I stayed here for one night in a private single room to get some sleep after several sleepless nights walking the Camino de Santiago. Unfortunately this was not the case, the hostel is on the same street as a really noisy bar / club. Revellers were screaming, shouting and fighting until 6am! Location for central Pamplona was perfect. The facilities are average, moderately clean. The shared bathrooms both lacked a holder for the shower hose so you had to hold it to shower. Bedding was clean room smelt very fusty- on a positive note the French doors and Juliet balcony was lovely. Not staffed, automated check in - if anything goes wrong it can be quite stressful. Also for Pellegrinos there was a sign for a passport stamp but no stamp. For €35 there must be better.

I had some difficulties finding a room in Pamplona on the Saturday before the May 2 national holiday. Was happy to find one. My single room was the size of a postage stamp. Really tiny. But as I was just staying for one night, no big deal. Great location just a couple of blocks from Plaza del Castillo on a street that is TEEMING with restaurants and tapas bars. I have no problem recommending this place for a short term stay. Another Spanish hotel with paper thin walls. Hope that your neighbor does not make too much of a racket.

Where do I start? Our stay was the wonderful. The fabulous service started before we arrived when Daniel called to introduce himself. We were driving to Pamplona and he gave us additional directions, and courage to drive into the plaza, to reach the hotel, "Don't wait to get lost, call me! We will talk you in or come get you! That was just the beginning of the very thoughtful service we received. We loved our room, complete with balcony overlooking the side street. The bed, the bath, the pillow were all more than expected. Very lovely. Breakfast was served on a tray with little ceramic dishes. We decided to call it our Spanish Bento Breakfast box. Everything was artful and restorative. We will be back.

Stayed here for three nights. Very basic, but that's OK as the rooms were cheap. Parking is a different matter. We rode here on motorcycles and found you can't actually get to the hotel by vehicle. You have to park under the square and walk. It's not far but motorcycles cost the same as cars. 13 euros a night. Access to the hotel is a card entry system and a couple of flights of stairs leads you up to a reception area. This is only manned 2 - 10pm Staff are friendly and very helpful . The rooms are on the small side, but are clean . No view to speak of just windows on the building next door. We had to keep the curtain closed. Plus side there was a very good air conditioning system in the room and bathroom was clean. Again the bathroom needed some work with shower head not staying in place and the cubicle was very small. You can get coffee and tea from a machine in the reception area ,but this is barely drinkable. No other facilities to buy water or cold drinks, so buy these before you go back to your room. There is a little shop out the main door to the right that sells a lot of drinks and is open quite late. Food wise is very much bar food in all the cafes in the square with a couple of exceptions. Look outside the square for the better restaurants.

I have stayed in Pamplona twice before- this is the worst hostel to date. Not the staff but the management are poor. I booked to stay one night in a female dorm for €20 inc breakfast. I had emailed in advance requesting, via booking.com for a bottom bunk (some places reserve customer choice, others do not) unfortunately as on this occasion the management confirmed shortly after my booking that this was not an option- so good communication. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very helpful lady, and her colleague who was seeing other Pilgrims around the accommodation. We were offered stamps for our credential which was great. Two girls had taken the wrong beds in room 5 but were advised of their actual booking in room 1(?) I think. I was given top bunk in room 5. The room is not as you see it in the photos on booking.com actually none of the photos are actual sightings from current day. Room 5 in particular (I cannot comment on the other rooms as I didn’t have the keys) was small- too small to move in. Myself and another pilgrim had two 35L bags and the space was too small for us both, bag and all. Room 5 beds are bunked and pretty much on top of each other, both sets. The photos from website are taken from a very different angle. It was horrible. The other Pilgrim in my room called it a youth hostel not an albergue. There was nowhere to put your towels or clothes. They provide lockers which are very small and might only hold the basics- miniature wash, lotions and books etc, small things. The day was hot- ok- most shutters were closed but windows not. The intensity of the smell and heat was unbearable in room 5. I am a well travelled asthmatic and have stayed in much worse but only as a last resort. The dense air quality was u comfortable even just sitting there in the common area. The kitchen was messy and unkept, food was left out. The bathrooms were being used but smelt of sweat and excess water was all over the floors. It made the main Albergue in Roncesvalles look luxury. I asked the receptionist if there were other possibilities available because in my opinion room 5 was a safety hazard. I had stayed the night before in another hostel and it was all open plan- aired & clean and twice if not triple the size in a similar building for 20+ people. Both members of staff were helpful, they offered me another room but I’d have to wait for the customer to return to exchange. All fair enough. However, I emailed the management team requesting for a full or part refund on the basis that the room is not as advertised, the conditions of the accommodation also not as advertised and the heat in the rooms, a polite warning or acknowledgment that the accommodation was not as advertised wouldn’t have gone a miss. I received a response to my request within a few hrs later. All customers are shown toilets and showers- I was not. Trying to explain that about the hot weather- pilgrims smell- which again is a generalisation and doesn’t explain why

We had two nights at this hotel and generally enjoyed it. It does have its quirks but it was comfortable and we would consider a return visit. Location – very good. The hotel is two floors located within an apartment block on the edge of a really nice park. You can walk into the centre of town in about 15 to 20 minutes. There is chargeable on site parking at eight euros for the first night and then four euros for any subsequent nights. This seems good value as the on street parking is chargeable and very busy. Rooms – a little bit tired in places but comfortable. Some renovation would be appreciated. The beds are very comfortable there was just about everything you needed. There was some noise from the rooms especially in the mornings. Our first night was spoiled by having four young and very noisy neighbours who made sleep impossible. The hotel apologised for this and gave us a small fruit platter and a bottle of still water.......... We managed to get a room with a balcony - not all of them have this which was nice but not perfect. It had three air-conditioning units on it and no chairs. Wi-Fi – very good indeed. Free for unlimited devices and good enough to stream video. it remembers your login as well so you only need to do this once. Food – we were room only but used the café at the back of the hotel. This offers a standard range of food at reasonable prices and gives complimentary snacks with any drinks. Staff – very helpful. When we were given a room without a balcony they quickly changed it around despite the hotel being full.

The hotel entry looks really fancy for a small hotel, it was very nice. We stayed here just for one night, we got a very nice greeting in the reception, help to store our bags until we got a room, as we were a bit early. The room on the third floor was really nice, and the bathroom was super impressive with all marble tiles and a big bath/shower. Small bottles of shampoo and shower gel was very appreciated as I forgot mine at home. Only negative thing is that the room doors are paperthin! You hear absolutely everything trough the door. This might be the reason for need of earplugs. Location is really good next to the plaza del Castillo, with a lot of restaurants and cafes and more to be found on the backstreets.

Loved the Landaben Hotel not only for being clean, tidy and very affordable, but also for the hard working staff and for Señor Iñaki, the owner, who is the heart of the place, being the first there and the last leaving. The bar downstairs is the perfect place to properly start the day, enjoying a coffee con leche and one (or more) of those good pintxos or tortillas, locally prepared. The restaurant aside the bar, offers daily menus, having 5 or 6 options to choose from, for both 1st and 2nd dish, plus desert. Large servings, good food, fast service, excellent! Muchos gracias, un grad saludo! Wish to see you well, again, soon!

I had hoped to spend at least four nights in Pamplona on this trip (my first visit to the city was in 2013 just prior to starting to walk the Camino de Santiago), but unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 outbreak I was forced to cut my trip short. Upon arrival to Yoldi Hotel I was greeted warmly and informed of the impending lockdown and was told exactly where I could buy food/provisions. Although there were only two other guests (both had been walking the Camino and were forced to return home), I was provided with a simple, yet ample breakfast that included fresh coffee, yogurt, bread, pastries, juice and fruit. After two nights here, with the help of the kind woman working at reception, I was able to secure a train back to Madrid followed by a flight back to the US. Although my time was cut short, I found the hotel to be exceptionally clean and comfortable (sizable room, comfortable bed, refrigerator, flat panel television, modern bathroom and a window that opened to allow fresh air inside). The location is excellent (under five minutes walk from the bus station and old town, lovely, safe surrounding area with beautiful buildings, restaurants and supermarkets). Each of the staff members I had contact with here were exceptionally friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned for the safety of their guests. Prices are very reasonable. If I ever find myself in Pamplona I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a great hotel the rooms are very comfortable only downside not enough pillows on the bed. It had lovely wooden floors and spotless. If you ask they can also supply you with a kettle . Breakfast was a continental buffet you can have hot toast with choice of hams cheese ect with a good selection of fruit and cereals. The only downside is hotels parking which is £13 per night that we feel is excessive charging.

It's taken me a while to write this. Sorry hotel. I had a week in Pamplona then decided to come back for five nights. So booked this hotel and dumped all my luggage there whilst I went to Madrid for the night. Very friendly and accommodating staff, nice elegantly designed rooms. Hotel is within walking distance from the bus terminal and pedestrianised shopping precinct. Good bars and eateries nearby. Bathroom was modern with decent amenities. We booked this hotel on the basis that it would be better than the ordinary Ibis as we would be staying on our Wedding Anniversary. Before booking we checked that it had a proper restaurant because having been driving for 6+ hours, we knew we wouldn't want to go elsewhere to eat but would still want something a bit more special. At check in, we asked when the restaurant opened for dinner and was told 8.30 pm. The first problem is that our allocated room (an accessible one, I'm a wheelchair user) smelt strongly of cigarette smoke so we had to move to the room next door which was not accessible - not the hotel's fault we thought so we would have to manage. The replacement room also smelled of cigarette smoke, but not nearly so bad so we decided to put up with it and just open the window for a while. We decided to start our evening with a couple of gin and tonics in the bar - not a pleasant environment as I seemed to be the only female in there apart from the staff and the rest of the clientele all appeared to be shouting over each other in competition with the football match on the tv. We very rapidly decided to take our drinks back to our room. On opening the door to our room we were greeted by a much stronger smell of cigarette smoke plus a lot of noise from the street outside - yes, we were immediately above the 'smoking area' as was our original room, hence the smell. Closing the window solved some of the problem but having moved once and unpacked we really didn't want to change rooms again so we hoped the aircon would deal with the smell and who needs to open windows in December anyway? Having consumed two gin and tonics each, we made our way back downstairs at 8.30 and headed for the restaurant only to be informed it was closed and our only choice (being almost certainly over the limit to drive and with nothing else within 'walking' distance) was a meal from the bar, now even noisier. Had my burger and chips been up to McDonalds standards, the evening might still have been rescued as a source of humourous anecdotes however the burger was undercooked and leaking blood into the bun, the salad was brown around the edges and the chips were cold to the point that I thought they were only partly thawed. The waitress didn't speak English and we don't speak much Spanish so our complaint at the time fell on deaf ears as did our complaint to Reception the following morning. To round things off we returned to a baking hot room and no amount of adjustment to the temperature controls had any effect, and the 'luxury' bed made my back hurt so much I couldn't stand it any longer and had to get up at 4 am. Breakfast was also disappointing - the buffet at the ordinary Ibis which we used on our outward journey had much more variety and was better presented, and the basement room in which it was served appeared to be unheated. In summary, our wedding anniversary hotel stay involved a room which stank of cigarettes and a night in which we were hungry, too

First talk about the location of the hotel, the hotel is located in the extended area of Barcelona. It is close to La Pedrera and Casa Batllo and within a 10-minute walk of La Pedrera. And the La Pedrera is located on Barcelona's famous street "Gracia Avenue", so the location is very convenient. In terms of travel, we are full-time taxis, so we are not familiar with the subway. However, the hotel's front desk can help you call a taxi directly, it is very convenient, and the taxi price in Barcelona is still within my acceptance. The hotel service was very good. As the hotel arrived in the morning and could not check in, the luggage was stored and the check-in was completed. It also meets the requirements of our two rooms together. And we recommended a Michelin seafood restaurant, the key is to help us book. I want to use the iron, a phone call, and it will be delivered in 5 minutes. On the top floor of the hotel there is a gym and an open-air swimming pool. If you like to sunbathe, try the pool. The sanitation of the room is very good, the free two bottles of water in the outside restaurant point is 3 euros. And there are 2 cup noodles! The orange chair in the picture is really comfortable. The door of the room toilet is the same kind of seam. I just didn't find it when I entered it. I thought there was no toilet. There is no door in the shower, but there is no need to worry about splashing water. I feel very design. The room is equipped with a capsule coffee machine with 4 capsules in the box and an introduction, which will be replenished every day! Finally, I would like to say that the hotel's own restaurant is the Michelin restaurant, but the last day only found that there is no chance this time. In short, it is highly recommended in terms of location, facilities, service and transportation.

I was traveling with friends. I chose two hotels in Basel. The buildings in Basel are all 100 years old. We have also carefully selected them for a long time. This retro style is very fond of color. The hotel location is not very big. We have been taking a taxi these days. They are basically within 10 Euros. It is also convenient to go anywhere. It is almost 700 meters away from the British Palace Department Store. It is especially convenient to buy cosmetics and downstairs. There are restaurants and convenience stores around the downstairs. Hotel environment I personally like it, because the retro decoration color can be taken in the hotel to take large pictures, the details can reflect the room key is the original traditional insert hole key The efficiency of hotel check-in and check-in was a bit slow. Common problems throughout Europe. We were in a queue in front of a woman who was very anxious because of being too slow. Note that the hotel is checked in after 3pm. Just report the room number. There will be a show on the first floor of the lobby. Ask the front desk when you check in. Hotel hygiene I think it is quite comfortable to stay for two days. The cleaning is very clean. The attendant will fold your clothes for you. Hotel breakfast We ate the hotel breakfast for two days in a row because it was so delicious. There was a full range of Chinese, Western and Japanese meals to meet various needs. It was about forty Euros for two (not particularly remembered) Hotel equipment Our queen size bed can be said to be very large There is a swimming pool and gym because we spend most of our time playing outside so we did not go

The Spanish are very friendly to China. The parking lot is free. My room is super large and the price is very good. It is on the edge of the blue Mediterranean Sea and the sea is very blue. There are luxury cruises on both sides to the surrounding islands. There is also a shopping mall nearby and close to the city. The center is suitable for walking at night. If I did not receive an additional fee of more than one hundred euros after leaving the hotel, I would give a full score ... The additional cost of the child is calculated to 30 euros per night, plus a city construction tax of 7.6. I remember when I was at the front desk, I told I added 20 euros per night. Besides that, the experience was excellent. The location is excellent, the seaside, the British Palace and the Baroque House can be walked by. The rooms are equipped with ritual toiletries. The beds were particularly comfortable and the rooms were cleaned clean. Families with children (2 years and older) must choose a triple room in advance.

The street view and the color are good. There is a balcony on the top floor. There are not many breakfasts. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearby Plaza Catalunya. There are many restaurants nearby. Not far from the beach, I will consider staying next time. We went to the seafood market recommended online. It feels normal and the seafood is salty.

Facing the Mediterranean Sea, the view is stunning! There are 15 trams nearby, and the attractions are very convenient! It's also cheap to take a taxi. The airport to the hotel is about 32 euros. The taxi drivers are very honest! Hotel service is good, the environment is good, breakfast buffet is 35 euros per person, a bit expensive! The next Sunday night, the wind was very strong, and I wrestled at the hotel door. The hotel service rushed out and helped me to the hotel. I also repeatedly asked about the fall. It was very warm! Many of the restaurants in the hotel are closed. I did n’t eat dinner and I did n’t dare to go out because the wind was too strong! 15 meters per second! The hotel has a small boss speaker, a music player, and the sound insulation is not good. It is recommended that the hotel be perfect!

Location: The exit of the subway station is the hotel and it is very convenient to travel. In the Gothic Quarter, there is a commercial street nearby. You can walk to the beach in 800 meters, 200 meters from the commercial street, next to the square and the scenic spot. The location is very good. Room: Not too big, but the decoration is good, there is a terrace is the best, you can see the scenery. Very good value for money. The price of Basse is always more expensive. Breakfast: The type is OK, but not as good as the French, with the Spanish-style quiche ham. Front desk: The Spaniards really don't have to say, even if the business is in a cold city, the Spaniards are more enthusiastic than you think, and never worry about the reception...

Barceloneta
Breakfast can be eaten in the open-air restaurant. From time to time, there are pigeons flying to meet you. It is no stranger to them, and they are determined to be frequent guests here. The view is good, the coconut tree stands up against the sea breeze. There is also the hotel's iconic landscape - Conch, which is blowing the horn of the departure!
