|5.07km from Jb KandaWe lived there with a group of 5 people. 3 bedrooms were perfectly suited. In apartment 2 toilets and 2 shower cabins, which is very convenient when you live in a group. You can cook yourself, but there is no washing machine. The location is quite convenient, the metro station is not far away, there are sights in the walking availability. Only the room cabinets were missing to fold their things, but it is generally a problem for Japan - mini-houses)

Tokyo
|7.2km from Jb KandaIt only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

|2.98km from Jb KandaAnyway, the cost performance is good! This comes with it!! ︎ The location was definitely a little difficult. There was a sign in front of the building, but I missed it. But it wasn't an impossible place to reach. I thought it would be a long way to go with a carrying case, but some users were using it a lot. Since it's only for women, the wash basins tend to be crowded, but they had 5 sinks available so I didn't have to wait. There were three showers, hair dryers, and toilets. There is a charge for amenities, but I brought my own towels and toothbrushing set, so it wasn't a problem.

|3.97km from Jb KandaGood option for adequate money in Tokyo. The apartment is clean enough. There is everything necessary - kitchen, smart TV, table with chairs, kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, dryer. The mattress is soft.
The settlement is uncontacted, by code to the electronic door lock.
The location is convenient - 10 minutes from the metro station and the electricians of Rigoku, from which you can get to Shinzhuk. Also near a grocery store, Japanese fast food gudon.
There was a small problem with the settlement time, but the owner provided fair compensation, and it ended well.
From the downsides - very small pillows, and in the apartment is dark because the windows come out on the stairs.

|4.03km from Jb KandaWe were happy with everything! The perfect location for exploring Tokyo: 4 minutes from the metro, two metro lines nearby, which are very convenient. Norme is new and clean, we had room 201. The description says that it is a one-room number, but in fact it was 3 rooms! Norme is spacious and large! Everything is clean, a comfortable bathroom, in the toilet you can open the window and look out onto the street, we also liked that. The room is in a modern Japanese style, there is a tatami with a Japanese table for meals, we always had dinner on the tatami. The photos completely match the description! The perfect place!

Tokyo
|1.13km from Jb KandaLocation is within 5 minutes walk from Tokyo station. There is the connected underground Yaesu exit that is sheltered all the way to the station. Nearby are the Ginza and Nihonbashi stations that are less crowded to go to Shibuya or Harajuku. Many restaurants to choose from. There is a 7-11 across the street. The staff is able to speak English and are helpful. Breakfast has limited options but there are fresh and delicious. Hotel has microwave, laundry and ice machine located at level 2. Room is a bit small for 2 people but I think this is the standard size around the area. Very clean and fully equipped with bathroom amenities.

Ikebukuro Commercial
Tokyo
|8.67km from Jb KandaThe hotel is very close to the subway station, and there are many places to eat and play nearby.
The whole room is not big, but it is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is no bathtub in the shower room, which saves a lot of space.
This time I came to Tokyo mainly to do a drrr pilgrimage, so I chose this place as my base. Moreover, the guy at the front desk can speak Chinese, so communication is not too tiring, and the price is also reasonable. Overall, it is quite good.
I didn’t take pictures in the room, you can refer to some comments from other friends, here are a few photos of the drrr pilgrimage in Ikebukuro~

|14.5km from Jb KandaWe wanted to sample how staying in a home feels like in Tokyo. It has all the amenities including a sauna that is super nice.
Location wise is situated at the outskirt of Tokyo which is fine if you are driving and wanted a taste of suburban lifestyle in this metropolitan.
If you are driving a big vehicle such as MPV, do inform the owner and an arrangement will be made for you to park at the taxi hub which is located beside the property.

|4.33km from Jb KandaI ain't sure why a lot of people left a very bad comment regarding this property, the room size is quite big compared with JP standard (we got room at 6 floor with 2 beds (5ft size) for 2 person) the location is good (a walking distance to Kuramae station 200-350m (for Toei Asakura & Oedo line), surrounded with good restaurants such as Ramen, Tonkatsu (authentic one open since 1977), origin Japan (ready to eat JP meals & side dishes), etc. including a good Patisserie shops, a convenience stores (Lawson, Family mart, 7-11, local supermarket). Yes they have a rule regarding towels (1/ea/2 nights) & cleaning services (not on daily basis but if you want you can ask them to do), the guy at the receptionist may not always smile but if you asked something he's always respond & support, they have a common area (2nd floor) which there is kitchen, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee machine, dining table, couches and air conditioning (and they are allowed us to use with free of charge) personally my friend & I would booked this hotel if we visit Tokyo next time.

|4.66km from Jb KandaSpacious apartment. Needs more attention to details. No dishwashing soap etc. We had to buy some and start by washing other peoples dishes. Utensils for making food quite poor. No table and chairs where to eat. Checkin inn can be tricky. You need to read instructions carefully and still we had to try few times to get in. Location was superb for us. Would stay there again though, even there was some minor negatives. Learn how to use translator app for appliances, and youll be fine. You have to put water warmer on etc.

|7.42km from Jb KandaIt was good that rich, convenience stores and McDonald's from the station were nearby, but the unit bus was too narrow. The door didn't close tightly, so the air conditioner came in, and the shower curtain caught on my body while taking a bath, which made me feel uncomfortable. If you are a tall person, you can't take a shower unless you bow. The toilet was impossible unless I opened the door. I'm sorry that the customer service was good.

|3.58km from Jb KandaI booked a shared room with this hotel. What I love about this hot hotel is that it is very near the Subway Station, there are a lot of restaurants around and a lot of convenient store as well. The front office staff is professional and polite. I was just surprised when the towel is not included and you need to rent one for a 100 yen, but it is not a big deal since it is my first time to try a dormitory type of accommodation. I love this place so much.

|4.31km from Jb KandaAs it's a Japanese-style room, they've opted for a rather long entrance hall, which unfortunately makes the bedroom feel a bit cramped. However, despite the compact size, it's incredibly well-equipped. All essential amenities are provided, and even the bathroom isn't small, making it perfectly sufficient for a solo traveler to relax and unwind.
Right outside the hotel, there's a vibrant array of eateries, somewhat akin to Chinese street food stalls, making the evenings very lively. Plus, it's conveniently close to the subway station.
The top floor boasts a public bath and sauna, while the lounge area provides a free ice machine and complimentary ice cream. They even offer a free bowl of soba noodles in the evenings, which collectively makes it truly excellent value for money.
Self-service laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are also available on the top floor. You'll need to ask staff to activate them, and there's a charge for the dryer.

|11.28km from Jb KandaCome to see Jay Chou's concert ~ 1. I found that I had to check in and found that I had a password to enter the door, but I didn't receive the hotel email in advance. I asked other guests (Europeans) that they had received the password from other platforms, so I don't know if it was a hotel problem or a Trip.com problem. 2. The quadruple room 6 and the bed 1 not only eat and drink in the room, but actually one person occupies 3 lockers. Music starts in the morning. The quality of the long-term residents is a bit low, and the room is small and not suitable for packing luggage. So when I checked out, I moved downstairs to sort it out, and the result was said by the proprietress...3. I didn't understand that the proprietress obviously knew Chinese, and WeChat was also Chinese. Finally, I checked out and said English. When I finally left, I used Chinese to make me praise... I wanted to come to Hong Kong. The demographic tone is also normal. Fourth, this should be one of the cheap youth travel in Tokyo, and it can also store the package. Although Europeans can put the hall, they ask me to put the garbage at the door... Basically, the room does not have wifi, and the hall is provided. Six, the upper bunk is really difficult to climb... Climb to the foot cramps, the bathroom on the second floor has no dry and wet separation, can throw clothes and towels outside the door, you can go to the first floor to wash, basically do not have to queue. 7. The map logo is not correct. I have been looking for it for a long time for the first time. If you book, you will see docomo going forward with a beverage machine and then turn right and go straight. Eight, whether it is to go to Haneda or Narita, this place is very convenient. If you don't have high requirements for accommodation, you can set this ~.

|2.91km from Jb KandaHotel Comfy Inn Tokyo Higashi Kanda | With Super Practical Transportation + Dining Guide!
Having stayed there, I can confidently say this is truly a “lazy-friendly” hotel in central Tokyo – you won't have to worry about transportation or finding good food!
🚇 Transportation: 3 minutes to the core areas, stress-free transfers
• 3-minute walk: To Tokyo Metro 'Suehirocho Station,' where the Hibiya Line takes you 1 stop directly to 'Akihabara' (super convenient for anime conventions and electronics shopping) and 3 stops to 'Ginza' (for shopping sprees).
• 6-minute walk: To JR 'Kanda Station,' where the Chuo Line takes you 2 stops to 'Tokyo Station' (close for Shinkansen transfers and visiting the Imperial Palace) and 4 stops to 'Shinjuku' (to check out the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and explore shopping districts).
• Within a 10-minute walk: There are three 7-Elevens and two Lawson convenience stores nearby, perfect for grabbing onigiri in the morning or late-night snacks.
🍜 Nearby Dining: Within a 5-minute walk, a cluster of delicious Japanese eateries
1. Taishoken (Kanda branch): A 3-minute walk, specializing in freshly baked 'senbei' (rice crackers) and also offering Japanese set meals (the fried chicken set is incredibly fragrant). Expect to pay 500-800 yen per person, ideal for lunch.
2. Kagari Kanda Suehirocho branch: A 4-minute walk, open late until 11 PM. Their Japanese 'oden' (stewed dishes) and 'sukiyaki' are authentic, and a bowl on a cold day is wonderfully warming. Expect to pay 1000-1500 yen per person.
3. Marutake Ramen (Kanda Higashi branch): A 5-minute walk, a ramen shop frequently visited by Tokyo locals. The tonkotsu (pork bone) broth is rich, and the chashu (braised pork belly) is tender. Expect to pay 800-1200 yen per person; you might have a short wait during peak meal times.

|5.46km from Jb KandaStayed here for 9 nights and it was overall a pleasant experience for a solo traveller. Capsule was very clean, cosy and quite roomy as there is an extra space beside (shelf & clothing bar) the mattress. Bedding is clean and comfortable! I especially like the capsule’s window cutout and curtain so that I can draw it accordingly to allow ventilation/ the aircon in. I could leave my luggage outside my capsule in the room so that was very convenient to reach for my things.
Shower and toilet facilities are acceptably clean, except for the floor & vanity sink area where alot of ladies dont clean up their loose hair/ makeup powder after use. Unplan Shinjuku is known to be a social hostel, and alittle too social. I stayed in a capsule above the front porch & everynight I have to deal with loud conversational noises from downstairs - I had noise cancelling earphones so I used that to sleep. The common kitchen area has everything a traveller needs - a fridge, freezer, water dispenser, microwave, toaster etc..
The walk from Unplan to the nearest station is about 10mins to Shinjuku 3-chome (Shinjuku line) metro station, Fukutoshin & Maronouchi line are slightly further & JR line is about 20mins walk. Kindly note that Unplan is located on a slope so there is a small gradient to climb.
