We ate in the restaurant while attending a function and I can honestly say it was one of the best meals I’ve had. It was difficult to choose from the extensive menu but I ordered Jolly Green Giant salad (which was fresh, full of texture and flavour) and the satay chicken skewers which were cooked perfectly - the meat was cooked, yet still tender and moist. I’m a foodie and very often feel like I can do a better job than most restaurants. This was a lovely surprise and I wish I lived closer so I could try some other items on the menu. Please send our thanks to the chef & kitchen. Also, all the staff were really helpful and friendly. A real gem of a place!

Arrived at the hotel and parked on the NCP Free Car Park next door which is a real bonus. Had some reservations due to a couple of recent breakdowns(prev posts) but NCP staff were present and its locked up at midnight I believe. Checked in smoothly, i did ring the previous day and requested a room on the 5th floor which was duly arranged. Lovely and quiet, had a great nights sleep. Bed very comfortable and all the usual tea, coffee and TV in the room etc. Breakfast was buffet style the next morning. Manda and Frances were extremely pleasant. The coffee machine was out of mocha and I informed Manda and within minutes it was resolved and she even bought me the drink to my table. The breakfast was all really fresh and good value. I asked the chef for a poached egg and he immediately prepared it for me. You couldn't ask for a nicer group of staff. I didn't venture out into Luton itself as I arrived after 9pm and after breakfast checked out for a flight from Luton Airport. This journey was no more than 10 mins. I could thoroughly recommend this hotel.

There is a complimentary breakfast. The bed is quite soft and it is a bit narrow. The location is particularly good, only a few minutes walk from Luton Station, and I see the mall next to it, shopping is also very convenient. That is, the hangers are not installed in the cabinet, and it is a bit troublesome to hold the clothes. It must be hung in the closet.

We booked our stay for one night, immediately after booking I realised it was the incorrect date. I rang booking and the hotel less than 15 minutes after booking to see if I could get a refund or change the date in which I was told no by the hotel. This is understandable as it’s due to my own error. Eventually me and my partner decided to still stay as it would have been a waste of money had we not. We didn’t arrive till 10pm or after. We stayed the night, I left 515am as I was working an early shift and my partner stayed in bed. At 10.55 there was shouting and knocking at the door, shouting that check out is 11 and that he had to leave. My partner went down to the reception to hand in the key where him and myself were accused of smoking marijuana in the room that night and that there had been reports of it. We then said it was not us, because it was not us and the man said we were the only people on that floor. If that were the case where had all these so called reports come from and why at no point had anyone come to inspect the room that night. May I add there was no smell of marijuana at all during are stay which pushes me to believe this was all a huge lie. A lady then was sent to check the room. Upon return she stated the room was perfectly fine and that there was just a wine bottle in the room. The man then asked my partner ‘were you drinking?’ Why on earth was he interrogated and why were we both falsely accused when they had no reason to be do it. It is not illegal to drink in hotel rooms and it’s none of the hotels business that we were, he was quite clearly trying to find any reason to penalise us.The man then said to my partner ‘should you be drinking?’ Which was a comment simply intended to offend my partner as the man presumed he was Muslim. HOW DARE HE ask such questions and make comments like that. It was the most rude conversation to come from a man who supposedly is meant to provide good customer service. I was appalled to hear this story from my partner and feel it was nothing but an attack for no reason or in hope to try and charge us for ridiculous and false allegations.

I had to stay somewhere by Luton airport for one night as I need a fit to fly cert and also had an early flight. After having been refused a stay by the holiday inn as I didn’t have a letter from the Spanish embassy to say I was being repatriated. Anyway that’s for another review. The Marriott website said I had to have a flight number and my Spanish resident card which I had as it’s only nationals and residents who can fly. The receptionist was lovely polite and welcoming, she allowed me to check in early and arranged for a taxi to take me to the airport at 4.40am she even asked if I needed one with a card reader which unfortunately (as I like to pay for everything in cash) I did. What a shame that the bar area is closed as it’s lovely with booths with a tv in each one. The hotel is absolutely spotless, my room was huge, spotless had a great shower and I could cast Netflix from my phone onto the tv. Sockets by the bed another bonus, a fridge, safe desk and a small table to eat at. If I was to be really picky I only had 2 teabags but I’m confident had I gone downstairs or phoned down I would have got some. This was all for £53 a night. Excellent hotel, excellent service and stay.

Our stay was probably the worst I have experienced and we have been staying in several premier inns across the UK and has seriously put us off coming back again because of the fact we are a young family and was placed on the second floor after asking not to be as we have a one year old son and had to carry all of our bags etc to the other side of the building from the disgusting car park in which you have to pay stupid levels of money just as the general public which parking was a real issues as there was never any free spaces, No non slip math mat and when I asked at reception all I got given was another hand towel which was beyond ridiculous so I had to go back to the room in complete shock as apparently there was none available in the premier inn. The cleanliness of our room could raise some serious concerns as we found a number of issues for example mould growing on the soap dispenser underneath and has clearly not been cleaned in a LONG time, Secondly the room had not been hoovered and there was bits of dirt my year old son kept picking up and nearly eating!!! And finally there was disgusting amounts of tea stains on the wall near the kettle that have not been cleaned ( Images taken to prove) Noise levels was beyond a joke as we barelt slept due to the amount of drunken people that kept coming back to the hotel banging into walls knocking on doors, Believe it or not the planes were the last thing to actually wake us up; again this was reported but no action of been taken so for the three days we were there we also encountered it every night near enough. Now moving onto the cot bed this has to be the single-handedly the worst cot bed I have ever seen in my entire life how the child is expected to sleep on such a hard surface is beyond recognition. I am just glad that I will remember to bring our sons duvet as a soft surface for him to sleep on if we had not remember to bring this and have left a sleep on the rough hard surface the poor guy would never even have slept how do you justify this?

The Hilton brand is going downhill, and has lived in countless Hiltons from home and abroad. Every time you come to the United Kingdom, there is always a city that will arrange to stay in Hilton. Each time it ends in disappointment. 1, location, directly opposite the Scotsman Hotel, the spiral staircase next to the Scotsman Hotel can lead to the train station. If there is a large luggage, it is recommended to go out at Plantform Exit 1, there are lifts and escalators, and exit to the right Walk and turn right again for two hundred meters. A 10-minute walk from Royal mile, Edinburgh Castle, and Whisky Experience Center, these three are together! About 12 minutes walk from Calton Hill, which is different from the three attractions above 2. The housekeeping was just rubbish. On the first day of arrival, there was no mineral water in our two rooms, and the two rooms were not the same size. The one we lived in was very small. Shower gels and shampoos have obviously been used, but they have not been replaced! !! !! 3. The hotel design has serious problems. Please arrange a room for -3. We must first take the stairs to the second floor, then cross the other two third-level stairs, and then take the elevator down to -3. Rao's head is dizzy and the box Not easy to mention ~

The hotel rooms are very nice, the retro feel and the design is very good. It is recommended to come to Edinburgh, you can try it. The service is also very good, the front desk staff are very warm and there is a grandfather wearing a Scottish skirt. Very enthusiastic and also voluntarily said that you can take a photo and take the initiative to take the box. It was raining when we stayed, and we went to the front desk and borrowed an umbrella~ Book in Ctrip in advance, just say your last name. Quick search~ When I booked, I just started to watch more than 1,000. The second time I saw it was more than 600, and the price rose very scary. The restaurant is also very nice, but there is nothing to eat in order to catch the trip. So if you have time, try it, but put apples and lemonade at the door~

The hotel is located in the old quarter of Edinburgh, "bread street", close to the castle and Princes Street Gardens, and the location is superb. The hotel's own buffet breakfast is not comparable to the domestic breakfast, but it is already very rich in the UK, you can also find a waiter to customize the fried egg and other dishes. The room is really small, if you are with two big boxes, it is estimated that it is difficult to spread both on the ground at the same time. In addition, the bathroom is really small. It is difficult for a Chinese who is not a burly to bathe in the bathroom or the wall. However, hotels in the UK are small rooms. Overall, it is still satisfactory, of course, don't compare it with the domestic Hilton, otherwise you will feel that you have gone wrong.

A total of two rooms and four rooms were booked, and the overall performance in all aspects was very good. The layout of the rooms is reasonable, even the smallest classic room does not feel cramped. In particular, the bathroom has a separate dressing table and a large mirror, which is well received. The location is very good, Edinburgh's main attractions are within 15 minutes of walking (of course, Edinburgh attractions are already very concentrated). The public space is beautiful and elegant, and the service is warm and in place. The only minor problem was that when I checked out on the first trip, I was given a £103.5 bill, a £3.5 mini bar and a £100 reservation for the restaurant (we didn’t open the mini at all, nor booked it. Restaurant), after arguing for some reason, the front desk said that it might be wrong. Although the bill was cancelled, it was inevitable that it was unpleasant and destroyed the perfect experience of the whole stay.

Invincible location, the most lively Royal Mile, is a pedestrian street, full of buskers, acrobatics of the magic of singing the piano, the audience is surrounded by a circle of interaction, the atmosphere is very good. A little bit to the right is Edinburgh Castle. The car has a high level to the front desk, but the suitcase can be lifted. Then ask the front desk, he will give a map, there is a parking lot ten minutes walk, 22 pounds a day. Downstairs is free from 18:30 to 8:30 the next day. The room was clean and there was a kitchen washing machine. The only thing that is not good is that the pedestrian steps outside the window of the room require curtains to be pulled. We live in the capital house, and on the third day we change to a family room and a single apartment, which are located on the second and fifth floors. It may be better to have more than one layer of privacy. The first two are pictures of the family room, and the last two are the capital houses.

The building was formerly the National Bank of Scotland. The front desk is very welcoming. The boys helped me print the tickets for the next day. The girls helped us to store the luggage and the suite with the top floor. This time I booked a room of more than 1800/night. Although it was a duplex of two beds, it still felt a little smaller. The room has a kitchen but it has not been used. Edinburgh is a city with a lot of history. The ups and downs of the terrain and the architectural style of each era have indeed formed a unique beauty. The full moon night is bright and has a mysterious atmosphere. JK Rowling can write Harry Potter here and it is very understandable. Edinburgh's unique black and white tones are unforgettable.

Very good serviced apartment. Close to Edinburgh Castle, our meeting place for the Highland Regiment was at the entrance of the castle and it took less than ten minutes to walk from the hotel. There is a small supermarket downstairs, open until 9 pm. We bought eggs, fruit and vegetable salads and boxed rice for our own dinner and breakfast using the hotel kitchen facilities. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but milk bread, oatmeal, biscuit and juice are provided free of charge. We returned from the highlands and stayed at the hotel for another night, washing a large bag of dirty clothes with the hotel's washing machine and drying them. 1. No breakfast 2. No extra bed 3. Suitable for children but book rooms according to the number of people in the house 4. The hotel location is within 10 minutes walk from the castle and the royal mile, very convenient, but 15 minutes walk from the train station. We dragged two suitcases up and down the stairs twice following the navigation a little hard. In short, it is recommended.

Very friendly staff! The front staff who welcomed us on the day we checked in was extremely friendly and helpful, as was another staff who helped us in the evening to change to another room (the original room had a connecting door to the room next door where some people were having a rather lively party). At present, breakfast is brought to the room (see picture) and guests can select what they would like to have the day before. What we didn't enjoy too much while staying was that the hotel itself felt more like an office building and the room, although clean (apart from the cutlery in the kitchen), was not very cozy and quite cold. We would also like to suggest to allow guests to use the fire stairs as there is only one elevator. We had to wait quite a bit each time we needed to take the elevator (especially during covid times when only one household a time can use it). There's a rather big construction site next door so people who hope to sleep till late might want to ask for a room thats facing the other side.

The location is so great, it is on Prince Street, so we saved the time to visit Prince Street. And the opposite is the train station, for the friends who travel by train, they have to avoid the twists and turns of pulling a lot of luggage. The room is still small, the faucet design of the bathroom is unreasonable, and every time you wash your hands, it will splash out. Hotel service is not bad. But the service at the breakfast restaurant was a bit worse. In order to sit on the window and enjoy the view of the city, we chose to dine at the hotel, but the foreman of the restaurant was not enthusiastic, the breakfast was not rich, the waiters were few, the reception was slow, I didn’t feel it. it is good.

Cost-effective, Ctrip is much cheaper than other homes! Yotel comes from the Japanese capsule brand. In fact, it pays more attention to cost performance than service. This new store in Edinburgh, the hardware is very good, the service is basically nothing, hahaha Attention please! Check out at 11! No one will remind you! This is terrible. 15 pounds an hour later! 15 pounds an hour late! No one reminds! This is too bad! Do not remind in advance that it is illegal in the British Act, and I don't want everyone to quarrel with them to destroy their mood! Pay attention to check out before 11 o'clock! Checkin was quick but really annoyed hat the hotel’s car park was full and I had to go and park elsewhere costing £5 more that at the hotel. However, the room was very nice and comfortable and the kitchenette came in very useful. We were on the 5th floor and there was a lift. I was also pleased that the room had an air conditioner as the day was hot. The bathroom was also clean and of a high standard. I would recommend this hotel as it’s just off the Royal Mile and about a three minute walk to Holyrood palace. However, be prepared to park about somewhere else though it’s about three minutes away.

It is still easy to find if you are coming from the royal mile, but others such as Niumen Street are difficult to find. You have to climb the stairs and walk around to find the main entrance. It is a bit embarrassing to hold a small package. The front desk to the room is also quite long. Take the elevator up the fifth floor and go a long way to take another elevator down the fourth floor. The back door can go to Niumen Street. The rooms are small by standard. Breakfast was okay, and there seemed to be few reasons to book except one mile from the Royal.

Just a few minutes walk from the train station, Prince Street is bustling, commercial street, bus supermarket hotel McDonald's KFC is next to the main attractions, the Royal Botanical Garden is a bus or taxi. Breakfast is classic European style, scrambled eggs, grilled mushrooms, fried potato pieces, tomato juice, soy beans, roasted tomatoes, sausage, bacon, these are suitable for Chinese hot dishes, the elderly at home to eat. There are also a few special flavor foods in Scotland. It is more appropriate to have a hotel breakfast with an elderly child. We stayed for two nights in a triple room, three single beds, the first night gave the room a good view, close to the street, and it was relatively clean. The room that I visited back in the highland tour was a bit smelly. I didn't have a towel and a towel. The window was close to the opposite office building. The hotel may be old, the corridor is very narrow, the smell of the carpet is not fresh enough, and the carpet in the room is also. Win at the location.
