      To summarise my stay ; 1. No hot water in the room, the hotel staff gave us hot water in buckets , we asked for half bucket, but we’re provided only 1/4th bucket of hot water 2. No daily house keeping - rooms will be left uncleared during your stay 3. No coordination between staff may it be hotel or restaurant - we were initially allotted one room, later were shifted to another room, front desk did not inform the staff about the room number, restaurant- we asked for 1 Pepsi but were given 2 bottles by 2 different staff 4. Old property, definitely has a tired look and feel to it 5. No outside food allowed and the restaurant rates are expensive for Jaipur city, they are charging metropolitan restaurant rates 6. Blankets are provided, but I am not sure how often they are cleaned, when we checked-in, several room cleaning were taking place in the property n all the blankets were lying on the floor outside the room 7. They provide complimentary breakfast, but they won’t tell you it’s room service only… Recommendation: There are newer n better hotels right next to this property at a little higher cost , would recommend those hotels than this , self proclaimed 2-star hotel Not sure why this property has for 4.2 stars, they are not worth 2 stars too

      Hotel is really good. Neat and clean, spacious room with small balcony.Good for family. We hav daughter 3yr old for whom they arranged warm milk in night/morning. Location very good. The guy at reception is really helpful. He helped us to get bike on rent for city visit. Always available for any help. When we visited the restaurant at top was closed due to pandemic/renovation. Only breakfast was available which was poori bhajji or aloo paratha with curd and tea/coffee. Auto parked just infront of hotel if u wish to book the guy at reception will call the auto driver too. Peaceful location with all major tourist attraction within 3-4kms eg Babu bazaar, MI road for eatries, hawa Mahal, city palace , Albert hall museum & zoo.

      We requested an early check-in at the hotel over the phone call, at first, I was informed by Jatin, (Front Desk) that was not possible due to no room availability. However, I was informed that I could store my luggage in the cloakroom until the rooms became available. We arrived at the hotel at 10:00 am and were welcomed by Jatin, he even agreed to provide us with a room because of its availability. The hotel was clean, the room was well lit, decorated, and spaced. Bathroom amenities were provided only if requested. Breakfasts was a simple spread of vegetarian food but lacked some flavor. We ordered room service which was a good Ghar ka khana (home-cooked food) at a reasonable price. However, we did face difficulty at the checkout at 8:00 am. Our car was parked in the hotel's parking and when returned was in a terrible state, it had pigeon crap all over it. We had to clean it by ourselves with no support of amenities from the hotel. This surely did take away another star from the rating. Overall, it was a decent stay for a budget-friendly hotel.

      We had a business event in one of their banquet hall on 5th Floor Their service was seamless. Their food was also good enough. The location is a prime location. Their cost was reasonable. They have kept all our valid requests without any questions asked and right away. That helped us to conduct the event, better. I would like to thank Mr. Tej Singh , Banquet ***ager, Mr. Tejpal and their entire team who were there on 30th April on 5th Floor Banquet hall to help us organise this event in the best way possible.       What a beautiful hotel this must have been in it's heyday, it still retains a quiet splendor of days long gone and can be seen in the public sreas such as the entrance/reception area and the dining rooms. As far as my bedroom was concerned it was furnished in worn but coolurful wooden bed and furniture with a very large shower room. Thankfully the cupboard in the room had 3 extra blankets which I certainly needed as the room was very cold but at least the mosquitos must have thought the same as there were none to be seen. The two nights we stayed there, some of the group dined in the hotel and there was a pervading smell of paraffin throughout the dining area from the oil heaters but we still had to wear our coats throughout the meal. The service and food however were excellent and very good value. I had butter chicken the first night and Chicken Biryani the second night with Chicken Sweetcorn soup as a starter both nights. Roti and chapatis, Kingfisher beer, coffee and Masala Chai were also enjoyed.

Cons: -Placed an online order of a delux room that says 2 single beds, however turned out to be one king-size bed, had to pay more than it stated online to get the 2 separated beds. -only one shower cap on the first day we checked in, no supply of that since then. -One of the quilt cover was actually kinda ****ty, not to mention some stains on the sheet, not exactly noticeable, but it was just there.

      Recently I was on a week long trip to rajasthan and since the trip was on a budget, I planned to stay at a hostel in jaipur. Not to mention that this was my first time living in a hostel since I'm a luxury traveler. When I entered HOB I must say I was flabbergasted at the sight- such mesmerizing interiors, the tidiness led me in awe of this place. The vibrance is killing, the vibe is so natural and soothing unlike other hostels. The comfortable bunk beds were accompanied by the hospitable staff and an amazing chef. Desi khana was served so well that you'll lick your fingers for sure. Have I mentioned that the terrace has a view of the majestic Nahargarh fort too. Also you can view a beautiful sunrise from their terrace. The owner Mr. Harvinder Ji will always be there to help you out. I would definitely recommend this to you all and will surely be visiting again in the coming months cos my love for Rajasthan is undying.

It has it's own character and aura which is discovered the moment you step inside it's beautiful rooms.       Very nice rooms at hotel we took 03 rooms one basic and for 02 superdlx a big room 3 bedding. Hotel rooms and bathroom was proper cleaned and linen too. Staff services is very good they place order on time. Hotel located at closed main road called amer road near walking distance from palace of winds and amber fort. Jaipur is very nice destination to travel we liked all things there and spent 03 days then back to our city. I would like to thanks to mr. khan for helped us to book tourist car for local places visit in Jaipur once our driver was gone after dropped us for urgency. Surly recommend to my friends and family.

      As a single traveller I chose a small room with a single bed. The room and bathroom are clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Being right near M.I. Road and within a walk to the old city is great. The only problem is a lot of traffic noise (which I expected) and more noise from a food stall below clattering about with their metal buckets and loud conversation. However, with good ear plugs it’s okay and it’s okay from about 10 p.m. till 6 a.m. The front desk staff is not very friendly but they responded to my requests promptly enough in spite of their glum faces!

      After going through various resorts in Marriott line up, this is the one I finalized. And.. No regrets :) Started with the Namaste by the security staff to the warm welcome by Radhika at the reception. To top it off I got upgraded to the pool villa which was really really beautiful. It does look like a Fort converted to a resort but it is not. The resort is beautifully architected and even in the minute things you will see attention to detail. The lounge has a beautiful ambiance and the accessories are carefully chosen and placed on each of the tables. The view from the pool is picturesque. Coming back to the staff - each one of them was extremely helpful and polite. In the morning Buffet right from the servers to senior staff constantly made sure that we try the best delicacies which they offer. Even though I was full, but the recommendation to have MaasOmelette (Meat Omelette) came up and trust me it was amazing. Thanks to the restaurant staff! And the highlight of the breakfast - He***t the flute artist. He is a young 20 something lad who has music in his veins. From old classics to newer melodies he played all of them with such a grace. He also played some rhymes (Jingle bell and Twinkle twinkle little star) for smaller kids which was well appreciated by the family and kids. I am pretty sure this guy will make it big :) way to go brother! Now comes the time to leave, again the whole reception staff was delightful while checking out. Clicked some pictures and we signed off after a small friendly chit chat with very humble security person with Big moustache. One of the nicest experience which I have not even had in the US resorts. A big thank you to the whole hotel staff!!!

The hotel occupies a large area, the greening is very good, there are more than 100 peacocks strolling in between; the rooms are villas, the interior facilities are good. The restaurant is also good, with music and dance performances, and the atmosphere is very good. Need to be especially praised is that the service is particularly good! When I opened the turntable, the waiter even prepared a small pillow for the child's teddy bear. It was a thoughtful and thoughtful one.

      I stayed at this hotel for four nights. Some rooms were not very good. I found that the machine was roaring at night and couldn’t sleep. I changed the room in the middle of the night and tossed it for a long time. The bed in the double room is very small, it will fall off when you turn over, and you can't sleep well at night. The room in the big bed is OK, but his bed is a bit too soft, and people who are not used to it are estimated to be uncomfortable sleeping. Fortunately, the hotel's overall service is relatively good, but the gastrointestinal bacteria infection in India pulled out of the hotel to ask if there is no medicine or know where the pharmacy is, the hotel can not provide any help, let me own Google map. Fortunately, the owner of a kuhu restaurant and hotel nearby bought me a drug and confiscate the service fee.

      I had been searching for places to stay in Jaipur for my medical conference and came across this beautiful panache called 'loft 24'. It came to my surprise that the owners were so congenial and understanding, all the Covid -19 protocols were followed and the rooms were grandiose and clean as a whistle. The distance from the airport and all major landmarks of the city is very accessible. I had such a comfortable stay and it really felt like home. The food is a delight and the service is high quality. The staff was very disciplined and had highly professional etiquettes. The hotel has an indo western vibe, a grand ambience and high standards at such a reasonable price. I would love to visit again - 'Loft 24' is an all time favourite in my list. Would highly recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances.

All staff are courteous and especially recommend Mr. Saurabh and Mr. Ashish Arora who has really done great in terms of customer satisfaction. Saurabh is really very nice and courteous staff who served our evening snacks and drinks with lots of affection. He deserve a round of applause due to his attitude towards customer support and service. Rest other staff were also very supportive and servicing class with respect to other hotels. Also Mr. Ashish is very supportive Sales Director, I also want to inform that do not book via google website link as there are some cyber criminals are active and they have theft my 1500 rs in lieu of booking who are not right people so be aware while booking. Last but not least it is value for money. Must visit once.

The architecturally resplendent palace reminds you of the bygone era while the modern luxurious amenities including wonderful dining options, well-equipped heritage rooms/ suites, in-house shops and exquisite spa are among the key highlights. The staff members embody Tajness in every way. Divita ensured that we had the best checkin experience and planned a memorable experience with Karan for our special occasion. Both Divita and Karan were extremely gracious and helpful. Our chauffeur Bhagwant made sure our commutes were looked after very well. The staff members at restaurants (Rajput room and Svarna Mahal) - Yogendra, Vikram, Harish, Kishan, Amar, Bhojpal and Abhishekh - ensured that every meal was an experience filled with hospitality and warmth. The spa team of Pema, Meenu and Yeshi were excellent. Raman made our checkout experience seamless. All these staff members were exemplary. The standards of this Taj property are so stellar that we cannot wait to come back!

      We had lunch at one of the oldest restaurant in Jaipur called LMB in Johri Bazar area. It is a well maintained property with authentic food from Rajasthan and Northern India. We recommend everyone to visit this restaurant and enjoy the meal. It's nearby Hawa Mahal.

      This is my 4th visit and second in a week. This is my preferred hotel whenever I am in Jaipur because of a Number of reasons... The front office staff is polite and accommodating , they provide an upgrade also whenever possible . Food and Bar. Mr Happie and his team are awesome in their quality of service. Although besides the bar bites are not very tasty to be honest nothing special to write about... The bar tender however is great at his service.. The pool attendant is also polite and friendly. Over all I am here again for two days...
