Let me start off by saying that the family that runs this establishment are truly Salt of the Earth! (Maria e Marco) There is nothing short of love and positive vibes at this location and the feeling of HOME. Centrally located in La Versilia, Hotel Central Park is just a short 10 minute walk to the sea (700 m - Pier di Marina di Pietrasanta. The best sunsets to experience!) PRO's: Newly renovated hotel CHIC and modern. Extremely Clean and well kept (Special Thank You to Sandra who is so genuine and sincere) Breakfast buffet incredible (cappuccino, cheese, prosciutto, fresh fruit, Italian croissants, jam, variety of sandwiches etc etc) ask for Fabia; charming lady. Best shower EVER! The water pressure is superb; a treat in itself. Docking station for ALL smart phones. Hair Straightener (ask reception) Universal Plug (ask reception) Air Conditioning (rarely used since the nights began to cool off and during the day it was pleasant enough not to have it on) Bicycles to rent $5 euro a day! (Fabulous for getting around and exploring the area 15 minute bike ride to Marina Di Pietrasanta Cathedral Square; artistic capital (4.3 km) great shops and restaurants Lovely pool (large enough for a length swim) 4th floor; The Rooftop is wonderful! Offering sun loungers, a 360 panoramic view of the mountains and sea, and a perfectly sized hydrotherapy jet tub. Supermarket called UniCOOP (650m) bottle of wine $4-7 euros, bread, milk, cheese etc etc. This area of Tuscany is truly a gem! Classy and elegant. Everyone is always dressed to the nines and ready to be seen (even while riding their bicycle) During the summer months (June, July and August) it is definitely the place to be. The nightlife is exciting and there is always something to do. The summer months here can get quite busy. This time I decided to go later in the year, and it was much more quiet, yet pleasant. Summer Month Pros: Nightlife. Always something to do! Darsena (17-24) Bars and pubs right along the sea, free beach (10.5k) Lido di Camaiore (25 +) shopping on the passeggiata, restaurants, lounges (4.5k) Marina di Pietrasanta (35 + Family) After Summer Months Pro: Mercatto Shopping (outdoor flea market) especially clothing for winter months. Monday - Lido Di Camaiore (4.5k) Wednesday - Forte di Marmi (6k) BEST ONE! Thursday - Viareggio (9k) Deals, Good Finds $ Saturday - Tonfono - directly outside Hotel Central Park Sunday - Forte di Marmi (4.5k) The beach during the summer months are NOT Free. The whole Versilia is private beaches aka. Bagno) There is a fee to attend daily. Hotel Central Park recommends 3 different bagno-beaches near by for a special rate (as per the bagno) however, you can use any of them really. There is a free beach/public beach near by (2k) in between Nikki Beach Versilia and Phone Rock called Spiaggia Libera Pietrasanta (Motrone) I recommed eating at Trattoria da Carlino AMAZING! I stayed in the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. I travelled alone for vacation. The staff: The staff were very kind and polite at all times. They were very helpful, gave me a lot of useful information and suggestions for the area. Travelling alone the staff really made my experience much better as they made me feel very welcomed and taken care of. I felt like I could reach out to them for anything at all times. It was of course a big advantage that everyone spoke English. Room/amenities: It was clear that the rooms and the hotel have been renovated recently as they looked new and polished. The room was equipped with powerful and I think quite new air conditioner which could turn the heat to coolness within half a minute. It also had a small fridge which proved very useful to keep some of the groceries there and keep the water cool for the beach. The cleaning of the room was excellent, it was very tidy and clean each day and plenty of towels were provided of all different sizes (from small face towels to very big ones which could even serve as a blanket). The positioning of the room had an unreal view. The hotel has the amazing advantage of being situated right on the beach. Waking up and going to bed to a view of the sea and the beach is definitely something I could get used to very quickly Location: Speaking of the beach, the location of the hotel is 10/10. It is located right on the beach, which is not only such a luxury to begin with but it is also so convenient and makes the beach trip easy and effortless. Even if you forgot to bring something in your bag you can be back in your room in a minute. The area including the hotel are very family friendly, I saw lots of families with children as well as couples of all ages. Breakfast: I was so impressed with the breakfast provided. The choices of breakfast were endless, anything you can think of, it was there – many different types of croissants, different kinds of bread, cakes, other pastries (sweet and savory), Nutella, jams, cereals, yoghurt, cheese, different types of meat slices, loads of different fruit. Juices and coffee were also provided. I must say, I loved the coffee at the breakfast. I love coffee and I am usually very picky when it comes to it but I thoroughly enjoyed the one in the hotel. For those who like their coffee with milk there was fresh milk as well. My overall impression is that the hotel has foreseen every need that I could have and made sure that it is met above and beyond. I had plenty of choice and amenities to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I really did enjoy it to the fullest. The comfort of the room, the friendly and kind staff and the amazing location made for a perfect summer holiday. If I ever get the chance to I will definitely go back. I would recommend staying here to anyone considering it.

Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful, upon check in were immediately upgraded to an ocean view room with balcony which we really enjoyed as ate our lunch out there on the first day. Staff also very helpful when asking advice for day trips, mode of transportation etc., this was very much appreciated as not easy to find parking in areas like Pisa or other areas. Buffet breakfast met our needs with a range of hot foods as well as toast and cereals and other more european items. + : Food was very good with typical dishes from Italy, which you must choose the day before. The hotel is located in a beautiful park among pine trees. We had breakfast outside with a wide variety of fresh food and drinks. Carpark is available, unfortunately a bit small, protected from the sun by pine trees. Staff friendly and always helpful. - : no airconditioning in our room or in the dining room with temperatures reaching 40 degrees outside, how can it be for a 3-star hotel ?? Swimming pool can only be used between 10am-12am and 3:30pm-7pm, we were absolutely not happy with these stupid rules right in the middle of july. Wearing a bathing cap is also mandatory unfortunately.. The bedroom itself was very old and tiny, no AC, no fridge available, again this is normally the basis for a 3-star hotel ! The bathroom was a good surprise, quite lovely and fully equipped. We wanted to play ping pong but asked the reception staff who checked and finally told us there was no ball and no Racket. To conclude, good food, calm and lovely place but too old for a 3-star hotel, it should be modernized.

On arrival we received a very warm welcome and were provided with lots of useful information about the surrounding area. The rooms themselves are clean and of a comfortable size for three adults sharing. Breakfast consisted mainly of a cold buffet including meats, cheeses, fruit and fresh pastries and was always being refilled. We ate dinner in the hotel on 3 occasions, twice in the main restaurant and once on the roof top terrace for a barbecue. The food was always delicious and waiting staff very friendly and helpful. Evening meals were incredible value for money. Those working on the reception desk were extremely helpful, booking excursions, taxi's and evening meal reservations for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a good, quiet location - 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes walk to the town and 15 minutes in a taxi from the old town behind the resort. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend to anyone visiting the area for a true Italian experience.

It ’s very convenient to take the subway every day. The morning market is very lively and the fruits are cheap. The morning market goes further. There is an ice cream shop on the street corner. Honeymoon + Birthday Trip: • Upgraded to Executive Suite (Pleasant surprise , much appreciated 🙏🏻) • Champagne & Fruit Tart/Cake on compliments (Thankful 🙂) • Was informed by Front Office personnel whom guided us to our room that everything from the minibar were complimentary. However, we were charged for consumption instead upon checking out. (2 different staffs for C/I and C/O) Attitude of staff assisting with our C/O could be improved as he ‘explained’ and gave us the same reply that “No, our minibar are never complimentary.” to our doubts. ** I’m a hotelier too and I believed better response could and should be extended for mentioned situation. ** Nonetheless , my husband and I paid for the additional charges without trying to be difficult as our ride to the airport had arrived too then . It was a modern yet stylish property overall with a little unpleasantness experienced towards the end of our stay .

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

At 9 o'clock in the evening, I went to Milan to check in. The wind is light and telling me that a double booking has occurred. The hotel has no room. When I came up, I came to a waiter to take us to another home. Even the introduction did not, and there was no advance mail. The focus is on the Europeans coming in and out. The only hotel in the world, the first is located in Dubai. The restaurant of this hotel in Milan was a Michelin before, but now I change the chef. The smell of the room bath and shower products is my favorite tobacco taste. The service is really nothing to say. At night I thought the tram downstairs was too noisy at midnight. I upgraded a quiet suite the next day. I discovered that the iPad was out of control and could not turn off the lights. The air conditioner did not work before going to bed at night. I mentioned it when I checked out. After a while, the front desk deeply apologized and sent a scented candle as a gift. Milan gave me too many surprises, and I look forward to seeing you next time ~

The hotel is one metro stop away from the exhibition, clean and sanitary, and the price of dinner is expensive. Take their car to the nearest subway exit and take a stroll. There will be two Chinese restaurants, one is pizza, the boss is a young guy and parents, very enthusiastic, the bulk wine in it is very delicious, and the other is Chinese In the restaurant, the boss spoke a little discriminatory to the Chinese. Although he was Chinese, he asked the boss to recommend red wine. The boss had a lot of guts: "Of course, the most expensive wine is the best." There is no kettle in the room, there is no hot water (it is estimated that only the second floor restaurant can pick up hot water) but many drinks in the refrigerator are free. The bed is soft and comfortable and the pillows are not high. After check in, although the front desk beauty will take the room, but the whole process did not help me with luggage, including the steps, people feel that the five-star hotel is not worthy of the title. The so-called gallery hotel, the "painting" of the room is also a print, not a real painting. In short, the price is not high. Tonight, I changed to the Domo Townhouse Hotel next door, which is also a five-star hotel. The service is much better than the Vickers Gallery. My room rate includes breakfast, breakfast is order-based, according to the menu, the chef is ready to serve, which is also the style of a big hotel. The breakfast tastes very good too. From the arched windows of the restaurant you can see the center of the arcade of the Manuele II, seeing tourists and luxury shops coming and going. The hotel door is not facing the inside of the arcade of the Manuelle II, but the small road towards the outside. The door is small and not easy to find, but there is a waiter welcoming at the door. He looks like you are looking for it. The hotel will come to ask you.

I have stayed at this hotel in many room types, including standard rooms, executive rooms, standard apartments and superior apartments. If you are preparing to cook your own meals, then choosing an apartment is a good choice. The superior apartments are large in size, the horizontal and living rooms are two separate rooms and are very comfortable. If you are traveling alone, the executive room is also very good. The area is large and the living room is large. There is no sense of cramp. In summer, we will open the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe, and read books in the sun. I always stay at this hotel every time I come to Milan, the price is moderate, about 8 minutes walk from TURRO subway red line, the traffic is relatively convenient. There is a small supermarket PENNY MARKET opposite, which is convenient and cheap. Especially the best thing is that every room type in this hotel has a large balcony, which is rare in Milan and super convenient.

It only takes a few steps from Milan Cathedral, Milan wakes up very late, so when you come to the Cathedral at 8 or 9 in the morning, you will experience the unique feeling of the Cathedral. You can also easily reach the subway by going to other places, but in the end I still choose to take a taxi for about ten euros to the train station. There are too many people in the subway! The efficiency of the front desk is a bit low. We waited at the front desk for a long time to check in and check out. There have been constant phone calls and other things to do. The hardware is not very good, that is, the domestic fast chain looks like it. However, it is very good in terms of geographical location. The opposite is the railway station subway station, which is invincible. Going to Milan Cathedral and taking the subway station at the 3rd station is the square. Buffet breakfast can be eaten for two days a day, and long-term stay may not be able to stand. The service is not bad. What do you say to the Chinese? It will not take the initiative to serve, but if there is no obstacle in language communication, it is good. The door is like a person who is really welcoming.

Certosa
The location was near the station and there were many trains so there was no problem getting out into town. The hotel faces a residential area, and it seems like even a single girl is not as dangerous. The appearance was cute and I was excited to stay in Europe. The room was retro and cute as shown in the photo. There are no slippers and bathrobes, and you need to bring a toothbrush. The unfortunate point was that I prepared coffee and tea so that I could boil the water myself and drink it, but the pot was broken and I couldn't use it. When I asked the front desk if I could replace my cold body with warmth, I asked him to ask him to raise something he had come to see. I was told that I would give hot water when I wanted to drink, but I was told to come down to get it and decided that it was troublesome. After that, there was often a timing where Wi-Fi was difficult to enter when it was a room.

Stazione Garibaldi
The hotel is great, new and hygienic. The bed was very comfortable to sleep. I also sent a lavender-assisted sleep spray. There was a kettle. However, after smelling it, there was a stinky smell in the kettle. I didn’t know whether it was boiled or cooked. The location is also great, and the exit is the subway entrance. Except for the kettle, everything else is perfect. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is really great, and it is not good enough.

Milan Stazione Centrale
If you are very concerned about breakfast during your trip, Hilton Milan Hotel is worth a stay. Rich and warm service. The croissant is very delicious. Raw ham is very delicious and coffee is very delicious. However, the porridge for East Asians is not delicious, but one heart is better than nothing. There are egg fried rice and fried spring rolls. The rooms are not small and fully equipped. They have a kettle, disposable slippers, no plastic slippers, and the bathroom is dry and wet. The room was quiet and suitable for those who had just taken a long-haul plane. It's very close to Milan Central Station, walk straight for 300 meters. The airport bus stops next to Milan train station. Tucao front desk, cold attitude at check-in, I feel very unfriendly to people with poor English. OK when checking out, although the smile exaggerated a little bit, it is a smile, luggage storage service is good.
