The steady stream of guests immediately tells you this is a very popular and lively hotel. The location is superb, with everything conveniently close by, including a COOP supermarket. The breakfast was very generous and extremely satisfying. I remember arriving at the hotel around 11:30 AM that day and asking the front desk staff for advice on when to go up Jungfraujoch, as I had a feeling rain was approaching. His immediate reply was: 'Go, go, go, right now!' So I instantly bought the tickets and hopped on the cable car to the Jungfraujoch observation deck. Everything went smoothly and the views were absolutely stunning, which was fortunate because it rained the very next day. Otherwise, I knew I wouldn't have seen a thing!

Friendly front desk staff and the hotel location is gorgeous. The frontdesk helped me with an early checkin and also upgraded my room with a bath-tub. The view from the room balcony was Mesmerizing and nothing short of a heavenly view… The breakfast was descent, however a little short of vegetarian options. The chocolates at the reception desk were amazing, better than Lindt. I wish I could know where they sourced them from😁 Harder Kulm (Top of Interlaken) entrance is just in front of the hotel. The market is at walking distance and also the OST station is very closeby. Thanks Carlton Team for making our stay pleasant and memorable… Ciao!

Lovely place to stay, not too far from INTERLAKEN OST but bus timings can be long ~ but still walkable to interlaken ost. During my stay couldn’t find any places to eat or buy groceries nearby but loved the breakfast with such an amazing view. Service is top notch. Will be back if I have the chance again. The price is really affordable given how expensive Switzerland is. Room was made everyday and it was really clean. I also love how there is free coffee / snacks available for guests at anytime. Thank you for the great service! Lovely and recommended place to stay.

In order to save, we can only say that the fifth floor is worse than the environment on other floors. It is small and boring. If you have money, you can still live well. The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from East Train Station and the main commercial street! Front desk service is also good! I booked two rooms for two nights, a superior double room and a deluxe twin room. The superior double room is more expensive than the deluxe twin room, but the facilities and layout of the room are not as good as that of the deluxe twin room. The most important thing is that the taste after decoration is very big. It's just that breakfast with a skinny granny waitress is particularly rude! I wanted to give the hotel five stars, but because her attitude was so hateful, I gave it three! This is the most disgusting person I have met in so many days of traveling in Switzerland! Hotel should pay attention!

Three of us stayed in this hotel in October. The triple room was large and well-equipped. The bathroom and toilet were separated into two rooms, which was very convenient when there were many people. On the day of check-in, we arrived later than the check-in time due to navigation errors. After contacting the front desk, we were informed of the check-in method by email. We checked in independently, which was very convenient. The hotel is in a good location. The main road of Shangjia Street is right outside the door. You can get souvenir spoons at the watch shop next to it. The balcony faces a large lawn with a great view. It is very convenient for us to park by car. We have our own parking lot. Parking fees are charged every day, which cannot be exempted even if you check in. The breakfast variety is average, and the dining environment is not bad.

The scenery of the hotel is amazing, and the balcony is so beautiful. Every night, our family of three would have a drink on the balcony. The first few pictures are real views of the room. The Jungfrau was taken when we were strolling in the town, and we also took pictures of the golden mountain in the evening:). There are many recreational projects on the Jungfrau, which are super fun. Remember to bring sunglasses or sunglasses clips, otherwise you can't open your eyes, haha. I seriously felt you get the best views from the room balconies especially the corner rooms. I will give 10/10 for the scenic views from the balcony. Usually I am not a sound sleeper, but here I had a peaceful sleep and woke up with full energy hearing the birds chirping music. The amenities can be improved. Breakfast provided is good, they allow to fry the eggs which is unique.😄

Apparently the hotel did not receive my booking at all, although i had documents showing otherwise. I had to call trip to get them to discuss with the hotel what happened and there were a lot of miscommunication and it was very frustrating for me since it wasnt my fault but trip and the hotel's. Stayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).

We booked a triple room. The room itself wasn't huge, featuring three single beds. However, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and a handy shelf provided ample space for our toiletries. The room also came with a small balcony adorned with fresh flowers, offering a breathtaking view of the Jungfrau in the distance. Being able to dine while enjoying such unparalleled scenery was undoubtedly the room's greatest added value. The owner was very welcoming and provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities. There's also a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby. While the coffee itself was just average, it certainly showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. Breakfast didn't offer a vast selection, which seems to be common in Swiss hotels. However, with items like bread, eggs, various cheeses, cold cuts, and fruit, we could still enjoy a satisfying meal.

Great value for money for the price we paid for it. It's clearly stated on the booking that this room has no aircon; this is true and while there is a fan in the lower room there isn't one in the upper room. We went in May when the weather was cool so we were perfectly fine with just opening the window, but this may be a different story in the summer. Had to go to the front desk because the cleaning service didn't give us any toilet paper; while the front desk was prompt in responding it could have led to an awkward situation if someone had used the bathroom without checking first.

It is a very good hotel, just 450 meters from the Interlaken West train station. Walk straight through the alley and you will arrive. It is right at the bus stop in an area with many restaurants. The Chinese restaurant is downstairs. Next to the left is a Thai restaurant. Next to the right is a Korean restaurant. Behind is an Indian restaurant. Opposite is a bank. Walk to the left is a supermarket. There is a Coop restaurant. The food is cheaper than other restaurants. But the best thing is that the hotel has a kitchen where you can cook your own food comfortably. There are complete equipment such as a cooking pot, rice cooker, hot water kettle, frying pan, oven, microwave, knife, chopsticks, spoon, fork, dishwashing liquid, Scotch-Brite. The bed is comfortable. The blanket is soft and clean.
