The experience is very good, the location is also great, just near the samrong sky rail station, the airport express line is turned to the yellow line. The hotel also sells some small debris, including short-sleeved souvenirs, etc., and the price is very affordable. The boss is very good, very warm, and the service is in place. When I saw me washing clothes, I immediately sent a drying rack. The comfort of living is also moved to have such a good experience abroad.

Cleanliness is good, but not the best. Think the bed sheets were not changed.... but it's too late to ask them to chang3 it... and it is very comfy, very pretty place to stay in. Quiet as well... in the corner.... and spacious enough to move around. Amenities include fridge, microwave and some shampoo/soap with towels. As well as a shower cap and some cotton buds... and a sofa to chill at + a work table and chair too. Big open wardrobe to see your clothes better. But only 2 hangers. No Slippers or hairdryer or laundry service, unlike what's shared in trip.com. but service is good with very limited English. Across the road is 7 eleven and some food as well as a laundry service.... but very inconvenient for someone that doesn't speak Thai... sigh. 4/5 total. Would be great place to stay, if not for the linens... location is convenient too.

We love the cosy ambience of Koon Hotel. We travelled in a big group of 14 and they accommodated our request to stay on the same floor. The room was comfortable and nice, bathroom was small but sufficient. We love the cafe and restaurant within the hotel. Breakfast spread was decent and delicious. Pool and fitness gym was rather small but good enough for a quick workout. Only thing is you will need to arrange for a cab to bring you to places, as the BTS station is not within walking distance. But there is a 7-11 convenience store beside the hotel, useful for getting your supplies and snacks. Highly recommended, hope to return again in future. Thanks GM/Ken and his awesome staff for the friendly service! 👍🏻

The receptionists are good. But the room need to be more concern bcs i found 3 cockroaches around & i called the reception asked for spray, but unfortunately they not prepared for it. But kudos, the room has balcony. So that you can wash your clothes & hanging it with the sunny weather. Also, the bed.. need to be extra clean. The pillows 👍🏼 they put extra pillows in the room. Plus the closet is big! Have hairdryer. And also have iron, but you have to asked & they will send to your room.

-Arrival : allowed me to check in 1 he early -All ”king” beds are really 2 singles pushed together, the beds and pillows are not very comfortable -room looks clean but the glass on balcony door was dirty. So was the floor because my black socks were dirty within 5 minutes of being in room - sauna and steam room are not available as listed (opening in January so should not. Include til available) -Noise from construction and traffic in external rooms -ordered seafood Pad Thai from restaurant, small portion but very tasty -Nice that they have a water dispenser on each floor so you can refill anytime and save plastic waste -There is a very large well-equipped gym, did not get to use the pool -all in all a decent stay Staff seems very nice and they try to be helpful

In the new apartment building inside the gas station, there is a 40-minute taxi near the airport to the airport. There is a convenience store and a fast-food restaurant in the gas station. There is no shopping mall within four kilometers. It is convenient to go to the airport, then the hotel will retreat. This is not my first trip to this hotel. Things really got bad with the hotel business after COVID-19 hit Thailand. They lost their major hotel guests from China. No more buffet breakfast only ala cart provided. The whole hotel I only see less than 5 lights on during the night. And the furniture and fittings really reduced in quantity and quality. 🥺 For example the shower is weak and the water temperature is totally uncontrollable. It's either too hot or too cold. 😥😥

The staff speaks English at the reception, and are definitely helpful. The room are still in good shape but the cleaning in the bathroom might be improved. The 2 aspects that are impacting negatively my review are the following: - free mini-bar for the first night, just check-out the photo, it's a fake promotion - the breakfast is at this moment a pure scam as well. Probably due to covid, they can't make a buffet and it is fully understandable, but the customer should informed up front what it will be: a plate and a all-in-one dehydrated coffee. If I knew, I'll not include it. Anyway...
