I just want to be very factual. My wife and I are seasoned travelers. I usually do reviews on places we stay. I have only done one other really poor review however this is my 2nd. We booked this hotel 6 weeks before arrival and booked it because it has excellent good reviews so our experience here shocked us. We arrived at check in time looking forward to our stay in Jerez and this typical Andalusian hotel. Upon entering our hotel room we hit a extremely strong smell of old cigarette smoke that was embedded in everything in the room. It was so strong it took your breath away. We found an ashtray in the room indicating it was a smoking room. My wife and I are life long non smokers. I immediately went back to the front desk to ask for a different non smoking room. I was told the hotel was booked solid due to the “Jerez Flamenco Festival” and that was the only room available. I went to explain this to my wife and we felt we just could not tolerate the smell however I checked for other rooms online and indeed due the festival hotels were booked up. We again went to the front desk to plead our case for another room but again we were refused and only offered a refund and an “out the door”. The front desk staff indicated they would really clean the room. This consisted of taking down the drapes over the French doors and putting up what appeared to be the same drapes. They then put an old bedspread over the existing bedding. What this did for the foul smell was nothing. Why would they expect it to do anything else. We stayed as we had nowhere else to go. We watched others book n after us and since I booked 6 weeks prior I have no knowledge why we given this room. We stayed for our time booked as we were in Jerez to see Flamenco and the sights of the city. We had to sleep with the French doors open due to the smoke stench which was difficult as the street noise was very loud. Our throats and sinuses hurt each morning. I felt like I had a bad cold each day. We stayed out of the room as long as possible each day. The staff here were not friendly. Not unfriendly either just apathetic. These are just the facts. We have moved onto a lovely guesthouse in Arcos. We love it here. As a reminder of the Nova Centro in Jerez we are left with smokey smelling baggage and clothes & we don’t smoke. You will read the other positive reviews and I truly wish ours could be one. I think if we had been given a non smoking room it could have been. Now ask yourself. Do you want to gamble your time in Jerez in getting our room. If not then I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere. Nova Centro could have done better but chose not to. Their choice but now you have one too. Choose wisely and avoid this hotel. I hope my second negative review is my last.

We love Jerez. This was the first time we had stayed her. It is a hotel set in a lovely old building, really well located. I had read a few negative reviews about the breakfast but we thought the breakfast was good. The orange juice was fresh, the toasted bread brought to the table was warm and really nice. There were nice Spanish pates including one similar to sobrasada. The Spanish meats were nice and varied every day. Tea and coffee is brought to the table and you can ask for top ups if you want. The waiters at breakfast were both very pleasant but we particularly liked the younger one on our first morning as he encouraged me to try to speak Spanish which I am learning at the moment. The bathroom was nice and it was lovely to have a whirlpool bath as well as the shower over. Our room was dark which I found difficult with my poor eyesight and there was also a platform at one end of the room. That said we thought our stay was good value for money, overall we liked the hotel and we will certainly return

It is hard to imagine a more perfect hotel stay. It is conveniently located in the centre of Jerez; with the main historical sites, visitor attractions, restaurants and shopping streets all in walking distance. The hotel building and decor is beautiful and classy without being opulent or over-the-top. It had an understated elegance as did the comfortable bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The service and staff were excellent - always on hand to give recommendations and assistance when needed. Our rate included a lovely continental breakfast. The hotel has a nice garden shaded by trees, with bar staff available to serve drinks. It was so nice to sit there in the February sunshine to relax and read a book, while drinking fresh orange juice. Such a treat away from the winter weather back home in the UK. We also dined in the hotel's T22 restaurant on one night and would recommend both the food and the service.

The only hotel in the itinerary is more convenient to go to the next stop to travel to Cordoba. The director has a small car impact, less than 20 minutes to the city attractions, the hotel also has a free shuttle. Surprisingly, the lady happened to be a Hilton member, each person sent a bottle of water, and some other hotel service offers but no use. Very good value for money, can be rated as a five-star hotel. The lobby has a sense of design and spaciousness. The receptionist is a gentleman in his 50s with very standard English; there is a swimming pool, and the rooms are not large or small. The standard room of nearly 30 square meters is fine. We took a train from Madrid to Seville and walked for 10 minutes to get to the hotel. The breakfast was full of fruit, and the big cherries had a large plate. Opposite the road is the British Palace shopping mall. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the shopping mall. Take a taxi to the Plaza of Spain, the Royal Palace and other attractions about 4 kilometers, 6-10 euros. The local fruity wine at the hotel bar is great

Hotel services in general, this four-five-star hotel in this one-month European trip, can be said to be the most unsatisfactory hotel. The room was small and the facilities were some years old. The old man also caught a cold because the hotel's central air conditioner was too cold for the first night. After that, the cough and fever continued for two weeks, and the trip was very painful. In addition, there was an unpleasant experience during the stay, which delayed the two-day trip. Because Ctrip did not write clearly the room type on the order, and the Chinese version of my confirmation form clearly stated the room type and specific information, but the English version did not write, and did not pay attention to the English version before departure, and did not notice, resulting in At the time of check-in, the hotel refused to arrange the room we booked, only to give the standard room, coordination for a long time no results, travel with the elderly at home, and let the elderly wait for a few hours, very guilty. After the hotel manager came out to coordinate, I was willing to provide Ctrip's order to them and agreed that I could take it as a credential to go with Ctrip's feedback. I also suggested that the proof is not their responsibility, and I would like to arrange it as much as possible in the next day. Baggage. From noon to communication at night, too tired, the first time to feedback Ctrip, Ctrip can not coordinate, let us first stay, willing to pay compensation for the next day to change the hotel or can negotiate with the hotel for the room we booked. Yes, the next day, several customer service contacts said that we had to coordinate, we had to wait, and then responded in a few hours. After a few round trips, the next day passed, and our two-day trip was delayed. This service is too difference. After that, the hotel still communicated well when we checked in on the first day, but only arranged a room adjustment. It is impossible to blame the hotel for the order. After returning to China, the complaint was Ctrip and the communication was resolved in the past two months. As an old customer, as a diamond customer, I feel a little disappointed.

Very clean! The hotel is a tall building. It is a very eye-catching building in the city of Seville. It is a barrel-shaped design with a patio in the middle. All rooms have exterior windows. There is no charge for parking the car in front of the hotel. I do not know where the paid parking lot written in the hotel description is. However, there are only a few parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel. The breakfast was not varied and the dishes were not too clean. The rooms are average, no surprises. Compared to other accommodations on this trip, the cost is not high, but it is also possible that Seville itself is more expensive. The hotel is located in the old town, very close to the palace and the church, surrounded by restaurants, no breakfast is required at all, and it usually costs 15 euros for breakfast and coffee for three people. The hotel room is small, and there is basically little room to put down the double bed (the put together). We also added a bed to the 10-year-old baby, which is even more crowded. An extra bed costs 40 Euros per night, please pay attention. There is a hot water bottle, but there is no daily free mineral water. I used to live in the Crown plaza in Barcelona every day, and there was a bottle for the holiday inn in Lisbon. The room 221 is strange. The layout is weird.
