I have been coming to Italy every year for 10 years. When I first went to Pisa this is where I stayed. I was treated like royalty and the price you can not beat! My room had a terrace overlooking the river. This is on the 3rd floor but there is a lift/elevator. You can walk from the train station in less than 20 minutes. Definitely didn’t expect the hotel to be this awful given some of the reviews - but it’s probably the worst hotel I’ve stay in. Reasons for this were: - extremely noisy: we could hear everything from both the street and internally in the hotel - very small bathroom with mould on the roof and missing tiles - very worn out furniture. Our bed was so so squeaky that every time we turned over during the night it would wake us up. Also very uncomfortable to sleep on. - eaten alive by mosquitoes during the night. Upon inspection of the walls we could see past people had the same problems as there were loads of squashed mosquitoes all over - really gross. - low to no maintenance. Walls chipped everywhere and peeling paint. The reason for 2 stars rather than 1 star is that the towels and bed sheets were clean

The rooms are comfortable and well-fit for the top quality infixes. I personally did not have the reception and poor details with the water swab that I had in my hand and which I personally adjusted and a shower life that was not anchored to the wall. I would also improve breakfast in a bar next to the relais and looks at the wonders square: for guests of the hotel there is a slightly scaldy indoor room that is good in winter but not certain in summer.

Good choice if you need to be close to the train station, reasonable distance both from it and from the main attractions. However: the sidewalk to the train station is very narrow, beware if you have large and heavy baggage; and to the Tower, there is a walk among narrow streets, probably around 15-20 minutes at a leisurely pace. I realized on the last day that they offered a shuttle to the train station - it is worth inquiring about it if you arrive or leave with heavy luggage. Although it was an old building, the place was very clean, the room was comfortable (the bed a bit on the hard side for my taste), a decent sized wardrobe and safe. Good breakfast, maybe it could use a little more fresh vegetables, but I absolutely adored the variety of pastries and sweets they offered.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were basic. Unfortunately there were several items in the room that didn't work or were broken. The air con would only work with a remote control (there wasn't one), the mini fridge didn't work, 2 light bulbs had blown in the ceiling, bedside lamp didn't work, no plug in the sink and toilet seat was broken. Mattress and pillows were hard and not very comfy. These issues were reported twice, yet nothing was ever done to repair the faults. We had tried to have the windows open all night cause we had no air con but Unfortunately our room was situated by a very noisy alleyway from both vehicles and people so we were forced to sleep with the windows and shutters closed. The shouting from people outside in the early hours meant we had very little sleep. If there was a little more attention to detail, that the staff checked every room regulary to see that all equipment/items were in a full working /safe order it would make one's stay a little more comfortable.

Nice location, an easy 20 minute walk from the airport, or across the road from Pisa Centrale train station. Walking distance to the Leaning Tower (20 minutes) and close to shops and restaurants. Area is a bit rough around the edges with people constantly hanging around outside the hotel during the day, but they are harmless. Simple room with a small fridge and bed. TV remote had flat batteries so couldn’t use the TV (could turn the TV on without remote but couldn’t change channels). Weak water pressure in the toilet and shower, and the water barely got warm the whole time I was there which wasn’t ideal when trying to shower with low water pressure. No power points by the bed so charging things overnight need to be charged at the desk. Water in the fridge is charged at €0,50 per bottle although there is no mention of this anywhere until you check out, and it wasn’t refreshed daily. Basic accommodation if you don’t need frills or a hot shower.

I stayed in this b&b with my companion and my child. We start from the points for: - hotels in the center of Pisa, within the walls and two steps from the places to visit - private parking for payment (of course outside would cost us much more) - friendly and available staff (if you arrive after 12 p.m., leave the keys attached to the door of the room and send you all the instructions to enter) - room with fresh ceilings and large bathrooms (to reconstruct at least the bathroom) Points in the wrong way: - very hard bed - breakfast at a bar nearby cause legal covid - we assume we didn't change the towels on the second day because we found them hang and not folded as clean rooms Unfortunately the rooms are not soundless. We had a room that was going on the road and the noise felt very much, then there were also other guests who were going to beat in, out and walking through the building. All over two days in Pisa went more than well; having the baby, we had to find a structure near the center if we needed to return for a pannolin or the papa immediately.

My reviews Pensión San Joaquín Granada 2,5 stars 8 / 10Eccellente The structure is very beautiful and characteristic, very special, but it certainly needs modernization and restoration works. The rooms (we had 206 and 207), however clean and with clean clothes, are old and rather essential, small bathrooms. The comfort of beds more than acceptable. On the ground floor there are two automatic sneakers and water and coffee and hot drinks. Overall, considering that the pension is located in the centre of Granada, that the reception (very family) is open 24 hours per 24 hours, that we stayed during Christmas (24-28 December) at EUR 29 per room (matrimonial with bathroom) So, at the price of a bedroom in a hostel with a common bathroom, I advise the pension to those who can also adapt a little while spending really little. You reviewed this hotel on date 02/01/2019 Show on the hotel page Adonis Sacré Cœur Hôtel Rome Paris  2 stars 8 / 10Eccellente "Great location and good stay" The location is great, the metro is a minute walk away. And there are bars, pancakes and fruiting around; very comfortable to buy something for the day. The staff is available. The only a little negative thing is that if you keep the windows open there is enough confusion in the street, But it is normal being in the Montmartre neighborhood. You review this hotel on date 16/07/2019 Show on the hotel page Parachos Studios Kos  2 stars 8 / 10Eccellente You review this hotel on date 04/08/2019 Show on the hotel page My Way Pisa 10 / 10Favoloso "Beyond expectations" The structure is easy to reach, the Pisa Central Station is about 15 minutes walking distance, while the airport is accessible by foot in not more than 7-8 minutes, following the owner's instructions. The hotel has a very comfortable and quiet Covid prevention room. Available in the room machine for coffee, bottle of water and products packed for breakfast. Outside the room, refrigerator and microwave available to guests. Also the bathroom, though in common with other rooms, It is very clean and some accessories show great attention to guests (baby water reducer, dental debris and available cotton disks, together with cleaner-hygienic available with use and throw paper sausages). Michele is a person of a great kindness, available to provide useful information and guidance. By wishing, there is the possibility of parking the car in a small parking right next to the building, and if it was necessary to leave it parked for a few days, in our case Michele had offered to change

It is very convenient to walk a few minutes away from pisa tower. The door of the flight that arrived late at night was locked and tossed for a while before entering. The environment is good. The bathing facilities are a little rudimentary, and the breakfast is served in the yard. The MM service at the front desk on the first floor is very good, helping to print train timetables and tickets. Italian thieves must pay attention to the safety of their property.

We stayed there for 4 nights while enjoying some daytrips from Pisa to some beautiful Tuscan locations. The hotel is located a bit outside the city centre, car is recommended. Very nearby there is a shopping centre with supermarkets etc... Hotel lobby is nice, rooms are ok, not very clean, especially in the corners, the toilet showed signs of heavy calcification in various colours. Breakfast ok, limited due to Covid restrictions, on weekends extremely understaffed with massive waiting times. The quality of products served during breakfast are good, fresh fruits, good coffee and NUTELLA :-). Rooms are very noisy, you can practically hear everything through the superthin walls. As a member of the Marriott Bonvoy and heaving read some of the reviews before staying there, I asked for some quieter rooms, located on a higher floor and far away from the lift. Upon checkin, we received two rooms located on the first floor and opposite the lift. Are you kidding me? Well, while staying there for 4 nights, they could have done differently. Very disappointing. Maybe a good choice for 1 night, I am sure, there are better and more relaxing options in Pisa.

Stopped in this room for one night, the room is located in the hotel – apartment. Our room 4, was on the third floor equipped with its own shower. Four large beds. TV air conditioning as well as balcony. The hotel is close to the main attractions (2 km) The 100m free parking is available. I didn't like breakfast only, but it corresponds to the hotel level! Ps: If someone needs a grocery store is 50 m from the hotel, and there you can buy anything to eat. In the city of Pisa, you can do nothing but look at the tower, so you can stay for one day too in this hotel. Recommended! 👍

This may be a rather lengthy review so apologies! But in summary, I would avoid booking. I booked this 5 star property weeks in advance of my trip to end the holiday with a bit of relaxation, unfortunately what I encountered was not that of a 5 star hotel. The reception itself was tidy but the car park looked like no one had been there for years. When I checked in I asked them what time the bar/restaurant would be open as I had been traveling all day (and the main town is a 20 min walk). They advised me that nothing is open in the hotel, that they only received my booking the day before and that they did tell me in the booking emails about this. I had booked the room three weeks prior to my trip so thought that comment was odd. I also cannot find any note around things being shut Nonetheless I brushed off the lack of services (given the current covid-19 situation) and was taken to my room. The gentleman took me a strange way to my room avoiding the main indoor areas which I found strange but again I brushed this off as maybe a shortcut. On the way to the room, I walked through a rather derelict bar and pool area with empty cups and rubbish all over the floor. The room itself was ok and spacious. But the WiFi was not working. There was a small kitchenette but no plates or cutlery. There was a minibar menu but an empty fridge. Given the lack of restaurant and bar services I would have thought a 5 star hotel would have provided at least a bottle of soda or some kitchen equipment so that I could utilise that instead. I decided to get out the room and make the most of the pool area. Unfortunately the pool was filthy with slippy green sludge on the sides and bottom and floating dirt. The stairs getting in were coming away from the floor and the surrounding pool area was equally as dirty. On the way out of the hotel when I was leaving to walk to the town, I headed through the indoor sections instead of the other way he took me before. It was full of unclean cutlery and rubbish. I understand there may have been work taking place there but then lock those doors to the public. Lastly... There was a large storm in the night which unfortunately cut out the electricity and running water. I understand this is out of the hotel's hands but no one contacted me to see if I was ok/needed anything. I was told they didn't know when it would be back. They also tried to still charge me for a late checkout even though there was no power or water in the room. The door key was electric so I also had issues getting in and out of the property with an alarm sounding every two minutes. My partner had to climb out the window to open it from the front. After a calls to reception they came to look but unfortunately the gentleman didn't speak English and my Italian isn't much better! I understand that given the current situation there may be lack of staff attending to the hotel and some services may be reduced. But for a 5 property, to off

Great little hotel in the heart of Pisa close the pedestrian alley with all the shops and restaurants. 7 min walk learning tower. Many people only come for the day to see the leaning tower, but we loved our one night stay! The city comes alive at night with university students. Don’t be fooled by the photos. But in fact, when I arrived in the room, it turned out that the photo was taken and it felt very dirty...Because it is an old building, the wall is that kind of old wall, so it looks dirty, but it is actually the texture of the wall...The interior inside is very beautiful The lamps and tables all have old European style and are very comfortable. The front desk is also very standardized, all dressed in suits, very polite and friendly, and good English. The most beautiful is the top of the hotel room, which has a bit of the feeling of a wooden house on the Norwegian side, because it may be an old house with wooden beams rebuilt, but it looks better. The hot water in the bath is also very hot. There is no elevator. We have a lot of boxes. The front desk changed us to a low-floor room~ and the heating seems to be turned off in the middle of the night. Many hotels here seem to be like this in order to save costs but it will not be cold at night. The breakfast is also quite rich, it is a normal continental breakfast, basically all.

We stayed at this hotel for a short break in Pisa. The hotel is on the outskirts of Pisa, but compared to some closer to the centre, this offers value for money and is modern and clean. Some accommodation places near the centre are very dated. All staff were amazing and helpful. The restaurant and breakfast staff work very hard and always had a smile on their faces. We ate in the restaurant one evening, however we felt they were trying too much to offer something different with the cuisine but it did not quite work and is very expensive for what it is. To get to the centre of Pisa, you can get a taxi ( most were very good, however there were a few whose tried it on with more expensive fees). Bus is a few minutes walk ( turn left as you leave the hotel street) and you can buy tickets from the restaurant on the corner. You must validate your ticket when you get on the bus, we made this mistake as we did not know and you could not enter the bus at the front as it was cordoned off and all signs at bus stop are in Italian. The ticket inspectors fined us 40 euros each and were not considerate when we pleaded our case! Ride to centre of Pisa about 10 mins. Breakfast at the hotel was good, plenty of selection, however hot breakfast was not to our taste. Hotel was clean and rooms cleaned by the time we got back from breakfast. Area around hotel is quiet and felt very safe.

Have breakfast, breakfast is good, there are croissants, yogurt, milk, cereal, bananas are only big. The facilities in the room are general, the towels are best to use their own, the front desk brother is quite nice. There is a terrace where you can see the roof of the attraction hall. I was too tired to fall asleep shortly after I left my luggage at the station to the hotel. . The advantage is that the hotel is right next to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. If you have breakfast in the early morning, you can go to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. At that time, there are very few people, you can shoot it casually! It’s not so casual when people want to shoot more. Go to the auditorium and visit the auditorium until 10 o'clock. The bad place is that it is a bit awkward near the small market, and there is basically no sound after 9:00. Because going to Florence will see countless churches will not look at the aesthetic fatigue. If you are not staying in the Cinque Terre, consider this store, because it is enough to play pizza in the morning, check out before 11:00, train to Florence in an hour at noon, and take a half-day trip to Florence, lunch, 4 pm You can walk to Michelangelo Square to see the panorama of Florence, haha

There is a parking lot nearby, but the parking lot is not a safe. After parking for one night, the car was severely scratched around. Fortunately, we bought all the insurance we should buy. The parking fee in Europe is expensive, 20 euros a night. An hour usually ranges from 5 to 7 Euros. The hotel looks like a home in China, small and humble. There are more black people around the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
