HOLA Llegamos al hotel a las 23.00 y realizamos el registro pero después nos marchamos hasta las 5:15 que retornamos a la habitación a dormir....Hasta aquí todo bien. Pero La puntuación siempre será baja cuando uno se encuentra una CUCARACHA en la habitación de un tamaño considerablemente grande y te diriges a recepción donde no hay nadie de 1.00am. a 8.00 am. dejando al cargo a un camarero el cual no puede dejar el bar para atender la urgencia la cual no tenia ni idea de que hacer además de desconocer el funcionamiento de la recepción. De 5:15 am a 6:45am estuvimos en la recepción con nuestra maletas SIN DORMIR esperando una solución que solo pudo darla una de las empleadas la cual tampoco era de la recepción y gracias a ella (Maribel) que limpio una habitación para que pudiéramos dormir porque mientras esperábamos un cliente abandono una de las habitaciones. Cuando abandonamos el hotel la única contestación de la que se supone responsable de la recepción a las 11:15 am. fue que nos invitaba a un café en el bar por las molestias, en el cual al pedir un batido se me cobro al no ser un café (me entra la risa). no se quien leerá estas opiniones pero me da bastante igual ya que no volveremos nadie de mi entorno.

I passed by Cartagena to Barcelona in the south and stayed for 1 night. The location is in the south of Valencia, about 20-30 minutes drive from the center of Valencia. Due to the inconvenient transportation, it is only suitable for self-driving travelers. The decoration of the hotel is simple and clean. , High performance-price ratio! There are no restaurants, shopping malls and convenience stores nearby. You must return to the hotel after the replenishment is completed!

Si pudiera darles menos estrellas, lo haría. Creo que ha sido sin duda de las peores experiencias que he vivido en un alojamiento en mi vida. Hice reserva en booking, por una habitación doble ya que iba con mi pareja y como vivimos en ciudades diferentes, era importante para nosotros poder dormir juntos, siendo el fin de semana previo a San Valentín teníamos muchas ganas de poder tener nuestro momento de intimidad y por eso reservamos cama doble. Al abrir la puerta del alojamiento, nos encontramos un bar... donde hay unas 6 personas bebiendo alcohol y jugando a las cartas. Al no identific**** nadie como trabajador, pero uno de ellos me pregunta si tenemos reserva, entiendo que es la persona encargada. Le digo que sí y procede a dirigirse a donde parece una recepción, me pregunta el nombre mientras mira una hoja de papel escrita a mano. Le digo mi nombre, me pide mi DNI y se limita a poner el número de mi dni al lado de mi nombre previamente manuscrito en ese listado, y una señal de visto bueno junto a mi nombre. Me da una llave y me indica como llegar a nuestra habitación. En ese momento, al ver las instalaciones, el recibimiento y el check-in pensé... madre mía donde me metí. Al llegar a la habitación asignada, nos encontramos 3 camas individuales, separadas cada una por una mesita. Obviamente al haber reservado cama doble (verifiqué que en booking elegía doble y no 2 individuales ya que esa opción suele ser incómoda), pues me pareció que había habido un error y bajé a la recepción a preguntar si podía ser que hubiera habido un error y el hombre no me hubiera dado la habitación correcta. Aquí empieza el desastre... El hombre me habla fatal diciendo que esa es la habitación que tenemos y que no hay más, que tiene todo lleno y que es lo que hay. A todo esto dirigiéndose a mi con frases como ”mira guapa” e indicando que el problema lo tiene booking porque me han dado una habitación que ellos no tienen. Yo le indico que booking cruza los datos del hotel para ofrecer habitaciones pero el hombre me indica que el de tecnología no sabe nada y que eso no es su problema, que él es el recepcionista de noche y que lo hable por la mañana con la persona que haya allí, yo le indico que no quiero esperar a solucionar el tema a la mañana sino tener la habitación que deseaba en esa noche, y el hombre sigue subiendome el tono y enseñandome una hoja lleva de nombres indicando que todo está lleno y que esa habitación es la que debo aceptar. Subo para contarle todo a mi pareja, y en ese momento me muestra toda la suciedad que había en la habitación, el mando del aire con todos los botones marrones de suciedad, pelos encima de las camas, en las mesitas restos de ceniza de cigarro, el plato de ducha sucio... allá donde mirábamos era un horror y obviamente ahí decido contactar con booking para que me ayuden con todo esto, pero ahí empieza el otro quebradero de cabeza... 21:00h de la noche y llamo a booking para explicarles que el alojamiento d

Stayed one night at this hotel as a stopover. Although in a shopping commercial area it was very nice and quiet and the rooms were good apart from the air conditioning which didn’t cool the room. Staff were polite and friendly, on site secure parking and breakfast was nice and plentiful. Overall a pleasant stay I would recommend as good road access to southern and northern Spain. Value for Money

We were going for an event, we arrived very late, and we were given a room with two double beds. We had hired a wedding room and we were immediately changed them. The staff were very friendly. The room was a little small, the large bathroom, but without shower. The best breakfast. All super rich. From outstanding ...the best of our stay, no doubt.

I made a list of pros and cons .horrible smell coming from air conditioning .on a main road in an industrial estate, however the transport to city is good and a short walk to metro stations. .most of the staff are lovely and speak English. .beds are so comfortable and room is clean and quiet if the window is closed. .bathroom needs an upgrade and there was no hot water. Bring your own toiletries as non are provided. .No kettle in room but has a fridge ?! . Has a pool. .breakfast was continental but doesn't meet the price, wouldn't recommend. The hotel is making improvements, it appears they were hit hard by the pandemic and only just starting to bounce back. If you like walking and need somewhere to rest your head after a long day then this hotel would be perfect for you.

The hotel is very good. Very close to the capital. There is a very good breakfast. The best is the newly expressed orange juice. The staff is very pleasant. A picks the warmth of the room on Saturday very high and could not be regularized, and if we opened the window oiled rarely the box had no doors. By the way, everything is okay.

...spending 3 days here. Very satisfied with my room and bed, except I wish there would have been a refrigerator. Location is fabulous in my opinion with it being right next to the mall; I could walk there every day there and have a great variety of restaurants to choose from. I enjoyed breakfast very much and thought there was enough of a variety of items - no hot dishes to speak of though. Only saw bacon on my last morning which I enjoyed very much - too much. Staff is awesome, especially Andrea and Marta at Reception. OMG, I got a parking ticket in Valencia, and Andrea helped me research where to go and how to pay it off and whatnot. This was a big help to me, and I'm deeply grateful for her assistance. I think the price I paid was well worth particularly when you consider the parking is free. You really can't go wrong with Holiday Inn, can you?
