charge on a road. The service is super good. It takes half an hour to get there early. The attitude is super good and free coffee and snacks are provided. Well, the place to spend money on the toilet is very good. Going out is 21 roads, a bus day pass, 7.5 euros to sit casually, in fact, 15 minutes to the city center, the main station and attractions are also in the city center, play direct 21 road back, get off is the hotel. The exterior of the hotel is a small hotel, but it is well-organized, the breakfast is superb, clean and tidy, and the things are good. The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is small, enough for a shower! Prepare your own slippers and toiletries. Surrounded by the homestay, the 21st round of the lake into the city, great! Push this homestay!

What a wonderful weekend we had at the Seehotel. We travelled with our adult daughter so bkd 2 rooms. We had a lake view room with 2 beds pushed together. Our daughter had a single room across the hall. Both very nice & were provided with everything needed & /or asked for. We asked for extra pillows as the ones on offer are very thin. A kettle was quickly organised & wine glasses & cups for tea. The view was spectacular. What a treat to wake up to the lake view every morning. Divine! The facilities were great. Breakfast was adequate. If you came down a bit late though, it looked depleted. Staff on the whole were helpful altho’ a few things got lost in translation. But it all worked out. My only gripe was the layout of the bedrooms with the toilet & shower only walled off by glass doors & not all the way to the ceiling. Really weird design!! All in all though, fantastic place to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

You need a password to get the key, but the hotel confirmation number sent by Ctrip is not a password, and you can't find the password when you look for the email. There is a talker next to the key box, you can press the button to find help. Just report the name and other information, the service staff tells you the password and you can get the key. The apartment booked was good, with three single beds, a sofa bed, balcony, kitchen, and toilet, but there were relatively few sockets. The room was average. The front desk and restaurant service were very poor. There were no smiles during the whole process. The scheduled superior room with a sofa bed was changed. Both of the sofa beds were broken. Finally, two mattresses were made on the ground. I'm not sorry.

The hostel was very cozy and a convenient location. Although it is not actually in Lucerne the bus station is right outside and you get free tickets! The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. However, the check in desk has nobody there from 11 am to 4 pm check in... where were we supposed to put our luggage? Also, the shower wouldn't drain and was very small and gross. If you're a budget traveler, I would still recommend staying here!

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the river and the station. Walked it both night and day and I felt very safe. Reception is clearly signposted and you walk through a little outdoor area with chairs and tables to get there. There is a lovely reception/restaurant area (where you can also grab your coffees) Check in was easy and fast. The staff were very friendly. We seem to have a large room with a balcony area which had a couple of chairs and a table outside (not every room had this). Restaurant was open from about 7/8am where I was able to grab a coffee and soft drink. A clothed Iron was available on request. We explored the city at night and the reception area was shut by the time we got back but the room keys gave us access through a different door which was really useful. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and I would absolutely return.
