Only negative this visit was no stove burner as it is to be like home so to say. Other than that it is quiet and right near train to get to where you gotta go. I wish price were cheaper but worth every penny this stay.

To be clear, this hotel is not in downtown; it's just off of. Gorgeous lobby and large, outdoor patio area. You have to be buzzed in to the lobby and 1st floor elevators require room key to go up, so very secure. King bed - room was not large but plenty big for 2 people and immaculately clean.. Large bathroom with lovely walk-in shower, rain shower head and lighting that turns the shower into an accent wall. Large entry way to room seems like wasted space but might be good for stowing luggage out of the way. Kitchenette-type set up: dishes, storage containers, 3 kinds of drinking glasses, small microwave, mini fridge, even a toaster However, coffee makers have been removed from rooms due to Covid (yet it's ok to use re-usable dishes??). Bed was comfy but felt a bit worn on my side. If you want a view of downtown, might have to call to request. We didn't specify so our view was rather blah, but window was small. $10 for parking, even tho it's just an open parking lot any one can walk or drive into. Didn't try the breakfast or even see the area. Overall, for the price, I was very pleased, would stay here again, and will recommend to friends and family to who come into town.

Growing up in the city I had always wanted an excuse to come here. I booked my stay and experience was THE BEST. Every aspect of my stay was memorable from the guys at valet who took excellent care of me and my friends, to the managers who went above and beyond to make my stay the best possible experience. A warm thank you to Johnny Sanchez for having an immaculate rooftop bar with superb service. A very big thank you to Ethan Brown for having such an open and welcoming hotel I was nervous to ask about a special request and he made it happen THATS WHAT I CALL A++ SERVICE. After working in hotels you learn to appreciate your stay away from home a little more again my room was perfect, the service was outstanding, and all my request were met and above and beyond what I imagined. I believe this is by far the best hotel to stay at in Dallas to really be in the city.

The hotel is very nice, right in the center of the city, only ten minutes walk from Kennedy Square, bus station, Big Eye and museum! Moreover, the front desk and service ecology are very good, and the sanitation is first-class. Although Ctrip gives it a three-star rating, it is a four-star high-level hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre and is within walking distance of the convention center or nearby famous attractions. The rooms are clean and welcoming, soundproof and quiet. Hotel breakfast is OK, every day is not the same, you can make your own pizza. You can also relax in the hotel lobby and have a free coffee. Overall feels good.

Room looked renovated. Everything looked orderly and clean. Had refrigerator, access to wifi, standard coffee service (extra coffee packets received from front desk after check-in). Had no issues interacting with staff; franchise could use a standard of dress. Identified two issues: running toilet and low pressure/leaky shower head. I advised desk at check-out without issue. Other than that, nice place to power down.

Location and cleanliness is great! I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Warwick. To start off the valet is a nightmare when the hotel is busy. There aren’t a lot of options for parking so we had to use this service. During the late evenings, you will have to park your own vehicle and drop keys off with front desk. Yet you still are charged for valet. There aren’t very many staff to assist with baggage. The front desk is less than willing to assist. I understand they maybe understaffed and over worked but it also shows. There are certain amenities we did not get such as robes, slippers, use of shuttle vehicle. Again this could be due to staffing but still a disappointing experience. I would advise to plan according for a less than 4 star experience.

Because the arrival time at the hotel was relatively late, the hotel was delayed check-out until 2 o'clock. Ctrip's customer service was very helpful. It was an agreement reached by helping to communicate with the hotel in time!

Most hotels begin to show wear and tear quickly. I was very impressed with the condition of my room and appearance of the hotel in general. I like the decor of the Holiday Inn Express hotels - it’s lines are clean, modern and simple. I’m so over those gaudy, heavy fabric curtains and carpets with crazy patterns. Or the big overstuffed furnishings of questionable cleanliness. The hotel and my room didn’t have the usual overwhelming room “fresheners” to cover stale, musty or smelly air - it had no odor or weird smell. Furnishings were just right - not chipped, broken or excessive. I was impressed most with our bed and the bathroom. That bathroom looked new and well done. Most hotel bathrooms you can tell were hastily built with ragged sheetrock where the sink is plumbed under the sink. Most hotels will have caulking around the tub is either nonexistent or moldy. Plus, I saw none of the usual hair that seems to get missed by housekeeping in the sink, the tub or on the floor. Beds and pillows were very, very comfortable. We stayed on a Friday night and our room was quiet. I stayed in a HI Express in Amarillo, TX two months ago - same great experience there also. I really like the direction HI Express hotels have gone and if they remain clean and updated they will be my hotel of choice.

All are good, the front desk staff is very friendly, but the room window is dead. It is estimated that in order to change the air, the bathroom ventilation fan has no switch, and it keeps ringing.

The location is ok, the hardware facilities are too old and have not been renovated in recent years, the real situation of the room and the hotel pictures have no sense of Fairmont. The service staff was normal during the day, and it was really a star hotel when they were on duty in the early morning. Four black concierges chatted at the door and no one brought their luggage. Tips prepared in advance were not given and it was not uncommon to travel in the United States. accurate!

Tired after a long day and late flight, we are greeted by a smiling familiar face of our shuttle driver from Doubletree. No matter which friendly driver greets, we are familiar as the same folks have been working for Doubletree Love Field. Upon arrival we again are greeted by the familiar folks, exchange pleasantries and head to our room (with the most comfy beds) to drop our bags before going to get some delicious dinner. Another plus: fantastic onsite restaurant/bar with more familiar folks serving up great food. Oh, and let’s not forget that this onsite restaurant serves a phenomenal breakfast buffet! Who puts smoked salmon and exquisite fruit and cheeses on their breakfast buffet? Doubletree!! Why wouldn’t we stay at a great hotel where everyone knows your name and goes out of their way to make your stay seem like a welcome home. We have stayed at this location over 10 times in the past year. Never once have we had an issue with a room, staff or the restaurant. I’d give this hotel and its staff a rating if 7 on a 5 point scale.

Being a Senior Tripadvisor Reviewer, I give a totally honest review! Studio6 DFW NW is a terrific place to stay! The area is a bit off the beaten track, but the property is just great. As you enter you will find it to be very clean and quiet. Check in was fast, very courteous and professional. My room was just as it appears in the pictures. The room was Extremely clean with all appointments in place. The kitchenette came with a full size fridge and plenty of cabinets. All the dishes, utensils, pots and pans etc were clean and gleaming! The bathroom was spotless and good size. The A/C was perfect and quickly heated or cooled the room fast. The windows opened and closed for fresh air and had adjustable safety locks so the windows could not be open from the outside whether they were opened or closed. Good sound proofing, I never heard people in the parking lot. In fact I was amazed when I went to grab dinner the parking lots was full! When arrived there was only a few cars. Oh plenty of Parking also! TV had a large variety of cable channels, much more than I am accustom to seeing in other motels or hotels. I never smelled any odors from other people cooking. The room smelled fresh when I arrived and entered Best thing, the seven days I was there, and I had a ground floor room, I NEVER saw any bugs of any types or ants in my room or in the parking lot!!! I say the guests were a mix of business solo travelers, vacationers and families. I give my stay here a 100% in every way! There are plenty of restaurants, fast foods etc a couple miles away. Love Field is about a 10 min drive. Finally the Internet is GREAT!~ It was fast, ez to get on etc! Hope this helps! This review is 100% honest!

I will NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!! I never write reviews but I feel I had to on this one. I checked in and my first red flag should have been when I saw this lady walking around looking homeless with no shoes on. I went to check into my room and once I get in there the smell was unbearable! Not only that but I continue to walk around to check things out, look into the bathroom and the trash can was full of trash, the mirror was filthy, proceeded to pull the shower curtain back and the tub was dirty. The soap and the towels had been used! It was horrible, that wasn’t the worst part though...the phone didn’t work, the bed looked like it had been slept in. I went to the front desk and asked for another room when I should have just left. I contemplated about just sleeping in my car because all night I felt like something was biting me. Whoever these people are that writing these great reviews about this place need to be shot bc they are ALL LIES! I wouldn’t let my dog stay at this place. I wish I could give this place a negative score but that’s not an option.

Only very minor quibbles with this very good value hotel. Reservation very well handled, room clean and comfortable with the usual amenities. The hotel bar and restaurant (Finish Line) was decent. The bartender was working a long shift but was super friendly. I didn't realize room came with 2 free happy hour drinks ... nice perk. I didn't get breakfast because my flight was too early. Only quibbles were the tub didn't drain well and the hallways smelled strongly of "air freshener." Airport ride was longer than I expected, about 10-15 minutes. But it was very efficiently run and appreciated.

The hotel is located in an elevated annex, with easy access by car and free parking. The room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is a little smaller than the room. However, the hotel lobby is spacious and very convenient for entering or leaving the hotel or waiting for someone.

For the area that you are in , this hotel is a great find. Very nice staff and very clean hotel. Great place to stay if you have a event down at fair park. It took us no longer than five minutes to get to that area (fair park ). They have a breakfast in the morning too with their great coffee! The Denny’s near by is very small , so you may have to go down the road for other food.

My husband and I recently had occasion to stay at this Residence Inn for 9 weeks while undergoing an extensive leak repair in our home. All aspects of our stay were outstanding. The rooms are clean and spacious with a full kitchen and a small dining table. Ours had both a cooktop and an oven; it was equipped with all the cookware essentials needed to prepare and serve meals: measuring cups, mixing bowls, knives, cutting boards, etc. Housekeeping even went room-to-room a few days before Thanksgiving to make sure everyone had a roasting pan to bake a turkey! There is a comfortable dining area in the lobby serving up a complimentary full hot breakfast each morning. In addition to the usual fare (eggs, meats, waffles) there was a rotating variety of other options like veggie scramble, andouille sausage, breakfast tacos, specialty cheeses. Many mornings the kitchen staff roamed the dining room serving guests from a tray of smoothies. The hotel decorated for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas – a small but nice touch if you are there for a while. The adjoining Marriott AC lobby is beautiful and was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The area is very inviting – spacious seating areas to relax and chat and many cozy nooks to watch big screen TV. Several evenings during our visit they had live entertainment at the bar. We did not swim in the pool (winter) but did enjoy reading out in the lounge chairs – again, lovely and well maintained. The first-floor gym is well equipped and immaculate. Finally, the staff is really terrific. Everyone from the breakfast crew, to housekeeping, to the bartender, to the front desk staff (especially Hayat) was pleasant and accommodating. Any requests were promptly handled. Being out of our home for such a long time was inconvenient in many ways but living at the Residence Inn was a little spot of sunshine in the ordeal.

Got stuck in Dallas overnight from a flight and had the good fortune of being put in the Quorum. When I got here there were many grumpy passengers (it was 1am) but Shane and Hassan worked all night and made everyone’s night better with their attitudes. They were extremely helpful and Hassan got me a room closer to the elevator because he saw I was on crutches and wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The room itself was clean, comfortable and perfect for my travel weary body. When I got up in the morning Hassan and Shane were still working hard and still had amazing attitudes. They made me feel at home and they made me feel comfortable. If I ever get the chance I will be coming back here and I hope to have the good fortune of seeing these two again. I will be recommending this place to people and I sincerely hope that Hassan and Shane are recognized for their outstanding customer service.
