Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

Went here to do a presentation, it directly connects to the convention center. The staff was really friendly, the restaurant The Pickle Jar is great. It's close to everything. I had 4 flight delays which the staff helped me handle as I was getting frazzled by that point. Everybody was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern and very clean. It's in a good location.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Horrible experience this past weekend, management is difficult and chooses to provide atrocious customer service. Worst customer experience I have ever dealt with!!!! I rarely complain, but cannot let this situation go. Booked into this motel for the weekend (Sept 25th-27th)coming to attend a local dog show. I never book hotels/motels without air conditioning so made sure it was offered by Fort Nashwaak. The morning of my stay I even called, spoke to an employee to confirm my room would have a/c which she confirmed. I arrived after dark, so checked in and off to my room. As soon as I arrived to my room, NO AC! I immediately contacted the front desk to express my frustration and dissatisfaction and asked to be moved; was told he couldn’t do anything, was very sorry he’d have the supervisor call me first thing in the a.m. Needless to say, no call came, I had to leave for the show. As soon as I returned I contacted the front desk, and for the record it was now almost 30 degrees and my room was roasting!!! Got the same guy, apologetic but would not allow me to move rooms, I asked to be moved to the room next to me that was vacant and had a/c (you can see the units hanging out the windows) only to be told that room had no a/c...what? Clearly a lie and was an effort to try and shut me up. Again, I was told the supervisor was the only one who could do anything and she’d be in in the morning. To placate me he brought me an old, barely working fan, that made no difference. After a hot and sleepless night, I got a call in the morning, the supervisor was nice, BUT could do nothing! She could only take the info and call the manager! By this point any person would be frustrated and irritated. At this point I am checking out and want a partial refund for the misery and lies and horrible service along with 2 sleepless nights in crazy hot room, Not to mention the fact that I did not get what was advertised or paid for (a/c). Supervisor calls me back only to say the manage will give me 25% off your next stay, which rectifies absolutely nothing with this situation. I told her that was unacceptable, she apologized and agreed and went back to the manager. As I went to check out, the manager who refused to deal with me directly, and was texting with her staff, texted to the supervisor to say “tough luck she agreed to stay when she spent the night we’re not giving her any money back”, I know this as I saw the text in her phone and the supervisor read it out loud to me, It’s BS and horrible customer service. They charged the full two night stay on my card when I checked in, so I couldn’t just leave without a refund. I couldn’t go, they already had my damn money! I didn’t ask for a full refund but a partial one, which seems more than reasonable. This place is a DUMP, and if was $60/night I’d say you get what you pay for but at over $100/night it’s absolutely highway robbery and then to not provide an a/c unit as advertised as part of the roo

Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.

I had the tremendous pleasure of staying two nights at By The River Bed & Breakfast in January of 2020 and I was overwhelmed by the first-rate hospitality, warmth and service shown by Coral, HaoHua and their family. They made me feel welcome the instant that I stepped through the doors of their spectacular home until I departed 2 mornings later. The lengths that they went to ensure that my visit was as comfortable as possible were incredible. First they upgraded me to a larger suite for the same price because it was available. They also offered to drive me to the meeting I was attending despite the fact that it was only a few blocks away. Both mornings they served me two of the greatest breakfasts that i have ever had. The omelette on day one was perfectly fluffy and the poached eggs on day two were transcendent. Of course, the coffee was excellent. I slept very well both nights and just was deeply touched by how kind and attentive Coral and HaoHua were to me and their other guests. I will definitely stay at the By The River B&B anytime I am in Fredericton in the future and without question I highly recommend them to anyone visiting New Brunswick's beautiful capital city. Thank you so much, Coral and HaoHua!

My daughter lived here for the past 2 years during university. It's very clean. They get their own bathroom, microwave, mini-fridge, dressers & closet in their room. Their rooms are cleaned every Thursday. A restaurant & convenience store/pizza in the building too. Perfect for students. They also have a shared laundry room & Kitchen. Price is reasonable.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are Walmart, Best Buy, shopping centers and separate restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The location is very convenient. The size of the hotel room is medium to large. Toothbrushes and slippers are required. The heating remote control has no digital display and can only be adjusted by the on or off state. The Wifi signal is average. Go to the front desk to ask for the electric kettle. There is a lot of scale in it and it doesn't look clean, but there is no other way. Breakfast is an order system for each person. Toast, fried egg and bacon, 7 yuan for one, not bad.

My wife and I travel quite a bit. I also travel quite a bit for work. Generally, Comfort Inn is one of my first choices. I know the service is good. The hotels are clean. And usually a breakfast included. This was no exception. While it may need some updating, the hotel was clean, the room was large with great amenities. If you travel on a budget and are not high need, this is an excellent stay. I was disappointed with the high price, but that is not something I can control. The location here was great. Close to business, restaurants, and Wal-Mart. If you are regular visitors to Comfort Inn, then this is quite familiar. I recommend. I would come back. I stay at Comfort Inn all the time, and this was a great experience.

covid 19 restrictions hindred me in completing my business trip without any glitches but Amanda the General Manager and Turner front desk/barman went above and beyond duty to help me complete my tasks at hand. and this was for my personal business at hand and nothing to do with the hotel. as for the hotel itself it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and efficient. It was very well situated with anything one could need within a 5 in drive. all the staff were polite, knowledible, and were in great spirit showing me how lovely the people of Fredericton really are. Although this ancient hotel is a long time ago, I ca n’t live here in Quebec. I personally find it very lacking, so I played in Quebec for 4 days. Figure 3 is a Fairmont room, and Figure 4-5 is a luxury room. It is better than the Fairmont room, the bed type is slightly wider, the toilet is wider than the Fairmont room, and the floor design of the deluxe room is very quiet, different from the housing area of the Fairmont room; the restaurant of this hotel It's also great, the waiter is very handsome, sitting in the restaurant and watching the suddenly open view of the window is really enjoyable! There is also an old restaurant, Bistro1640, 2 minutes away from the hotel. The food here is also good. In general, the surrounding environment of the Fairmont Hotel is very convenient and the service is very good. It is recommended!

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Hilton Hotel. The hotel is on a hillside and is a striking high-rise building in downtown Quebec. It is easy to find by car. Very close to the Old Town and within walking distance. The room is comfortable and spacious, the mattress is soft and moderate, it is suitable for personal taste, and the quilt is comfortable. On the day of the check-in, we just caught up with the summer solstice festival in Quebec. There was a concert and we looked down from the hotel window. We could see a large number of people coming in from all directions and concentrated in the direction of the old city. Staying at this hotel is easy to catch up with.

Hotel location is very good, the surrounding environment is clean. 10 minutes from the old town. On the left is the plain of Abraham, the environment is beautiful, through the plains to the star castle, 10 minutes away. A few minutes on the right side of the door is a snack street. In the evening, many tourists are here to eat and drink, lively but not chaotic. The room we booked does not include breakfast, but there is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, you can buy coffee bread, go out and turn right and go to Starbucks in 5 minutes. There is a parking lot, warm service, very nice hotel. The bed was a little smaller. The hotel is very close to the old city of Quebec. There is an underground parking lot. When you go to the front desk for procedures, you will be asked to park for 30 knives for valet and 19 knives for parking yourself. Need to look around the hotel. The hotel is in a good location, the price is very good, and the equipment is outdated. The booked room is a room with a small kitchen, so the room is very spacious, the two beds are large, there is a dressing table, a table, a small kitchen and a refrigerator. Just a few steps is a big supermarket, you can buy some food. Throw the refrigerator, the location is away from the old town, and the taxi is about 12 Canadian dollars. You can walk around the old city. The breakfast is great, there are 9 kinds of toasts to be grilled, and you can add a variety of jams. I prefer peanut butter, strawberry jam, cheese, banana apples, milk, coffee, orange juice, cereal, and yogurt. Note that foreign hotels do not provide disposable items, so you need to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, etc.
