A wonderful stay and top score on all the issues that matter. The position is great and although in a tiny back street it is quiet and a hidden gem. The staff were excellent from booking through to arranging a private tour and restaurants, also the in room breakfasts with the perfect omelette. Very simply this is just what we hoped for and Seville is a wonderful and level city to engage with and the right temperature this time of year. We spoilt ourselves with the rooftop suite though the nighttime transparent blinds were a surprise until we realised it is so private up there that it does not matter and allows more light. It all felt like a little bit of heaven up there and with the view of the churches and old town with the early spring sunshine all afternoon. If you also have a special occasion and want something like a five star hotel but more personal and special then do it properly here and include the private local tour. Enjoy.

The Hostal Sierpes is in a tiny street not far from the La Giralda Cathedral and the Alcazar. It looks like it was converted from a historic residence and has a pretty courtyard lobby and also a courtyard/atrium on the European first floor. PROS Central convenient location. Walking distance to the main historic sites of Sevilla, and to restaurants, bars, etc. I even walked from the Santa Justa train station which took about 20 minutes. A building with some charm. Also, the amenities worked. Free, fast wifi. Aircon, hot water, etc. CONS The biggest negative is that there is no elevator. My room was on the third floor, which meant a hike up four flights of stairs. Keep in mind if you have mobility problems or lots of luggage.

I'm late! I finally remembered to sort out the comments today. First of all, in a sentence, this is the best accommodation experience in my life, not to say the price, not to the degree of luxury, but to 200% intimacy and warmth. The airport to the hotel is recommended to take a taxi, 23 euros, more than 20 minutes to arrive, if you take the bus is still more difficult to transfer, and it is inevitable to go some way, with luggage is not very convenient. The driver knows this hotel and will be able to get to the hotel door without any mistakes. The door is not conspicuous, it is the door of the average person, but it is in line with the adjustment of the apartment. The internal public space is already very beautiful and stylish. I have five orchestras in my impression. Ovi is the one who receives me and my friends. Really really really super nice! Ten million times more than the French man nice. The first time told us that because of the room permission, I upgraded my regular room to a two-story suite. It’s a surprise. We arrived earlier, the room was not cleaned up, so we went out to eat after luggage storage. Before leaving, Ovi gave us a patience to recommend the restaurant, and left my phone, saying that it was the phone when the room came out, very intimate. After returning to the hotel, Ovi personally brought us up. In particular, he put our two big luggage in the second floor of the room in advance. Then took us to the room and spent almost 40 minutes explaining the room use, Seville's attractions, buying tickets, transportation, etc., very detailed on the map, touching. Proactively propose a ticket that can help you book a flamenco show. Just tell him at any time. We just mentioned a project of the downstream river. Ovi specially wrote a very detailed card introduction with beautiful flowers. Give me the room. The room is also super like, every detail is very good, as well as its own kitchen. Right, the hotel is opposite to the Chinese supermarket opened by the Fujianese. The boss told us that it took more than three years to decorate the hotel, which shows its intention. The trip to Seville is very good, and the flamenco show that Ovi helped find is also a tribute. When the check out day was very early (not Ovi's working hours), we called Ovi, he quickly came to help us get the luggage down, and called us a taxi, knowing that we got on the bus and watched us leave. . Ovi is really the cutest person in the world. If you go to Seville, I really push Aguilas 5! Ovi, Rodriguez and all other housekeepers are handsome angels!

We had a small mini-break in Seville. The Boutike hotel has an excellent location, we were able to walk everywhere in Seville. The reception staff members were very lovely, the lobby is very clean and lovely. The breakfast was good and simple. When we did our booking, we received a lovely welcome email giving us basic info of the hotel/Seville and a list of excursions which you can book by the hotel can arrange. We booked tickets for a flamenco show and it was a great experience - highly recommended. Unfortunately our first room wasn’t as expected - the toilet was broken and did horrible noise, and the room did stink (old bathroom/mold). We were lucky enough that the reception was able to switch our room after the first night, and the other room didn’t have any issues.

I wanted to give this 4 stars but haven't for the following reasons. They really need to say on their website that the journey to this hotel is down dozens of tortuously small, winding lanes. We were in a medium sized car and am very surprised we didn't lose our wing mirrors. It was incredibly stressful. Our advice is park at the Cano Ceuto carpark (25e for 24hrs) and get an Uber to the hotel with your luggage - around 3.50e. Once there the rooms are small but nice, aircon good. The guy who checked up in only spoke Spanish, this always amazes me in a city like Seville where I assume the vast percentage of tourists are from outside the country. The pool is very pretty, on the roof overlooking the town but it's absolutely tiny and was very shallow, but OK for a cool off after a long drive. Breakfast was interesting. We asked for a cup of coffee and a glass of water with our food. The food came, it was quite nice. No buffet service due to covid. Then we waited and waited. I asked again about the drinks, they were coming. We waited and waited. I asked again. Finally the coffee arrived, a cup of microwaved water with a sachet of instant coffee! We were then told the coffee machine had broken down. Seriously they could have told us this 20 minutes earlier. When we checked out (getting our Uber back to the car park) the Portuguese receptionist, who of course speaks English perfectly was very apologetic and gave us a sweet ceramic swallow, which was a kind gesture.

The hotel is very close to the train station. You can basically see the hotel when you leave the station. It is also very convenient to rent a car. The rental point is right in front of the train station. The rooms are small and the facilities are not new enough, which is acceptable for a day's temporary accommodation by train. Opposite the hotel are the supermarket and the appliance store, as well as Burger King. It is recommended to eat at two local restaurants next to Burger King. Basically, locals eat in the morning.

15min walk from Santa Justa railway station, where the airport bus will drop you and pick you up. We arrived before our room was ready but no problem to leave bags there- the receptionist even gave us a bottle of water each to take. Our room was large and modern, nice bathroom with bath and shower, aircon quiet and effective. Had to keep the curtains drawn to keep the sun out though. Not much street noise if the windows were closed. But you could make out people talking in the next room. We would have preferred a wardrobe with doors for our clothes, rather than the trendy open shelves and hangers. Lots of channels on the tv, but the only English one was Bloomberg. Also note that there are no drink making facilities in the room- previous reviews had led us to believe that there would be, so the receptionists let us have a morning coffee, even though we weren’t having breakfast there. No evening drinks as the machine too near a ground floor bedroom. There is a mini bar in the room. There is a pool on the roof, but as there is no shade up there, I found it too hot to stay there in the 32C heat. The receptionists were all very helpful with printing off rail tickets from the Renfe website, and finding bus information for getting to Italica.

The house is a four-star house, but the core is Samsung .... Regardless of sanitation or facilities, I think it ’s almost the same as an ordinary Samsung hotel ... And to be honest, the location is also awkward. It is not convenient to go from the airport to the hotel. It ’s not so easy either walking 3km plus bus for 1h, or turning pure bus for 2h (you need to drive around a large circle around the old city ...), your flight is a little late at night and you think of the hotel or you will take a taxi or Just go down the street in the middle of the night or wait for half an hour to wait for a half-hour bus. (Most buses have reduced frequency after 9pm) ..... the price is really cheap ... but you just find The convenient Samsung hotel next to the train station is not over ...

We had a super good experience staying at the Triana Luxury Home. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and the hotel itself is located in the beautiful and calm Triana neighborhood. The hotel is at around 10 minutes walking from the center, if not less. Regarding the staff, they allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel (outside the room) until we had to take the bus tot the airport, after we had already checked out.

It has been a while since we got pleasantly surprised by a room or a hotel. Well this time it happened. The area is fantastic, very close to the center and main attractions. The coral room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. I definitely recommend it. The hostesses were great and very responsive and helpful with tips. A minor issue is that there is no elevator so if someone is a bit old or has problems with stairs maybe he/she should think about it. Also another minor thing is that there is quite a lot of light in the room in the morning even with the curtains closed. Otherwise I would say this is 10/10.

The hotel's breakfast is full of fruits, and the location is about 7 Euros from the old city center for rent. There is a water park next to it but it is not open in winter. One of the quadruple rooms booked is a sofa bed. The hotel bathroom design is good. Separate, the wash basin is also very convenient. The swimming pool is warm. The outdoor temperature in December is about 20 degrees. It is not cold at all in the evening.

We spent two days in this establishment and it was magnificent. First and foremost you are in a house/palace full of history and traditions. Reading about Bucareli family by itself was an experience. We had the mini suite with the pool on top and I must say this was truly spectacular. The palace is located in quiet historical neighbourhood perhaps 15-20 min good walk from the cathedral, and close to the river which is great for a good jog in the morning. We had an amazing breakfast delivered every morning in front of our room, enjoying it at the terrace. Beds, linen, cleanliness, facilities was nothing short of a great and unusual experience.

We stayed one night at this wonderful hotel when we visited Sevilla. The spacious room was beautiful and very comfortable - we had everything we needed and even two luggage racks - which was great because we had two suitcases. The beds were very comfortable and I liked the extra blanket which was useful when I took a nap. The bathroom was spaciously with a nice shower. Very close to Las Setas and just a short walk to the cathedral.

Liked · The receptionist Ezequiel was exceptional! Superb English to start with - lived in Birmingham for a while. He communicated with us several times via email to make sure that the key collections went without problems. On arrival, Ezequiel was there to greet us, fill in the paperwork and make us feel very welcome. He spent some time showing us on the map the best places to eat, and when was the best time to visit various places. He was very enthusiastic about his city and also about the apartment. We chose to stay in the studio apartment and it contained everything we could need. There were some scrapes off the paint on a couple of pieces of furniture, but that didn't detract from an excellent apartment. The bed was huge, and comfortable, the shower was exactly right, there were sufficient items in the kitchen for us to make simple meals. The whole apartment was clean, simple and bright. Lovely. At 7pm each evening there is a Flamenco show on the ground floor. We could clearly hear the music upstairs (first floor, apartment 5), but it did not bother us. If you are interested in watching the Flamenco show the cost is 20€ pp and it can be booked via reception. It is a small, intimate venue, holding a maximum of 40 people. Nearby there are lots of restaurants to choose from and everything seems to be within walking distance. I especially recommend O'Neill's, just round the corner. The Irish Stew tapa is brilliant. So much so that I had another for dessert! Beer and drinks there are not cheap though. 5€ for a pint and 2.50€ for a slimline tonic! For parking I recommend Parking Colon which is very close. Parking was easy there and the price has to be the cheapest in Sevilla. 54.45€ for 3 nights.

We stayed with Puerta Catedral in July 2020 (so during the COVID pandemic), and were very happy with our choice! While we couldn't stay in our initial choice of apartment - due to restrictions arising from COVID - Puerta Catedral worked with us to find another apartment that was a slight upgrade, free of charge, and took into account our requests (no ground floor), which was greatly appreciated! The apartment itself was fantastic. It was very cozy, the AC was amazing (in the height of summer in Sevilla that is a must) and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment had all of the amenities you could possibly need, and they even provided us with personal-protective-kits (masks, gloves, gel, etc.) - we had brought our own, but the gesture was amazing! Finally, check-in and check-out were easy and quick, and the cardless access worked perfectly (and meant there was one less thing we had to carry around). Staying with Puerta Catedral really made us feel comfortable in a trying time!

However, there are only a few parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel. The breakfast was not varied and the dishes were not too clean. The rooms are average, no surprises. Compared to other accommodations on this trip, the cost is not high, but it is also possible that Seville itself is more expensive. 1. This is a comfortable business hotel, with a total height of 4 floors. The lobby is very elegant in a Spanish hotel. A considerable part of the customers are European and American group passengers. The waiting tourist buses can often be seen at the gates ~ When you meet these grandpas and grandmothers in the elevator, they will politely say good night ~ 2. As shown in Figure 1.2, the display in the room is very simple. There is a small window sill to stand and look at the view. I am not satisfied with the bedding. Unlike the domestic ones, they are all white. Fortunately, I wore a dirty bag by myself. Most of the big bed rooms in Spain are such two single cots together! 3. The geographical location is far from the old town of Seville, but it is very suitable for self-driving tour! There is no parking fee in the hotel underground garage. There are many free parking spaces at the back of the hotel and on the side road! !! !! You also need to drive to the nearest McDonald's. Friends who don't drive themselves still don't recommend it! 4. Self-driving friends can consider looking for free parking on the roadside near the Golden Tower. If you ca n’t find it, you can navigate to the bullring. There is a public parking lot at the door. The parking is capped at € 18 for a whole day. not much. Hotel services in general, this four-five-star hotel in this one-month European trip, can be said to be the most unsatisfactory hotel. The room was small and the facilities were some years old. The old man also caught a cold because the hotel's central air conditioner was too cold for the first night. After that, the cough and fever continued for two weeks, and the trip was very painful. In addition, there was an unpleasant experience during the stay, which delayed the two-day trip. Because Ctrip did not write clearly the room type on the order, and the Chinese version of my confirmation form clearly stated the room type and specific information, but the English version did not write, and did not pay attention to the English version before departure, and did not notice, resulting in At the time of check-in, the hotel refused to arrange the room we booked, only to give the standard room, coordination for a long time no results, travel with the elderly at home, and let the elderly wait for a few hours, very guilty. After the hotel manager came out to coordinate, I was willing to provide Ctrip's order to them and agreed that I could take it as a credential to go with Ctrip's feedback. I also suggested that the proof is not their responsibility, and I would like to arrange it as much as possible in the next day. Baggage. From noon to communication at night, too tired, the first time to feedback Ctrip, Ctrip can not coordinate, let us first stay, willing to pay compensation for the next day to change the hotel or can negotiate with the hotel for the room we booked. Yes, the next day, several customer service contacts said that we had to coordinate, we had to wait, and then responded in a few hours. After a few round trips, the next day passed, and our two-day trip was delayed. This service is too difference. After that, the hotel still communicated well when we checked in on the first day, but only arranged a room adjustment. It is impossible to blame the hotel for the order. After returning to China, the complaint was Ctrip and the communication was resolved in the past two months. As an old customer, as a diamond customer, I feel a little disappointed.

Everything is absolutely thought through till its finest details like e.g. a first aid-kit, a Nespresso machine, code locks that works perfectly and omits the need for a reception. The completely restored old beautiful house is done in the usual exquisite Spanish style with a touch of the Moors elegance. The night spent were in total silence (apart from the snores from my wife, but no hotel can be blamed for that). Any draw-backs then? Yes. Exactly 2, but now when I reveal them they are no longer draw-backs. 1. You cannot trust Google maps for the address. We did and after a drive in the center of Seville, some in pedestrian streets, with a big van, we finally (2hrs) located the garage....parked and started to walk after the Google-address. That was the OFFICE of a couple of hotels that administrated this hotel. Having spent 2 hours in the "labyrinth of the center of Seville" chasing the parking garage.... "You are not the first that comes here and think this is the hotel", was the welcoming words. Then it took them 3 attempts to give us the correct address. About 1 km away from the office. With a heavy bag to carry. And then a heavy return on day 2. 2. Have a dialogue with the hotel directly BEFORE you sign up for a period. They charged us an extra amount for cleaning of 25€ that was not the deal we had with hotels.com. Or..hotels.com total is not total at this hotel.
