We were delighted with our stay here. Upon arrival check in was made easy and we made our way to a very spacious clean room which had a lovely sea/beach view. Aircon was nice and working well but not always required. There was a lovely buzz from the town below but equally a nice silence once you shut the balcony doors. Most importantly the staff were amazing, they printed club tickets and boarding passes for us, it almost seemed like a policy, they would trigger taxi arrivals, they were helpful and had great advice on how best to get to places and what routes to take. And for a cherry on top they had a room for minding our bags and could even take a shower if we were flying out late even though we had to check out early. One morning we were still in bed so the cleaners skipped our room but we were delighted to come back to it that evening and still cleaned. Would definitely recommend it. Only little snags were that because the cleaners had to move beds you could hear a bit of noise from other rooms in the morning. Also given the hot weather a fridge in the room would have been nice.

Ibiza city is walking distance. We booked for 3 nights initially and were working from our hotel room. The last night which is tonight, we got an upgrade to a duplex. It is totally worth it… The view is amazing… We have 4 more nights in Ibiza, and unfortunately we have to leave because the room is not in our budget… But I would DEFINITELY come back to this place!

I had actually stayed at these apartments in my 20's so i already knew what to expect. The trip was booked as a surprise for my friends 30th. We had managed to keep it a secret for 2.5months & even spoke to the hotel 4 days before arrival to remind them off the surprise (the hotel was in my name & i was arrivong slightly later than the birthday girl) However even thou all of this planning was put into place the hotel ruined it by putting name tags on suitcases....in my name...🙄 So thanks for ruining the surprise!! Apart from this we had a fairly decent stay. The hotel is situated in a perfect area right on the promenade and an equal distance from both Can Bossa and Ibiza town. There is a small Spa opposite and it's 5 min walk to a larger supermarket. The rooms are big, shower worked well and never ran out of water despite there being 3 of us in the room. The beds & Sofa bed were comfy and you got decent pillows. The air con could have been colder but there was a free standing fan in the cupboard which was useful for the bedroom. As we went during covid-19 here are the safety measures that had been put in place: You must wear a face mask on entering the hotel and speaking to the reception. There is also hand sanitiser at the reception desk. The pool area was closed for 30 mins from 1.30-2pm for extra sanitisation which was good and u had to sanistise your hands before getting to the pool area. You did not need to wear a mask to sunbathe or be around the pool but of you left to go to the toilet/smoke you had to re-sanitise your hands on entry. What we were surprised about was the apparent lack of cleaning in the rooms. Especially when you consider the situation with covid-19....There was more than one occasion that we noticed the floors/balcony hadn't been swept or cleaned properly and the table had not been clean. It was unusual because of the extra sanitation in place at the hotel! I had also asked for 3 things before hand: A room high up, A room away from any lifts And a balcony that got the afternoon sun....we got only 1 of those! And let's be honest the hotel wasn't full so i have no idea why all 3 could not have been accommodated. Instead we got a 2nd floor room opposite the lifts....! The balcony also only had 2 chairs so we had to keep bringing a dining room chair out so that we could all sit outside. It would make more sense for the hotel to have some spare chairs and then when they know 3 people are staying they can add the extra chair. My friends were woken up a few nights by young kids screaming in the corridors.....the reception didnt seem to do anything about it and we realised that some of the hotel has full time private live in residents. But still after we complained we didnt hear anymore noise. Overall we enjoyed our stay and if the hotel is cheap enough we would go back.

After reading the (older) reviews I was so excited to finish our Ibiza holiday off in style.. rooftop sunbathing and drinks, nice chilled vibe, Art Deco style rooms and interiors. But what a disappointment. After asking hotels.com and the hotel directly to confirm that the room type was suitable for 2 adult males (we had booked a Tiny Room on hotels.com which said the room was a queen bed for 2 people, but the hotel website contradicted that and said the room was for 1 person), I was told in no uncertain terms that it was fine. We arrived any the room was little more than a laundry cupboard. We were in room 101, with the lift shaft INSIDE OUR ROOM. Not only that, but we also had the staircase behind our headboard. The bed was crammed into a corner with barely any space to get in it, and it sagged in the middle. The room was also scuffed and felt dirty in places. There was constant noise in the hotel, and footsteps up and down the stairs, and we both had the worst sleeps we’ve ever had in a hotel. The rooftop bar/sunbathing is now just a bar (not as in the photos with loungers/beds) and is only open from 17:30!!! The pool area is tiny, no beds available on any day we were there, and also parking isn’t available as stated - it’s just street parking if you’re lucky. Breakfast starts at 8, so if you’re up and out early there’s no option for a takeaway coffee or fruit, also extremely disappointing. The staff were super friendly, but I just can’t let that cloud over what was a really expensive stay, and a property that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Perfect spot right on the beach with a good choice of bars and restaurants nearby. 15 min walk into the main part of town but just be prepared for a 129 steps up and then back down the other side. Good excuse to burn off the calories. Friendly staff at the hotel. Fantastic choice of dishes for breakfast. Need faster coffee machines though. Dinner at the hotel also good. Nice that the chef cooks the meat / fish fresh for you, but downside is the rest of your choices get cold whilst you wait and the plates aren't warmed through before you load up. Also found it strange that for half board you don't get a drink included with your dinner. Rooms were spotless and freshened up every day. Plenty of complimentary toiletries. We had room 806 which was on the top floor. One side a fire escape the other side was the maids storeroom. Bonus was no noisey neighbours to the side or above. No balcony in this room, but you could open the window and had a side view of the sea. Downside of this room was that if you left the window open before dinner, the room smelt of grease from the kitchen. Also with this room due to the position of the bath, meant it was a little difficult to get in thr shower as you has to step up and over the slopey end of the tub. Decent enough hot water in the shower. Bedroom had air con, but don't think it was turned on yet. There was a ceiling fan which helped cool the room down. Two complimentary small bottles of water provided on day one. Free pool towels provided in the bar. Small chargeable safe in the room was handy and only €10 for two nights. Pool area had fantastic views off the sea. Day two we couldn't get a bed around the pool. Top deck also full. Could have sat in the cheers by the bar area but instead took ourselves off to the beach. There is a gate from the pool area straight onto the boardwalk. Great base to stay and explore the Town. Would stay here again

I’ve just returned from a six day party trip with three friends! I’ve been to Ibiza many times and someone else had picked this hotel based on the cost and location. The hotel is nice, pool is a decent size for the amount of rooms and guests. The room was spacious and had a balcony on either side which made it light and airy. The bar and restaurant is reasonably priced, the DJ was excellent and the food defo a 3.5 out of 5! The staff on the bar were friendly and very helpful. The downsides are, don’t expect your room to be cleaned, linens or towels changed. On our second day of being there I had to request enough towels for three and bedding for the sofa bed! Baring in mind the reservation was for three people and three people checked in. I asked when towels would be changed they said every 2 days and bedding and clean every 4! I can honestly say within 6 days we were there nothing was cleaned, emptied or replenished. I’d hate to think at capacity and peak season what the standard of service would have been like. I get it that they are self catering apartments but you would expect to meet their own stipulated service standards at least. If your not bothered about hygiene, wanting a cheap place to rest your head then this would be an ideal apartment for you!

This is a lovely hotel and we did enjoy our stay . Very clean everywhere and the food both at breakfast and the evening meal totally outstanding. I would like to make a couple of comments however on the room that we had booked ( junior suite with sea view ) we had a requested before arrival a high floor but had been allocated room 111 which was nice but due to being tucked at one end of the hotel on a low floor had no real view as the trees completely blocked any nice view that we may of had from the balcony. The area that we overlooked was rather unkept and unused so this was a little disappointing. The other thing that I was really disappointed with was that the room had a small fridge , with a kettle on top with the usual two small mugs. However no tea , coffee or milk or teaspoons had been supplied and the the kettle had no access to a power point near the fridge. We had to ask at the bar for tea bags and milk to take back to the room ! Such a simple and easy thing that the rooms should be provided with when classed as 4 star . No iron in the room either .

Lets start with the positives. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the swim up pool was great, All areas both inside and outside were kept very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Pool towels were provided for free and after check out a showering facility with towels were also provided free of charge. On a less positive note there was direct access from the main pool area up to our swim up pool so quite a few people decided to use our pool without permission. Very difficult for staff to manage this however we paid extra for this privacy which we didn't get. Wifi was not great, we ended up not using the wifi at all as it was so slow. We had a self catering apartment although self catering was a bit of a challenge. Cooking facilities were mainly one pot, one frying pan, two rings, no microwave or oven. We had contacted the hotel prior to our booking to ask if it would be quiet in October and although it would have been a lot quieter than the height of the season we still had people coming up and jumping in our pool at 4am. Also a lot of noise from neighbours when they came back late from partying. The area of playa d'en bossa is very much set up for partying so, although there wer

I've been to Ibiza with a group of friends and the accommodation was perfect to us. Nice and spacious rooms, clean bathroom, a kitchen that is good enough for preparing morning meals and snacks, the beds are comfortable, the balcony has an amazing view of the see and the city. The hotel is located directly on the coast, so there is nothing between you and the sea, it's fantastic. The view can also be enjoyed from the 2 swimming pools on the ground floor, where there were nice chairs and good service for drinks and foods. In terms of location, good restaurants, supermarkets and drugstores are within walking distance. The old town is not that far if you're up for a 25min walk, however a taxi won't cost more than 13 Euros. Also the hotel staff is super friendly and the reception will help you call a taxi. I can only recommend it.

My wife and I escaped two days to Ibiza from our stay in Barcelona and we chose Hotel Royal Plaza. Upon arrival early in the morning, the very first thing we noticed is how the cleaning staff was meticulously cleaning every each of the entry way and lobby area. We were literally shocked how well they were cleaning. Unfortunately we were not able to check in that early in the morning, but the staff was exceptionally nice and found an area where we could relax and get some work done. We were able to check in approximately 2 hours after we arrived. The room that was assigned to us felt like an apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. The front desk staff gave me some excellent tips on restaurants and beaches in Ibiza. The location was PERFECT! The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from Ibiza Town. We highly recommend stay on this side of town versus the beach, but that's our personal choice. The beach hotels are overpriced, food is super expensive and really nothing to do other than the beach and clubs. Ibiza Town is a nice, quaint area with shops, great food and amazing sites. The front desk staff blew our socks off. We returned from a snorkeling. and boating trip to the different islands in Ibiza and Formentera and to our surprise we had a bottle of Spanish cava (champagne) and some gummy candy waiting in our room. Upon check in the staff notice that day was my wife's birthday and they set up that surprise for her!

Just back from a 4 night stay at Ibiza Sun apartments with my daughter. We loved it, the apartments are amazing, the room was spacious and modern and so clean and we had a pool view. Everything we needed was provided, even toiletrys in the bathroom. An iron and ironing board. Maid service everyday. The most comfortable sunbeds with fresh towels provided everyday. We spent one day at the beach and were provided with towels to take with us. It was more like staying in a hotel rather than apartments. The food in the Thai restaurant was great although it closed at 6.30pm All the staff were so friendly and attentive. It is very central to everything, we did the most beautiful coastal walk into Ibiza town which was amazing, then got a taxi back. Would highly recommend staying at Ibiza Sun apartments, couldn't fault it.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this stylish hotel during our ten day Ibiza trip. Hands down the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts laid out every morning were delicious but my personal favourite was the coffee ☕ 😋. We had the David Bowie suite, David Bowie is a personal favourite of mine and holds a special place in my heart as will Ibiza and this trendy hotel. ❤

Stayed here for 9 nights on a very much long overdue break in September/October. The pool area is so instagrammable so expect to see lots of photos being taken and lots of posing! However, there were also professional photographers/models. The backdrop of the pool/bar is just so beautiful! We stayed on the third floor in a suite, overlooking the pool and in a suntrap. It was the most perfect room! The bed was huge and very comfortable. There is plenty of wardrobe space with proper coathangers instead of those fiddly ones you can't take off the rail, with a TV facing the bed. The kitchenette is spacious with Smeg fridge and kettle (not that we bothered with any cooking). There was also a sofa which doubled as a spare single bed. The room was kept spotless by the friendly cleaners. We enjoyed great sleep in this room as it's in a quiet location. The staff are amazing! Each and every time we went to reception we were greeted with a smile. We would ask for a taxi and it would appear within minutes! You are given cards to exchange for beach towels. The pool area would be quite a bit in the shade for certain times of the day and is quite small, however, if you stay here you can use the facilities at Santos and Dorado, both are together on the beachfront and get more sunshine throughout the day. We booked bed and breakfast and the breakfast was the short walk to Santos. It was buffet style and was wonderful. Nespresso machines and various pods, scrambled eggs, bacon etc, cheese and pastries and a toaster, yoghurt, fruit and nuts, fresh fruit juice - something for everyone. The retro style bar at Tropicana does the best cocktails - honestly we had a few in Playa Bossa that we felt were a little 'watered down' but the pina colada here was top notch. I would highly recommend staying a Tropicana - the friendliest staff ever, gorgeous setting and comfortable and quiet room - very pleased with our stay.

So, overall the stay was good. The hotel is in a great location near the marina with some really nice places to eat and is a stones throw to the beach. The staff were great, helpful, polite and always had a small and remembered who we were and what we ordered. The only downside was the room which was small, and I mean small, basically the bed and nothing else. The bed was comfy, but there were no draws in the room, the fridge didn’t work and the door to the bathroom was broken, plus missing tiles in the shower! I loved Ibiza and it didn’t dampen the stay, but if it had been as depicted would have made it better - as I say I can’t fault the staff, location and Ibiza is amazing!

We booked this hotel on an impulse mid lockdown and couldn’t have been happier when we arrived! The hotel is absolutely spotless, facing the sea front and situated perfectly between both the beach clubs and the old town, with both within a very easy walking distance. There were plenty of options for food during the day with both a buffet, bar food, and a food truck available for lunch (not sure if the food truck is eligible for all inclusive however!). I cant put into words how fantastic the view from the pool is from the Twiins. Every lounger offers a fantastic view of the sea and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing in the day. There were a great mix of people staying, from couples to families to groups (Security were on straight top of a particularly loud stag party at the pool!) - the twiins seems to cater to everyone. Myself and my partner were absolutely floored by the quality of the entertainment in the evenings. The hotel has a dedicated entertainment team with high end production values, putting on a different hour long show on a stage in front of the pool every night - The entire hotel lights up with the music and the team do a great job at keeping everyone entertained and engaged. My partner and I watched from the top bar as everyone put their phones away and got involved. I really hope the hotel keeps this up as they’re definitely onto a winner here. My ONLY complaint would be that breakfast (served from 8 till 12) isn’t open early enough for early departures. We had a transfer at 8:15 so only had enough time to grab a few pastries and run to the bus stop, opening at 7 would be great (and I think in line with a lot of other hotels we’ve stayed at). That being said the breakfast was very high quality with plenty on offer. Again - the dining room has exceptional views of the sea. Overall, I’m really impressed with this hotel, and we’ll absolutely be back next year. As far as I can tell the twiins has only recently been renovated and is trying to find an identity for itself in the resort (No easy feat given the Hard Rock, Palladium Group and ushuaia at the bottom end of the resort). I think they’ve 100% succeeded at carving out their own unique identity - and created a place where people will want to come back again and again.

What a wonderful stay at Sir Joan Hotel Ibiza - nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel both like VIPs and friends at the same time. Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms and exceptional breakfast. The hotel is located a 10 minute walk from the Centre of Ibiza Old Town or ‘Evissa’ and the hotel concierge are incredibly knowledgeable about the local area. On arrival there was a problem with our room (the Air Conditioning unit was leaking water through the ceiling - just a new season teething problem I believe) and the staff immediately rectified the problem and moved us to another room, I was very impressed with how this was handled. Everything was just wonderful at Sir Joan and this will now be our base for every trip we take to Ibiza.

I’ll start off with the positives. Value for money was good and everything was clean and tidy, albeit a little basic and in need of modernisation. The bar staff at the pool bar were excellent. There were lots of negatives though. Staff on reception were rude from the moment we arrived, even ignoring us for around 5 minutes despite being stood right in front of all 3 of them. Every time we had to deal with them they were very unwelcoming and unhelpful. We paid for a SEA VIEW room. We could see the sea…behind the front building and only from one corner of the balcony as it wasn’t facing the sea. Don’t waste money upgrading to sea view unless they can confirm it is looking directly out onto the sea rather than the sides of the building. Double room was not a double. Had 2 single beds that we had to pull together to create a double, which moved very easily to leave a gap between them. Despite the rooks being cleaned daily toilet paper was never refilled. Had to go ask for more at reception on a number of occasions. Maybe why they are so miserable as they are constantly being asked for toilet roll?

I can honestly say I have never in my life stayed at a more disgusting hotel. Me and my partner were staying in San Antonio Bay and extended our holiday and decided to move to Playa Den Bossa. We saw this was a 4* hotel and despite a few bad reviews many were pretty good. It was roughly £300 for two nights which I didn’t think was bad either. Rooms looked lovely on the photos and so did the hotel. We had planned to check in around 6pm to give us chance to unpack, nap and get ready for an event we had planned that night. We arrived and we’re greeted by very welcoming staff and a glass of fizz which was really nice. The hotel looked dated and needed fixing up like scuff marks on the walls etc but that honestly didn’t bother me. I can stay anywhere that’s dated. Where I can’t stay is somewhere dirty. We were given a map of the hotel which looked pretty good and told where our room was. We went to walk to our room where we realised we had to drag our suitcases through the entire sunbeds around the pool which was extremely awkward when you’re surrounded by drunk English folk, kids running all over and cheesy disco entertainment at the side of the pool. Our room was in the end block on the second floor (2109 if I remember right) where we weren’t made aware the lifts were out of order. My partner lugged all our suitcases up two flights of stairs, again, one of them things but not ideal. We got into the room which immediately stunk of damp. As soon as I walked in I thought we’d seen photos of the wrong hotel because it was NOTHING like the photos! Don’t believe anyone who says it does. The ‘sea view’ was completed blocked by trees. The headboard was fabric which was peeling off and scratched. There were clumps of dust on the floor, curtains were ripped, window sills were broken, wood was chipped in all the cupboards. We walked back to reception and informed them our room was dirty in which we had to wait 30 minutes and then finally were offered to see another room. They gave us two options, the first we were shown was the one next door to ours. We walked in with the trainee they’d sent which I found really awful because he shouldn’t have to deal with complaints, he looked about 17 and my heart broke that he was forced to deal with it. As soon as I walked in the room looked identical, ripped headboard, dirt, no view that we’d paid for. I still gave it a chance however I went to show the staff the dirty lampshade, when I went to move it it was COVERED in mould growing on the back of it. We refused to see the other room because if these two were so dirty I refused to spend any more of my holiday walking to the other side of the resort to see another. We went back to reception with our cases that we had to drag down another two flights of stairs and back through the rammed pool side. All the loungers without towels on were stained, cigarette buts on the floor and empty cups everywhere. It was vile. We were then made to wait another 30 minute

I don’t often write reviews but hotel Garbi has left such a positive impression on me that I had to give credit! Me and my partner came for a couples holiday and it was truly fantastic. From the friendly staff, to the gorgeous sea view rooms, to the perfect location for experiencing the world famous clubs of Ibiza - everything was perfect. There was entertainment on every night and the hotel bar was open late. The selection of drinks was quite pricey, but that’s the norm in ibiza. The Irish coffee was one of the best I’ve ever had! We were half board and there was a good choice of food every night. My only criticism is that there was no drinks included with the half board option - in previous hotels we’ve been able to pay an additional cost for a drinks package but this was not an option. All in all though I would not hesitate to return and thank the team at Hotel Garbi for their hospitality! ❤️

Its near the old town you could just walked there from the hotel . There is a cool tunnel with awesome graffiti !!! And you could ask for clean towels for beach and the pool. Got supermarkets and cash machine with walking distance . Bit far way from San Antonio, costed 30 euros for that . Buses are available for those organized 😁

Very poor quality nail products!!! The staff try to sell you products all the time and I had burnt lips and she placed a foot cream down for me to buy for my lips without me even trying the product or anything. I had to get my nails done 3 times. The gels all peeled off and natural polish faded within a day or too. They smudged twice! The lady reapplied polish on my big toe on top of the 4 coats! Obviously it smudged when I walked through the hotel. I can’t believe she even reapplied on top on my big toe! I didn’t wnat to tell her how to do her job! £250 for pedicure and manicure that I had to visit the salon 3 times wasting my holiday time. They still charged me for the gels instead of normal polish and the manager said to my face when I complained ‘that I didn’t wnat to pay the price when I saw the price!’ So so rude!!! We have stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and spent nearly £10,000!!!! I was charged €13 for baby milk!!!! A cup of warm milk for my toddler! I was shocked at her harsh comments and not understanding how many times I had to go back to the salon. She was so rude!!!!! I was told by the spa receptionist that I had NOT been charged for my nails as it wasn’t highlighted on the system. However this lady was off today and we were told if we didn’t pay then she would call the police! There was no customer service or even anything to say pay half for all the times I had to re visit the salon. The pool is very quiet, no music and no waterfall on. There’s lots of building works going on. There’s a bad view out of balcony to the new restaurant that’s getting built. A lot of older people stay at this hotel. I’ve stayed in much better hotels than this in Ibiza!

It's nice and beautiful. The room is large and the breakfast is tasty. The hotel is next to the beach and is suitable for a holiday. There is a Spanish restaurant next to it offering delicious food, but it's a bit expensive.

Go to ibiza to experience the music must-have hotel. Face to face with Hard Rock Hotel, the same boss has different styles. Overall wins hard rock. In addition to the public toilet, if the men's 1m7 or so is best not to try, or return to the room is convenient. The room is full in the peak season, I want to add 300 Euros in the same direction, I have to give up, hahaha! Some friends in the previous article commented that the hotel is very noisy. I think it is a problem. You come to ibiza. The adult music island is afraid of noisy. Whether it is a taxi or a hotel that has been playing music, a live-action disc, and a musical artist performing everywhere, then you do? What's more, you can talk to the front desk and ask for a quiet room. You are afraid that you have to party to face the money! Or it is recommended to take a taxi to the city's castle top five-star family hotel Mirador, absolutely tall enough to be clean, if the church time is beautiful melody you also feel noisy really do not come to ibiza. It’s a shame to laugh at the bad reviews. Hotel room audio can be directly charged by usb! The washing product used is Ferragamo! The amount of water is also large, and the overall grade kills Hard Rock, and enjoys it wholeheartedly! Special glass soundproofing is very good, I sleep every second! The star figures on the beach are also enough, and there is no need to watch xx movies in the room. The main character of the hotel is an inner swimming pool. During the day, everyone is dancing around the sun and it is easy to make friends! If the dance is good, try it! Another party pool will have to play its huge energy until the evening! Every day, thousands of DJ performances are not repeated, luck is good to meet Martin, non-residents line up to the road, 60 euros a ticket is not a fake. Remember to take the package security is very strict! Don't even put on the flip-flops, step on the toes and break! Sneakers are the best equipment for Judy! Friends who don't like to make friends can also go to the beach bed, remember to give enthusiastic waiters tips (4-5 euros enough), have time to be a sun spa or a boat trip! Gentle sea breeze, fine sand, clear water and even the sun will give you the feeling of physical and mental recharge (remember sun protection). Only at this moment, I know that I like to take a lot of time to lie on the beach and not take photos of various attractions. Please don't always take a mobile phone brush, it's a little weird, let go of your body and mind and beside the brothers and sisters who love music. You can't get the bracelet at the moment of check-in. You don't need to bring a wallet with this payment. Remember to have up to two people in the room, wear a bracelet and check out. The overall consumption is a word: expensive! Therefore, it is also the favorite of European and American stars in the Middle East. There are almost no Asians and Southeast Asians. I did not see one of the days I lived. I was also asked by many people to ask whether Japan or Koreans are haha. Asians here are like white people in the remote areas of China. They say that when Chinese people exclaim no way, don’t mention too much. pride! Then use the opportunity to publicize the great motherland and wash the brain for foreigners :) Breakfast starts at 8:00, and there are plenty of champagne, caviar, fresh and delicious food, and good service! I have encountered a lot of stars, but unfortunately some can't call it out. Btw: chance to make friends with sanpchat founder ^_^ This time, I will go to the experience to report to everyone, I hope I can bring my lover to enjoy it next time! Come on! ! !

Beautiful hotel with fabulous, attentive staff. The room we stayed in was sea facing with a balcony that overlooked the main pool area. (Upgraded at check in at an extra cost) The hotel itself was spotless at all times both inside & out. Pool towels are provided each day from a kiosk by the pool & the staff come to your chosen sunbed, make sure it is clean & dry & place your towel for you. Breakfast was included with our stay & there was an amazing choice of foods every day. Meats, cheese, bread, fruit, cereals, yoghurt, hot food and cakes & pastries too. There is also a chef preparing eggs to your liking. The hotel is in a quiet location on a small beach and has a pier right outside where a ferry goes to the town every half an hour for 4 euros each. Locally there are bars, restaurants & shops within a 5 minute walk. The 3 pool areas have a waiter service but the drinks are quite expensive & you cannot eat or drink anything you don't buy from the hotel. There is music & a live DJ every day around all pool areas which did get annoying at times as it sometimes was quite loud even in the afternoon. So maybe a quiet area would be nice as an escape from the music. However once inside the hotel with the balcony doors closed you would not be disturbed by any sounds. The rooftop bar & pool have a great view of the famous sunset. Overall this hotel was great & I would definitely return.

Conveniently located hotel, recently refurbed, ideal for a long weekend in Ibiza town. Staff, very helpful and pleasant. Not luxurious but perfect for a busy weekend in the beautiful old town, bar hopping and eating to excess with friends. Rooms pretty small but perfectly adequate for a long weekend, mini fridge handy, shower nice. Only negative were twin beds (only 6 doubles in entire hotel according to one of the receptionists??) Roof top pool was closed, opens I believe they said 1st May. Very modern clean hotel, 1 minute from the marina and 4 minutes from the main square. Would recommend a visit to the Fantastic live music venue next door, great band, Fridays and Saturdays, after 11pm I think, free admission but drinks appropriately priced to cover the music. wouldn’t know it was there, all sound proofed. Breakfast perfectly adequate, a fair range to set you up for the day, very good coffee machines. Spa was small but very nice for a visit, restricted to one hour and had to be booked at reception. 20 euros but we had one complementary visit, not sure if that’s standard? 4 star hotel, doing exactly what it is attempting to do at incredible value (slightly early in season so only £98 per room per night BB) so no complaints whatsoever, hence rating of experience a full 5, great base for exploring, would recommend the smaller square with its bars, packed with locals and La Cava on main square for fantastic service and top class tapas. The Bean Bag Bag on the way up to the top of the old town, you won’t miss it, although tiny and only outside seating, is a must!! La Brasa, just off the little square, beautiful setting for a restaurant is worth a visit but service incredibly slow, if you’re not in a rush then great but the 3 star reviews it receives is for the slow service!! See trip advisor reviews, spot on.
