Una sera, percorrendo l'A1 in direzione nord, mi sono trovato verso mezzanotte ancora lontano dalla mia destinazione; così, dopo una veloce ricerca, ho trovato questo albergo appena fuori dal casello di Parma, ho prenotato su Booking e all'una di notte sono finalmente arrivato; ho trovato alla concierge il signor Alessandro, che è stato gentilissimo. L'hotel è moderno e con un grandissimo parcheggio. La camera era pulita, con un letto di consistenza ottima, e un bagno all'altezza (il box doccia era grande e comodo). Colazione ricca e abbondante, prezzo in linea con i servizi offerti.

We stayed two nights in the apartment. The entry was via a pin that we got via e-mail. The room was large and in great industrial chique, including a fully functional kitchen. The bath was modern and equally large. The rooms were clean and tidy. We were in the third floor, the ”office” is in the second floor with a few more rooms and a kitchen where breakfast is served - if booked. There are private parking slots in a gated area directly before the building. The train station is 3 minutes by foot, shops and cafes 3-5 minutes and the historic center 10 minutes - 15 to the dome. Even that close to the train station the room was very quiet and the shutters allowed for complete darkness in the room. We liked the room very much, a nice addition was the TV with lots of movie channels included (Disney,...). When paying the city tax on leaving we even got a coffee from the very nice landlady.

Good hotel,nice rooms, very clean. A parking lot is available directly next to the hotel. I recommend to take it Breakfast was good with a wide choice of things. However, the breakfast room is in the basement, that is, there are windows but you look onto the foundation if the building. There were two things I did not like: --The hotel is located next to the main railway station. We came back at 19 pm from a city walk and when we approched to hotel a lot of weird folks approached us e.g. groups of young man, junkies and generally weird persons. Some of the where really cooking crack 50 meters away from the hotels main entrance. This did not feel good. -The other thing was the fitness room. I had like 30 minutes in the morning,but the room was locked, although the reception desk told me it was open and I got no key though asking for it. So no gym for me.

This was a great place to stay, Super close to the train station walking distance to great restaurants. Hotel staff so friendly very helpful spoke English very well. Pascual at the bar also works the restaurant, also does room service he was amazing he is learning English but always helpful helpful. I read many comments about the air conditioning….. if you’re coming to Italy in the summer it’s gonna be hot no matter where you go. The air conditioner work for our room it wasn’t ice cold but it was nice and cool. do you want something positive though… The shower was amazing water pressure, nice and hot. Our room/suite was in the front ….no noise at all from the street, they had two sets of windows to block out the sound… So quiet we had to turn our sound machine on to sleep… I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Spend the $14 euros on breakfast the cappuccino machine is great staff is very friendly and the breakfast is filling.

Parma is actually a lot of Chinese, but it is estimated that many are businessmen, and there are very few tourists, so the traffic is not developed. This charming and quiet hotel is very well located. Service was very good and the room was nice and clean, although it was smaller than I expected for the price. The bathroom was a bit dated and small, so I would say the value for money is not the best, hence why I am not giving 5 stars. But I would still recommend this hotel and I am happy with my stay overall. Breakfast was good, with many choices of sweet or savoury food.

We stayed three nights here. The room had an ingenious but fully functional hideaway kitchen, which had a small refrigerator, cooktop and some place settings. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a nice small garden and the owner has a large solar farm capable of 50 kwh production. The breakfasts are a little unusual are they are more like a cookie/pastry bar. All of these treats made by the owner. Argaland is located further down the small road than indicated on Apple maps. Look for a sign. The only other comment is that the main road is busy and doing a left turn toward the city requires care and patience.

We had a one night stop over at Parma & Congressi hotel travelling on a 12 day coach holiday with leger, on arrival we had a lovely evening meal with table service in the restaurant, staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms very good but not sure about the jacuzzi bath maybe bit out dated, we enjoyed a good buffet style breakfast with lots of food choices, enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is fabulous, the staff attentive and friendly, the food impressive and the facilities fab. The air conditioning is only on during the summer months, but as the windows open, that was fine for a perimenopausal woman! Their non alcoholic drinks were delightful and Andre the bar man even created his first Espresso Martini for me. The transfer driver we booked to the airport (Christine) was a joy too. The hotel is on the edge of a Galleria, but out of site, so handy for the supermarket or if you want to eat offsite. As a vegetarian who doesn't drink milk I found the breakfast to be fine, in fact I ate something different on the 3 mornings.

L'hotel è il frutto della splendida ristrutturazione di una cascina contadina. Io e il mio fidanzato ci siamo stati 4 volte e ci torneremo a ottobre : ha un fascino unico che ti porti nel cuore. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort : il letto ampio e comodissimo , la biancheria profumata. Ottima l'aria condizionata, finestre enormi munite di zanzariera. Colazione squisita e varia sia dolce che salata. Ampio park gratuito. Il personale è gentilissimo e accogliente, ti fa sentire davvero il benvenuto senza essere mai invadente. The hotel offered the perfect location for us in the centre of Parma, giving easy walking access to everything. The cleanliness of the hotels was spotless, with the rooms being very comfortable and very well maintained. The Reception offered stand out service, with reception replying quickly to my pre-holiday emails and on arrival Elisa offered exceptional service throughout, very friendly, very personable and gave great advice from restaurants to the best coffee stops, all of which we followed, they were very good. I think this personal service is your best feature.. Our stay was 13-15 Sep 2021 in room 555.

Esperienza da incubo con appropriazione indebita di cauzione. Personale scorretto e poco disponibile. In primis alle 12 circa passiamo nel posto dove fare il check-in - diverso dal residence - a notificare il nostro arrivo e ci dicono che la stanza sarà pronta dalle 14 come indicato e fin qui nessun problema. In queste due ore si prodigano così tanto che quando torniamo alle 14 ancora non possiamo procedere. Ci fanno accomodare per poi dimenticarsi di noi, che dopo un po' chiediamo nuovamente aggiornamenti sullo stato della camera. Finalmente ci danno le chiavi e andiamo al residence, esternamente molto grazioso e centrale, a pochi passi dal Duomo. Entriamo quindi in un posto che sembra fermo agli anni '80 e poi in una camera teoricamente per non fumatori che puzza orrendamente di fumo, cosa che anche in altre recensioni di vari clienti su Booking viene fatta notare. Dovendo stare una sola notte e vista la lentezza della reception evitiamo di chiedere un cambio camera e lasciamo aperte le finestre. Il giorno dopo come in una scena fantozziana la sgarbatissima operatrice alla reception ci accusa falsamente di aver fumato e trattiene illecitamente la cauzione (chiamasi appropriazione indebita). Sgarbata e refrattaria cerca in ogni modo di non farci parlare con nessun altro, si rifiuta di identificarsi e infine ci lascia una mail che poi si rivela falsa. Viste le già passate numerose lamentele sul cattivo odore delle camere è difficile non pensare che ci sia malafede e forse una sistematica appropriazione disonesta delle cauzioni. Sanno di fornire camere che odorano di fumo e trattengono così ingiustamente le cauzioni. I locali dell'appartamento, odore di fumo a parte, sono molto spaziosi e con un arredamento più moderno e letti meno scomodi sarebbero perfetti. Mancano poi i servizi ormai di base come un doppio cuscino o una coperta extra. Un vero peccato per un residence così centrale che ha così tanto potenziale sprecato dalla scarsa cura e dalla disonestà delle receptionist.

The hotel is very comfortable and has a very nice garden, and it is very nice to make the renovation of the building. The rooms are clean and have a new furnishing , spacious bathroom and a very large shower. The restaurant I did not try it except breakfast that is a decrease varies between sweets and salts. A little product from the territory is missing and if you are included in the breakfast menu, given the high quality of local salses and cheeses, they could sell it in a missing indoor shop. The back part should also be restructured because the windows are not the most. We are very close to the airport but not trafficking, and we do not feel any night flights, a little away from the city centre, so it is not easy for anyone to visit Parma.
