After reading the previous reviews we were little concerned. Arrived on a back street in Acton to find the hotel. Check in was 15:00. We were asked for a £50 deposit which we paid cash and got a receipt. The family room was around the side of the building and accessed by a site gate. The room itself is tired and could do with a bit of redecoration, but was serviceable. There is a working fridge, a good bath and shower and no problems with hot water. The beds were comfortable and the bedding clean. Not a premier Inn but not bad. For the price we paid for London it was cheap and cheerful. The tube is a 10 minute walk away with loads of places to eat withing a small radius. The only thing to watch out for is there is really very little parking. Parking is free ONLY at the weekends, otherwise you will have to find somewhere. We parked about a 5 minute walk away and this is 24 hour and cost us £10 a day, cheaper than the city near where we live.... The deposit was returned with no problems. A cheap place to stay for a family trip to London.

Conveniently located from the Acton town subway, about 5 minutes walk. Take the mill hill Road, walk to the forked road and walk to the traffic lights to see the hotel. All the way to see the old houses, some old, some broken. The room is small, but it is very clean, just renovated, the room lighting is very modern. There is an elevator. The bed was very comfortable. The English breakfast does not have to eat for a day, and the amount is too large. The English bar is also quite tasteful. Next to it is a big supermarket morrisons.WIFI is very convenient.

The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the Ealing Boardway subway station. It belongs to the center of this area, but it is not as crowded as Zone 1 / 2. There are many high-rated restaurants nearby, and there are also many large and small supermarkets. The convenience of life is very high. The hotel opened in 2018, so it feels new and the room size is much bigger than those hotels near central London, would consider this area when I come back to London.

I stay with the IHG group every week and one hotel stay rolls into another. However tonight's stay deserves a positive review thanks to young man on reception called Joshua. I arrived at the hotel extremely early, just after 14:00 and understandly my room was not yet ready. Joshua gave me a drinks voucher and set me up in the downstairs bar / restaurant. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.

We stayed for a week and had good service from our arrival till our departure. Room size was pretty tight, we were not able to open 1 luggage fully even. However, the room has everything that is needed. It is only a 5-min walk to the tube (Common Ealing) which made travelling to town area very convenient. Lots of halal eateries at Ealing Broadway too :)

The location is remote, except for a small supermarket, there is basically no business; no disposable toiletries are provided; if the quality of sleep is poor, it is not recommended to stay; there will always be train sound (it seems to end around 12 o'clock, and it starts again at 4 o'clock in the morning); The biggest advantage is the convenient transportation, just opposite the exit of Northfield Station on the Piccadilly Line, and it seems to be 6,7 stops to Heathrow Airport (within 20 minutes); There are about 10 stops to the city (about 30 minutes to King's Cross). In addition, breakfast is an unexpected surprise, 7 pounds, buffet breakfast, beverage coffee, bread, fruit, cakes, etc. are very complete, this breakfast is good value for money, it is recommended to buy when checking in (buy 9 pounds on the spot)

I never really Post reviews but I will make an exception due to the friendliness of the staff and their obvious willingness to please. I have stayed in far more prestigious hotels where the staff have been cold and not especially welcoming; yet nothing could have been further from the point at this hotel. My wife, myself and my daughter all remarked on how friendly everyone was, from the restaurant to the check-in. Service was calm & professional and going the extra mile to accommodate our requests. A genuinely very pleasant stay, which far exceeded our expectations in every respect.

Great value for money Booked with *********** as in London for the weekend. Had stayed here 5 years ago and remember it being fine. Single room with ensuite, decent size. Fairly easy to find and a short walk from Ealing Broadway. Had a couple of beers in the pub and it is nice, breakfast was continental only but passable. Two complaints about room 1, I couldn't get the TV to work and nothing happened after I spoke to the barman. In fairness it was closing time in the pub and I should have checked it on arrival, I was in a rush to get to the theatre (easy to get to central London on the Elizabeth line). Also the dial on the shower was broken and I couldn't adjust the temperature but it was fine, not too hot or cold. However it was brilliant value for the price I paid and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Convenience: There is a McDonald's next door, a restaurant downstairs, and free water and milk downstairs. 3. Hygiene: relatively clean. 4. Comfort: The bed is very, very small and I dare not turn over, and the room is also small. 5. Cost-effectiveness: medium. 6. Meals: There are many types of breakfast Summary: It’s okay to temporarily oversleep for one night.

We stayed for one night only but we wished we stayed for more. This is an excellent hotel location with the tube for Ealing Broadway only 10 mins walk away. There are lots of retail shops and cafes (including Gail’s Bakery) only a short 5/10 walk down one road, so no getting lost. The hotel itself is new and it was nice to stay somewhere a little different to the normal hotels. There is a bonus of there being a car park underground which was £15 for 24 hours which was reasonable and they had electric car charging which was perfect for our journey back getting the car fully charged over night. We had a family room which felt quite big even though there were 2 adults and 2 children. It would have been fine for 4 adults. Beds were comfy and bathroom was lovely. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Breakfast was continental style but there was always someone topping everything back up when needed. We would definitely stay again.

Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal
4.4/585 Reviews

I was unsure what experience I would have from reading the mixed reviews for this hotel. But I wanted a hotel that wasn't too far from Heathrow, and easily accessible to the Underground and reasonable price (other Hilton properties on or near LHR are either pricey, not great reviews, or require taxi/car to get to them). I was pleasantly pleased with this hotel. Walking up to it from the Underground (very short walk), it looks old and unimpressive. But when you enter the lobby, it is clean, modern and comfortable looking. Front desk staff were polite and friendly as were other staff I passed in the halls. The room was quite comfortable, and I personally thought the beds were on par with Hampton in the US - comfy, but not overly soft (I prefer softer, but that rarely happens in a hotel). Bathroom was small, but typical for UK and shower was very nice. Breakfast was good - I didn't go at peak time, but when I went, everything was warm, well stocked, fresh looking and large selection (more than I see in a typical US Hampton property). I can't say how this would be for many nights, but if you want a cheaper hotel right off the Tube, this is a good choice for sure.

So, this is a new very high rise apartment block in the North Acton development. There are great views from the rooms (we were on the 44th floor) and the apartment is nicely furnished with Smeg appliances in kitchens and wood flooring and large windows to take in the views in the living area. The windows open, so it's possible to get fresh air into the room, which is a bonus in such large new blocks that often feel stuffy. There is a large balcony but at 44 floors up, I found a bit unnerving 1. The building is still under construction (not clear from the *********** listing), so the reception area is bare breeze blocks and all the lifts are padded with protective covers as there are a lot of builders still working there. At one point I couldn't get into the hallway as the builders were fitting new electrical trunking to the hallway 2. Check In. Initially CitySpace sent me a digital check in for their Tower Bridge property. Took a few messages to explain that I had booked Acton instead. Then I asked if I could check in a bit earlier than 3PM, no commitment was given and I was told to ask 24 hours before (why?). So I emailed and they said I could check in an hour earlier, the whole process was very unwelcoming language and felt like they were doing me a favour when in reality the apartment was ready. 3. Getting the keys. You arrive at the building site of multiple blocks being erected. There is no detail in the check in instructions of how to find the correct block (there are 2 that look the same). Eventually find it and ask the concierge who says ”Oh you have to call them” “Do you have their number?”
“No”!!!! So much for professional concierge on the listing Eventually found the number (why didnt they tell me this when I asked to check in early?) Called and had to wait in the dusty foyer for 10 minutes. In fairness, Dora, the woman who met me was lovely and very helpful and got us an additional keycard and duvet. At midnight on our first day, I got another message from City space saying that we MUST RETURN the 2nd keycard on check out or they would charge us £20 for each missing card (pieces of plastic). 4. The apartment. There are no curtains on the windows, only slatted cheap blinds, the type you find in offices. So your room is bright all night from the light pollution all around 5. Bedrooms are fine, but quite small. They maximise square footage on these developments! 6. The building work all around. Right opposite the apartments, new blocks are being built and the builders are working 24/7. So all the building sites are lit up at night and there is constant noise from the sites with trucks and pile driving that started at 5AM 7. The noise! OMG the noise. Being so high up, you really hear the wind whistling all around the building. On our last morning, the wind was string and it was really shaking one of the windows. But MUCH worse than that was the roar of the wind from the lifts and the dry riser void in the hallway, which meant it sounde

After reading the previous reviews we were little concerned. Arrived on a back street in Acton to find the hotel. Check in was 15:00.

I had to wait two hours to check because the system was down. I can appreciate IT failures happen but surely Premier Inn has contigency plans? Not good enough to be told the IT department is not picking up the phone. Incident poorly managed. At one stage I really did not know if I had a place to sleep for the night. I also learnt thoat if your premier inn is not managing a problem well, there is no way to speak to someone out of hours on Premier Inn's phone line. When other people asked if they could cancel their booking and get a refund, the person on the desk said there were no guarantees. Very poor customer service. When I was finally booked in, an unclean and tired room awaited me. The seat and sofa upholstery were heavily stained. The seats on the tube were literally cleaner. I near always book premier inn on business travel as they are usually reliable and clean. I would recommend that if you want to be assured of a good night's sleep in a decent room that you avoid this particular premier inn. There are other hotels on the same road.

My stay was comfortable and despite being in a single room I had everything you would want and expect. The breakfast was also good. The hotel is about 45mins journey from central London and a 15 min walk to the tube, so not ideally located. The only negatives are: ~ Cleanliness - the room was not that clean when you look closely. With dust in corners and a weird musty smell in the room. Stains on towels and bedding. Whilst they where clean they still had stains. ~ No soundproofing - the walls are paper thin, could even hear someone nextdoor blowing their nose. ~ General state of room - only one light worked and the room fixtures and fittings where rather worn. That being said I would still stay here again but only if paying a really cheap price and only for a night or two. (I paid about £35 a night and wouldn't pay more than that)

The hotel is conveniently located two minutes from a picadilly line station. First impression is good and the hotel also has an indian restaurant at the ground floor of this converted 3 story building. There was nobody at reception and the whole check in and out experience was off putting. There is no lift and my room was on the second floor at the back which meant more steps up and down. The room itself was nice and modern with view over the garden, bathroom is on the small size but clean. Fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tea, coffee, water available. Nice view over the garden. Although modern the lack of lift and the inadequate check in and out process let this place down. Certainly not worth the almost €150 paid excluding breakfast.

Great location, very convenient to tube and buses. Very safe area. Room was clean. But very noisy with street traffic. No blockout blinds or curtains, so light came in very early. Bathroom needs a good clean. Mould on shower screen at the bottom was vile. Mould on the grouting. But scariest thing was after midnight I was verbally abused by an aggressive person who had just arrived. She was banging doors and thumping up and down the hallway. When, after 40 mins of listening to this ruckus, I politely asked her to be quieter, I was met by a torrent of abuse. So scared that I left at 6am that morning. No thanks.
