Our family, 2 adults and 2 kids, stayed here for one night on our trip to Strasbourg. The room was plenty big enough for our family. We had a large balcony as well, which was nice! Breakfast was included with the room and we even had it delivered to our room free of charge. The location was good. It was a little ways outside the city, but it is right next to a fantastic park. The Orangery Park was beautiful. We walked around with kids for several hours and had a great time.

No service at all. The reception is only available till 7 pm. So if you arrive 30 min later there is nobody to acomodate you not even by telephone. We booked the hotel exclusively for the underground parking but as there is nobody at the desk you cannot enter the parking either. The streets around the appart hotel al full of cars and there is no spot early in the evening. It is also difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel. We had to ask the neighbors as it is an entry for the apartment complex and another entry around the corner for the hotel. Via de email at 18.59 hr you get a message that they leave a credit-card form key for you in a locker that you have to localise inside of the lobby. An old person will not be able to follow these instructions. We found the key but did not enter the room as we first wanted to get the car parked. But as the hotel parking is only open with a remote control you cannot enter if no one is there. The neighbors are nice and let you in, but Néméa parking is blocked by a barrier and you cannot get in. Inside the garage are warnings not to park elsewhere or you are transpassing. So we got so stressed that we decided to leave and book elsewhere last second. It was 20.30 hrs in the meantime and bookings via booking.com did not get through. We had to book in situ. All with all a lot of stress. The people from Néméa were not apologetic that nobody answers the phone after 19.00 hrs not even at 19.30 hr, when we called. You cannot arrange for a parking spot only on the arrival day upon arrival. They do not tell you this nor that it costs you 50 euro extra as deposit that you hope to get back. Either ways, Néméa is not willing to reimburse us. We will definitely never book with them again. And if you come by car, unless you can arrive prior to 18 hr (so that you can be sure you can arrange the parking) avoid this place as well. The area is not safe to leave a heavily loaded expensive car on the streets. Safety first! Booking.com censors this review this is why we place it here❗❗❗

Good wifi in the room and the common parts. Well-located, young international public with also some locals visiting the bar. Welcoming staff. The hostel seemed to have be renovated recently and is really good looking: clean bed sheets, clean room, very practical curtain on the bed that gives a minimal intimacy feeling. BUT at the same time, some ESSENTIAL stuff is missing: the 4 showers on my floor were blocked/clogged and full of filthy water, no lockers in the room that we could close with a lock (even if there is an extremely practical luggage room downstairs) and the 8 euros buffet breakfast was very minimal (too sweet, no eggs/cheese/ham, only oranges as vegetables). PS: looking on comments on other visitors, the showers are a recurrent pb :/

We had a lovely 3 night stay recently. Our room was very nice. Large windows that you could open, tapestry curtains, view of St Paul and the river. Breakfast was included with plenty of options. The architecture is beautiful. It was close to bars on the river, close to the municipal baths (pools), restaurants near by on M****ille, near Gaulle and République tram stops and about a 15 min walk to the center of the historic district where the Notre Dame Cathedral is.

Great central location. Staff was extremely kind and available, spoke different languages without any issues. The hotel and the rooms were new and renovated, clean and well-lit. The only minor inconveniences were the lack of certain amenities such as shampoos/conditioners especially if you wanted to wash your hair and a hairdryer in the room itself, but the hotel staff quickly remedied and provided us with one. Beautiful hotel, with great wine bar conveniently located at the brink of the ”Grande-Île”. 3min walk to Place Kleber, about 10min walk to the cathedral. Lot's of restaurants in the neighborhood. Comprehensive continental breakfast. You're getting a significant discount for parking in the nearby ”Indigo Kléber” (located Place de l’Homme de Fer). So first drop your car at the parking lot, present the ticket to the receptionist at the hotel and he will hand out a discounted ticket (roughly 50%). Rooms are split in two catagories: facing the back yard: very quite. Facing the street: very noisy, the whole night long. We've been in luck staying in one of the quite rooms. However our friends got one of the rooms facing the street having a terribly noisy night. And like in a lot of other hotels: no power outlets for your charging devices. You've got to crawl on the floor, pulling out power chords from unneeded stuff to get your gears charged.

Stayed for 3 nights for the Christmas markets in December. When we arrived we had to move room as the shower was so small that I couldn’t stand up in it. The staff were nice and moved us to a room beside reception. The room we moved to was quite spacious, and very clean. The bar in the hotel stayed open until 1.30 a.m which was very good for a drink on the way back from Strasbourg city centre. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the city centre and ideal for people interested in walking. Maybe not ideal for elderly people or people with mobility issues. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

Free parking on the roadside, there is a police station next to it, don't worry about someone smashing the window. Beside the high speed, it is convenient to drive by yourself. The front desk of the hotel worked very well and helped us to see the parking location. The fly in the ointment is that there is no refrigerator in the room, and there is no disposable toiletries.

Compared to the ibis and other hotels near the train station, this price is not so high. This is more than one kilometer from the railway station. In fact, there are several mercures along the way. But this is recommended by Ctrip. The advantage is that he is in the city center, next to the Spring Department Store, and the lV shop. Shopping is convenient. But the service is not as good as the previous ibis.

The location is very good, but the hygiene is not good. The room where I stayed for the first night has a taste of stool. After talking to the front desk, I will change other rooms soon, but the curtains in the room are very dusty. The equipment and design inside are completely different. Star, equivalent to 2 stars, and there is not much choice for breakfast, just some bread and cheese, all the drinks are drink machines, no hand-handed, so it is not four stars. The first night was booked in a superior room, but it did not meet the advanced room at all, and it was subject to further improvement in all aspects.

Outstanding architecture improves the soul and the Hotel and Brasserie Les Haras set in historic stables surrounded by stunning modern architecture certainly did it for us. The ambiance soon took over and the stress of our journey was washed away. The room was classically simple with a beautiful bathroom. The air conditioning was perfect and the bed super comfortable (the best pillows ever). Breakfast was sumptuous with lovely friendly staff and took place on a terrace with gardens surrounded by stunning modern buildings. We asked at reception to tell us where the spa was located and the receptionist said at “follow me” and then told a little of the history of the location. The sunlight on the pool makes a beautiful display on the ceiling - there is a steam room and sauna. Mention should be made of the concierge service who wisk your car away to a super secure site in an adjoining street (tv cameras and barriers) - they were so helpful and efficient. The hotel is three minutes walk from Petit France and a brisk 15 minutes from the Cathedral but feels like it is almost in the country. We will certainly come back when Les Haras’ wellbeing has worn away.

There was no smile at the front desk when I checked in, and the corridor was very narrow and the room was small and the impression was average. Later, I found that it was quite good. The price is really high. The small lobby always has hot tea and snacks. The front desk is very patient in answering questions. Especially the man who didn’t smile when he checked in on the first day was actually very Professional and very welcoming, the recommended places to visit are very worthwhile, because Strasbourg has come to work without doing any homework, and it is very pleasant to meet such a recommendation. Go to the breakfast restaurant to buy a cup of coffee, the waiter is very nice to say that it is provided free of charge, just drink, do not pay. The hotel walks to the train station and walks for 12 minutes without luggage. Drag the suitcase for a few minutes. It is within walking distance of all the old town attractions.

The location is very good, three minutes away from the railway station, and easy to get to the old city, all within walking distance. I don’t know if it was the reason why Ctrip booked the room. The room I gave was not in the main building, but in another building. Good experience except for the lack of WiFi during the last two days. Also a very unfortunate incident. When I ordered a bottle of white Châteauneuf du Pape, I was brought a bottle which had been opened earlier and whose cork had been replaced. Instead of having me taste it, the waiter served us (my wife and muself) a small quantity of wine and left us to our own devices. The wine was completely oxidized and undrinkable. When I complained, another waiter replaced the bottle. The first waiter then proceeded to remove the cork before us but almost poured some in the same glasses which contained the first one ! Only when we protested did he bring us clean glasses but still didn’t let us taste it. When I finally did, it was borderline oxidized but still drinkable. This lead me to believe the first bottle had been rejected by a previous customer and that the whole stock of Châteaneuf du Pape should have been returned to the producer.

Our family of 4 (kids 14 and 10) really loved this hotel. We stayed 3 nights in one of the large loft apartment rooms on the 4th floor. With the wood beams it really gave us the feeling we were in France and it looked straight out of Beauty and the Beast inside. I did bump my head a couple times on the diagonal beams but that’s ok. If you are over 6 feet 2 inches then you will probably be bumping your head on the overhead cross beams. Rooms had AC. Breakfast was good. Parking is very close by. And the kids loved Theo the parrot in the lobby! Most importantly, the location is great - very short walk to cross the bridge to get onto Strasbourg “island” and super close to the Cathedral. We went for a morning stroll to the cathedral area before the crowds showed bc we were so close. The staff was great, especially the man who was working evenings (wish we got his name). Highly recommend Hotel Beaucour apartment rooms for families traveling.

The location is very convenient, very close to La Petite France and the cathedral. Very clean, the room and bathroom are oversized. Especially the bathroom facilities in the bathroom are top-notch, and I finally took a relaxing bath after living in a German town for a few days🛁! The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious😋

The location of the hotel is great, shopping and viewing are super convenient, the hotel service is great, self-driving can park the car at the door, the waiter will help you park the car in the parking lot, you only need to find the waiter and he will drive you to the door , The service is in place, the parking fee is small and expensive, but I personally think it is equivalent to the service, the room is very clean and the toiletries are Hermes, praise 👍

We stayed in a room overlooking the entrance yard. Decor was lovely antique and roof with exposed beams and hardwood floor etc. Everything spotlessly clean and they provided complimentary chilled water each day and kettle with cups and selection of teas/coffees etc. Hotel seemed very quiet generally, but do make sure you close your windows if you’re a light sleeper as the church bells can go during the early hours. We had a minor issue with the room but was sorted in minutes with profuse apologies. All staff very pleasant and professional. Location excellent for tourist sights and just a ten/fifteen min walk to the station. Did not have breakfast as it cost €22 per person, which seemed a lot. However, a number of options nearby for coffee and croissant. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed for one night in Strasbourg on our way from Austria to England. Absolutely delighted with our stay at the Hotel des Arts. It is in the very centre of all the attractions, less than 100 metres from the cathedral. It is in a pedestrianized area but the receprion recommended a car park that is 4 minutes walk away. The hotel itself is unpretentious but very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
