Cooler is made in Japan Important in Cambodia Staff who can respond in Japanese are all around, so students can remove intercultural anxiety. It is very important that people who meet on a trip 々 can speak Japanese. There are convenience stores and laundry １ KG －１ dollars nearby, and there are many delicious and quiet restaurants. It's about ２ dollars easier than the center. １ Food ２－５ USD. The room is large and if you want to change the towel, you can go pick it up by yourself, and you can go pick it up by yourself, although you have water, but you can go to pick it up by yourself. In addition, I was surprised that the water in the pool was clean with coffee and service water. Network ８０ M is included, so you can work. The size and cleanliness of the room are perfect. A kind inn in an area where Japanese people are easy to live. I've stayed at about twice as much as ５ at this hotel so far, but I wonder how many steps that were. I was quite tired of the hotel where I spent time communicating in English with care. There are desk chairs in the garden, so you can relax.

Me and my 11 year old son arrived for the first time in Cambodia and the manager couldn't not have done any more to make us feel welcome. He arranged a transfer from the airport and showed us to our A/C with fan room. They helped so much with tuk tuk to the the temples. Where to eat and get about. Beautiful children filling the foyer with laughter. Practically as well it is in an excellent location. Tucked away off the street and walking distance to any of the action/food/shopping or just walking and talking. Felt very safe and wish we had planned a longer stay. Jonathan and Monty UK

Les 3 autres villas sur site étaient louées au mois, et les résidents très discrets. Le jardin est magnifique et entretenu avec goût par les employés. La literie est très confortable. La cuisine dispose d’un équipement basique permettant de réchauffer des plats (micro ondes, gazinière avec casserole), de se faire un café (cafetière avec filtre) ou un thé (bouilloire). Il y a une petite échoppe en face de l’entrée des villas. Le site est placé un peu en périphérie de Siem Reap, au calme mais facilement accessible et surtout dans un quartier très vivant (lycée, universités) et agréable pour découvrir le mode de vie cambodgien. On peut facilement relier à pied (ou en tuk tuk) le centre ville de Siem reap (environ 15 mn à pied). Il y a beaucoup de petits restos et mini markets dans cette avenue. Des petits déjeuners sont servis directement tous les matins dans la villa mais pas possible d’ajuster le menu : découverte chaque matin (sandwichs surimi, oeufs bacon pommes de terre, salades de fruits …). Enfin, la piscine est juste parfaite tant pour les enfants que pour les adultes…

|0.74km from city centerThe pool is amazing and has an awesome waterfall and bar attached. The rooms were clean though sometimes it took awhile for the staff to come in and remake the room. When they remake the bed they do not put fresh sheets so if you're staying for more than a week you may want to request an actual sheet change. The front desk is super helpful and will give you maps, suggestions, and what tuk tuk rides should cost. They are honest and very good at catering to your needs.
Though there were a couple of blackouts during the day, they got the power back on quite quickly. The hotel makes an amazing steak/beef salad and it's a 5 minute walk away from an AMAZING Cambodian bbq place called Darany bbq 3. It's also about a 10 minute walk away from the market.

When we wanted to spend time on our own, they left us alone, and when we asked for their services, they responded flexibly and very kindly.

I stayed at this hotel for one night to see the Encore Wat ruins.
The location is very good, about 10 minutes by bike to the city pub street and 15 minutes to Encore Wat.
The hotel was very kind, and even if I arrived at the hotel around 23:00, I asked for check-in procedures, rental bikes, and taxi arrangements, and they were willing to accept it.
Rental bikes were also lent for $12 a day, which was a very enjoyable trip.
I would like to stay again when I visit Siem Reap again.
The disadvantage is
1. I think it will take a taxi fee for those who do not rent a motorcycle
(it took $10 to get back and forth from the hotel early in the morning to Encore Wat)
2. It may have been bad to use, but I felt a little inconvenient because the shower temperature did not rise.

The room has a huge living room, dining room, three or four bathrooms, and four or five bedrooms. It feels empty and lonely for four people living in it, and there is no TV. Breakfast and other meals are delicious, with few varieties and average portions. The price is small and expensive, and ordinary half a catty of beer costs three dollars. The restaurant is in an open pavilion, surrounded by green lawns and seedling fields. Beautiful environment and excellent service.

The staff were excellent and Ms Sopheak Yam made sure everything went perfectly from airport pick up to drop off. Would definitely stay again. It is a short tuk tuk ride away from the main town but with plenty to see on the way in. Rooms are all good sizes and comfortable. The living spaces are ample and the pool is perfect for the Cambodian temperatures. The catering was fantastic. On the whole cheaper and far more relaxing than our last stay in a resort.

Hotel service is good. But I didn't ask me how many floors I wanted to live on, so I booked the first floor directly. When I expressed my desire to live on the second floor, I also helped me change to the second floor in time. 👍
After entering the room, I found that the two socket switches were out of power, the speakers could not be used, and there was no electricity. The safe was out of power because the battery was out of power and could not be used. Fortunately, after my feedback, they also dealt with it in time and liked it. If I can check everything OK before I check in, if it is completely fine, I will give five stars.
Finally, when the airport drop-off was not arranged. There may also be my reason, I didn't tell them one day in advance, let them arrange, and only said when they had to leave. 😅

Well situated only a few minutes by tuk tuk from the center of Siem Reap city where markets and intriguing streets allow for a wonderful experience among locals.
We want to thank the entire Staff especially Manager Mr. Okabe and our kindest Siem and Kim for being always one step ahead of our needs.
And our tour guide „Mr. T“ (Tola) who has a one of a kind way of explaining the history of Cambodia with so much fun we ended up retelling his stories to our families! Encouraging us to think about what we see and understand the bountiful kindness of the Cambodian people.
Thank you for introducing us to Cambodia with so much love.

Hotel was in a central location, a stones throw away from Pub Street and the main night markets. Best thing about this hotel are the staff. They had attention to detail and diligently passed instructions from one shift to another. They were genuinely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Staff were very fluent in English so there was no communication issues whatsoever.

|1.05km from city centerMy first time to experience such a world class treatment from all the staff. I was picked up from the airport and offered me a cold towel and a cold drink. When i arrived at the hotel, i was greeted with a welcoming drink and another cold towel. The buffet breakfast were so superb. Every time i sat at the table, they would again gave me a cold towel. (Seriously, this hotel has tons of cold towels 😂). Every time i went to the pool, there was a hot tea and an unlimited banana chips being served immediately. My room was insanely beautiful. I was welcome with a personalised note in my bed, great view of the balcony and very chic bath tub. The room's interior design is also to die-for. 😍 To the staff, thank you guys for being so friendly, approachable and professional. Special mentions to the Supervisor who always greets me with a welcoming smile whenever he sees me (sorry i forgot your name sir). To Ms Chet, who gave me a tour. To the guy who gave me a scarf upon checkout( sorry i also forgot your name, too. ☹️). To Mr. Myr whose very approachable. To the girl who helped me take my pictures in the pool (sorry i forgot your name too) and to my driver Mr Moe. Thank you guys for making my stay a memorable one. Just a little thing to add, I’m just not used about the cleaning protocol. I was startled and woke up many times by the hotel cleaning staff by automatically opening my door and asked me if i want to clean the room even though i did not put a signage in front of my door or informing somebody. However, those are just small matter than can be fixed. Truthfully, i don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. I don’t mind staying here for a long time. ❤️❤️❤️

|2.43km from city centerNo need to go to a giant chain hotel/resort to feel like you’re the most special being on earth and that the sun rises and sets from your bottoms, here at villa indochine d’angkor the staff will treat you just like that. Honestly they’d probably treat you even better than some of your family members. The transfer to and from airport is included in your room which is a great value, the arrangement was easy and once I stepped out of the luggage claim my chariot was already there waiting with my name. Upon arrival I was met with friendly smiles and welcome & my room was even ready before the check-in time and not just ready, they had arranged flowers and leaves beautifully in my name on the bed despite having no special occasion with no extra charge or pre arrangement whatsoever. They also upgraded my room free of charge ! Miss lyka who was the receptionist at the time and her male coworker arranged for everything and settled me into my room perfectly. The hotel maybe small as it is a boutique hotel but it’s beautiful and has everything you could possibly need and they even have free shuttle if u want to go to downtown. I also booked a massage which they arranged for it in my room and everything was easy, smooth and on time and the massage was soo relaxing it knocked me out afterwards. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and will give your the sense of having the sole purpose to please & make your stay comfortable, so please tip your staff if you like the service cos $1-2 may not do much for you & cant even get a Starbucks coffee but it goes a long way here. If you need to leave your bags after checkout you can also do so they will keep them safe for you & even arrange ride back for you to the airport when you return.

Check in was a breeze- essentially a lively conversation with the manager, Christian, where we got to ask all our questions pertaining to Siem Reap and our stay.
I paid in advance so there was no checkout required. Didn't have to do any paperwork at all!
They've put a lot of effort into improving the customer experience.
Service could not be better. Anything you ask for they can handle independently.
At the time of my stay there weren't my guests so only an ala-carte buffet breakfast was available. Perfectly good business decision. I recommend the sokkhak spa nearby (choose the riverside brunch and try the riverside restaurant (for food) and riverside lounge (for drinks at sunset). The staff can order dinner for you and plate it out so it feels just like room service. For us we chose to try the street food around the hotel. There's a nice baguette sandwhich shop opposite the hotel with bbq meats for a couple USD. A very new chill cafe 1961 opposite the hotel as well and the Hot Stone and Mahob restaurants 6 minutes away. If you like street food, take a tuk tuk to street 60 markets (next to the ticket station) to try crickets, silkworms, duck eggs (with baby duck inside).

The service attitude of the proprietress is really great, and every detail is in place. Help us change beds and ask us what kind of breakfast we want to eat. The breakfast made in the morning is really good, and there are plenty of fruits to eat. Wake up in the morning, the air is fresh, and I feel the harmony between nature and people, as well as the beautiful human etiquette. She was very comfortable, and the lady boss was also very enthusiastic. She asked a lot of questions. He answered and helped us one by one. When we finally went to Phnom Penh, she also helped us order a great car. I have stayed in so many hotels in China, but the sense of service is not as good as that of the boss. Good time concept, understanding of needs, orderly, and enthusiastic service, it's really great! After experiencing what is people-oriented, this is the real achievement. A gentleman loves money and takes the right way. I have experienced it, profoundly, and I am very happy to have such a life experience. When I left, I couldn’t help but gave the boss’s wife a hug, moved and wished her a prosperous business.
