|5.03km from city centerI like this room with its own kitchen. I stayed for four or five days. I can put the fruits I bought in the refrigerator and then I can simply cook. There is a supermarket downstairs. On the third day, I went back and went back halfway, and the staff was cleaning. My mother, I need three people to clean together, one bathroom, one bedroom, one living room and kitchen.

|3.1km from city centerNever go!!! Scam without a doubt. As soon as we got to the room we saw that the sheets had been visited by at least 5 guests before lav****. A room that if you say you don't smoke doesn't have windows and if you smoke you have to pay extra to have a window. The bathroom left me speechless. Rusty shower tray, no mirror in the bathroom, lousy ventilation and deplorable toilet hygiene. We came to rest from our trip to Bali in Jakarta but instead of resting it was torture. Every night around 9 pm the party started, I tell you: the hotel consists of 5 floors and the rooms are on 4/5. On the second floor they have a magnificent karaoke that is heard even in my brain until 2/3 am. In short, impossible to rest. Anyone who wants to come here is going to have a very hard time because it's the worst place I've ever slept in in my life. After the first night I realized that the rooms are for s3x0 after drinking and singing for hours. Since, as I said before, me and my partner and foreign substances from other clients were on the sheets. Do not trust the photographs because they are worse than makeup. I had been there for a day and couldn't take it anymore.

|7.23km from city centerI've been visiting and living in Jakarta for years and I've never found anything worst than this hotel in any accommodation presented in this city. First thing first, they don't allow to check in when i'm there at 2 pm because the room is not ready yet. It's already wrong to stop the guest to check in past the time of 2 pm let alone using the word ”ready” here that i would like to provide the reason why. After i arrived again at the hotel at 5 pm and checked the facilities, i found the shower is not working, the bathtub is jammed with hair and the shower needs to be fixed with new equipments. It is really embarrassing because i'm having visitor to stay. So after hours of their staff which is only one they have to take care of the room (i still wonder why an apartment this big only has one technician being given for duty), the room is finally ”ready” to stay which the clock at the time is showing past 6.30 pm. When I complained to the so called hotel manager at the time, he refused me for any kind of compensation and insists to change my room instead which of course i don't want to do that because i had guest. So after hours in the hotel, there's this commotion which i don't give attention at first but because it had repeatedly keeps noising us the whole time we're at the room then by the morning, i asked the hotel staff to investigate. Turns out, it's the hotel doing some maintenance with building which is happening from night to past night to midnight and happening again in the morning and past morning. It's really horrid and if it's not for the waste of more than 600k i spent for this hotel, i would leave that night. Back to the compensation, the hotel manager finally called me and the best he could do is to give me the room until 3 pm from initially 12.30. Omg.. I don't want to use profanity to describe the experience ive had in this hotel but the deal i made with the guest that night was ruined which is the deal that made me booked this kind of hotel apartment in the first place. Worst thing is none of this is compensated. After this they probably will reply this by something like they will improve their staff, for the sake of whose? Other people. Staying in this hotel definitely gave me trauma for staying in the outskirts of Kuningan.

|4.44km from city centerStayed with family (wife and 2 young children) at Amaris Hotel Seasons City Jakarta on the day of the holidays and took 2 rooms. The location of the hotel is on the 3rd floor of Seasons City Mall, we were given a room quite far from the lobby and we objected, then the room was replaced with the room near the lobby and was given an upgrade because I am a member of MySantika (Santika Important Person). The room we got was quite large and comfortable and clean. For breakfast, the menu was not too varied, but I think it is still reasonable because staying here is relatively affordable. Before check out time, we were informed through the room phone that we received the free late check out facility (because of the member), although we didn't use it because there was a next event. However, we would like to thank you for the good service of Amaris Hotel Seasons City Jakarta.

But by default there is no fridge and safety box in the room. I have to ask for the safety box to be installed.

|5.29km from city centerWhile I have stayed at many places in Jakarta, this was the first at this location. Our family spent two nights here an were very pleased by the place. We had a three bedroom apartment which felt huge compared to regular hotel rooms. All the rooms were large with great views of the city. The balcony is nice for some fresh air, but I would be cautious with smaller children as they may be able to climb up on the rail. The views from the master bed and bath were exceptional and I have not had a room with anything similar before. The pool and play area are large and nicely maintained. Being attached to the mall is nice if you want to eat out, go shopping, or buy groceries. You don't really need to leave the complex if you don't want to. One the negative side, the connection to the mall has stairs which is a small issue for strollers or people with mobility issues. Also the kitchen is not really stocked with some basic cleaning supplies.

I would stay here again: it was good value for money and had a great location close to embassies and many other facilities. With the gorgeous pool and the quiet neighbourhood, it felt like an oasis away from the chaos of Jakarta. As a single woman, I felt very safe here with the 24-hour security guards and the high gates guarding the entrance to the property. My room was comfortable and always cleaned to a very high standard. Joseph was very approachable and any issues I had were resolved in a timely manner. My only issues were a) my mattress was quite firm; b) the laundry service was quite slow and items would sometimes be returned 5 days later; c) the WiFi was a bit finicky and disconnected quite often (but would always reconnect quickly). But those are really minor gripes considering my otherwise good experience and the exceptional value for money this place represents.

I don’t mind that much since the area has more nightlife to offer but would appreciate it if they could update their availability on Google and Zomato.
Also, the shower is too close to the wall and it’s unadjustable.

|5.42km from city centerGot a room in 1007 with a swimming pool view. It's just that this swimming pool belongs to the Crowne Plaza Hotel so we are not allowed to swim in this pool. Even though this pool is the main picture of the hotel description. We were only allowed to use the semi indoor pool where the water was cold enough. For the lift it is quite unique because the buttons are only B, G and 0 - 9 so if you want to go to the 10th floor you have to press the 1 + 0 button to the car park as well as B + 1. For the ba*****t parking area, it is quite confusing the first time it comes because the hotel residence entrance is located in the corner to the right and there is no clue. The quality of the rooms is very good, like the layout setting, only the view from the room shows a big puddle on the roof of the regent building which is quite disturbing. Maybe this hotel is for business people so the facilities for children are limited.

|7.01km from city centerThe only word I can use about here is ”Superb” -we had a bad experience at Grand Tropic so checked out after 15 minutes -then came here -yes a bit expensive but worth every penny/cent -Lady on reception -sorry dont remember her name was superb -apartment really just great -was six or seven of us -apart from me all Indonesian-I was concerned about no pork etc. as all Muslim -no problem at breakfast the Restaurant Manager just a great guy -yes we waited a bit as was busy but first day 6 then seven second day totally acceptable -but he really went out of his way to make us happy -I have lived in Asia 18 years just dont eat rice much -but asked for 'nasi Goreng” for my friends -and ended eating myself was great superb taste -kudos to Chef -but Restaurant Manager and team were just superb -Restaurant Manager -just knows how to deal with foreigners and Indonesians in a seamless fashion -=wont mention his name -you find out!

Air conditioning is efficient. There are many convenience stores and ATM around the hotel. There are many free breakfast types, and the view from the restaurant on the 10th floor is good. Randry There is a free server for water and hot water on each floor ＝POOR ＝ There is no refrigerator in the room ＞ If you buy it at the convenience store by the side, there is no problem There are only two outlets of C type round pin ＞ You should bring an adapter Free Wi-Fi- Fi is weak ＞ You should bring a router or SIM card. There are three HOTEL88 around the mangabusal, so the taxi driver is lost ＞ If you say the destination is a hotel travel, everyone knows.
