Good location, in a quiet neighborhood, close to subway, tram station, and there are some small shops and cafes as well. I stayed for only one night in July 2017, in a very nice an clean room, breakfast was good. Great location if you are going to a concert at Letňany or if you need to go to city center. I prefer locations that are further away from touristic areas so I can get a chance to rest. Also if you go strolling through the neighborhood you can get a great view of Prague.

It is just 4-5 metro stops away from the center and several trams stop nearby as well. Therefore it is a little removed from the overcrowded center of the city and yet easily reachable which is nice. The room was comfortable and clean. I also liked that when cleaning, they took into account how I like to arrange the pillows when they made my bed. In addition, there is kettle and tea and Nescafe in the room and they replace the amount you drank every day. The breakfast is not fantastic, but it's ok. The only disadvantage was the noise because of the closeness of so many tram stations.

Had a pretty good stay in this hotel. Clean and tidy, close to public transport. The train station was about a 5 minute walk and a tram stop is also very close by. I would say it’s a little bit away from the main tourist areas but if you don’t mind travelling a little I would say it’s 100% worth the price. The train takes about 10 minutes into the town and the tram was about 15/20 minutes. We did get an Uber on the way back from the main town after a night on the tiles! Decently priced and not too far away! Staff were very friendly and helpful in the hotel too. Any questions, they were happy to help and always welcoming with a friendly hello. Our room was even ready as soon as we got there about 11am which was unexpected for us. Only downfall we found was with the breakfast, on the one day we had it, the hot food items weren’t very hot but toast and fruit totally fine. Lovely assortment of teas, coffees and fruit juice. All this considering, I would still come back to this hotel.

The price, for the size of the room, was right (55 euros a night). We had requested twin beds at the time of booking (2.5 months earlier) via hotels dot com. I'm not sure why this didn't happen, but I recommend you follow up directly with the hotel for such requests early on. They answer emails promptly. The sofa converted to a bed and we took the topper off of one of the double beds to make two beds. The room was spacious. The bathroom was a good size with hot water. Breakfast was ok, and was included in the price. A trip into town was an easy bus and subway ride away. About 30 minutes. A taxi to the airport was 470 (there is no shuttle). Uber would have been cheaper (under 400). The reception closes at 10pm so this would be problematic for late check ins. Reception opens at 7am or 8am. The reception staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful. Dog friendly, with a grassy park area next door! You get a kettle in the room. There are Asian, Vietnamese and Indian restaurants within a 10 min. walk, along with a mini mart.

We just spent a weekend in Prague in this beautiful hotel. We are a family of four (a couple with kids 10 and 12 years old) and very much enjoyed the family room which is two rooms with a shared bathroom and a small hall. The hotel furnishing is of a five star quality with big sized rooms, very comfortable mattress, air conditioning in each room with a separate remote. The hotel itself is a small castle with a romantic courtyard, playful garden with terraces, flourishing flower beds, water falls and even a small lookout tower. My kids happily enjoyed the pool, the bowling alley, and the minigolf. Prague is a great place to go right now. I have lived here for a couple of years but could never really enjoy its beauty due to the masses of tourists. It was a rare and terrific experience to walk over the Charles Bridge or to climb up the Prague castle without regiments of loud tourists. Prague is very a romantic city and now it's the time to really see it. The hotel is a bit off the beat of the main route. However the hotel owner is aware of it and provides free (!) shuttle to the hotel guests to any place in the city.

We arrived today, took one look at the place and wanted to leave. Physically could not stay in the room. So dirty, mattress was thin like a prison bed. Smells really bad when you first walk in, like the place could do with a good air out. No one could speak English (which isnt all bad but when youre trying to get a refund it makes it very difficult) the staff shouted at us to get out after we made it clear that we didnt want to stay, the staff where also wearing pajama like clothes, not very proffesional? There is nothing to do near by. Extremely run down place, clear that no one cares. You can get so much better for your money elsewhere and closer to the centre. Avoid at all costs honestly, it will ruin your holiday. Nearly ruined ours!! I never normally leave bad reviews anywhere but i felt like i had to warn people about wasting their money at this place.

I booked the bigger room (22 sqm. with twin beds) for which I paid extra. But I was given the smaller one (15 sqm. and double bed). It was obvious they gave me the cheaper room because I saw the exact room pictures before booking. I asked them that they gave me the wrong room, so they changed my room on another floor but again the exact same small room. I felt cheated but I ignored because I didn’t want to spoil my trip. Breakfast, was Ok but the options were very limited.. usually hotels of this price range give more options. The free Parking was around 5-6 minutes walking distance (the parking within the hotel was paid).

Nové Město
We just got back from our 7-day trip to Prague and we had the best hotel experience staying at Park Inn Hotel. The whole staff was very kind and available for any request 24/7. Our room was gorgeous, extremely spacious and cozy, with two walls covered in large windows that faced the Moldava River and the streets of Prague. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, which was very comfortable since I prefer long hot baths and my boyfriend takes quick showers. Moreover we had three different Dove hand-body wash/shampoo dispensers that were free to use. The cleaning service works everyday, but I noticed a few problems, like some dirt on the carpet in a corner behind the entrance door and two or three rose petals under our bed on our very first day (maybe because it was February 15th and we checked-in earlier than we were supposed to, so the cleaning lady didn't have enough time to and they also offer laundry service. There's a restaurant on the ground floor where we had breakfast everyday, and it serves a vast range of dishes and beverages (eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, cheese, potato pancakes, butter, bread, pastries, jams, cereal, milk, smoothies, all kinds of coffee and tea and so much more). The restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner, but the prices are a lot higher than in a local restaurant in the city, so we didn't try it. The hotel is 4 minutes away from two different tram stops (Vytón [where there's also a ticket machine with a card reader in case you don't have any change] and Albertov) and just 300mt away from a tiny supermarket named Tesco for any groceries necessity.

Myself and my husband stayed here for three nights as part of BA package. The hotel was only a short transfer from the hotel and is right next to Metro and Tram transport links. The hotel is very modern, clean, and quiet - at times we felt like we were the only people staying there! The reception staff were always very polite. We were able to get into our room as soon as we arrived and they were able to always help us - we bought transport tickets from them at reception, changed money from notes to coins and also used the luggage storage service upon checking out. The only slight disappointment is that there were a range of items provided in the fridge in the room (water, beer, pepsi and cholocate) and we were only aware that these were chargeable upon checkout when we were billed for them! We have stayed in many hotels around the world were obviously items in the mini bar are chargable, however this has always been made clear on a sign in the room, but we have also stayed in hotels were the items are complimentary. Also don't forget you will get billed a nightly tax at the end of your stay. We did however have a lovely stay at the Diplomat and nothing was too much trouble. We would return here if ever returning to Prague.

My husband booked this as a surprise 18th Wedding Anniversary get away. The hotel is beautiful. Comfortable and immaculately clean. A stone's throw from the metro which was so easy to navigate. We went all over. The Architecture is just stunning. We were lucky with the weather....not too cold, but all courtyard bars have blankets to snuggle under with heaters. Be prepared to walk alot if sightseeing is your thing. And no high heels. All the streets and roads are cobbled. Food and drink are so cheap and the beer is crazy cheap. We lived our time away. The breakfast was a huge selection. And although there isn't tea or coffee making in the rooms, it's available all around the hotel complimentary. We loved the little linen bag you hang out every day for a little surprise. Easy check in and out. Definately recommend.

This hotel is located on the edge of Prague's Old Town. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Prague Square, which is a long way. Uber is recommended (Uber in Czech is very convenient and cheap). The hotel facilities are a bit old and had to be renovated about 5-8 years ago. The lobby downstairs is very bright, the afternoon tea in the lobby bar is delicious, and there is a small casino on the ground floor (Prague has many such small casinos, this is considered regular). There is a small shopping mall downstairs and a supermarket inside (not 24 hours, it closes at about 20:00)

I am a frequent traveler to the Czech Republic, so I am frequently coming and going through Prague. I have stayed at many hotels in Prague ... and The Emblem is absolutely the best. I stay nowhere else now. #1 ... is the SERVICE. Absolutely stellar staff ... Erika, Teresa, et. al. have gone over the top many times to make my visit the best. #2 ... LOCATION. Right near Old Town Square ... near Charles Bridge ... near the trams. Perfect location. #3 ... SPA ... massage ... fitness .... #4 ... FOOD ... the attached Michelin-star'd dining restaraunt is spectacular. I recommend The Emblem ...without reservation. It is the best.

Thanks to BA cancelling my flight, i ended up with a night here at the Grandior. Centrally located for the Metro, trams and only a one stop metro ride from the Main railway station. I have stayed in Na Porici before and there are loads of good bars & restaurants close by. The hotel public areas and rooms are immaculate. Service was some of the best that i have had in the Czech republic, that can sometimes be a little surly at other locations. At breakfast time, guests are asked to wear masks to the buffet breakfast, however once at the table these can obviously be removed. On the subject of the breakfast it was more than adequate. If i was a little picky, i would like to see the selection of cold meat and fresh fruit expanded. The only pain for me at the hotel was that the lifts are operated by the room cards and these could be a little temperamental. Thought being so close to the road would be noisy but shouldn't have worried. Would definitely stay here again.
