I expected much more from the four star hotel in a country that thrives from tourism. Let me start with what I was happy with: cleaning service that showed initiative and cared. The cleaning was done properly and quickly. The standard of the room was OK in terms of furniture and equipment although for longer stay e.g. a week or more it would benefit from some bigger drawers. What it was missing was a kettle so no chance for self made tea or coffee or even some medicines that required hot water to reconstitute. Walls needed some repainting and room refreshing too. Bed was comfortable. I liked that there was few large mirrors and unlike in other hotels visited by me plenty of electric light. OK, so what was the problem. There were many unfortunately. If you are unlucky you will get the room facing south where you will have the view on an office building in a distance of maybe 10 meters. So this is not a view that a tourist would like to see. For a business trip this shouldn't matter that much. Secondly when staying on the top floors you will hear jumping on badly designed metal terrace on the 5th or 6th floor that brings the vibration and noise to lower floors during some parties. This can be annoying for those who do not participate in the party;). Then if there is a night gathering like a concert in nearby plaza the windows on the south wall will not protect you from it too much. I also found some reception service not extremely friendly when speaking with but maybe it was just my impression. The restaurant worked the whole week from 19:30 to 22:30 (diners) which is nice. The quality of food is a matter of taste although one of them meals I would not try again. What worried me more was that I got sick after one dinning but I have no proof that it was due to the food there. In terms of breakfasts it is really modest bit sufficient although the quality is not high e.g. once I got some drink that suppose to be orange juice and it only had the color but taste of water (luckily not the tap water). What I can tell you is that unlike in other regions of Italy and Europe you don't want to drink tap water since it is strongly chlorinated and the taste is bad. Be aware that the rooms have thin walls and most of the noises are heard fairly easily. Another annoying thing was that there is no hotel parking so you need to use the one across the street which is paid from Monday to Saturday (80¢ per hour from 8:30 to 20:30 with two hour gap in the middle of the day). The hotel has a swimming pool which I tried to go to once but it was reserved so I gave up. What I also liked was the fact that all electrical sockets were able to take the regular schuko plugs which is not always the case in Italian hotels. Internet connection was protected by a password although could have been faster a bit. Summarising if I had to visit the region again I would try a different hotel.

We stayed two nights in August 2019 on our way to our next destination. I'm going to start with the negative aspects first: You have to park in a dirt gravel parking lot across the street which was always packed with no parking available. Absolutely no where to put your personals affects in the bathroom or shower. No shelves, no hooks ect.. The shower is probably the tiniest shower I have ever been in and I'm a normal/average sized person and 5' 3". There is no blackout shades/curtains, therefore the sun is at full blast in your room at 6:30am. In addition, cleaning staff was vacuuming at 7:00am in the hallway outside our door. The Television is extremely tiny. In the evening, the amenities shut down really early. The electronic key to access the outdoor beach showers would not work. I had to go to the front desk three times and they treated me like I was stupid and that didn't know how to use the key card. They were a bit rude and I was not rude at all. The card ended up not even being activated and I had to go a wild goose chase to get it resolved. Apparently only one person can activate the key card and he left for the day. Another very nice waiter said he would try fixing it which took almost 30 minutes. The location of the hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere. All hotels and one restaurant. The positives: The beds were comfortable. The closet was very large which helped since there was no room to put our suitcases anywhere. The hotel was directly on the beach and the beach was fine. The Hotel restaurant was actually very good food. The restaurant diagonal from the hotel was very good as well but the staff was snooty and it did not have a warm welcome feeling. Overall our stay was acceptable not horrible but I would not recommend staying there more than a day or two. I do not plan to go back.

We spent 3 nights here in May. The rooms were sparse with no place to store folded clothing. The bathroom did not have a shower. It had a bathtub with a hand held shower head. The water coming out of the tub and sink was brown. The restaurant was very good and we also enjoyed the breakfasts.

Italy's second stop - Florence. For those who are worried about Italian law and order, I hope that you will find this comment helpful. We also looked at the reviews of many hotels, and when we went out, we were very worried about throwing things or being turned over. After screening with friends, this is a very old hotel. First of all, don't think that the hotel is an old hotel, worry about the facilities and equipment. In contrast, these historical hotels have their own unique charm. If you come to an Italian hotel, you will have to pay your own city tax. Ctrip prepaid is only paying the room rate. When you check out, remember to pay the city tax. The third is to praise the location of the hotel breakfast, believe me, you will be surprised when you go. This hotel! Great!

I like this hotel very much, beautifully decorated, with a small swimming pool, a variety of restaurants, good taste, it is said that the restaurant still has a star level. Breakfast is good and hot coffee is also available upon request. Booked in the parent-child room, the room is double-decker, there are two toilets, and all kinds of supplies are also complete. I sent six apples, were friendly to Chinese, had a lot of towels, and had toothbrushes. Although we didn't use their disposables, we also felt Chinese courtesy. There is also a Chinese-style breakfast: instant noodles + dumplings, haha, we did not eat Chinese breakfast. The only bad thing is that there are many flies near the restaurant on the first floor. The little ones fly into the room. Don’t mind if you mind, I don’t know if this will happen. There is also a super close to the station, less than 5 minutes, which is especially suitable for those of us who take the train. Not far from the attraction.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the train station, walking distance to all the attractions of the central city. The hotel environment is very artistic and there are many art books in the lobby. However, there are no TV channels in English or Chinese. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were friendly. On the first night of check-in, I found that the curtains were broken. I called the front desk to repair the curtains, but the maintenance master didn't come for a long time. When I called the front desk, I kept apologizing to us, and soon the master brought the ladder. The curtains could only be hung up that night. The curtains were repaired when we returned the next day. Solve the problem in a timely manner.

The information of this hotel Ctrip is not perfect, the suites are almost dark and narrow, and it is impossible to live, increasing the cost of changing rooms for 80 euros per day. The breakfast at the hotel, although simple, was very good. The environment is good and the service staff is very good. They will ask you what coffee you need and make it for you. The hotel is by the river, opposite the observation deck overlooking the city. Room 115, which is scheduled for more than 1,000 nights on Ctrip, is extremely small. Immediately decided to change rooms, adding 80 euros per day to 414. It should be the best room in the hotel. No one has lived in it for a long time. It was temporarily cleaned for me. With terrace, you can see the dome of the Church of the Cross and Lord Square and the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Flowers. Almost the same field of view as the pictures provided in the museum's commemorative album. The gap with room 115 completely heaven and hell. Later I lived another day. When leaving the hotel, almost € 1,000 was paid. The hotel had a fatal injury, too far from the train station. The hit was around 16 Euro. Whether you go to Pisa or Outlets, you have to go to the train station, and the traffic costs a lot of money. The weather was bad and almost all of them were hit later. The cost of living in this way is particularly high. Unless you are light and easy to come to Florence in the future, it is recommended to live near the train station. So as not to increase a lot of transportation costs.

Cost-effective, small hotel remodeled at the end of the pitti palace. The location is super superior, the corner location, convenient and well-connected, and shopping and dining areas are integrated, right in the middle of a bunch of local brand stores! Not secluded, safe and lively! The top floor breakfast room overlooks most of the Florence side. The waiters are friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy! Breakfast is ok, continental breakfast has always been simple. Although the hotel is not large, the double room is enough for me. Selected by dozens of hotels in Florence, not for nothing, I will be here next time!

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, a 5-minute walk. The hotel has good environmental facilities. The rooms are relatively large in Europe. They have bath products, and you need to bring your own toothbrush and slippers. The front desk is warm and thoughtful. It is the Chinese New Year when you check in. The hotel sends Chinese New Year greeting cards to warm your heart! Breakfast is on the first floor. The variety is rich, and instant noodles are favorite. The old town of Florence is not large, the main attractions are within walking distance, and a satisfying stay experience.

This hotel is highly recommended! ! ! Be sure to set! The lobby is very warm, like the home. Breakfast is average, but the bread is delicious. The front desk was also very welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised by the room! Very large room, a lot of warm facilities, in short, very satisfied, like! There are also a variety of free prints that must be fixed! It is said that it is a room of 15 square meters, but definitely not only, the bathroom has 7, 8 flat, two sinks, very convenient. Just across the road from the train station, passing the road is very convenient. The right hand of the hotel is a Chinese restaurant called No. 1 food, the taste of China, the price of China (most of them), the mung bean soup is very good to drink everyone must eat! It is slightly slower to serve, I hope to improve.

I have been to Italy for the second time, and I have been interested in tourism for more than a month. I found a regular and affordable star hotel. You must choose an old four-star hotel. The general facilities will be more "classical" but easy to use. Newly opened international or brand five-star ratio) Those who like European tones are still worth living, and there will be some dissatisfaction, such as slightly noisy air conditioners, but it is better to wear earplugs, or to open a little wind, the hotel is next to the train station The Bologna, San Marino, and Siena I went to this time, the Buddha is the transit, as the transit is a two or three minute walk from the church is great, the room is quite large in Europe, the hardware is old but clean and tidy, the equipment is good, personalized The service reached international five-star, key storage, early check-in, baggage handling, morning call and airport drop-off, breakfast bag and initiative arrangements to help me settle the city tax and fee in advance, catching the epidemic, the hotel was nothing like what I heard When my friend was embarrassed, I shook hands first. I was very enthusiastic. I chose to stay here for an extra day because of the neighbouring hotel I used to live in. After ten o'clock came first deposit can determine, the hotel arranged for me, I was already half past ten to move over the room vacated In addition, the sights of Buddha are not far away. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Old Palace and a few minutes to Lorenzo Hall. You can take a two-step walk to the Baihua Cathedral and then you can go to the Old Palace by the river. Many local restaurants and Chinese food can be returned on the way Choose, there is a large supermarket at the intersection next to the hotel If I return to Buddha next time, I will definitely choose this one This is the fourth hotel that Buddha has lived in before.

Hotel location is very good, very close to the train station, basically no more than 5 minutes away, the location is perfect. The room size is also very good, the space is adequate, clean and tidy, and the experience is very good. The only thing I felt was that when we checked in, the front desk said that our room rate included breakfast, but I did n’t include breakfast when I placed the order at Ctrip. I emphasized this with the front desk, but the front desk insisted that we had breakfast. We thought that the room rate we set was a lot more expensive than that day, so we added breakfast, and when we checked out, we said that we would charge for it. When I checked in, your colleague said that we had breakfast. However, she insisted that we did not include breakfast. At this time, the dispute was meaningless, so it was necessary to eat a long meal and a wise one, and get rid of it. This feeling is really bad. It is impossible for a hotel employee to tell whether we have set breakfast or not. No matter what our doubts are so firm, we will pay if we turn around. We can only remind everyone to pay attention. Do n’t listen to them if they are not written down. Unless it appears in your order! !! !!

And the hotel proposed that the room is not satisfied, the hotel proposed to add 50 euros can change the room facing the courtyard. This room is sorry for the price.

Chinese friends should not be able to stand the temperature of the room, the room is very cold, sleep can not take off clothes, communicate with the front desk. The front desk said that the Italian temperature is set at 20 degrees, up to 24 degrees, can help open the heating of the bathroom. But the air conditioner is still not good, it feels like 20 degrees. The front lobby is warmer than the room. I don't dare to take a shower in the house. The facilities in the house are good, high-tech, open-air balcony, breakfast is very good, there are freshly made cappuccino, there are soda and croissants at the front desk, you can take it yourself. The location is 8 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. It is too cold! !

Breakfast is more exquisite. It feels like a hotel, the location and service are very good, the only thing is that the location of the elevator on the first floor has a strange smell, which may be the reason for the hotel's long-established facilities.

The style is very good, the decoration is very much my heart! Artistic explosion! The room was small and the ceiling was somehow high. Clean, courteous service, you can charge for parking, and the price is reasonable (more than 100 a night in the old town of Florence almost). The location is fairly central, on the edge of the old city. If you do n’t find it troublesome, you can actually stop outside and walk in. The parking fee is much cheaper. In the morning, it wasn't common.

It is very close to the train station, not far. If it goes well, you will arrive in 10 minutes (because you have to find the way). If you are already familiar, you can basically reach the train station in 5 minutes. The facade is a bit small, but the hotel is very large and the number of rooms is large. Although the entire room is a little old, it is clean and comfortable, which is a very large scale restaurant. It is very convenient to go to the big market and turn the alley in the "Chongqing Impression" Chinese restaurant. Breakfast is OK, you can use it yourself, it is a good choice for travelers who want to eat. This one is highly recommended. Will come again next time. Gavinana - Galluzzo
1. Breakfast is not good, very few varieties 2. The hotel is on the top of the mountain. This place that is not in front of the village and is not in the store is empty space. The surrounding area is surrounded by greenery, the surrounding environment can be imagined, if you want to live in the hotel wherever you go, fine, you can look into the distance. 3. The hotel is half an hour's drive from the center of Florence, but the road down the mountain is very narrow, very inconvenient. If you drive yourself, it is not worthwhile, because the parking in the center of Florence is expensive, it is even more inconvenient without a car! If you are visiting Florence for the first time, it is highly recommended not to stay here. 4. In addition to the room rate, the city tax is particularly high, more expensive than other hotels. 5. The room window is especially small! The room was particularly stuffy, and asked to change the room a few times, and even asked to increase the price of 200 euros! Compared with Ctrip price, the difference is too big! 6. Ctrip's customer service also has problems, communicated several times before they communicate with the hotel by phone. The feedback information is also like squeezing toothpaste. Ask a sentence, personally think that it is not professional. 7. Of course, five-star hotel support services are provided, including luggage, etc.

The hotel is at the end of a road on the right-hand side of the train station. The signboard is red during the day and the green lights are on at night. There is an elevator and it is more convenient to bring luggage. There are no facilities in the room, especially the washbasin only has cold water, there is soap / shower cap / simple shampoo, but the kettle / slippers / toothpaste / toothbrush should be prepared by yourself. The overall cost performance is very high in terms of breakfast selectivity. The location is good, most of the attractions can be walked, and you can basically reach it in 20 minutes. To go to Michelangelo Square, you can take bus 12/13 on the road behind the hotel.

Let me talk about the advantages of this hotel: the health is very good, out of 5 points to 4 points; the location is very good to give full marks, the train station is 5 minutes walk, the nearest attraction, Santa Maria del Fiore, go out and go straight, go straight Walking is the famous shopping street in the big brand; the hotel has good quality breakfast, delicious cake, hand-washed coffee and outdoor terrace. Then you have to vomit! Poor facilities, out of 5 points can only give 1 point: the elevator is small and broken, squeaky; the bed in the room is small, the quilt is thin, the air conditioner is not strong, the water flow in the bath hot water is also small, the toilet will also be anti-water... The service could have been given a pass, but only 2 points were given: the last day found that the cleaning secretly took away a whole pack of chocolates we put on the table... and we blamed ourselves for buying a lot. Putting it on the table may feel like taking one and you won't find it, but if we buy it by head, we will not remember the wrong number. Moreover, the cashier is also kept, you can order the number... although 5 euros of small things, but the feeling of being uncomfortable to the residents, this is taboo! Fortunately, shopping is arranged on the last day, advise everyone not to put the valuables in the hotel, it must be locked in the suitcase!

The room was really good, the best hotel in the French Riviera. Service attitude is very good, especially enthusiastic, upgraded the room on the sixth floor, with river view and platform view, went out for breakfast, took a lot of photos, breakfast is too little, yogurt added money. In addition, the room is a pure white style, especially romantic, the bed is awkward, suitable for couples. I will go live again if I have a chance next time. In addition, the bedside table is very characteristic of the clock, the large mirror is very delicate, and the toiletries are also very good. I bought two Ecuadorian red roses, and the hotel gave the vases, and the photos were amazing. In short, it is recommended!
