1. Hotel reviews The hotel is located about an hour drive from Phuket Airport. The main consideration is that it is close to the pier to SIMILAND. The drive is about 10 minutes, and the entire hotel configuration is OK. The rooms are soundproofed and clean, the rooms are a bit old, the keys used to open the door, and the price is ok. 2. Booking information On-site check in is faster. 3. Transportation It is best to book a taxi on the domestic website in advance. The hotel is divided into two areas. There is free parking outside the lobby. 4.The hotel as a whole The hotel's internal facilities are good, there are more foreigners here, but it does not affect accommodation and rest. The hotel has several swimming pools for swimming directly to the sea. This place is suitable for letting yourself out, there are some dining and entertainment around. The hotel area is mainly two. The left side of the main road and the sea side are the lobby and villas VILLA and buildings 1 ~ 3. The right side of the main road is buildings A ~ E. We live in building C and rely on the outside catering service, but it ’s fine No noise. The room has a small refrigerator with drinks such as vodka, cola and hedy, and the price is moderate. A bottle of cola 30 baht. 5. Public areas inside the hotel The entire hotel area is large and relatively open. The front desk is still very enthusiastic. When I first arrived, I helped to send towels and cold drinks, and also helped bring luggage to the room. Of course, I had to tip for the warm service of others. In the morning, I saw the hotel staff cleaning up the coconut leaves and the sanitation of the swimming pool. Horses and chickens are near the sea, Hotel room The room is large and tidy, and the room has free WIFI, but I ca n’t connect it all the time. Anyway, with the HAPPY card, the traffic is not enough. The items in the house are simple and practical. Two bottles of free drinking water and slippers are charged. The front desk said that there is consumption, and the English is not good. The front desk gave me the pictures and the fee list. It seemed to be 200 baht. 7. Hotel catering: The breakfast room is located on the first floor below the lobby. Breakfast is divided into drinks area, pastry area, pasta area and main course area. You can try the local egg buns, which are characteristic and nutritious.

My husband and I loved our time here! We spent 4 nights here, and everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, the room was so nice and clean, the restaurant was delicious, and the location was amazing. Breakfast is included, and really good, so make sure to take advantage of that. We especially loved how this hotel was a little hidden from the main street near Merlin and all the other big resorts. Although the area of Khao Lak/Merlin is pretty touristy, we felt like we were able to get away from the noise at this hotel. The staff was great in recommending how to get to and from places around town, which was really helpful, especially when it came time to leave. Would recommend this place to anyone, and wish we could have stayed longer!

The hotel environment is okay, there are some Balinese thatched cottages. But the room layout is not particularly soft and comfortable. I personally value the light source. The room has no idea that I will stay for a long time. It is better to sit on the balcony and blow the hair. The climate of Koala is more comfortable than that of Phuket, and the air conditioner is almost unnecessary. The hotel’s breakfast is actually OK, with a half-hour and one-half hour wait for lunch and dinner respectively.

We stayed for last 2 weeks of Feb 2020. First time in Thailand but will not be the last.. Hotel set in beautiful grounds all planted with large and small trees and bushes. The whole width of the beach front was lawned with gardens kept neat and tidy the whole time. Plenty of sunbeds, trees and umbrellas for shade. Loads of room no crammed in rows. No problem getting a sunbed but of course if you want prime spots you have to get in early. The beach (no sunbeds allowed) one of the cleanest I have seen only the odd piece of seaweed and very occasional plastic.. Rooms are set back in blocks 2 stories high. We had a standard room above a swim up room I wonder if it is worth paying extra for one of those. Good size room, very good aircon, kept clean. with a sunken bath. We were AI cannot fault the food good choice at breakfast We mainly ate buffet style in the evening large choice. Some buffets you go to the food sits around for a while after all the good pieces have been taken ,not here served in small freshly cooked amounts and replenished swiftly . I must mention the lunch menu in the veranda restaurant good choice very well cooked my favourite was the temporra prawns and the fish and chips. OK a bit englishman abroad but don't know what the fish was but it was spot on. All the staff were friendly and efficient no complaints there. It is the land of smiles. Evening entertainment was very low key so not a lot going on which was fine for us but others might find it dull Short walk out of the hotel various shops (supermarket pharmacy tourist shop a couple of taylors ) bars and restaurants. We usually stopped for a nightcap in the Tigar Bar. good drinks sit and watch the world go by. Caught a taxi a couple of times to the main drag 250B each way . I hope that the current virus doesn't do too much damage to the tourist industry here, We will be back as soon as the problems gone

The hotel that caught up with the epidemic as soon as it opened is really sad. There is no need to say the hardware conditions, brand new, each room in the pool room has a very clean swimming pool. The rooms are large in size, the air-conditioning is very comfortable, there is a bathtub and a beautiful balcony, and all the facilities inside are of very high quality. You can also paddle boards, play golf, and have a very large and beautiful children’s pool and adult pool. It is worth mentioning the very beautiful restaurant Starlight Pool. It's so romantic. .

We visited this small hotel for 5 nights and were in a first floor chalet type garden room which had a lovely traditional balcony overlooking a lagoon and forest. The room had air con and a fan. The hotel is peaceful and relaxing and right next to a wonderful sandy beach with super warm sea. Great for swimming! Breakfast is served right next to the beach. Staff at this hotel are all very friendly and it was a pleasure to be there and feel welcome. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the town with lots of shops, bars and restaurants but a tuc tuc can take you there for 100 baht. The food in the hotel restaurant by the beach is very good and reasonably priced and there is another beach bar next door which is also good. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

At Palm Beach Khao lak we had the worst experience we’ve ever have had at any hotel of all our years of travelling . We go on holiday / travelling 2 to 3 times a year and I’ve never ever experienced anything like this from hotel management - meanness , neglect and outright lack of care . On the second day there, my son ate steak from the restaurant barbecue and in the early hours of that night he violently threw up several times & had diarrhoea non stop, he also had fever he still has it now after 3 days . When I informed the manager she expressed no concern or care at all & was much more bothered about us moving rooms or paying more money to stay in the room we were in. (We had booked 2 room types for the duration of our stay). I told the manager and food and beverage manager several times what was happening so that they could take the steak off the menu to prevent anyone else getting sick and their response was to scoff and smirk at me, to totally distance themselves from any involvement and basically challenged me to take him to the hospital to prove it was their food - not even expressing any concern for his wellbeing , no ‘sorry’, no offer of help or concern at all . They even refused to give me more water for him as he needed to drink lots of water. I explained that he was bedridden and had to be near a toilet at all times as the diarrhoea was very frequent, and between that he was sleeping but again, all they were concerned with was making sure we were going to vacate the room and move to the other room we had booked for the second half of our stay. I was outraged when at 9pm in the evening, my son had unfortunately leaked onto the bed sheets, and so they needed changing - but the reception desk told us repeatedly that housekeeping was closed and they couldn’t be changed until morning, and basically made me take the soiled sheets up to reception where the night receptionist called the uncaring manager who insisted she photograph the sheets and send the photos to her before they finally agreed to give us some fresh bed sheets. UTTERLY OUTRAGEOUS. What kind of hotel does that??! The overriding theme here is they just want as much money off you as possible but have no genuine concern for the customers at all. So for the next 2 days I had ongoing arguments with the manager and food manager where they tried everything they could to deflect the blame including them both lying to me blatantly that loads of people had had the beef that night and have been fine ( I exposed this as a lie, actually only around 3 people had eaten it they both tried more childish lies to try to cover it up and pretend it was more). I spoke to another German family who had actually eaten the beef and they said to me “ The beef is very bad we will not eat at that restaurant again” i said “ why did you not report it “ and there response was “ we found the management rude and unhelpful from our check in where I ended up arguing with her and so I thought

The Mem started displaying symptoms of cabin fever in Phuket; not so much lockdown, but more the heavy monsoon which kept us inside this year more than usual, so I decided a short (four night) break was in order. She wanted Songkla, but I wasn’t driving 5 hours so we settled on Khao Lak. We’d been before, but further up the coast and never ventured into the town, so Bayfront was our choice. About 2km from the center of activity in Bang Niang (“activity” being the operative word, with closed borders/no tourists) we chose a ‘luxury beach cottage’, not only as a treat but because the rates were heavily discounted. The hotel is large - over 70 rooms - with two pools interspersed with a pool bar, a large open sided dining room, small library and small separate outdoor dining areas, all of which rolls down from the road to a beach which interestingly has brown sand as opposed to the (fairly) white sand we have at Nai Harn, but pleasant enough. The breakfast is generally buffet, but as we were the only guests (see photo!) we were given an a la carte menu; small but sufficient, particularly as the food - eggs Benedict, for example - was excellent, as was the dinner we had on the one night we ate in; the best Thai omelette ever, plus a chicken soup with separate lumps of chicken to add, plus 3 slices of garlic bread, all for around 200 baht. The room was great with a lovely sea view, but terrible WiFi; For me the walk uphill from the sea up past the pools to the dining/reception area was a tad arduous, but kids (anyone under 50) would have no problem.. All in all, an enjoyable stay. Would I say that if it was packed with young families and kids? I doubt it, but as the borders are still closed as I write, I am enjoying the moment....

We only stayed one night at Tuaprodome and we were very pleased with our choice. The bungalows are located in a manicured plantation setting which is nicely shaded. Our bungalow was well equipped with; - Good size fridge - Hot water maker with coffee and tea - Very comfortable bed with white sheets and great pillows - Balcony with 2 chairs, a bench and a drying rack - Reading lights above the bed - Shelf above bed to put your stuff - Large bathroom (water pressure in shower a bit weak) - Bathroom amenities - Air con very strong :: no safe The only thing to improve, the large 2 segment wood and glass doors to the rear balcony have about a one inch gap at the top where mosquitos could potentially enter the bungalow. With these doors closed, we closed the curtains which partially filled this gap. We saw no mosquitos in our bungalow during the night and also noticed a plug in mosquito device on in our bungalow. A nice upgrade would be to replace these large wooden doors and also the front shutter with real windows and screens. The owner was very kind and gave us free lunch because we were departing too early the next morning to have breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location, located at the entrance of Khaola town. There is a restaurant and a small supermarket in the hotel. The room is my favorite large, wooden structure with Thai characteristics. Breakfast was just average, not many varieties, but you can find surprises. Papaya and mango are too sweet. Rice noodles are delicious. Soy beans and rice are everyone's favorite. The hotel's plants are very good, and the garden layout is exquisite. Wild water lizard squirrels are found everywhere. There are two swimming pools next to each other, the deepest in the front is 1.2 meters and the deepest in the back is 1.6 meters, the advantage is that the field of vision is wide and it can be illuminated. The hotel has a parking lot, and some room types can be booked directly for 3 people, which is cheaper than booking 2 + 1. I went around the hotel and still love Laguna.

Bang Niang Beach
This was my husband and my fourth visit to this fantastic resort. It is so good that we would now never go to any other hotel/resort in Khao Lak. It is a small resort with a relaxing, family atmosphere and where you are a person, not just a room number. We are lucky to have travelled extensively and the staff here are the friendliest and most efficient we have come across, and that is everyone from the restaurant and reception to the lovely lady who cleaned our bungalow. There is a nice selection of dishes for breakfast and should you wish to dine there for lunch or dinner, the food is very good and at a reasonable price. At low tide it’s possible to have a long walk along the beach. There is also a lovely infinity pool. The resort is in easy walking distance to Bang Niang town with all its amenities including a twice weekly market. We would like to pass on our thanks to all the staff particularly Yada in reception, Khean the lovely lady who cleaned our bungalow, Pea and May in the restaurant and special thanks to Roger and Sod in the restaurant, it was great to see you again this year.

I haven't written a review for a long time. This time I really lived happily. I really have to comment on it. In general, this old five-star service and facilities really have nothing to say that every staff member will be particularly enthusiastic to say that the Sawadika room facilities are very self-conscious and say that there are not many Chinese people and there are no tour groups in Europe and the United Kingdom. Many people have had a couple of young couples with British daughters these days! ! ! So cute! ! ! The design of the hotel is also very good. I gave a map when I checked in. Hahaha, I lived for three days or I often go wrong hahahaha. The lobby of the hotel is the swimming pool, the fountain, the lotus pond, the swimming pool, the lotus pond, the beach, the sea. It’s the feeling of the sea and the sky all the way down. Then if it is a pool connecting room, take a big swim ring... can be a boat around the hotel for a day... There are not many varieties of breakfast, especially Chinese food. but! ! ! River powder is absolutely perfect! ! ! Just pick the one you want and cook it together. You can add seasoning. The fish balls are like handkerchiefs. No glue. It's really delicious! ! ! Every morning I go to eat a big bowl... then there are a lot of bread snacks.... There are a lot of fruits.... It’s great... Because breakfast was too late and full....I have never eaten Chinese food....It’s too hot at noon to stay in the house....I can drink in the small bar in the afternoon....and then the beach There is a small stall... It’s a small restaurant... The price is cheaper than the hotel, but after all, there is only one competition that is not cheap but it’s not bad but the Chinese label is also great....There are also restaurants outside the hotel. Convenience store, but we are too happy in the hotel, there is no hotel door.... After dinner, I lie on the beach and watch the sunset. A lot of small crabs I also saw the event hermit crab for the first time.... This is the yearning life...! I don't want to go at all.... Be sure to be picky.... It’s a little tide.... After all, the whole hotel is water.... It’s impossible to completely dry and wet....and then there are ants, geckos, these common small animals in Southeast Asia....ha Haha One hundred kilometers from Phuket Airport... It’s a bit far, but it’s really worthy of the words of the paradise. We rented a car from the airport, went to the imperial power of Phuket and Phuket central, then went to the hotel for about 120 kilometers. It took two hours to drive. The road was OK. The female driver said that there was no pressure. Hahaha If it’s purely a holiday in Phuket, it’s more resounding and a tour group. This hotel didn’t run....

I don't typically write negative reviews of places that I stay. I travel for work and recreation regularly, and if I have a bad experience I typically just stay silent. However, our treatment by the manager at Thailife Homestay Resort & Spa was so bad that I don't want anyone to end up in the same position as us. When we were shown to our room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and we had to open all the windows to air it out. When we left for dinner, we realized the lock on our door didn't work. When we reported this at reception, we were treated quite dismissively by the maintenance staff until they went to check for themselves and came back to confirm it was broken. They did fix it, only for it to break again the next morning. Also, we asked about going to restaurants in town. We had a list of five that were well-rated and that we wanted to go to. They managed to find an excuse for why we couldn't go to any of them, and directed us to their restaurant, where we were charged 940B for a fairly average meal that would cost half that anywhere else. The worst was yet to come. When we got back to our room, there was a very strong and pervasive smell of wood smoke. This lasted all night—even with the windows closed it was sucked in by the A/C. It was the worst night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel, anywhere in the world. I live in Northern California, and I'm used to the smell of wildfires. I say this because I know what wood smoke smells like and it is relevant to our encounter the next morning. First thing in the morning, I called reception to say that we weren't happy with the room and the smoke situation. The member of staff was very polite and apologetic and told me the manager would be in at 9. When he got in, I went over to reception with my wife where he summoned us in to a side room and very quickly began to aggressively talk at us about how there was no smoking in the rooms at his resort, there was no smell of wood smoke, and that we were lying because we wanted to be somewhere more lively. He also began to change his story and say that he had no control over smoke from somewhere else, while simultaneously denying that it was a problem, even as we could still smell it as we sat with him. He looked us right in the eye and told us that he only "deals in facts" and that we were lying because we wanted to go and stay somewhere else. My wife felt so uncomfortable that she left to deal with the booking website because he refused to refund us. Eventually, he agreed to grant us an early checkout and not charge us for the remaining nights, but wouldn't refund us for the night in question, and sent a member of staff to our room to check if we'd bought anything from the minibar before we left. He didn't show the slightest hint of concern for our wellbeing, he just seemed angry and defensive that we would make a complaint. The smoke situation was bad, but if the manager had dealt with us respectfully and professionally I would not

My husband & I have just returned home from our first visit to Thailand. My husband is seriously visually impaired & we were accommated almost immediately on arrival with patience and grace. We had an amazing holiday. We have been to many places where you can look at the surroundings and Coul be anywhere in the world. Not here you know you are in Thailand. The grounds are beautiful & tranquil. I read many reviews before our visit mostly all very good but some, I thought were very negative about trivial things. Not for us. The Bhandari have got things right. Staff, well we're do you start All polite, respectful, curtious & amusing. I really don't want to upset any staff members if I miss them out or cannot recall their names & for that I apologise. All reception, especially Joy, who found our surname amusing but very respectfully, she would always give a massive warm smile. Then we have FBM (food & bar manager) Sak, who was very professional both with guests & his staff members. He would often help assist guests if his staff were committed with other tasks. Even if when he was busy he would always stop for a chat, asking if our day was going well & if there was anything we could do to make it better. Baz, Soda, Dan, Charlie, Baw, Zai (plus others who's name's I didn't know) were all very friendly & attentive, we could have many amusing chats with. Baz made myself and another guest a locust from foliage from the plants in the hotel grounds. It was very artistic a clever young man. We could not fault the food. Breakfast was amazing, some thing for all tastes. The food at the Lotus pool bar was fantastic with the specials sometimes cooked within the bar area, delicious. Le Siam restaurant where main evening dining, plus the BBQ & Asia buffets took place was really Good. Lots of choice, very well prepared & presented food which did not disappoint. The evening bar The Big Tree Bar was a great place to chill and relax of an evening. The young man behind the bar (can't remember name) always gave me extra lime/lemon with my drink. I can say that we could not fault any of the staff in anyway. The pool area was lovely however it hardly got any breeze. We did take a taxi to coconut beach occasionally which offered fine sand beautiful sea and a welcoming breeze. The grounds at the Bhandari were immaculate. The buildings were very traditional, with fish ponds in various places, with the fish & the odd water monitor lizard strolling or swimming about. You could heard the wild life various birds during the day which we found very relaxing.. We did find the humidity a little overwhelming at time but it would not stop us returning. Thankyou Bhandari Resort & your wonderful staff for a fantastic holiday. Regards Heather & Graham Hood Boston United Kingdom

It was a very good choice in Khao Lak. We had a family room on the 1st floor. It was furnished very simply but we didn't mind it (no wardrobe, but racks). The beds were very comfortable, rooms and the dining room clean and quiet. The breakfast was simple but tasty, you can choose 1 of 4 meals that they prepare for you. The owner is a very nice lady speaking very good English. She gave us good recommendations for dining, massage, trips and beaches. She provides shuttle taxi for 100 THB (per 1 person). The B&B is eco-friendly:) The location is about 10 min to the Bang Niang Beach. Or you can visit another very nice beaches (Coconut B, White Sand B, Pak weep B) where you'll get by taxi or tuk-tuk within 10-15 min. ATM, 7 eleven, restaurants, Night market are in the nearest. It was a good value for money:)

It was a pleasant stay. Beautiful hotel with nice hotel facilities. Too bad they don't have any pool table for entertainment. Would have been even better. The room was neatly done, spacious and nicely decorated. We ordered pizza in and we loved it- amazing quality and taste! The cocktail was not impressive tho. Breakfast line was amazing! But it was so packed, too many people in the such a small space. They should consider a redesign of the layout for breakfast area.

1. The hotel is right on the beach. Every morning, I feel dazed towards the sea, eat breakfast, and walk on the beach. I feel very comfortable. 2. The traffic from Phuket is a bit troublesome. You can take a bus from Phuket New Coach Station to Khao Lak Center, and then take tutu to the hotel, the journey is about 2 hours; on the return trip, there will be an agent at the entrance of the hotel, 400 Thai Baht / person to Phuket Airport, hotel front desk can also book a car, but the price is higher, from the hotel to Phuket Airport about 1 hour and 15 minutes; 3. The hotel's restaurant has a good variety of breakfast, including fresh-boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, and rice, stir-fried flour, fruits, yogurt, etc .; dinner, sometimes there are torches show, lemon fish, watermelon juice, etc. Chicken skewers are very good 4. In the beginning, the shower in the room was very bad. After one person took a shower, the water filled the entire bathroom. After someone had seen the repair, no similar situation happened in the future. 5. If you can choose a sea view room, you must choose a sea view room. Apparently the sea view room experience is much better 6. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the lively street. There are many dive shops, 7-11 convenience stores, massage shops, restaurants in Similan and Surin Islands. Qiandian official website consultation reservations, so there is no place in the peak season. 7. Bang Niang Market is 2 or 3 kilometers away from the hotel, there are many snacks, but pay attention to the unit price when ordering

A lot of good points have already been written and they are exactly as it was, so some points that I was interested in. The shuttle bus to the city at a fixed time is 100 baht per person, and after hours is 300 baht per car by hotel. The latter is more convenient because you can get on when you want and specify the destination. Return from downtown is 300 baht per car no matter where you get on. I asked the hotel to reserve a massage shop outside the hotel and was rejected because there was a spa inside the hotel. The restaurant seems to be the same. Breakfast is available until 18:00 and you can order as many a la carte as you like, but once you get up, you're done and you can't use it like an executive lounge. Use of floats in the pool is prohibited. Can this be helped? I think it is a really good hotel if you can afford it and spend it only inside the hotel, but there is really nothing around the hotel and you have trouble going out.

Our 4th stay here and it's just as nice as ever. We've been coming here on alternate years and have never been disappointed. We were pleased to see our favourite waiter restaurant Captain Komson or Bond, James Bond! The pleasure of sitting down to breakfast looking out to sea is wonderful as are the breakfasts themselves. Everything you could wish for and more. The staff are delightful, the beds are comfortable, there's plenty of hot water with a lovely shower and enough beds on the beach to suit everybody. There is a lovely cocktail bar with beautiful night time views across the bay where you will pay a bit more but it's worth it on occasion. This place wouldn't suit you if you want to walk into town, it's a 15 minutes drive but there are regular shuttle buses (not free) or tuktuks. But if you like the peace and quiet and long walks along the beach it's perfect. There are plenty of good restaurants along the shoreline at reasonable prices as well as juice bars. There are lovely snorkelling day trips available but please don't go on the elephant bathing trip as these magnificent creatures should be in the wild and they are chained up at night. I went as I thought they were just looking after retired working elephants but was upset to find out that they breed them in captivity and then train them and you can only do that with cruelty.

Very suitable for a day trip to Similan, no need for an extra bed, two 1.5-meter beds are enough for a family of three, the dinner is very good, the average 180 RMB consumption, seafood barbecue casually eat, music, shemale show, really worth it. If you don't want to live in Patong, go to Patong for two hours, go back to the two-hour car, plus two hours of speedboats back and forth, tired and undead, stay here for 10 minutes. The hotel goes out for a few minutes to walk on the street, all kinds of food, no hotel breakfast is indifferent, go to 7-11 to buy chaos, porridge, buns, can be, suitable for Chinese taste. However, the hotel facilities are relatively old, a little damp, and there is almost no Chinese in the vicinity. English is not good, don't worry, translation software and gestures are fixed, and the overall value is very high.

Khuk Khak Beach
The Devasom Khao Lak Beach Resort & Villas (The name Devasom is derived from two Sanskrit words – ‘Deva’ meaning angels and ‘Ashram’ meaning residence) is the perfect luxury resort when you want to get away from it all and pamper yourself in a heavenly resort. Located on the waters of a natural lagoon to one side and the pristine shores of Khao Lak’s most stunning sunset beach Khuk Khak Beach, to the other, this unique beachfront resort is set in an enchanting place where two worlds meet. THE RESORT PROPERTY The vibe of the hotel is relaxed and laid back with soothing sounds in every corner of the resort. The hotel is decorated with antiques lovingly collected to match its history of being a former port of the silk road and the detailed touches of the owners are visible everywhere (if you pay attention you will see antique wood carved doors from India to underscore the historical value). It is impossible to miss how much love went into designing this place and how much effort was put forth to create this resort. There are so many places around the resort property where you can get away and relax, from the beautifully appointed library, to the open air living room adjacent to the lobby and the stunning main pool that is lovely to enjoy at night. While the resort is perfect for simple relaxation, it does offer a wide variety of activities for those who enjoy sports and exploring the outdoors. When you arrive, the reception provides a weekly schedule of free activities. Some of the activities that I enjoyed were Thai yoga self-healing, Muay Thai boxing and the guided ‘spice route’ tour of the resort. The resort offers a fleet of modern mountain bikes for guest to use in order to explore the area (there is a beautiful Buddhist temple and a Chinese temple within a 10 minute bike ride from the resort). There are also plenty of kayaks and paddle boards that are free for guests to use in the lagoon, where you can explore the surrounding waterways and mangroves around the resort. It must be noted that the resort property has garnered a cult following among Instagrammers who rank the resort as a ‘must visit’ for its signature architectural backdrops. Don’t be surprised to spot faces that you recognize being photographed in glamourous outfits at the resort. Also, if you visit, make sure to find and take a picture on the ‘Step Wall’ and at sunset in front of ‘Heaven’s Gate.’ It’s guaranteed to get you lots of great comments on your social media! THE ROOM I stayed at the Beachfront Pool Villa which features barefoot beach access, so you can walk directly from your villa onto the pristine beach and dive right into the warm waters of the Andaman Sea. The villa is beautifully laid out with a separate bedroom that has the most comfortable king-sized bed overlooking your own private deck and infinity edge plunge pool with views of the swaying palm trees and deep blue ocean. The detailed tropical landscaping that surround the villa and

I just feel so comfy and cozy here. The family and staff are super nice, always helpful and genuinely friendly. The location excellent, close to the restaurants, beach and on the main road to catch the bus. The rooms spacious and always clean and comfortable. The pool area in the Garden is enjoyable. I come here every year for 2 weeks and end up staying for 5 weeks. Just perfect.

It's so romantic. .

The drive from Phuket Airport to the hotel is about 70 minutes. The traffic condition is still basically four lanes will pass through the village road but it will not be a problem to follow the navigation in the past. There is no problem. The hotel has free parking. Children need to charge 450 baht. My family is 6 years old with extra bed + breakfast for children. The twin room I booked looks like two single beds together. Basically it is a 2 meter bed. It is very comfortable and the rooms are equipped with a balcony. Water park children can play for a day, but there is a safe opening time. The restaurant has special tableware for children. The hotel is surrounded by small restaurants.

I arrived in Khao Lak in March 2020 and stayed finally till beginning of July 2020 in Khao Lak at Kai`s place(owner) in Casacool Hotel. It was one of the best decissions in my life. Most of the time i was the only guest and Kai did care a lot about me. My room was always clean and Kai surprised me every day with fresh fruits or other things. I felt like home. The place is in the center of Bang Niang next to the big Bang Niang market. I stayed there during lockdown and almost all shops and restaurants were closed.

I like the modern design of the hotel. The fixed pool villa is next to the pool and it is very close to the restaurant. It is very convenient. The breakfast is à la carte and has Asian and European flavors. There are also some optional fruits, juices and hams. Cheese waited for three days without breakfast. The hotel service was good and the staff were very friendly and smiling. Played a kayak, very good experience. There are not many meals around the hotel, there are many restaurants to choose from along the main road, and the prices are affordable.

Stayed in January for two weeks. Stayed in a bungalow in the very nice, shady and wooded garden between the two crossing roads. Enjoyed very nice time in the shade on the "patio". The trafic on the road was not disturbing in the second row from the street. Bathroom and the small "kitchen" worked well. The room had a bed, a table and one chair and a television (not used). Wi-fi worked well - but with varying speed depending on the time of day. Cooling and hot water for the shower worked well. The cooling was quiet in our bungalow. Used a small pool, that was nice and children fiendly with a seperate low part. The beach was nice when we visited. Accessible via a run of steps from an area with beach chairs on a concrete wall and next to the restaurant. If it is windy and high tide the small beach might not be too well suited for small children. The beach a few hundred metres north is very varied and nice with beach chairs and further north beach only. You can walk or run the beach north, but need to cross a couple of small rivers. Only at low tide you can walk the beach south. Walking north or going there by bike or a taxi you can find spots allmost for your self. Breafast was nice with many choises for the "standard tourist" (mostly scandinavians). They served a very nice skyr like yoghurt, müesli, cereals, milk, freshly prepared omelet, fruits and "the usual" including raw salad and vegtables. Decent cofea (french breakfast style ;-)). We had a thai dish there once - I recomend you the short walk 150 metres north :-) Staff was friendly and welcomming. We cannot evaluate the flats at the reception, but a few of them had direct access to the pool there - which might be quite the thing if you stay here with children.

Nice little hotel about 10 minutes walk from the beach. There is a 7/11 within about a 5 minute walk. The staff are nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I probably didn't have one of the better rooms as the balcony/ terrace looked straight onto the wall of the hotel next door. The rooms on the other side have a more open view. The wifi was good when I was able to connect. There were some connectivity issues which were rectified when the router was reset. However, if it is late at night there is no one there to reset the router. I believe this is more of a problem with rooms further a way from reception as it didn't seem to happen with guests who stayed closer to reception. There is a friendly cat there which makes for a nice addition to the hotel. The hotel can also do laundry for the reasonable price of 50 baht per kilo. I would recommend this hotel.
