I have stayed about 7 nights at this hotel, during 2 trips. I would like to compliment Jae-mone at the front desk for her help and kindness during my 2nd stay. The hotel is conveniently located near people I needed to visit. It is clean and most of the staff was helpful. However, the breakfasts were not replenished enough during the times there should have been food and what was available in the last half hour was nowhere near what was available early on. During my first trip I had no issues with the room but during the second trip there were, and although I requested help they were not fixed. People should be aware that this hotel is in a commercial area, there is no place to walk to if you need a pharmacy or a meal, except a brewery which looked great and featured food trucks. I felt perfectly safe there and will definitely return there.

An awesome place. I had to call for extra pillows and they were delivered right away! The breakfast was great and the room quiet and clean. We had to travel for a funeral and the staff, especially a tall guy who worked at late afternoon on Aug 21 made sure we had everything we needed and listened to our concerns, which weren't many but truly listened and took action. I didn't know his name, but he was wonderful, a real asset to your company!

Stayed here for 1 night. Didn't realize until we pulled up this is a motel, not a hotel. It's between two major roads, so you hear the traffic. Room was clean, king bed was comfortable although the furniture is old. Good to have a microwave and refrigerator. No hot water for either late night or early morning showers, just luke warm. There's a 14 mile paved trail (South County Trailway) right behind it for exercise. COVID brown bag breakfast included a bagel, apple, and honey bun with coffee (no juice). Evening clerk was nice, morning not so much.

I booked three rooms for two nights. Changing the reservation to get rid of one night took an hour on the phone as they bounced me between central and the local hotel, and I never got a written change confirmation. My daughter had. a smoky room. In the middle of the night she screamed and banged on our door. An intruder, she said, had opened the door to the adjoining room. The phone didn't work, so we went to the front desk and the clerk did not call security, but decided that my daughter must be wrong and it must have been a refrigerator door banging. So, we had to wake up the other daughter to put the terrified daughter in her room. I asked the clerk for a refund and she promised the manager would call soon. He did not call until I posted the online review Hilton requested. Management refunded $80 (which was inadequate), but did not solve any of the problems for subsequent guests x. Hilton corporate refused to get involved. No fix for the refrigerator door. No check of whether the lock was picked. No cure for the smokey room. No followup on the reservation change problem. Contacting three ”team members” did little good , as they simply are not into meeting customers' expectations or solving problems so future guests will have a better experience.

Came to Sonesta to rest the night after having a terrible day and my day immediately became better off of two interactions with the staff. Danaya and a bartender who I saw from 6-7pm. I was on line ready to check in with a down look on my face since I wasn’t able to return home after working a double at the hospital. As I go up to check in I’m greeted with this amazing energy, positive attitude, vibe and aura that can immediately make you smile after just a couple of sentences. This person is Danaya. She made my day so much better after just a small conversation. I did come back down later to drop my girlfriend off to her car and again me and her both were greeted with the same energy that I had received a couple of hours earlier. I do believe that every job and every place deserves someone like Danaya! The amount of joy I received after checking in truly made my night so much better and I wish her all the best! I wish I had asked for the bartender’s name who made me a Caribbean rum punch! I sat down after speaking with Danaya who told me about happy hour, and ask the bartender for his favorite drink since I had just turned 21 a week/ 2 weeks ago. He immediately went to work on the first drink I’ve had out of the many I’ve had in this short time that I enjoyed. I’m not big on Alcohol since I’m just now exploring it but the one he had made for me was amazing. With his cheerful attitude and quickness of the drink I was definitely grateful for him being there! Wish him all the best also! The room was amazing and something not many people realize is how important it is to have such good water while showering. I feel like it’s always overlooked but my shower was fantastic here. The king sized bed I had was like sleeping and a cloud and the channels they had were great to watch. Tv was amazing and everything was clean. The window has an amazing view! This hotel is amazing. From the rooms, to the guest and to the staff that do their best to provide nothing but the best service you can receive. Any hotel can offer a bed to sleep on and a happy hour but none do it better than Sonesta! Thank you to all who work there and I wish you the best in life. And another personal thanks to Danaya, the bartender who served me, and to whoever cleaned my room before and after my stay! I wish nothing but great things for you guys! Please be safe and healthy! ————————————————————————————————— Wish I took more photos to show but the next time I come back I’ll make sure everyone can see the amazing room and service you are getting.

We arrived early evening and immediately the valet parking attendant was at our door, handing us a ticket stub he says: Don't worry, take all the time you need to get your things ready and i'll take the car when you're ready”. That immediately relaxed us and the rest was a breeze. ”We have complimentary re-entry service so you can leave and return s much times as you desire”. Parking is $37, but as we were using points it was the only charge and worth it for us. Check in was quick and courteous. Elevators were quick and quiet whisked us up to our floor. Lighting in room can be a bit brighter we thought, but otherwise we managed. Beds were extremely soft and comfortable, with large feather like pillows - the kind you sink into. Bathroom is a room for itself, wit ha separate shower, toilet and bath area with a double vanity- two sinks. Plenty of storage space and all in all a true 4-5 stars. The rooms are very quiet as well. Only issue i would pass on to management is this: The main lobby should no be the gathering place for any type of socializing/eating. there are plenty of rooms in this very large building for that to be out of the way. Guests checking in would rather appreciate the relaxed and private walk to the elevators.

The rooms are very spacious! ! It is very convenient to have a kitchen to cook. Ample parking, friendly breakfast and great service! In particular, a girl at the front desk named Meylin was very enthusiastic and made the journey very complete and warm! The location is extremely convenient, five minutes walk from the train station.

My family and I stayed at Cambria Hotels for a couple days. Each room was neat and super clean. It’s very noticeable their staff cares about their work and what they put out. Housekeeping personnel were extremely kind and hospitable which made our stay so much more enjoyable and relaxing. On Tuesday, June 7, 2022, my 83-year old mother (who uses a walker), 2 sisters and I traveled 110+ miles by car to attend my uncle's funeral. We stayed at this location 1 night in an accessible room. I was unable to drop my mother off at the entrance of the hotel due to repairs being made to the front of the hotel (they were repaving the front entry driveway). We needed a luggage cart to carry our belongings inside the hotel; one cart was in use, and the staff was unable to locate another cart. While checking in, a heavyset man behind the front desk explained that there would be a $100 hold placed on the credit card used online to pay for the stay in case we ordered something from the lobby convenience store or other. I asked ”other” like what? He said if something is wrong in the room after we checkout. I explained to him that my mom, sisters and I (we're all OVER 50 years old) are here to attend her brother's funeral the next day. I assured him that we had no intentions to do anything wrong to the room. He said after we checkout, the $100 hold would be released on the credit card within 3-5 days. As of this writing, it's been 1 day since checkout and the $100 hold is still on the credit card. We paid for our stay online in advance, and nowhere during that process were we advised that there would be a $100 hold place on the credit card. If the $100 hold is standard policy at Hampton Inn & Suites, this policy should CLEARLY be stated while making online reservations. Had we been advised of this $100 hold in advance, we certainly would NOT have made a reservation at this location. I hated that we had an additional unexpected expense at this location during our bereavement. As a repeat customer, I expected better from Hampton Inn & Suites. I'm very disappointed.
