0.46km from Hyotan ChayaVery good ah
0.49km from Hyotan ChayaI used it because there was a concert at Nippon Budokan. As we were close to Kudanshita Station, we were able to come without hesitation. Thank you for changing your smoking reservation to a non-smoking room. The room was clean and amenity was available, so I was able to spend the minimum amount of luggage. I was worried about the fact that there were few towels in the room and that it was difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower, so it was not moderately warm. Towels were good because we could get a spare at the front desk, but it would be helpful if we had a lot of towels in the room if possible. The breakfast bread was delicious. It was good to have other coffee and juice. I would like to stay if there is another opportunity.

Hotels Near Hyotan Chaya In Tokyo Review
Tokyo Tower Area
This hotel has not much reviews and offers some experiences. Location: Just on the other side of the road in Shiba Park, across the street, it is super convenient to go to the Tokyo Tower. The night is still beautiful. It is convenient to take a half hour drive from the airport. Environment: The hotel is quite atmospheric, the lobby is spacious and bright, and there are not many tourists. The front desk is very friendly and speaks English. I stayed for five nights and didn't hear the voice of the Chinese people. The overall surrounding environment is very quiet. Room: Two large and medium-sized medium twin rooms, children 8 years old, no problem, the room is relatively spacious. The bathroom is small, but there is still a step that is not low, and the elderly are not very convenient. It is very convenient to have a small refrigerator. Breakfast is not bad, people have not been much, the environment is good on the first floor. Shopping around: The hotel is not a lively area of interest downstairs. In the morning, you can feel the rush and silence of the office workers. Go to the JR line for seven or eight minutes and have a family supermarket, Alipay settlement. Meal: There are restaurants nearby, it is quite convenient, and I change to the restaurant every night. Basic English communication is not smooth, and it is quite interesting to order food. There is a white cloth curtain to eat the restaurant of Kochi dumplings, there is no picture of ordering, all rely on Mongolia. Beer and dumplings taste good. Service, very good, changed the room once in the middle. There is indeed a Chinese service. On that day, the Chinese staff were absent and the communication was difficult. The front desk called the Chinese staff and translated between us. Very good, don't worry about staying at this hotel. The overall feeling is quite good, eleven prices are slightly more expensive. If you like shopping, you still have to live near Ginza Shinjuku. It is two stops from Ginza and the taxi is 100 yuan.
Firstly, this hotel is probably the smallest I’ve ever stayed in. Everything from the lift to the corridors to all aspects of the room are on the small size. There’s a lot of ducking and head twisting involved whilst staying here, but that was no real problem. The bed was small, but comfortable and just long enough; the shower/bathroom was tiny yet hot and powerful; space was limited for luggage, but there was enough. The hotel seems to be pretty new and could not fault the cleanliness. The staff were very friendly, always managing to fit in an extra bow just before the elevator doors closed. Location wise, as there’s no real ‘central’ location in Tokyo we found this place perfect for us. And within a 5-10 minute walking distance of three metro stations. The surrounded area also has an array of joints to eat and a few pubs. On the second morning we also tried the breakfast at the hotel, which didn’t look that appealing but was surprisingly tasty. Overall, I would certainly recommend this hotel to all, especially those on a lower budget.
We only stayed in Tokyo for one night, and the room was quite large, much more spacious than expected. The hotel is old-fashioned, slightly outdated, and the door is still opened with a key. It is not opened with a room card. When you go out, the key must be handed over to the uncle at the front desk. When you come back, ask the uncle to pick up the key. There is a room where the wet and dry "serious separation", bathroom, sink, toilet in three rooms, that is, if three people live in a room, you can bathe, wash, and go to the toilet at the same time, do not affect each other [laughing cry]. Overall, it’s not bad. The price of 600 yuan is already cheap in Tokyo. The hotel is very close to the East Shinjuku Subway Station and it takes only three minutes to walk~
I always use it. It's very simple, but I'm very satisfied with the access from the station and the coffee service.
The Wi-Fi environment is also good, so I think it's a good environment for remote work.
I will stay again next time.
The hotel is conveniently located near the north exit of Shinkoiwa Station, and there is a ramen shop next to the hotel. The hotel is old, the facilities are a bit old, the air conditioning sound is a bit loud, the smoking room was arranged for the first time, and the front desk will be adjusted after the work. . Will not stay again next time.
Convenient location about 5 minutes walk from the station.
Breakfast can be chosen from abundant menu and is good feeling.
When I go to the exhibition at Big Sight, I always stay
There is a subway entrance at the entrance of the hotel. The transfer line is also convenient. The room is spacious in Japan. The bathroom is a bit old, but clean and service is good. It is quiet near the hotel. There are not many choices to eat. Comfortable, not very crowded, I booked a three-bed room with a 13-year-old child, two 1.2-meter beds, and a 1-meter extra bed.
The price is very affordable, that is, the first Tokyo station to find a hotel for a long time, the interior is also very clean, the price is indeed very good during the epidemic
Special reminder: 1. Password to open the door, password bar must be kept well; 2. Strictly implement early departure at 10 o'clock in the afternoon at 3 o'clock, there is no room for accommodation, unless you add money; 3. From 10 o'clock to 3 o'clock in the afternoon, you can not clean Stay in the room, unless otherwise stated, and there is no cleaning and room service after the statement, the guests voluntarily give up. Location, environment: Subway Asakusa Station is 10 minutes walk from the subway, not far from the subway, but it is not the subway. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping streets, you can enter the Sensoji Temple when you are out, which is generally convenient. Hygiene, cleaning: in the middle of the law, not high in Japan, but clean and absolutely kill all the fast hotels in China. Breakfast: Although the health is acceptable, but it ends at 8:30, it is too early. Facilities and size: not many facilities but enough, multi-function charging head praise, the room is a typical "island mini", two people turn hard, do not fantasize about the extra bed. The overall cost is higher, it is recommended to stay.
The new hotel, the environment and the room are OK, there is still some taste, overall satisfaction.
Convenience and ease of access was an advantages for this hotel. Its location is closed to bus terminal and JR. One problem is that there is no koisk around the hotel.
I am here again, every time I travel here. The transportation is very convenient. From the south exit of Akabane, it is close to the company, and then there is a lot of food;
Opposite the hotel is a seventy-one, and everything is convenient.
A pretty lady is very kind
Remember to speak english hahaha you know
Really nice place to stay and experiment!
The lobby manager gave us an upgraded room. The hotel was very clean and the location was close to the Ueno subway station. The service was good, not to mention the breakfast. Although the breakfast was simple, it was well-nourished. In short, the trip to Tokyo was very satisfactory!
Super good. Staff was friendly and very nice. Free drinks. The location so good, close to the metro station. The hotel itself is new and clean. The lobby area is very cosy and offer free soft drinks. The room is clean and nice (I read other people said that is small but was very good for me and the other person with me). I will come back for sure!
Tokyo Tower Area
We stayed at this hotel two weeks after it opened. Extremely clean and right outside a subway station. There are restaurants nearby which you can have ramen or drink very late at night. We took monorail from Haneda airport to Hamamatsucho and walked about 10 minutes to the hotel with luggage. Great location as a base to explore Tokyo. We booked on Keikyuu Ex Inn Japanese website. You can't book on their English website.
It’s close to Shinjuku Station. It’s convenient to travel alone.
It was indeed the greatest stay in Japan at Uguishu, the place is sparkling clean and both hosts are super friendly and helpful. They attended to all our requests and enquiries in the super speedy manner, we were overwhelmed with their hospitality with free breakfast especially cater to our kids. Everything is way above our expectations, i will definitely come back again.
Convenient near Kita Shinagawa Station. You can walk from Shinagawa Station in about 10 minutes. The response was very good. It was saved because I was able to leave my luggage temporarily before check-in and after check-out.
The hotel is small and new, too convenient, saving a lot of time and transportation expenses. The Ueno Station Asakusa exit is 50 meters away. When I went to Ueno Station in Tokyo, I left my luggage, went to Karuizawa, went to Kamakura, went to Ginza to Akihabara, went to the airport, and went in and out. It was quick and convenient. After two days of mixing, the ticket inspectors knew me. I don’t have to check my train tickets. There is a must-eat Lanlan noodles nearby, and the Syrian Garden barbecue. There is also a big friend who has eight hi, buy macbook tax-free minimum.
Easy to find! There is a large supermarket downstairs, the hotel is perfect and the small hot spring feels warm, and there is a free supper udon drink in the evening, great!
This group of hotels is an inevitable recommendation to go to Japan🥰
We stayed 4 nights in the GLOU, and it's honestly difficult to rate. The location is wonderful, easy walk to the subway, $10 taxi ride to the major Shinjuku train station, easy walk to Golden Gai. The hotel is clean and new. The staff is wonderful with excellent English! BUT... the rooms are VERY small, and there is virtually no storage. It's difficult to walk between the bed and the wall to get to the small amount of floor space to put your luggage. That's the only drawback, but it's fairly major. We'd probably consider spending more next time to get a larger room.
It was very convenient because it was close to Shinagawa station and there was a convenience store.
The room and reception were clean and very nice!
Also, I couldn't see Tokyo Tower from the room.
The night view was very beautiful. I still want to use it.
With this content, this price is very costly.
I still want to use it.
This hotel is the best choice for participants in the Tokyo International Pavilion. In Shinbashi, you can take the seagull line directly to the pavilion. The room is small, but the equipment is very good, if you do not need to clean the room, there will be a refund. The restaurant on the second floor of the hotel has a good level of western food. The morning coffee and tea are free of charge. At night, there is a charge, but because the materials are very hard, many people have been eating it every night recently. The room also offers unlimited mobile internet access, very intimate!
The service was excellent. The staff helped me check in and explained all of the complimentary services provided by the hotel. The lockers near the lobby level work for small personal items but are a little too small for luggage. However, you can leave your larger items with the front desk.
The hotel feels like you are staying at a spa. The hotel provides you with lounge wear and slippers. The 2nd floor has a hot spring where you can relax after exploring around Tokyo. The 3rd floor has a lounge where you can eat snacks, drink beverages and enjoy a massage.
The capsule bed was very comfortable. I slept extremely well and would definitely consider staying here again if I were in Tokyo.
The price is cheap, the location is good, the procedures are convenient, and the living is comfortable. The price of Shinjuku 400 is very good. Will patronize in the future.
Overall, very nice hotel!
The traffic is too convenient, which saves a lot of time and energy. Many restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and drug stores can meet most shopping and living needs. The rooms are small but well-equipped and clean, and the reception is polite and welcoming. Checked in for the second time, I will consider this hotel when I come to Tokyo in the future
I am writing my first TripAdvisor review ever. I was a hotel management for some big names and am a frequent traveler now, especially to Japan (at least 4-6times a year). I have to say I hated to write bad reviews and voicing any hospitality publicly, but this time I think I should. This hotel looks chill and new, location is fair (it’s pretty close to Akiba JR station the Yamamote line, convenient to most overseas tourist.) But this hotel definitely lack the flexibility and hospitality, at least not hospitable as general Japan hotel/hostels/B&B I stayed at, and of coz not to mention international hotels/inn level. Here’s the reason I said so, I will give you a full story in point and as fair as possible for future visitors consideration: - I have a non-refundable prepaid booking via booking.com (yes, I am totally aware of the booking T&Cs) - Typhoon Hagibis is forecasted to hit Japan. It the strongest typhoon hitting Japan in past 60+years. - Japan government and airlines announced to shut down major rails and airports, including Haneda and Narita (the two major Tokyo airports). - Only JAL and ANA cancelled total 1100 flights to/from Tokyo. - Some major sport event including F1 and Rugby World Cup are postponed. - Most major Japan cities, or at least Tokyo, is pretty much sealed to prepare for the typhoon. - I am traveling with ANA from Vancouver, and only have 2 direct flights to Tokyo daily. Both cancelled. - In such condition, I requested the hotel to cancel my booking. So that I don’t waste my room nights and the hotel room can serve other guests who are stuck in Tokyo due to the typhoon. - Hotel rejected regardless me providing air tickets and flight information. So, I understand it’s non-refundable and prepaid. But the typhoon sealed Tokyo that I couldn’t go no matter much I want to travel to. The hotel doesn’t seem to run by or own by Japanese, the hospitality level is just totally different (I am sure due to my background). And it’s not like a language and communication problem, as the English they use in their email is not the English in typical Japanese hotels. So, all in all, here’s my conclusions for your own consideration, - this place seems nice and neat - the location is fairly good. - no comments to the hospitality of on site staff (since i wouldn’t make it to Japan) - hotel management lacked the flexibility and hospitality to handle guests’ requests. Advice to the management and owner of the hotel. Please don’t try to rip off your guests. You should have considered to allow cancellation in such occasion, and use the cancelled rooms accommodate those who are stuck needing a room in Japan now.
