Well, the location of the hotel is particularly good, um, it can be said that it is in the center of the three-shift card to go to that 呃, Wanli Mountain, three inches, and then the end of the 66 road is very close, very Ok, um, the hotel is not particularly large, this room is also OK, the overall service is also very good, for a little need to remind the amount, check-in is check-in at 3 pm, instead of the domestic amount of 12 Need to pay attention to everyone

Loved the vintage feel from the moment I walked in to the hotel! We stayed two nights and loved our experience. The front desk staff was friendly and greeted us by name whenever we saw them. They recommended we visit the Santa Monica Farmers Market, which my wife loved. A short drive led us on an impromptu trip to the beach! We appreciated the cozy feel of the hotel and its location centralized to everything we did!

The hotel is very beautifully decorated. Small garden The room is equipped with a washing machine and a dry cleaning machine. It is very convenient. There are also conditions for the induction cooker to cook your own food. There are Piage coffee and Dannys around. The room can't be used for an extra bed. There is a big bed for the baby. There is only a five-foot bed. The hotel has helped you to make a free shop. The door lock of the room was broken. It took more than 30 minutes to solve the problem. Finally, the hotel was free of parking fees. Good service for men at the front desk

Very good, free parking, convenient location, surrounded by target and trade Joe ’s. Walk to UCLA. It's close to Monica Beach, Getty Center and Beverly Hills, up to 15 minutes by car. The room is large enough, although the appearance is not too luxurious, but it has a table, a yard, and two sinks.

A great choice to live in Los Angeles. Cost-effective. Very close to UCLA and Ralphs supermarket. The lamb chops in the hotel are also very delicious. The all-weather coffee and beverage buffet served directly from the nearby high-rated western restaurant. I was staying at the end of the term for a week. The reading in the lobby is really great. The price/performance ratio is very high. I will choose here next time I come.

Overall good. Convenient location, facilities are good, rooms are new and comfortable. But there are no slippers or toothbrushes in the room. It took a long time for the slippers to come before they were delivered. The water was only delivered in two bottles in two days, and it disappeared the next day after drinking on the first day. At this price point, a little bit of it.

The hotel is very good and clean. American breakfast, a bit simple, there are fruit, bread, milk, coffee, yogurt. Parking seems to be charged, you can consult. The boss’s service was very warm, and a small bottle of ice mineral water was sent for breakfast. The bathroom is a bit small, the others are quite good.

The old beautiful hotels are very large and empty, the breakfast is delicious but too expensive, only eaten once, but their free coffee in the morning is very good, the gym environment is good but the equipment is a bit less, I think the location is great Next to UCLA, the waiter has always been enthusiastic about the type of Whotel nightclub. If the English is not good, it may be a bit painful, but it ’s very interesting to talk about good English. Of course I speak English very well

Nice clean and quiet despite being on busy Pico Blvd. I did have a room away from Pico so I'm sure that helped. Super clean, great shower and comfortable bed with fluffy bedding. Room came with a cute kitchen area. Convenient to Big Blue Bus stops which are fabulous for getting around Santa Monica and surrounding areas. I plan on staying here again!

I have lived in this best western before. It feels very good. There is an uncle at the front desk who is very warm and friendly, so I will re-order it this time. This time the front desk is a woman, the attitude is very general, no smile, I feel a lot worse soon.

The cheaper hotel swimming pool is generally very convenient to eat and go to the most famous spots to walk for 10 minutes.. OK.. Convenient transportation is the biggest advantage. The cash machine downstairs can only extract 100 yuan at a time.. There is a laundry room but I don’t know where there is washing powder.. The hotel is a bit small

We stayed 3 days. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioning kept us cool. Pool was working but we didn't use it. No breakfast, but we were informed before and that's ok. The outside area was loud due to cars/traffic, but we couldn't hear it inside the room. Room was clean and we had enough towels. Shower didn't stay too hot for a long period of time. Overall it was perfect for what we needed and I would stay again.

Hotel location is general, travel car rental or Uber is better, stayed for four nights, the first night of the deduction of 400 knife pre-authorization, was informed, the second and third night respectively deducted me 35 and 250 knives, is Did not say, the hotel front desk can not find out why the deduction, only contact with the bank overnight, for a long time, the room service also stole a new doll with a tag? I also thought it was rubbish, but it was really unhappy anyway.

The front desk clerk ADAM was the most rude, incompetent, confused front desk clerk my family and I have ever experienced. After being at the hotel for 3 days, our room keys (we had 3 penthouse suites) deactivated. Two of the keys were re-activated by a front desk clerk with no issues or concerns. However, a few hours later and apparently after an employee shift change, we returned to the front desk to have our room key re-activated. The person at the front desk, ADAM immediately logged into our hotel account and loudly declared that our credit card had been declined. We explained that the issue with our brand new Marriott Bonvoy card was already resolved and handled at the time of check-in. He disagreed and demanded that we provided another card while multiple transactions were run which caused a ”fraud alert” with the credit card provided. This nightmare of an incident lasted an hour and a line of guest needing assistance ensued. ADAM continually apologized to the folks waiting and even offered them something to drink while being rude and discriminative toward us. ADAM issued over $15,000 to my credit card!!!!! Nearly twice the amount of our room charges! Thankfully, another front desk clerk arrived, re-activated our room key, apologized for our ill-treatment and advised us to return to our room while she handled the issue, in which she did. All we needed was to have our room key re-activated!! ADAM should be reprimanded and let go!

I really love this hotel. It has a cool vibe, modern look, professional and friendly staff, amazing drinks, fabulous food, swet rooftop pool & bar. This hotel is walking distance to some of the hollywood hot spots......bars, restaurants, clubs. I have stayed here several times and each has been fantastic. All the staff is great, but Preston stands above them all. He goes out of his way to make sure you are welcome. Check this place out!

I happened to come across this property and really enjoyed my stay. It is easy to access and just a few minutes from the airport and quite close to downtown Culver City. The indoor courtyard is lovely (as shown on the photographs). The room is comfortable--more for one person than two--with a spacious desk, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The lights, blinds, fans/AC are all controlled from a panel for ease and practicality, although there are also switches in the room. The Wi-Fi was superb. Breakfast is light but well staged. I really enjoyed the set up, convenience, and decour of this hotel. I strongly recommend it.

Room was dirty when we arrived despite sign in the lobby saying the rooms are cleaned meticulously. Found someone else's hair in the bathroom, crumbs on the table, room had clearly not been dusted in months. Went down to the lobby and asked if the room could be cleaned, I was told no and that the manager would reach out to me about a solution. Next day, no manager, same room; I asked the front desk again, received an apology and told the manager would call me later that day. No call, we check out the next morning, I tell the front desk again and that we did not enjoy staying in a dirty room. I received another empty apology and promise that the manager would reach out. Still have not received a call. Never staying here or trusting the Marriot quality again.

This place is like a Hollywood movie set from the Hollywood studio tour. You drive in and just park where ever you want because you don't know where is your room at. You walk to the lobby and it's quite small. It's two man operation as one works in the morning and another works at night. I never seen any other people working in the lobby other than those two people working at the lobby. I know the morning guy but don't know the night guy. The guy is helpful on what things is needed in the room so nice job for him. So we got the room 112 and it's on the first floor. There is two floors and there is no elevator to go up which there are stairs on the left side and the middle of the first floor. Once we got into our room, it smell like it recently got cleaned which is a good thing. There are places that would give you a room where they haven't had anyone in there for couple days or weeks. So I'm glad that it was a fresh room to start with. It had a strong smell of Clorox to disinfect the floor and other things that lures there. WiFi wasn't the best here. They gave us a password on the first day and it worked. The second day, apparently the WiFi didn't work and the password didn't work also so went back to the lobby to get a new password for it. I would think that they change the password everyday so people won't be attach to the WiFi every time. But it doesn't so not sure how their WiFi agreement works on staying with their WiFi. The WiFi comes on and off at times and most of the time it doesn't really work when you wanted to work. So if you have limited data, try to look for other places to use their WiFi other than the inn WiFi. On our 4th morning, we heard something dripping early morning so I woke up and found that water was coming down from the light fixture in the bathroom and on top of the sink. There was a lot of dirty water coming down from the ceiling. I called the front desk about the problem and ask for some towels. The guy was like ”Do you have anybody to come get the towels?” It was 7:30 in the morning and I'm on vacation. Of course I don't have anyone to come get the towels. So I had to hurry up to brush my teeth and throw some clothes on to go get towels from the lobby. I told the guy what happen and it seem like this situation happen before. He told me that he will get the maids ready when we leave so he did. We told him that we will be leaving and will be back at night time. Night time came and we went back into the room. This time it didn't smell like Clorox. I think they just mop the dirty water and clean a little bit here and there. I notice that they patch the hole that they did before and redid it on that same day. Then I looked around to see if was the first time or it happened before. It happened before because I looked at the baseboard and there was old water marks on it telling me that water got to it and stain it. If that happened before then they changed the carpet into hardwood floors so it wouldn't stink as much and it

The location of the hotel is better, and the surrounding supermarket restaurants are easier to find. Hotel facilities are relatively old, after entering the room, the switch has been looking for a long time to find. The bathroom facilities are fairly average, but they are relatively clean.
