Very satisfied, will recommend. After calling the bus to Oia, call the front desk, tell the name of a coffee shop, and pick us up there. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the coffee shop from the bus stop and drag your luggage. Then someone has to help carry the baggage to the room, remember to tip. Because I walked more than 20 steps, I took too much effort. The rooms are large and well equipped, facing the sea and the scenery is beautiful. Go to the place where you watch the sunset for about half an hour. Breakfast was good at the restaurant opposite the hotel, we had a dinner there, it was good, and the price was reasonable. The hotel staff was very enthusiastic. When they left, they asked for the car. The fira was 20 Euros and the dock was 30 Euros. The traffic is quite convenient, and there is a bus stop from Oia to Fira on the road outside the hotel.

By far one of the most breathtaking places on Earth!! Excellent service, beautiful views, charming rooms, and great food! This hotel really has it all. The rooms are amazing and extremely roomy. We stayed in a deluxe suite with a jacuzzi. The patio area is very private with sweeping views of the caldera and Oia. The jacuzzi was nice and warm, but not super hot. Almost more like a nice warm dipping pool with jets which was great for day and night. The infinity pool is amazing but we only used it once since our jacuzzi and patio were so amazing and private. The sun set is off the charts beautiful!! They leave a delicious dessert wine for you which we sipped all week and there’s a good selection of drinks and snacks in the mini bar. They services the rooms twice a day. The breakfast is quite good. With some continental foods and some made to order dishes. Excellent service in their charming poolside restaurant. We also had lunch our first day there and the salads were excellent. We went into town for dinner so I can’t review the dinner entrees. We also took their private boat snorkeling trip which was amazing! We got a tour of the entire caldera complete with history of the area and stopping several times to snorkel. For a private 3 hour tour including driver to and from the dock the price was excellent. Our 2 boat tour guides were fabulous, making sure everything on the trip was to our liking. It’s a very short walk to Oia (5 minutes) to enjoy the sites, shops and food. The town can get quite crowed from the cruise ship tours so I recommend going in early if you want to take pictures and avoid tons of tourists in your shots. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a trip of a lifetime!! AMAZING!!

The breakfast was very good and the service was very warm and thoughtful. There are three restaurants in the restaurant, including Japanese, Mediterranean and daily Western dishes. In the afternoon, if you are lazy in the room, you will get a snack or something. The location is very good, just five minutes from the center of Oia. The hotel's overall architecture is still very distinctive, and the balcony view is just a sunset. The spa is also good, you can consider going back.

Going in early April, the price of 2000, although it is also expensive, but compared with June and August, even if it is very favorable. We were two big and one small, and the child was 5 years old. The result was told that I could only stay 2, and then the child added 100 euros. After adding the money, we upgraded to the suite, which is very good. Breakfast was ordered on the previous night and explained the meal time. The next day, the waiter will be delivered on time, the variety is still rich, less points, or can not eat haha

Beautiful views, great staff, loved our room. This hotel is positioned on the back side of Oia, which turned out to be really nice- it's a short walk there, but keeps you out of the crowded streets. The staff was able to make recommendations for places to eat, made arrangements for tours, taxi to the airport, booked in room massages. Our room was plenty spacious with an incredible view, private tub, etc. Breakfast on the patio each morning is hard to beat Everything we would ask for in a room/ small hotel. There were only 5 or 6 rooms total, so it is very private. Has a nice small shared pool too.

The whole hotel is very good from the service to the environment. The girl who received us (forgot her name) was very serious and responsible, and gave a detailed introduction to all the facilities in the room and the surrounding environment. On the day we left, we had to catch the plane early, so we brought breakfast the night before. It's just that when they finally check out, they say ok, someone take their luggage, which may be the reason why the islanders' living habits are forgotten, 98 points

The service is worthy of this price. One of the best hotels in Santorini. Many of the waiters are beautiful and beautiful, and the service is meticulous. Our luggage was not delivered to the room in time due to hotel reasons. For this reason, the hotel handwritten a letter of apology and sent a sparkling wine. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning due to flight changes. Because of the inquiry about the pick-up service (there was no choice in the end), the hotel waiter arrived at the intersection and picked us up at the intersection. Then take us to breakfast. Breakfast for all guests is free, we have to eat a meal and no extra money, although the breakfast is very rich.

The room is very spacious, the bed is large, the living room is comfortable, and the heated cave pool is great. Although the yard is not as big as imagined, it has a round table with a parasol. There are also two sun chairs for easy viewing of the scenery in the yard. The view of the room is particularly good, facing the Aegean Sea and the active volcano opposite, great. The hotel's spa is also good. Breakfast at the Cliff Restaurant is great. The service of the restaurant and the rooms is very good. Inadequacies, first of all, the hotel is excellent in location and landscape, and the entrance is a three-dome church, so many tourists will take photos of the villas in the hotel, although each building has its own downstairs. The door and the door of the room door ensure privacy, but because the hotel always opens the door downstairs, it will cause visitors to come in and go upstairs to my yard from time to time, which makes me feel unsafe. As an upscale hotel, security measures should be done and strengthened. Secondly, because the hotel is built on the cliff, the road to the room is not up the mountain or the gravel road down the mountain. It is inconvenient to drag the luggage, so the hotel arranges the baggage to carry the luggage into the room, but the two baggage arrangements for my stay and departure, The baggageman is not lifting but hard towing, causing the surface and wheels of the baggage to be worn hard by the hard volcanic stone. Even if I have a protective cover, it will be damaged and can no longer be used. I found it at check-in. When I left, I told the hotel to arrange the porter. Please make sure that the porter did not drag it hard to cause damage again. But when I saw my baggage next to the arranged car, I was speechless and the surface of the suitcase was scratched. Seriously, because I had to hurry, I didn’t go down the mountain to give feedback to the hotel.

In the face of the Aegean Sea, in the high-end hotels in Oia, you should talk about a good value for money hotel. However, it is for adults only. Hotel location is good, the room is divided into two layers on the living room and bedroom, there are toilets. There are wines and fruits to welcome, and capsules are very good for coffee.

Breakfast is very rich, I can't eat breakfast abroad, but there are many things. The hotel has a lot of swimming pools. The only thing I can't stand is that the water in the room is a bit salty. It may be because of the island's reason. Go out. There are supermarkets in a few minutes, what is super cheap to buy water, outside 1 euro, 2 euros, supermarkets as long as a few points, then a few minutes is a lot of shops in the business district, as well as the bus terminal, take a bus terminal is the black sand beach, Very convenient, it seems that there are still 3 Euros per person, but I forgot it, it is very cheap, I can also take the bus to Oia Town. In short, it is very convenient. Moreover, the view from the entrance of the hotel is very good. From the hotel, you can walk to the Blue Top Church for up to 20 minutes along the main road.

The breakfast at the hotel was great. The hotel staff were very friendly. In the evening, I had a good time talking with the two girls at the bar by the pool. 2 minutes from the hotel to the tourist area in the heart of the town. There are so many blue-roofed churches here, and the scenery is charming. This is the central area of the Holy Island. There is a bus to go to most of the attractions of the Holy Island. It is a convenient transit point.

It’s totally different from Oia. It’s not so much. It’s a quiet hotel. It’s like a small resort room surrounded by a pool. European and American guests chat in the sun early in the morning. It’s a very casual room. It’s very special. There are four beds for a big family. There is a bathtub on the top of the building. It feels good to walk out 100 meters. It turns out to be black sand beach.

The location of the hotel has nothing to say. It is located in the center of Fira Town, on a cliff overlooking the Aegean Sea, 200 meters from the Blue Top Church and the surrounding transport, restaurants, car rentals, etc. All are white stone buildings, the breakfast room is on the outside terrace and the pool and terrace have very good views. The staff is warm and the hotel is clean and hygienic. However, it is recommended not to book an economy double room as much as possible as the windows are particularly small and not open to the outside. The windows face the corridor. The whole room is very humid, has no comfort and the area is particularly small. If economic conditions allow, it is better to book a superior room or a room with a sea view.

This would of made it to a 5 star review but unfortunately our checkout was pretty terrible. It was almost a 3 star but everything else was pretty much perfect so I've gotta give them a 4. We got upgraded to a premium suite on check-in and Irene was super helpful on with advice on the area. On our exit unfortunately, things didn't go so smoothly. We had message Irene 2 days before that we wanted to check out early at 9.45 am to make our flight. The donkey was arranged and a shuttle to take us to the airport that day. When it came to the time of check out, luggage donkey was a no show, so we had to take the luggage down ourselves, wasn't entirely pleasant. When we got to the area to meet the shuttle, we couldn't find anyone who was taking us to the airport. We asked everyone of them, and they were not the cab that was requested for us. So we quickly had the cafe nearby to call for a cab, and made the airport on time. Just a message to kastro mansion in the future, errors like this can cost your clients money, and reading the reviews, we're not the only ones who have had a bad experience on check out. It can really sour a positive review, and a note to Irene, we really do appreciate your help on check in and generally over the stay, but you need to work on your customer experience on check out. You told us the shuttle was waiting at the bus area, we went down to exactly where we met you the first time and asked every shuttle and taxi there, and nothing. Other than that, our holiday was fantastic, thanks again.

The hotel is about one kilometer away from the town, and it is also along the coastline. Although the hotel has a regular shuttle bus to and from the hotel, it is also very comfortable to walk to the town. The hotel rooms are all facing the sea, lying on the bed to enjoy the beautiful Aegean sunset. The hotel is built along a steep slope southwest of the island, with three or four layers of staggered, white houses undulating along the mountain. First came to the 24-hour front desk, which is surrounded by swimming pools and infinite water features. The restaurant is fully transparent and has a view on all three sides. The room is also white, and there are private hot tubs in front of the room. The hot water is quite powerful, hot and hot. However, there is a lack of fresh water on the island, and tap water cannot be eaten and eaten!

Our family of four spent 5 fabulous days at Thea Studios in Santorini this July. We felt like visiting family. Alexis was very welcoming, gave us a few tips and suggestions on where to eat and what to see. He organised transfers for us. It was the first time we stayed there and we left very impressed. The space was new, super clean and inviting. The pools were super fun for the kids. The location is only 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of Fira which made our outings super easy. Thea Studios is very quiet, clean, luxurious and safe accommodation. We will book there again with no hesitation in our next visit.

For the consumption of the Holy Island, this house is very cost-effective and the service is very warm. The children with hot spring pool like it very much. The location is far from the scenic spot, and the hotel opposite the cliff trail is only one road apart, but the landscape is very different, so the price is much cheaper. The overall price/performance ratio is still very good, but if you are more concerned about the landscape, it is recommended to choose the hotel on the opposite side of the cliff.

Oia
My boyfriend and I stayed for a week in July and overall, we had a lovely time. If you don’t mind a very short walk into Oia (10 mins tops), this is a great location, quiet, and cheaper than those closer to the main town. We watched the sunset from our balcony a few nights instead of going out as we had the perfect view. One night I cooked dinner at the apartment as there was a small electric stove and some pans. Enough to make pasta! Breakfast was good each morning; we had yoghurt, honey, jam and marmalade, Pitta bread, olive paste, sun dried tomatoes and capers, cheese and ham, cereals and hot drinks. There wasn’t fresh milk though but there’s a few shops nearby to buy. The apartment itself had a loft where the kitchenette was and downstairs was the bedroom and bathroom. Comfy bed, though a little on the small side if I had to make any criticisms. Also- the shower was a little temperamental (going hot and cold, didn’t always stay on). Plenty of space to hang clothes with hangers included. Fan in the room was definitely a life saver as it got HOT in July. We had it on all night. The owner was very lovely and helpful, she even gave us some salt when my boyfriend asked - I came down with a throat infection on the trip and didn’t want to pay mega for the antibiotics. Salt gargle saved me! Anyway.... lovely place, totally recommend. Meze Meze (restaurant) nearby is well worth a visit too if you want to have a night close to the hotel rather than going into Oia.

The price is too high. Ctrip relied on Google Maps for 21,100 nights. It was only 100 Euros. The price doubled. The pool was too dark. The first day I did n’t tell us to upgrade the room. The swimming pool is small and the water is dirty like a footbath. Swimsuit Leucorrhea thought it was a better room and said it was a little far away to drive us to see the house was too disappointing. The house next to the house was so disappointing. The flock of flies in the stump house was so humid that we were impressed with Santorini. The extreme foreigner waiter has a patience and can't ask any questions and wants to sell you tourism products. I just charge 7 euros more for one person and breakfast just started and I said that the above is free and the money is not charged below It ’s part of the charge. At the time of checkout, the above also charges 12.5 Euros. It ’s black. I ’m dead. I ca n’t eat better. The impression is too bad. The plane originally had to be scheduled to drop off at nine o'clock. The people at the hotel said that they would drop off at ten o'clock. The line was set at ten. As a result, the car didn't come until ten twenty. Finally they called for help. I ca n’t put the luggage in the trunk of the trolley. Finally, I put it on the back seat. The driver did n’t recognize the road. The navigation was broken all the way. I had to hurry and look at the surrounding environment. It ’s scary. The plane is late, or even the plane can't catch up

Megalochori
I loved everything about this resort until my last day when they screwed up the transfer and blamed everything on me. Literally didn't even empathise on what had happened. I was needing to go to the Old Port (there is a new port and an old port) and told the first lady at reception to please book me a taxi. She turned around and said no let me book you a transfer, its cheaper. So I did and I specifically told her Old Port as I knew there were two different ports. She then yelled out to the other girl at reception to book it, and so they did. Once the transfer arrived, I showed the driver the address on my phone, which clearly stated Old Port and I told him also in person. Anyway I get to this port and it didn't feel right so I asked a local and of course it was the new port. I then had to pay 30 euros to get to the right port, which is a lot of money for a 10 minute drive. I then emailed the resort explaining what had happened and if they would consider a refund. Pretty much they told me they received all the wrong information from me and they were not refunding anything at all. They didn't even investigate this. Also to top it off the driver was also late for picking me up from the airport, even though it was pre organised. I had to actually call from the airport to check if they were actually coming. They came 15 minutes later. I didn't mind though because I understand things happen but after the screw up on my departure and the way they communicated back to me, I would not stay there again and I would not recommend it to my friends. I work in the industry and if a screw up happens we actually have empathy to the guest and provide compensation if it is on our end. If the way they had communicated back to me had been in a better matter and they had looked into it for me, this would be a completely different review.

Our family group of five (17 - 60 year olds) stayed for 10 days at the Castro Hotel in June'19. We had two spacious, high ceilinged, two room suites with basic kitchen amenities and balconies front and back. The view over the beautifully kept gardens and pool area was great. The hotel is very clean and well looked after with our rooms perfectly made up each day. The pool and surrounding area was ideal and we always found sunbeds at all times of the day. The walk from the hotel into Kamari, and the many good quality restaurants and bars, is about 10 minutes and past a beautiful church. The bus service into Thira (Fira), the capital (note all buses go into Thira), takes about 15 mins and sometimes full during the high season, depending on where you board. Tip: If going to Thira check with the rep or online to see how many cruise ships are due in that day, as that will impact how busy the capital and surroundings areas will be. Our experience was up to three ships was fine but things were very busy when 4-6 ships were moored up. Areas of improvement for the hotel: - Family who run the hotel are quite inconsistent; some are very friendly and helpful and others are in dire need of some customer service awareness. - Breakfast very basic and some more fruit and local produce would improve things. - Pool bar infrequently manned. Be visible and maybe go around the pool area and ask your residents if they would like anything. - update the in room showers to be more than hand held please. In summary, all of our party would recommended this hotel and, if your expectations are not too high on the service and amenity front, you are likely to have a pleasant stay.

We recently spent one night at the Kastro Suites and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. George's hospitality was outstanding. From the welcome drink, to dinner and site recommendations, complimentary wine in our fridge and a lovely breakfast George was the perfect host and made our stay so enjoyable. We stayed in a junior suite which had a loft bedroom and the biggest bathroom we saw throughout Greece! Immediately outside our door was the pool with breathtaking views of the caldera and Fira. We were entertained by the donkeys going by and weren't bothered whatsoever by the visitors going by on the trail. I had been somewhat hesitant given a review someone had posted about the donkeys and the smell but that was not our experience at all. The location is outstanding as you're literally steps from the cable car and the start of the must-do hike from Fira to Oia. Many restaurants, shops and bars are close to the hotel and the hustle of Fira but you'll feel removed and secluded in the property itself. Look no further than the Kastro Suites!! George we wish you all the best in returning to your family on the mainland over the winter months! Hope to see you again on a return trip to Fira.

The staff were excellent--efficient, caring, helpful, friendly, all fluent in English. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast delicious with many options of bread, fruit, hot dishes, beverages, one of the best breakfasts of our trip. The rooms are immaculately maintained with excellent beds. Storage is short, however, with no drawers, hooks, and only one surface (in the closet) for placing items. The bathroom is small, and the shower area is very tiny and has only three walls with no way to keep the shower spray contained. The pool, although a bit cold for our visit, was lovely, and the hot tub was most refreshing. The bar area and breakfast areas were well maintained with outstanding staff. We liked the location, which was central to the main part of town but did not have the beautiful view of the Caldera offered by other venues. We would definitely stay there again, however.

Vourvoulos
I had the most unforgettable 3 nights with my boyfriend at Santorini Villas this August. Also known as Santorini Villas Traditional Houses, the villas are tucked away in Vourvoulous, away from the hustle and bustle in the main tourist spots in Santorini. If you plan to stay here, be sure to sort out transportation to and from the hotel (we booked transfers because we do not drive) as the villas are located on a very steep slope. The villas/hotel boasts a spacious dining area, an open bar and a luxury infinity pool next to a lounge. We had very much enjoyed having our daily dip into the pool, feasting our eyes on the panoramic views of the Aegean sea. The villa we stayed at is called Rinia. It is compact but has everything you need: a kitchen sink, a mini fridge, shower and toilet, an outdoor whirlpool and an outdoor dining area. The design of the villas is modern without losing the charm of a traditional Greek cave house. The room is also clean and new. Every night we had the luxury of soaking in our heated private whirlpool, sipping a glass of chilled orange juice and gazing at the starry sky - what a time to be alive! The hotel also does little things that upgraded our whole experience. To name a few, the telly has netflix, a bottle of water and a carton of orange juice are complimentary, and beach towels are provided in each villa. Breakfast is also included - there is yogurt, eggs, orange juice and coffee, various kinds of pastries and bread, honey, jam and butter. You can request breakfast to be served in your villa, or in the communal dining area. The highlight of the hotel is its staff - We had the pleasure of having Efi as our host. Efi is marvelous and has made her way out to welcome us. She helped us plan our itinerary, gave excellent recommendations, gave us her number so that we can text her whenever we needed her assistance. She even made us her favorite drinks on the house! Efi’s hospitality has made her the star of the hotel - she is truly an asset to the premises. Thanks Efi and all the staff at Santorini Villas for our excellent stay there. We will soon be back!

My Partner and I booked this quite last minute and really didn't know what to expect. First of all the Hotel is spotlessly clean. The bedding and towels are changed daily and are lovely quality. The family who run the hotel are professional, helpful, friendly and courteous. I was ill on one occasion, we ate at a different restaurant and I can only assume the mayonnaise was off, the owners of our hotel were most concerned and even prepared some homemade soup for me. If you are looking for peace and quiet, to be left to your own devices then you will not be disappointed with this hotel. Ensure when you book that you book a studio and you will have a lovely balcony, although the semi basement rooms, whilst do not have individual outside space, are still spotless and there are places to sit outside such as on the main terrace. Oh and one other point, there is plenty of lovely hot water, which to me is a plus and in many of the hotels I have stayed in before, unless you shower early, you run a risk of not having hot water, I know some people probably prefer a cool shower, but it's good to have the option. Location wise, a few minutes walk from the beach and all amenities, bus routes, supermarket, atm's. Lots of bars/taverna's to cater for all requirements, but the bonus is the hotel is still exceptionally peaceful. Superb..,and will definitely return.

I booked this hotel because friends recommended to stay in the main town Fira and the hotel was advertised as "top location in Fira". Although its postal address says indeed Fira, it's quite far out of the town. About 30 to 40 minutes foot walk, along a very busy main rood with little lighting at night. It's also 70 to 80min walks away from the nearest beach (there are not many on the island). Other than one cafe and two small bakeries, there are no facilities in the neighbourhood at all. You really need either a car or use taxis. The latter are very expensive on the island. Each trip is at least Euro 20 even if the drive is just 5 minutes. On the plus site the hotel is very beautiful. I had an upgraded room which was cute and had great views across the island, Fira and the sea. Room was in excellent condition. The pool area is very attractive too. If this had been in Fira, it would have been perfect. The hotel staff are warm and friendly. Service could be a bit better though: - I sent several emails to reception without response, only to find out later that the receptionist does not have access to emails and no-one else picked up the emails either. Really strange. I asked them to check their spam folder, but nobody got back to me. - The room description said that there would be an iron board, but there wasn't. I ordered one from reception but when it arrived, it was so dirty that I could not use it. It left stains on my laundry. - Wifi reception is pretty bad. I could watch Netflix, but it was impossible to do Zoom calls which was important to me as I had some business to deal with. Websites load very slowly. Sometimes the internet stops completely and has to be reset by reception. - reception insisted that all extras are paid in cash, apparently because they need to pay their suppliers in cash. The problem for guests is that if you get cash from an ATM, there will be an 8% to 12.5% mark up charged by the machine, so you pay quite a bit more. - Because of COVID 19, rooms were only cleaned on request and there was no food, drinks or snacks available on the premises at all.

The environment is very good. Like the big villa. Super clean. Service enthusiasm. Check in at the front desk. The waiter will send two glasses of orange juice directly. The room is clean. The beach is also very close. The swimming pool is also super clean. There is a small balcony. The living is very comfortable.

Don't let the limited number of reviews scare you! Amelot Art Suites opened in March/April 2019 (can't remember the exact month, but I remember them telling me spring time), so this place is good as new! I remember arriving and noticing that the property was impeccably clean and still smelled new! My husband and I are world travelers and we love nice hotels - I can honestly say that Amelot is one of the best we have ever stayed at. The location is perfect in Thira. It is settled on a slight hill, so you are away from all the noise and crowds, but still only a couple min walk to the main shops, restaurants, and excitement of the town! The hotel is small and has only 4 rooms, but that just added to its charm and tranquility. AND THE ROOMS! Oh my gosh - we stayed in the honeymoon suite and were completely blown away. These rooms are literally art suites! They are also very bright and spacious! From the stunning tile floors, to the marble-top nightstands, the teal painted doors, the artwork & decor throughout the room, the lighting....the design was absolutely beautiful. We also had our own private balcony with a table, and our own private hot tub which is located on the roof (BEST VIEWS EVER!). Since the hotel is settled on a slight incline, this gives you the most stunning views! We could see all of Thira and had incredible views of Caldera! Our room also included free breakfast every day, and we got to choose an unlimited amount of food options, what time we wanted it served, and had the option of eating in their private courtyard, or at our room. The breakfast was made-to-order and everything was delicious! One of the biggest highlights at our stay was the staff! Despoina and Alex are absolutely incredible. We were in Greece during my husband's birthday, so they helped me by surprising him with a bottle of champagne and a personalized birthday cake when we arrived! They also sang happy birthday to him in Greek! Despoina was so helpful in making our restaurant reservations and arranging our transportation. And Alex helped with our luggage, brought us breakfast every morning and was always available if we ever needed anything. He works so hard, and goes above and beyond to make sure the guests are comfortable - we gave him a tip at the end of our stay to show our gratitude. They treated us like family and were unbelievably kind! I researched Santorini hotels for days and days, and am SO glad that we picked Amelot. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. We will definitely be back!

Hotel location is not very easy to find, you can contact the landlord to pick up the station dock in advance, stay free for more than three days, charge for three days or less. The breakfast is very good and will be delivered to the room every morning. There are microwave ovens, induction cookers and simple cutlery, which should be cleaned later. It is best to rent a car and talk to the landlord. The car rental company will send it to the hotel, and will not add other fees, just the daily rent. 10 euros of gasoline is enough to run for two days. Returning the car can be done at the airport or at the pier.

Costas and Selina were great!!! Very nice and helpful. They provided us a shuttle bus at midnight from the port. They cleaned the room every day. The location is great! ( so close to the beach, many restaurants close by, next to bus stop to Fira). We stayed the studio 6. It has a great balcony. We took the breakfast there during our stay. The family also provides you the kitchen stuff. They might need to replace a few older kitchen things.

Location away from Thia and Oia a small southern village, very quiet and picturesque overlooking the caldera. Catch local buses to Thia - 1 minutes walk to he bus stop and grab yourself a freshly squeezed OJ or coffee from the loca cafeteria. During my 12 day stay at cultural House I slept in every room - very clean, daily linen, beds made everyday, rooms cleaned and craft of wine always topped up. 😘 The views overlooking the sea are postcard perfect ; I watched many sunsets from my balcony and also walking up to the old village. Katerina, the Manager and her staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating and made sure my stay was pleasant and relaxing. Transfers and other tourist information I discussed with Katerina and she was extremely knowledgeable and organised them for me. Daily Breakfast was a delectable feast and freshly brewed coffee , accomopained with pastries. I would recommend this accomodation to couples and solo travellers. Abundant local restaurant to dine at and cheaper than Thia and Oia. I hope that you have an opportunity to stay in this getaway it truly is peaceful and picturesque. Free wifi 24 hour check in Daily breakfast brought to your room - you organise the breakfast time Exquisite scenery from every balcony Quiet location Easy access to the local buses Local shops within 10 walking distance 10 minute walk to Santo wines Daily room service and linen Katherine and her staff are welcoming Many local bars to have coldie Quaint shops found along the cobble stone streets

The Holy Island lives here for 3 days. Still recommended! The location is very good, very close to the Ferra bus station, the left corner of the hotel entrance is the town center and bus station, right turn has a supermarket, so it is convenient to go anywhere. It is relatively quiet on the eastern side of the cliff trail, but it is convenient to go to the Fira Center! The hotel has a swimming pool, it is very fun to swim, and the breakfast buffet is not bad. The room is built on a cliff, so exercise up and down, no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers.

Very unforgettable stay experience. If Ctrip didn't give me a room, I shouldn't choose this super expensive and cost-effective hotel. The hotel has breakfast, but it is very difficult to understand that there is no free drinking water available, and the laundry service is also charged! And the location is remote, surrounded by hotels or wasteland being built, it feels really worthless for more than 3,000 nights.
