      The hotel is beautiful with the shining floor in the lobby, veran***. They provided quick access to the room (No 224). The room was decent with sufficient illumination though one LED bulb was not working. The doormat was missing and arranged only after telling them. The room service is not that professional and the linen strip on the bed had stains of waterdrops etc. The toiletries were good. The bathroom glass cabin is too small and the door has collided with the shower tap erected at the roof side. The mini-bar refrigerator was empty, disconnected and the safe was not working either. The complimentary breakfast was really so sumptuous, items like soft idli, upama, sambar, juice, dosa made the day but they could not prepare uttapam, anyway, the breakfast experience was really nice. The coffee maker electric jar and the sugar sachets were ok. The capsule lift looked gorgeous while moving. The front desk staff should learn to put on a smile at least while dealing with the guests. The Venue dining staff was felt eager to serve..I appreciate them all. A lot of scopes to improve room interiors and the dressing table should have a little calendar, digital table clock, menu book, dos and don'ts paper, etc. At first-day room cleaning, they took the washroom towels and then not replaced them with the washed ones for next-day usage. The sliding wooden door for the toilets produced a terrible screeching sound every time the doors slid back and forth. Overall the stay was great and joyful.

      This is a 3 Star hotel located in central Secunderabad, and walkable distance to the market and 1 Km from the Railway station. It is run by a Sikh father-son duo. Pros : As you drive in, the first impression is created by an elegant old door***, who greets very courteously, politely and with a smile and elegant bow. He even offers to lift up the suitcases up the stairs. The front desk staff are friendly. The lobby is nice and comfortable. They have even kept a glass container filled with water and mint (phudina) leaves immersed inside. Drinking water from this gives a nice mint taste. The bell boys are readily available to take the luggage to the room. Now the room. Quite spacious, and very clean, nice ambiance. Good amenities like place to keep suitcase, a writing table and chair, cupboard, safe, coffee maker, refrigerator, full length mirror. They even have 5 plug points at vantage places, which is convenient for charging, laptop etc. The bathroom was quite spacious, with a clean washbasin and clean taps. They even provide a magnifying mirror for shaving. For bath, there is a glass door cubicle. What I liked best was that hot water was available 24 hours, unlike most hotels which give only from 6am to 8am. On the second day, even though I did not give the key to the reception, they cleaned up the full room and refilled the tea-sugar sachets, soap etc. Service to the room was fast. This hotel is just 25 metre walking distance from another nice hotel, Bassera where they have a live band. Dinner can be had here. Another hotel nearby is the famous hotel from Karnataka - KAMAT. At a little distance is another nice, recently renovated hotel - Taj Mahal. So a lot of eating options close to Royal Reve. For shopping, the D-Mart store is just 50 metres from here. Cons : Since we had work early morning, we repeatedly requested the ***agement to provide us breakfast at 6.30am. However, they declined and said that at that time they could only give us only sandwiches. So on two mornings we skipped the complimentary breakfast and had it outside. My friend had pre-booked a room. When he checked-in at midnight, the receptionist gave him the room key. My friend entered the room and found a semi-nude *** already sleeping in the room. There was a great deal of shouting and embarrassment. When my friend shouted at the receptionist, the receptionist was greatly amused at the situation. How such a blunder could occur is a mystery, since each room tag has the room number printed on it. So how can 2 keys have the same room number ? And what was their computer software doing ? They have a banquet hall on the 1st floor, where they have parties going on till late night. This music can disturb the sleep. This banquet hall is spacious and has a good ambiance. However, all in all, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was warm, pleasant and very comfortable. Verdict : You can blind-foldedly select this place for your stay. It is an excellent hotel.

The breakfast buffet spread could have more variety. Since it is located in this busy Gachibowli area, there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby. The parking, though available, is on the driveways. We were privileged to get premium space for our car by the courteous security staff. Appreciate it. Overall, a good experience.

The only fruits for breakfast were watermelon, banana, papaya, pineapple, etc. There was no porridge. The local Indian soup was too daring to try. I only ate fried eggs and bread and stayed for a week. The hotel was renovated early and the furniture inside is rather outdated. The standard room is spacious and the room rate is more than 500 yuan. The hotel also eats Chinese food and dinner. The cost is about the same as that of Hangzhou, and it is slightly better than 100 per capita. In short, next time I want to experience another hotel.

      We stayed for about two weeks from 24th May 2022. We had two apartments having living, bed, Pantry and small cosy dining space. By all means this is a place to live for long stays. The apartments are specious and very well designed. The furniture and furnishing all appealing. The Panty or mini kitchen is equipped with more than adequate size of fridge, washing machine, microwave, hot plate, utensils and crockery. The toilet is specious filled with high end fittings and fixtures. Plenty of space in form of wardrobes, drawers and lofts. Bed room and part of living space is carpeted. These are, as usual, not as clean as the rest of the floor. Linen and Towels are neat. Breakfast is complementary. The dining hall is well designed and furnished. The spread is good. The menu changes every day. Live counter caters for South Indian, North Indian and Continental. In rush hours, one may have to wait for table, especially if you are three or more. The food is tasty, not very spicy, except for south Indian dished, which are high for me, who takes very little chilli etc. They have a pool. The width is small. Gym is well equipped. Staff in general is very courteous and keen to serve. Some information that may of use. The drop is at minus one level, reception at 2nd floor and Restaurant, Gym at 3rd. For rooms there is separate set of lifts with entry to respective floors through key for safety. In case you forget your key or there is some guest, you have to contact front desk.
