Very satisfied check-in experience, the room is bigger than the hotel in Tokyo, the environment is very good, the sanitation is very clean, there is a self-service washing machine downstairs, a shared microwave oven, and Chinese service. If you want to buy daily necessities, there is 711 downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and travel. There is bus No. 75 across the road, which can go directly to the Namba business district in Osaka and the Nankai Line (the special line to Xiguan Airport). It is very convenient to take the subway. There are more than 10 minutes away, the service is very nice, the main cost performance is high, and I will choose this place next time.

The room is very clean. We arrived at the hotel at 9:30 in the morning when we had a transit flight in the early morning. We knew that the check-in time was 3:00 in the afternoon. We left our luggage at the front desk, went shopping and had lunch, and it was not yet 1:30 when we came back. Waiting in the store, I didn't expect the front desk to understand our situation and check in for us in advance. We are very grateful, after all, we have not slept a night, a bed was a life-saving medicine for us at that time.

The hotel is new, with plenty of space, great decoration and great hardware. The pictures on the website are not in kind, it is recommended to retake them. There is a free breakfast, but I didn't eat it, so I can't give good advice. The only drawback is that there are dust in some places, such as on the coffee machine, on the cabinet frame, if the improvement will be good.

We stayed to participate in Samsoni. In addition to Samsoni participants, it seems to be a place to stay for Samsoni staff, and the staff 々 was arrived by a large bus at midnight. At first, I decided to use the shuttle bus from Cosmo Square Station, and I decided to stay at this hotel near awaza station where I could go without transfer, but I found that the waiting time for the shuttle bus was half-finished. I changed my itinerary from Universal Studios to the venue by taxi and went from awaza station to the venue via the YUME Saki line. On the way back, I didn't catch a taxi from the venue, so I walked about 45 minutes from the venue to the nearest Sakurajima station of Universal Studios and took a transfer from Sakurajima station to awaza station. This route is a hole? Or, I was really saved by sitting on the train for both round trips. It was a cheap plan for check-in after 23 o'clock, so it was just a good time when the live was finished and headed to the hotel. Before the bath, we launched at the takoyaki tavern ”Tsuji” near the hotel, and the public bath can be used until midnight 2, so we were able to heal the fatigue slowly, the public bath is the best! The tavern's cherry blossom family also had a 々 return to Samasoni and was soaked in the afterglow. 5 floor? Or it was a single non-smoking room, but it was comfortable with everything you need in the compact. I used a large bath at night and the next morning, so I didn't use the bath in the room, but Karan and washlet were new and comfortable. There was a large bath and a washroom, the bathtub was large and the dressing room was clean. There is a security box with a card key in the room. The room had both equipped slippers and disposable slippers, which was clean. There is also a window. The buffet breakfast was free, but I had a lunch schedule, so I thought I would eat lightly, but what! I was glad that there was porridge for light people (consideration for hangover people?) (for foreigners?). The stomach was healed by porridge, yogurt and * baking. There were many side dishes, and in the time zone where there were many users, the side dishes were prepared 2 lanes and were able to take the buffet in 2 rows. Breakfast time also decreased to 1 lanes in the latter half. Before check-in, I also had a luggage at the front desk, and I saw other participants in Samasoni painted sunscreen and prepared. The surrounding area is not a busy downtown, but even if you come back tired, you will arrive at the hotel in about 2 minutes walk from awaza station, and there are many convenience stores, so I think it is really convenient. I would like to use it next time I participate in Samasoni in Osaka. Thank you!

I have been looking for a long time with a spacious room with 3 beds, and I accidentally saw it. Osaka Ukiyoe Ryokan, At first glance, I felt that this was the room. The result was very pleasant after I went there. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The environment was quiet. It seemed that the family living in Japan felt the local culture. We also regarded this room as our private. And the hotel waiter is very very NICE, the hospitality is very good, as long as you have a request, you will try your best to help you, and then the boss and the hotel waiter will introduce the itinerary to us every day, very intimate, One day, I also specially helped us queue up for a restaurant. I was so grateful. On the last day, the boss and waiter also came to send us out. It was really touched.

This is one of the largest hotel rooms I have stayed in Japan at this price range. The building is small and relatively narrow, bit the room is extremely spacious. I think there are only two rooms per floor. The heat worked very well. There are big windows for plenty of natural light. The only downside is that the door to the (narrow) balcony cannot be opened so you cant step out. Not sure why. The big PLUS was how the Manager, Maeda-san treated us. He was very courteous and helpful with all our requests. We asked him for advice about where to park and he suggested using the coin park across the way that listed a max rate of 1.800JPY per day. We parked the car and did not move it between Jan 2nd and Jan 5th at about 11:00AM. We were expecting to pay 1,800 x 3 = 5,400 JPY. However I was shocked to see the total charge of nearly 16,500 JPY. Apparently the vehicle must be moved everyday to qualify for that 1,800JPY max rate. It certainly wasn't clear anywhere so I complained to Maeda-san. He spent a lot of time on the phone trying to resolve the issue with the parking place (remote management). Unfortunately he could not do anything but promised to resolve the issue and asked me for my mobile number. I wrote this off as ”Gaijin tax” - for not knowing how to read the small print. To my absolute surprise, more than a month later, Maeda san called me and told me that he had negotiated a refund! He asked for my bank info and the parking place refunded 12,000 JPY. I was totally amazed that he had diligently followed on this issue and convinced the parking company to refund the amount. Thank you Maeda-san for your Omotenashi and genuine hospitality. You can be sure we will stay here again when we are in Osaka. Its a great location and the hospitality is TOPS!

It was quite difficult to go from Honmachi station and exit 25 (in the station, I walked the platform with extension 々, but I was too worried whether it was suitable) It was good to go out from Exit 8 and see the cityscape because there is FamilyMart and Starbucks on the left. The hotel was small, but it seemed new and beautiful and the room was spacious and comfortable. There was a big washbasin apart from the unit bus, which was also good. There were all amenities, but there was no brush and only comb, so people with long hair might want to bring it. The previous building was under construction and was a little 々 noisy, but other than that it was very quiet (I don't know if there will be more overseas customers...) There were seven eleven, comeda, CoCo , king general, etc. in 3 and 4 minutes walk. It was a hotel I wanted to use when traveling to Osaka. Thank you very much.

It is thankful to be able to stay at this reasonable only a little far from Umeda. However, when I check in around 23 o'clock on Saturday, I come out while moving the mog mog and the mouth from the back of the front desk. In addition, the response while mogging. The room is a triple room like a twin and put a bed. This is not possible because it is cheap. In the early morning, the noise is noisy and wakes up. Originally, soundproofing is not very good, but the window lock is not locked, and it is noisy and awake. I'm sorry if I try more than 4!

Can reserve a room for 3 people. Room for 2 people. The sofa cannot sleep because it is small and short for the person. The facilities in the room are all very good. The air conditioner is cool and comfortable. The mattress is soft and comfortable to sleep on, but secretly has a little bit of dust. There is a bathtub, shampoo, and a large bottle of soap. Refrigerator (no water, must buy to soak yourself) and complete kitchen equipment, bathroom separated wet and dry, clean, safety, very safe. But the accommodation staff are few and difficult to contact. There is a convenient elevator. Quiet accommodation suitable for relaxing, large balcony, laundry equipment and washing machine. There are convenience stores and restaurants not far from the accommodation. It's not too far to walk to the train station. Overall considered okay.

Me and my friend stayed here in April for 2 nights whilst in Osaka. It is a bit far from the main dotonburi canals and shopping etc but probably about 25 minutes walk ish. The hotel itself was lovely very clean very modern the bunk beds was comfy I actually slept unlike in other places I stayed in japan. We did make a mistake on our booking and booked for men’s which woops so they changed it to the women’s thankfully , you get free coffee juice and toast in the morning but we didn’t really use it much, I was so impressed by the design the facilities the shower the toiletries the washrooms etc it looked much more expensive that it actually was. I think we got s bargain for this place for 2 nights and it looked like it would have cost us a lot by the interior and exterior. Overall I really enjoyed it here and I would defo stay here again given I would be back in Osaka

The location is excellent, very close to the metro, many shops, and not far from the bustling namba. The room was functional and clean. There was a microwave downstairs to warm up food. And the view was actually really nice over Osaka. The room is really tiny. I stayed in two other similar hotels in Kyoto and Tokyo and this one was by far the smallest. Im not very big, so it was fine, but someone taller might find it difficult to fit 😅. I'd add a mug in the room but otherwise all the conveniences were there.

I have been to Japan many times, and this is my first time staying in a Japanese B&B. It is a one-family home with three floors. It is very suitable for a family of seven like us. The room is very clean, there is a kitchen for cooking, and there is a supermarket opposite for shopping. Japanese food is salty, so it is perfect for cooking for children. Each room has a bathroom, and there is a toilet on every floor, so there will be no need to compete for the toilet. For transportation, it takes about 5 minutes to walk from Kansai Airport to Nankai Electric Railway from the starting point to the end of Namba Station. There is also the Hanshin Line to Kobe, and it is also very convenient to go to Umeda from Osaka Subway Namba Station. The landlord is a very enthusiastic Chinese who has been in Japan for many years and is a fellow countryman. I will stay here again next time I go to Osaka.

I am a frequent traveller and highly spoiled normally staying in Four Seasons but on Tripadvisor i noticed this hotel and the super reviews and looking at prices it was interesting to try and happy I did! Quick review: -top housekeeping, big compliment for this team -super clean rooms -spacious room with huge balcony and this is a huge bonus to the room also the amazing view -very silent rooms, no noise from other rooms, alley or street -very complete room with everything you need -great bed! -friendly staff although English is not very good and surprised me especially in reception Location is the keyword, I walked around a lot and found this hotel is superb to visit Osaka, everything important within walking distance. Some minor points I think the hotel should improve: -concierge service and English language i really missed -slippery bathtub, improvement needed as they don’t have a seperate shower, very dangerous so input a towel in the tub. -there is no bar! I can highly recommend this fine hotel and would return without any doubt. To be improved in my view: - bathtub is too slippery and dangerous so needs improvement - language skills of reception is poor and concierge service would be good to have -there is no bar but they have a great outdoor terrace so use it for drinks!

We stayed with our family on a hot summer day. It opened on August 1, and the facilities were glittering. There was also a large bath and it was quite relaxing. The sauna was not done in corona countermeasures. I ate at dinner, breakfast and hotel restaurant, but both were quite high quality. Breakfast can be selected from 2 types. Osaka specialty? It consisted of two types of Western food sets and a lot of stuff. I thought it was Okonomiyaki from the morning? I thought, but my daughter was eating with peroli. It became a micro tourism from Hyogo, but I thought I would like to stay in the mood change even if there is a hotel that can be so relaxing in the vicinity.

The hotel was actually okay. The rooms were small as you know from Japan. All was clean. The rooms were cleaned if you wanted this with a sign at the door. Unfortunately, there was no way in the bathroom to hang up the towels. I would never book this hotel again and can only warn you. We were already scared at the station Dobutsun-Mae from dirty crops. Shin-Imamiya was as terrible as it was. The hotel is located in Japan's largest arms district. For several days the same homeless sat at the entrance of the hotel. We also climbed over unconscious men on the light day. In the darkness we would never have left the hotel. We don't know something like this from Japan. If we could have left the hotel on the first day. Unfortunately we had already paid. With the sirens that are the characteristic of this area, you must also be able to live. We stayed in the Family Theatre Apartment for 4 nights... Room was large but not very clean and unfortunately, there was no daily housekeeping, only daily emptying of trash bins and replacement of towels (the hotel sent many email to remind us of it haha). Housekeeping is scbeduled once every 3 nights, however at check-in, we already spotted dust trapped between the walls and furniture, found a bedroom slipper stuck below the bed and stayed there throughout our stay even after the housekeeping on our 4th day. There was no luggage stand so we placed them on the floor, lots of cloth-hangers provided in the wardrobe, essential toiletries were available at the reception area, so were the coffee and tea sachets etc. Love the kitchen and proper fridge (with freezer) and all the necessary cooking utensils... The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, we were referred to a folder comprising all the recommended places to go and places to eat - not all restaurants were really great though. Location was good... Family Mart is nearby, Orange Street is just opposite, 15 minutes walk to Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi and Namba Station. There are a few big public carparks nearby too. Wish the housekeeping could be improved p.s. the chambermaid isn't friendly and doesn't greet anyone - this is unusual in the Japanese culture.

I made this hotel for the introduction of the topic of the miracle shower now. The miraculous shower is comfortable, the ladies plan, so the amenities are substantial, and the legglift and nanosteamer that I wanted to use were sufficient, and the bed was large and very good I thought it was a little cold? I thought it was satisfactory that the heating could be set and there was an air cleaner, so the room was clean and warm and I could set it myself. It walks a little from the station, but it is not bitter because there is a color 々 on the way. Despite arriving earlier than the check-in schedule, the front desk responded gently. After taking the JLPT exam in early December, I went to Osaka and Kyoto for a free trip for five days and four nights. I stayed at this hotel which was fairly convenient for the airport. The price is reasonable and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway and a convenience store just a short walk away. The indoor facilities are complete, the small table is enough for laptop work, pajamas, slippers, toiletries and tea bags are all self-service. The maid will clean the room as needed. The service will be very good if you come on weekdays during the off-peak tourist season, but on Fridays and weekends the restaurant and laundry room are a bit overloaded. I hope it can continue to improve in the future. I will continue to consider staying here when I visit in the future.

The younger brother at the front desk is very warm and courteous, English can communicate, the hotel is very small. In the middle is a reading public area surrounded by rooms. The room is small, the bed is very small, in fact, it is okay, the only thing that is inconvenient is that the place to take a bath is diagonally opposite. It is equivalent to taking a bath in the public area to go opposite. Go out every time. Everyone looked up at you, they had to dress very neatly, and the showers had to be neat and tidy. It is very close to Shinsaibashi. Towels and slippers are either rented or bought.

I stayed for five nights here and it was a very good experience staying here! my twin room has two single beds of good quality mattress (a bit firm) and nice thick blanket. the room size is okay, understandable as most hotel room on this budget in big cities in Japan is usually very compact and small. the room lacks racks / place to put your luggage, however, there is daybed / sofa that i put my luggage into. there is water heater and two cups, but lack of instant coffee / tea, however, at the lobby, they provide good quality all you can drink coffee, tea, soda and etc, from 3pm to 10am. bathrobe is in drawer. slippers are provided The room is clean, well lit but the only windows is frosted glass so can't see anything outside. bathroom is well sized, with bathtub and shower head too. standard bathroom amenities are all provided and complete and good quality. even better, they provide sachets of body lotion, cleansing oil, toner, shaving cream and after shave lotion! However, they implement what they call as 'eco-cleaning', thorough cleaning and changing of blanket and linen is only done on 3rd day of your stay, however, the staff will replenish all of your amenities everyday and also replace towel. wifi works great, airconditioner excellent too. location wise, its in the center of Osaka, very near to the dotonbori, shinsaibashi and namba area, which means, its in the centre of food-mecca of osaka. there are two metro line nearby too that will get you anywhere. if you are returning to KIX airport, a 10-15 min walk to namba station north entry is easy. another highlight of my stay is their staff is so friendly, particularly Jason who speaks english really well! he even took initiative to provide us with huge paper bag after seeing is bringing lots of goods on separate plastic bag. thank you so much Jason, you are what every hotel need on reception desk :)

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. It is located in the south of Kita Shinchi, but the service was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The corner studio of 32 square meters stayed. There is a bathtub and shower booth in the space like home called rug in the flooring, and it feels compact. However, when you take a shower, the powder area is flooded, and the bath is rounded from the room? All the towels were very soft and good with imabari towels. There is a restaurant and room 001 on the second floor, coin laundry, vending machine, coffee machine and microwave oven, and shoe shine service and free puff service It was a very calm space. I didn't use the restaurant this time, but I was worried about the space that I saw a little and was very nice. depends on the price, it is a hotel that I want to stay again.
