This hotel should be avoided for just one reason: the bald man who is in charge of the reception! Unwelcoming, not service-minded, arrogant and totally unprofessional. We arrived tired after a complicated car trip and we were burdened by the continuous difficulties caused by the lack of cooperation of that receptionist. Indications about the garage where objectively complicated and should have be given with calm and clearness not mumbling words in a hurry as he was on the point to leave his desk. 'Where is the garage? ” His answer :” Behind the hotel ”! Behind where? Is it signed with the name of hotel? etc etc: one was forced to struggle for having the exhaustive information needed. And mind: the hotel is in a bad dangerous area, the central station, very messy and chaotic! When we finally got our  room we realized that it was smaller than the one we reserved for 2 days:17 sq. meters instead of 22sq. meters and in a cul de sac with a noisy engine outside the window spitting bad smell so that the bed linen was smelly. The worst room of the entire hotel! Too tired to ask for a change (also because the reception was always empty, with the only misleading written notice saying: I will be back at 6pm,  no matter what time it was!), the next day at 6:30P re-entering the hotel,  reception always empty,  we phoned to the man who after 10 minutes arrived,  and refused to change our room inventing sheer lies like: the hotel is full,  or that bigger rooms are for families. After 30 minutes I met a young couple who was just given a big room,  the 204!! So to be clear: the hotel was half empty!,  and our stipulated contract was clear!   Had the man something particular against 2 white men sharing a room? It could be! but then this would be a very serious offense!  But I was witness of his unkindness and lack of professionality also with a woman client asking information about the garage,  he kept on saying: 'the garage is full,  I don't know anything about other parking possibilities”, with the same grim annoyed look that meant:' do not disturb me anymore! ”!  For maybe 4 times I was back and forth at the reception because the card did not open the door! That caused me anxiety and stress and for that same sloppy attitude not willing to give information I was left alone looking for a spoon to use in the room and banged my head in a glass door, injuring my eyebrow with lot of spilled blood! When you ask for a spoon to a receptionist,  would it not be his duty to give it to you,  instead of leaving you alone looking around an unfamiliar place? Can MK, a hotel chain, tolerate its clients are treated unjustly and cheated about  what they paid for because the receptionist does not want to work or has mental problems? Last consideration: if an employee can behave this way,  whether he is deranged or he is sure that no one can fire him, the bottom line anyway is that MK's client is left in the hand of a petty bully. If MK is a serious company we should be total

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is just 4 min walking from the main train station. The person at the reception when I arrived at the evening was very nice and freindly but the guy which was at the reception when I checked out very early at 6:30 am was kind of wired, he put two big dogs infront of the main door and asked me to leave the hotel from the employers door and there was a homeless guy sitting infront of that door, plus the guy was like wanna say go out indirectly so, he was kinda of rude and he just wanna finish talking and I wanted to leave my bad at the reception and he just took it quickly snd gave me the number. This guy was the only negative thing.

Depending on what your needs are, this place is top notch. For us, it was a place to stay close to the Frankfurt Main train station. As previously mentioned, the area is a little dodgy but we felt safe the whole time. The customer service at this hotel exceeded our expectations; friendly smiles, warm welcomes - most definitely the place to stay if you are doing day trips from Frankfurt or transiting through. It’s very clean and both rooms we were given on 2 seperate occasions worked well for us. Yes there are 3 steps from the lift (on each floor) but they are do-able. We came back for a second stay so it must be alright ❤️

This hotel is located only a 5-minute walk from the main train station and within comfortable walking distance of Frankfurt am Main’s cultural sights, shopping opportunities, and the bank district. The Hotel Apollo offers practically furnished, modestly priced, cosy rooms. Included in the room price is a tasty breakfast to get your day of sightseeing or business off to a good start. From the Apollo, it is only a 7-minute walk to the district of Sachsenhausen and the Schaumainkai. Known as the Museumsufer, 13 museums are located along this road. The district of Sachsenhausen is famous for its cider pubs, some which also produce their own apple wine. Frankfurt International Airport can be reached within 10 minutes by public transport from the Hauptbahnhof (main train station).

There has been a lot of work in recent years, the hotel has been almost renovated and now looks like a real ibis style. Rooms, lobby, breakfast room come modern and cleaned so, at the same time you can see the charm of the old building in some places. Of course, the hotel is still in the station district, so you should choose its (very short) path from the main station. And of course the rooms are noisy to the Mosel Road. But for me the advantages are clearly overwhelming. Tips for fast food next to: the rooster offers good burgers at acceptable prices.

From the first moment you're going to get a foot in the hotel you know you'll never forget it and that this trip to Frankfurt will be special. I try to explain it in several points, though I'll always be short: • You forget COVID-19. We were a little scared by the COVID... but as soon as we left the bag in the room, the truth is that it never again became a concern for us. • Collaborative initiatives. I was in a hotel where you were leaving a book and, promoting uninterested collaboration, they asked you to leave something for the next clients. It's a pity that they were women and we were all men, but you're grateful for the additional detail of leaving them there so they were warm. • Exclusive environment. By being surrounded by alter clubs, erotic clothes shops and drug addicts, you can think you'll find the same in the hotel, but that's not the case. You may cross with some prostitute in the reception corridor or you may hear a fight of lovers, but at least in our case, all the people we saw drugs**** were in the steel and never inside the hotel. The lift also doesn't find any mendigo sleeping. • Entertainment proposal. By bet for live action, you have from the room representations of action, terror, social drama, smart and even some pornography with just opening the gardens. I think it's the first time I haven't put the TV or a second. I couldn't say whether I had been remote or if in the program that we didn't see there was something of crime, but it's very likely that I did. • Dermatological care. The coolness of the stay helps to fight ageing and even destroy the sick tissue. All of the rooms, including a small cucumber that accompanys us in the bathroom, we go out with a enviable skin. • Furthermore, in Frankfurt you smoke in the bars, and you must take it into account! I remembered a lot when it was possible in Spain, and when I came home I had to wash my clothes to remove the smell of tobacco. To avoid the logistical complications of washing clothes in the middle of a trip, the scent of the best black tobacco in the 80s accompanies you in your suites by providing your stay with an unexpected vintage touch. The first step is to strengthen the importance of living, and a great conclusion for a weekend trip. I know I am not the only one who, when he returned home on Sunday, loved his family as he had not been for a long time.

Disappointing for a four star. As we arrived prior to check in time, we asked if we could leave our bags in a luggage room. The nice lady at reception put tags on our bags beside the desk and we went about our business, assuming they would be put into a secure room. We had valuables such as a laptop in the bag. We were disappointed to see our two cases still beside the desk when we came back to check in. There was new staff on reception at this point, we picked up our bags without anyone asking for verification that they were ours - not very secure! On the Saturday night, there was a very loud party going in until after 4am a couple of rooms down meaning we got hardly any sleep. Definitely not soundproofed rooms as advertised!! At 4am I could hear commotion in the hallway so I opened my bedroom door to ask them to be quiet. I was very surprised to see a deliveroo driver dropping off food. I did not think it was acceptable for a deliveroo driver to have access to the bedrooms at that hour of the night. We arrived back to the hotel late on the Friday night and there is no security checks at the reception. The door is open and we freely walked up to the third floor no questions asked. Usually the front doors of hotels are manned during the night to ensure safety of it's guests. The hotel did not feel secure. The mini fridge was poorly stocked and when I rang down for prosecco (which is on the mini bar menu) I was informed they did not have any. This was disappointing given it was NYE. Because of covid rules the hotel bar was closed so we couldn't access any drinks in the hotel. It was a double room but did not have a double bed. Two single beds which moved easily out from the wall when sitting up in the bed. Bathroom was nice but smell coming from drain. Disappointing stay overall.

We loved the location and room size of this hotel. The concierge was super friendly and helpful (you can't check in until past three and our flight arrived at 9AM) so she let us store our bags and notified us when the room was ready. The view is excellent - right over the river and into the downtown (which is a 15 minute stroll by the river). The neighbourhood has all you'll need - shops and restaurants across the street. The bathroom is large, the kitchenette was perfect and the bed was good (tbh the sheets were really hot...some sort of plastic mattress cover). But we loved it and would stay here again.

I have previously reviewed this hotel and I am happily doing it again, because this hotel is really super. The staff is very friendly, the location is great and the rooms are in super condition, super clean and spacious. The value for money is outstanding. We love also that the Skyline Plaza is opposite and you can easily pop by to get some shopping done, get some take away etc. We have not tried the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. We come here twice in December each year since about 6-7 years, when we are on our way to Nothern Germany and we do a one-night-stop here, and we stopping here again on our way back home to Switzerland. We will certainly continue to do so. The only critical point is that the pillows are far too high. We always as for flatter ones and they are usually provided.

They have got this panoramic view, but everything else is a nightmare. The room was dirty, with dust all over the place; but this is not the worst part. When showering, one could literally smell sewage. But then, I found out that toilets are clogged, so I wonder how much filth comes into the shower. Moreover, most of the bulbs either missing or not working and the coffee machine was not functional. I tried to call reception but they do not anwser, either using the room phone or even using the external line in via mobile, so I had to come down to complain, just to discover how rude and unhelpful the staff are. I explained it all to this guy in reception and told him that I will be complaining, but his words were: ”just write that I am the worst person in the world”. I don't know if he finds that amusing, but I suppose I can share his wish with the world. The thing is that the world doesn't really care about him. People only care about sleeping in a clean room help when things go wrong; not showering in the filth again and actually not even taking the risk of ending up in the filth in the first place. So, there is the view but a hotel is not about the view. This place is very badly maintained (and the staff seem to be having a laugh about it) and that is real shame.

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

Even if the hotel is close to the highway we could sleep well.. The windows are soundproof and the walls aren't thin, so we didn't hear anything from the other guests. The room and hotel itself was very clean and they took a lot of care in cleaning and measurements against spreading of COVID-19 virus. The parking lot is with 6€ for a day/night also cheap. We were three people and there were only towles & blankets prepared for two people, even though we booked for three. There was one spare blanket without cover in the bed frame but it had blood stains all over it.... Disgusting!!! Check in and check out was easy even though the staff was undertrained and slow The location is great! 5 minutes to the S-Bahn Station Gateway Gardens and 15 Minutes from the airport on foot. There is also a Rewe right around the corner. The Hotel advertised its own parking, but you had to reserve your parking spots beforehand for 22€a day. I can't recommend this hotel with good conscience. It's certainly not the worst in this price category, but it has failed in some points that are important to me in a accommodation. This was already started in the room: the room was apparently partly renovated in the early 2000s, the tape floor was plenty of smoothness. The bed was clean, but was rough at every movement. But the pattern was forgotten when the renovation was done. I had dated the late 80s or early 90s, accordingly, their condition was also: golden, smelling to tobacco and partially broken. The whole room was smoking permanently, as it was probably the guests who used the backyard before the window to smoke. Air was only night. The TV did not disturb any sound, although the volume was shown, so we assumed it was broken. But for two nights we did not think any more about it. The bathroom was probably in the original state, so I'm going from a construction period of the house in the 1960s. My grandmother had a very similar equipment in her guest clothes, but better received. After all, almost everything worked here and the shower head was new. Except for the constant tobacco smell, it would have been all too painful, usually I ignore something like that. Old, even harmful device can be very charming. But unfortunately it was also extremely noisy. The house has a 24-hour reception occupied (good service, you must admit) with a bar next to. Our room was now, unfortunately, just next to it and seemed to include everything talked about there as in a box. Even late night hours were operation there so that sleep was not to think. When guests passed a roller bag in the early morning, I would almost have fallen out of bed. The most important thing at a hotel is, I think, that you can sleep there. That was definitely not the case here. Maybe with ears, but not so. Breakfast was admittedly very, very good, there is also the second point for it. Also the staff was mostly very premature - mostly, except for the manager. This was relatively shortly connected in a conversation before the stay.

The overall design and layout of the hotel, lobby and the rooms themselves was good, fresh and modern. There were a few issues however that detracted from my stay at the Niu Coin. -I requested a quiet room on my reservation and again on check in (as I needed a good nights sleep for the work I was doing) however the room I received I was awoken a few times during my stay with doors slamming in the corridor, the room doors are spring loaded and slam as people come and go during the night. -The shower curtain in the bathroom was heavily stained at the bottom and there was a slight drain smell in the bathroom on one day of my stay -The own branded shower gel in the bathrooms smelt amazing but the container was almost empty -The Wi-Fi was entirely useless, on the one occasion i did need to work on a business document online the internet connection continually logged me out after 2 minuites. Positives - the breakfast was good - the staff were friendly and helpful - the location was good and overall the cleanliness (other than the shower curtain) was good. The Niu Coin is a good concept and the website, design and layout lead me to believe the company has good vision for a modern hotel brand. However the operational delivery is somewhat lacking in places. The hotel management needs to re-focus on the basics such as cleanliness, maintaince and operational processes - these as all the least glamourous aspects of the hotel business but getting the basics right is key for everything else they're hoping to acheive

The hotel is good, the room is comfortable even though simple. The location is excellent, near the central Frankfurt station. The eastern style decoration is a little over-exaggerated and half-brig, also because it is old. My stay at the hotel in Eschborner Hof was unpleasant experience for me. The first telephone contact after my booking was very nice, and was not to be challenged. The check-in went quickly and I took my room. The hotels Eschborner Hof and Rödelheimer Hof are probably a company and a building separated by two hotel names. The pictures I have seen on the Internet under Booking.com “what probably the hotel itself has published,” is my thought. The pictures were either made very long ago or the photo shop greeted. It may be that there are rooms with superior equipment but I haven't read anything in the description at Booking.com, or that you can only get miserable rooms from a certain price. The furniture or beds on the photos are not present in a normal single room. My closet in the room see picture is probably from the lockwaste or from elsewhere (at least it looks like) because you can also see the holes on the sides that this probably had previously several closets that were shared or but from rests together built. The bed see picture is with cross-sliding screws firmly screwed on one side top on the other side misses a piece of wood and the lattice roast see pictures should not be like that. I've been looking for a smoke dealer in the room, but it seems to be okay because the firefighter probably accepted that when the rooms were taken. The installation of a box, TV table, night box, chair makes the impression that you are either from the lock-waste or have been in use for more than 15-20 years where you can obviously also clearly identify the traces. At the table on which the TV stands: such an IKEA plate costs about € 20 this table plate you could switch without decent it is not a big money and you can reuse your feet but it is probably cheaper to do a cover over it with no one Sees back looks down. It also attached to the pictures. The shower head cap in the bathroom may have also broken, but it would have been costly to take a new position for €20,00, so a metal tube was not put in rustic naturally and it is already roasting at both ends see picture. A piece has been broken off from the toilet paper holder, but this is not important, it's all costing a lot of money see picture. At the entrance door are hole from behind was probably previously with a door closer accident but only the hole remained OK that's not so bad. But you can also see the picture that the door has been opened even once without keys, which is not surprising of course. The main entrance is the whole night on it can everyone get in and out. Of course, cameras are installed only in the direction of entrance and outdoor on the parking places, but what happens in the gangs can not

A wonderful, quiet 4 star hotel that deserves the name. Breakfast is amazing, you can't eat as much as there is something to try. Rooms have a balcony, the only drawback is the construction site next door. We needed a kettle in the middle of the night, called the front desk once and he was in the room 4 minutes later. Service is absolutely perfect and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Definitely again!

This is really the best choice for a business trip to the exhibition. The DB station is just across the road, one stop to the exhibition, and one stop to the central station. There is free parking under the bridge next to it. The room facilities are very ordinary, basically equal to ibis, and the breakfast is also very simple , no laundry service, this is not good

Location: Central Station is left to go left at an intersection, two or three minutes walk, the location is great. The surrounding hotel is a red light district, but it is safe and there are no strange people. Facilities: The space for the six-person room is quite large and a bit noisy. The sheets are removed by themselves. Cleanliness is a bit low, it is recommended to bring your own sleeping bag. The bathroom is great, this time with slippers and bath amenities. Lobby: Free hot water hot coffee throughout the day. There is a seating area on the first floor where you can sit and chat. The front desk is very welcoming. 6 to 8 o'clock every night is happy hour, the store will have a free pizza for everyone. Buy one get one free for the whole drink and order a cocktail of 5.5 Euro. Breakfast: A breakfast for three consecutive nights. There are bread ham and a variety of sauces, and you can make homemade sandwiches. There are also yoghurt and a variety of nut cereals, which can be made into a yogurt bowl. Although 28 euros and 2 euros tax per night is still very expensive, in such a location, it is cheaper in the peers.

I was here at the end of the July, breakfast were always ok but many flies surrounding. And there is no air conditioning as well. And the last time when I was there and I I found the partitions in the bathroom was collapsed! The 2nd time I was with my friend, the hotel did not check my schedule and throw away my friends stuff!!! They were super careless and not serious to their work unfortunately, I ask many times to different receptionists they seems didn't heard about my complaint and the most ridiculous was they throw away my friend's stuff !!! (iPhone cable) it's funny!? Finally they agree to reimburse my friend. ( hope they will) And their facilities on 1st floor was not friendly to people who was using wheelchair, and the 2nd check in has much improved however the shower was not for disabled people. If it never happened it was ok. Other than that the location was nice and the view also excellent.

Even though it’s a chain it gives you the feeling that it’s not. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong night, but luckily they had an extra room and the helped us transfer our booking into the right night. The staff spoke perfect English and was just really everything your wanted as a tourist giving good advice on how to enter the city. The room is equipped with a big bed and a big tv, and the bathroom is a good size too, so even though the rooms aren’t so big they really focused on using the space correctly. We had a room facing into the yard so no noise there, but it’s very convivially places next to the highway, so you’re quick on your way again, but of course it means some rooms are facing out to the trafficked highway also. What’s even better is that they had a cromecast connected to the tv, which as a tourist is so absolutely genius so we don’t have to watch dubbed German television. (Small disclaimer is that the Wi-Fi was a little slow until the evening making it a little hard to work) The breakfast is super variated and big, and they fill up the missing things quickly, and take our plates when we are done so they don’t pile on the table. The parking cellar cost a little but there’s parking space outside the hotel too. The tramp is located just next to the hotel and takes you into the city directly. You can even buy a ticket just next to it for about 2 euroes. I don’t have a single complaint about this place, and usually I’m very picky. It’s new, hip, clean, modern… from the nice, free and clean toilets in the parking cellar to the music being played in the reception, and the opportunity to self-check in. Will defiantly recommend and will defiantly return if in Frankfurt again.

We were in this hotel for 3 nights and booked through booking. Good quality/price ratio. Small but clean room and very comfortable beds. Breakfast is not included but you can make breakfast with €10 per person: coffee shops, juices, yoghurt, cereals, bread of various types, sauces and cheeses, small brioches, pain du chocolate and pasta pallets with sugar. Parking under hotels for payment (EUR 12 in the whole day instead of 15)
