The front desk clerk stated she was new and couldn't answer ( didn't even attempt to offer to find out)....we looked into the pool area and paint was peeling in and around the pool...water colour suggested we didn't use it. There was no wifi in the rooms only in the lobby and our only liking was at the room was very clean and tidy ( good job housekeeping) Definitely a tired hotel that needs some TLC.

Close to the airport so far from the main attractions in the city. There is less food around and you need to walk some distance to the street. If you are not catching a plane, it is recommended to live closer to Clifton Beach

Our visit to this hotel was short but provided us an opportunity to evaluate (and visualize) their hospitality, service, care, features, facilities, and standard. There is a proverb in Urdu چاول کا ایک دانہ پوری دیگ کا پتہ دیتا ہے (A grain of rice gives the whole diag's taste) which truly apply to this place. We were welcomed by the staff and guided us to the dining hall. The attendant there served us with great care and constantly kept an eye on our requirements. Equipped with smart TVs, refrigerators and free Wi-Fi, they offer various types of air-conditioned rooms at affordable rates. With 54 rooms, they offer 3 categories of accommodation: Business Rooms, Boutique Rooms, and Suits. In addition to quality hospitality services like room service, housekeeping, laundry, etc., they have nice on-site facilities like restaurant, meeting rooms, event halls, gym, indoor games, car parking, etc. The staff was very courteous and cooperative. The rooms were spacious and neat and clean. The environment was healthy and tidy. To summarize my assessment, this hotel has most of the family-friendly amenities, programs, and characteristics.

Great service and amazing owners! Staff don't all speak English but surely great staff. 1,5 week before arrival the owner helped me with getting a tourist Visa to provide me the requested letter. Yes, they are muslim but what do you expect in a muslim country? Indeed Islamic norms and values. Nothing wrong with it! Good Wifi available. For my work the Wifi in my room wasn't fast enough for video-calls but the owner gave me another nice, second, room just to do my work properly. For free. The room-service was also really good. They even gave my several times nice fruit to taste: never thought there are so many fruits I didn't seen before :) Before leaving the hotel, to take my flight back, they recommended me to leave earlier because the road might be blocked which would lenghten the trip to the airport for at least 1 hour. The driver who picked me up at the airport brought me back to the airport in time: 4 a.m. he was ready to take me to the airport and I was nicely in time for my flight. Superservice! The hotelroom was huge: a really comfortable and bigsize bed and 2 sittingcorners in the same room. This really makes you feel at home and makes it perfect for a long stay. The staff don't talk to much but this doesn't mean they don't do their jobs: After cleaning, the room was perfect clean! Nice bathroom with nice hot water. Just ask the owners and they will arrange everything for you. Next time I will surely come back here!

The breakfast was good, with lots of hot dishes. Although the hotel has a few years, but the room and bed feel comfortable. Hotel service is very good, front desk and door welcome super warm. Check in was a bit slower and there were too many people. Regarding security, the five-star hotel has two worlds inside and outside. As for local law and order, the state of panic and nervousness was just upon landing, but after communicating with the local Chinese and Chinese compatriots, it was actually safe.

The breakfast was great and the staff were very kind; we arrived early and also helped us open the room to rest. Security is very strict. After three passes, it is super safe. The main thing is that people are enthusiastic; it is worth going!

I stayed in resort for over 35-40 days with my wife and it was very relaxing and peaceful environment as I always wanted. The staff is really kind and helpful specially Mr Jazib and Mr Shahrukh are the best among them. If I had a chance to visit again I’ll surely go just because of them. There are other staff also very nice like the manager Mr Danish and Ms Sahar. Must visit dreamworld resort if you want peaceful and relaxing environment with a lot of fun activities.

I wanted to give you some ideas about this place after I read reviews. I wish it could be help to your decision making, especially for foreigner. You should consider this is a guesthouse it is not a hotel. If you want hotel service I believe you will choose another option. But it is very acceptable price in Clifton, the most expensive area of Karachi. Don't be confused if you are from abroad. I can assure this guesthouse has above facilities than normal average local Pakistani's house. Staffs are friendly even if they are lack of English they want to help you. In 5min walking, you can find Pizza hut and Dunkin donuts. Using Careen service is very easy to approach because of it's nice location. Since you can use wifi in this place, you can use Google translation if you really need for communication. Think about it's location and compare with your budget. I never found any guesthouse like this in a good way. Oh, you should also mind that average Pakistani's house is really poorer than this. Finally I recommend this accommodation for its hospitality and reasonable price!

A perfect hotel for me. Cozy bed, clean room and very delicious breakfast and dinner! very close to carrefour. and near the seaside. The guys and the lady at the front desk are very nice to us. We will be here next time. First time in Karachi, stayed at this hotel, the hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes walk from Carrefour supermarket. The hotel room was clean, the sanitation was good, and the bed was very comfortable. It is also very suitable for the taste of our Chinese. The service staff is very enthusiastic about us. The next time I come to Karachi, I still live here.

I heard from local friends that the location is not very good. The service is ok, basic luggage will be arranged properly, and a tip of 5 yuan will be given. Breakfast is simple, the most suitable is fried eggs, nothing else Some rooms are very smelly. If you encounter such a room, it is recommended to request a replacement directly because there is poor ventilation there.

The hotel is in a good location, about half an hour's drive from the airport. The room decoration can be seen in the age, the air is humid, the hotel breakfast is ok, relatively monotonous, but there are siu mai, white porridge, and it is quite appetizing for the Chinese. There is a very famous on the first floor Chinese restaurant called "Dynasty" is highly recommended. It is not easy to get a comfortable Chinese food in Karachi! A bit of Pakistani people are a bit clever and lazy. They ask room service to wait for a long time. Be prepared for it, haha

Breakfast is not much, the front desk service is slow, checkin took 40 minutes, and then I found that there were people in the arranged room, and almost rushed in... I waited another 20 minutes to process, check in almost lost my visa, and I found it later I don’t know what kind of liquid gets wet, and the writing is blurred...The cleanliness is not bad, the shower gel is not renewed, there is a toothbrush
