It's our first hotel in Japan. Apparently the check in time is generally at 3-4pm here. But we had no problem with our luggages on our arrival since we rent a car from Narita. We asked trip if the hotel has parking and the AI bot reply no. So we booked a rental car for Fujisan Roadtrip on day 1 in Japan for one day only eventhough we need a rental car for the second day too to Kamikochi. Eventually when we arrived, they do have paid parking lot. One right in front of the hotel, another one just across the small street in front of thr hotel and another one about 20-30metes from the hotel. Tokyo has the highest rate for paid parking compared to Kyoto and Osaka. But we knew later after when we wanted to check in (at around 9pm) and the car we already booked just for a day. We had to walk back to the Nippon Rent A Car next morning to rent another car to Kamikochi. The location is convenient, not far from the train station nor the rental car place. So many konbini nearby, and the staffs are super friendly. They only have one iron to share among the guests so bring your own and make sure to pack them well. Ours malfunction. They have washing machines, ice machine and the room is cosy and clean. Not spacious obviously but beds are huge for us both.

Average service and very small room. Location is in walking distance from subway which is appropriate with the hotel price. One major negative side is the facility. The hotel have very limited space for luggage deposit for pre-check in and the DO NOT have luggage deposit service AFTER checkout which is very inconvenient for backpacker. NOT RECOMMEND this hotel because there is much more hotel options in this area with comparable price and better facility.

We stayed here for the entire trip to Tokyo for 7 nights with 3 kids. This was not the intended hotel initially due to system glitch, but Thank God it turned out to be even better choice. Hotel staffs were super friendly and helpful, understands english. Love the Komoro Soba shop behind the hotel (5min walk) but unfortunately it was enjoyed the last day of stay, wish i could have it a few more time. Great location, few minutes access to subways and <15 minutes walk to Tokyo station. My wife love the washer/dryer in the room. Nice!

Booked and stayed 8 nights, what I can tell you is the location is perfect and close to restaurants, convenient store and train station. the lobby had a machine where you can self-checkin despite midnight checkin, we arrived around midnight and used the machine to check-in. I believe only this hotel had this features where i am looking for midnight checkin hotel. Commenting on the room, it rather smaller than i expect, perfectly fit for 2 people, but if you are with big luggage, do not expect big hallway and spacious movement. Very compact for short stay, not more than that. Cleanliness is acceptable, had a laundry room and ice machine, my wife was so happy about it. Lovely and helpful staff, you can also use the luggage transport to move your luggage to another hotel.

Unlocked a new store again, chose this one based on the reviews, and was very satisfied with both the food and the drinks. It was very good. It was my first time here, and I came with the idea of exploring the store. I ordered a special drink, which was quite a surprise. It deserves praise. Overall, it is very suitable for dinner with friends, the environment is very suitable for chatting, and the cost performance is quite high ⬆️

Excellent location, 1 stop from tokyo on Yamanote line, 3 stops to shinjuku on chuo line. Ginza line also available. Cant beat this. Several convenient stores within 100m. Many local eateries catering to business crowd. Only downside is hotel is a little dated but everything was working. The older man on evening shift is good and helped me with my request.

Tokyo Stay Nihombashi is conveniently located. A short walk (250m) from JO20 - Shin-Nihombashi Station on the Sobu train line and within 10min walk to Mitsukyoshimae and Kanda stations where one can hop on the Ginza metro line. Room size is decent for the price. Meant for short term stays, room is equipped with TV, fridge, microwave oven and even a full size washing machine! While hotel is next to an elevated freeway, room I was allocated on the 8F was quiet and peaceful at night.

Highly recommended hotel. I would definitely choose MyStays again for my next stay. **Facilities:** The room is well-equipped and everything feels very new. There are plenty of charging ports, and even charging cables are provided. The pillows are very comfortable. On the first floor, there are laundry facilities (washers and dryers) and a wide selection of complimentary amenities available for guests to pick up. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was excellent. **Location:** It's within a 10-minute walk of multiple subway stations. There are restaurants nearby, and a convenience store right downstairs. **Service:** The service was professional, and the front desk staff speak excellent English.

Before my Tokyo trip, I extensively researched hotels in various areas like Shinjuku, Asakusa, Tokyo Station, and Ginza. Traveling with my child meant I needed a less crowded and chaotic location. I stumbled upon this chain hotel, and after finding the price acceptable, I booked it immediately for 4 nights. My overall experience was fantastic. **Transportation:** The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Mitsukoshimae Station and JR Nihombashi. This makes it incredibly convenient for reaching Ginza or catching the Shinkansen from Tokyo Station. A big plus is the self-service machines at Nihombashi where you can easily pick up physical Shinkansen tickets. **Surroundings:** As expected, it's a refined, established district. During weekdays, it's not overly crowded, and tourist numbers are relatively low; you mostly see busy office workers rushing about. **Dining:** The area is brimming with fantastic food options. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs. A short walk towards Kanda Station reveals many more eateries, and if you venture towards the local shrine, you'll discover tasty options like tempura rice bowls. **Shopping:** For shopping, the century-old Mitsukoshi Department Store is just diagonally across the street. There's also a drugstore conveniently located nearby. **Overall Satisfaction:** I was extremely satisfied. I was so impressed by the Refa hairdryer provided that it's now on my personal wishlist! Out of the four hotels I stayed at during my trip to Japan, this one was definitely my favorite. Even at over 1500 JPY per night including tax, I found the price acceptable. (A little tip: I made two separate bookings because it turned out to be more economical.)

The shower room was clean and seemed to be well-cleaned. The hair dryer only had enough space for about three people to sit, but I was glad that I was able to use it at the right time without having to wait for a long time. However, there were only a few sinks, so I had to change the time when it was crowded. The capsule was spacious and comfortable to sleep in. The room shook like an earthquake because of people snoring loudly, other people's sleeping positions, and people going up and down the stairs, but you have to be aware that this is unavoidable.

We lived there with a group of 5 people. 3 bedrooms were perfectly suited. In apartment 2 toilets and 2 shower cabins, which is very convenient when you live in a group. You can cook yourself, but there is no washing machine. The location is quite convenient, the metro station is not far away, there are sights in the walking availability. Only the room cabinets were missing to fold their things, but it is generally a problem for Japan - mini-houses)

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

Anyway, the cost performance is good! This comes with it!! ︎ The location was definitely a little difficult. There was a sign in front of the building, but I missed it. But it wasn't an impossible place to reach. I thought it would be a long way to go with a carrying case, but some users were using it a lot. Since it's only for women, the wash basins tend to be crowded, but they had 5 sinks available so I didn't have to wait. There were three showers, hair dryers, and toilets. There is a charge for amenities, but I brought my own towels and toothbrushing set, so it wasn't a problem.

Good option for adequate money in Tokyo. The apartment is clean enough. There is everything necessary - kitchen, smart TV, table with chairs, kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioner, washing machine, dryer. The mattress is soft. The settlement is uncontacted, by code to the electronic door lock. The location is convenient - 10 minutes from the metro station and the electricians of Rigoku, from which you can get to Shinzhuk. Also near a grocery store, Japanese fast food gudon. There was a small problem with the settlement time, but the owner provided fair compensation, and it ended well. From the downsides - very small pillows, and in the apartment is dark because the windows come out on the stairs.

We were happy with everything! The perfect location for exploring Tokyo: 4 minutes from the metro, two metro lines nearby, which are very convenient. Norme is new and clean, we had room 201. The description says that it is a one-room number, but in fact it was 3 rooms! Norme is spacious and large! Everything is clean, a comfortable bathroom, in the toilet you can open the window and look out onto the street, we also liked that. The room is in a modern Japanese style, there is a tatami with a Japanese table for meals, we always had dinner on the tatami. The photos completely match the description! The perfect place!

The staff is able to speak English and are helpful. Breakfast has limited options but there are fresh and delicious. Hotel has microwave, laundry and ice machine located at level 2. The whole room is not big, but it is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is no bathtub in the shower room, which saves a lot of space. This time I came to Tokyo mainly to do a drrr pilgrimage, so I chose this place as my base. Location wise is situated at the outskirt of Tokyo which is fine if you are driving and wanted a taste of suburban lifestyle in this metropolitan. If you are driving a big vehicle such as MPV, do inform the owner and an arrangement will be made for you to park at the taxi hub which is located beside the property.

I ain't sure why a lot of people left a very bad comment regarding this property, the room size is quite big compared with JP standard (we got room at 6 floor with 2 beds (5ft size) for 2 person) the location is good (a walking distance to Kuramae station 200-350m (for Toei Asakura & Oedo line), surrounded with good restaurants such as Ramen, Tonkatsu (authentic one open since 1977), origin Japan (ready to eat JP meals & side dishes), etc. including a good Patisserie shops, a convenience stores (Lawson, Family mart, 7-11, local supermarket). Yes they have a rule regarding towels (1/ea/2 nights) & cleaning services (not on daily basis but if you want you can ask them to do), the guy at the receptionist may not always smile but if you asked something he's always respond & support, they have a common area (2nd floor) which there is kitchen, kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee machine, dining table, couches and air conditioning (and they are allowed us to use with free of charge) personally my friend & I would booked this hotel if we visit Tokyo next time.

No table and chairs where to eat. Checkin inn can be tricky. You need to read instructions carefully and still we had to try few times to get in. Location was superb for us. It was good that rich, convenience stores and McDonald's from the station were nearby, but the unit bus was too narrow. As it's a Japanese-style room, they've opted for a rather long entrance hall, which unfortunately makes the bedroom feel a bit cramped. However, despite the compact size, it's incredibly well-equipped. All essential amenities are provided, and even the bathroom isn't small, making it perfectly sufficient for a solo traveler to relax and unwind. Right outside the hotel, there's a vibrant array of eateries, somewhat akin to Chinese street food stalls, making the evenings very lively. Plus, it's conveniently close to the subway station. The top floor boasts a public bath and sauna, while the lounge area provides a free ice machine and complimentary ice cream. They even offer a free bowl of soba noodles in the evenings, which collectively makes it truly excellent value for money. Come to see Jay Chou's concert ~ 1. I found that I had to check in and found that I had a password to enter the door, but I didn't receive the hotel email in advance. I asked other guests (Europeans) that they had received the password from other platforms, so I don't know if it was a hotel problem or a Trip.com problem. 2. The quadruple room 6 and the bed 1 not only eat and drink in the room, but actually one person occupies 3 lockers. Music starts in the morning. The quality of the long-term residents is a bit low, and the room is small and not suitable for packing luggage. So when I checked out, I moved downstairs to sort it out, and the result was said by the proprietress...3. I didn't understand that the proprietress obviously knew Chinese, and WeChat was also Chinese. Finally, I checked out and said English. When I finally left, I used Chinese to make me praise... I wanted to come to Hong Kong. The demographic tone is also normal. Fourth, this should be one of the cheap youth travel in Tokyo, and it can also store the package. Although Europeans can put the hall, they ask me to put the garbage at the door... Basically, the room does not have wifi, and the hall is provided. Six, the upper bunk is really difficult to climb... Climb to the foot cramps, the bathroom on the second floor has no dry and wet separation, can throw clothes and towels outside the door, you can go to the first floor to wash, basically do not have to queue. 7. The map logo is not correct. I have been looking for it for a long time for the first time. If you book, you will see docomo going forward with a beverage machine and then turn right and go straight. Eight, whether it is to go to Haneda or Narita, this place is very convenient. If you don't have high requirements for accommodation, you can set this ~.

Hotel Comfy Inn Tokyo Higashi Kanda | With Super Practical Transportation + Dining Guide! Having stayed there, I can confidently say this is truly a “lazy-friendly” hotel in central Tokyo – you won't have to worry about transportation or finding good food! 🚇 Transportation: 3 minutes to the core areas, stress-free transfers • 3-minute walk: To Tokyo Metro 'Suehirocho Station,' where the Hibiya Line takes you 1 stop directly to 'Akihabara' (super convenient for anime conventions and electronics shopping) and 3 stops to 'Ginza' (for shopping sprees). • 6-minute walk: To JR 'Kanda Station,' where the Chuo Line takes you 2 stops to 'Tokyo Station' (close for Shinkansen transfers and visiting the Imperial Palace) and 4 stops to 'Shinjuku' (to check out the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and explore shopping districts). • Within a 10-minute walk: There are three 7-Elevens and two Lawson convenience stores nearby, perfect for grabbing onigiri in the morning or late-night snacks. 🍜 Nearby Dining: Within a 5-minute walk, a cluster of delicious Japanese eateries 1. Taishoken (Kanda branch): A 3-minute walk, specializing in freshly baked 'senbei' (rice crackers) and also offering Japanese set meals (the fried chicken set is incredibly fragrant). Expect to pay 500-800 yen per person, ideal for lunch. 2. Kagari Kanda Suehirocho branch: A 4-minute walk, open late until 11 PM. Their Japanese 'oden' (stewed dishes) and 'sukiyaki' are authentic, and a bowl on a cold day is wonderfully warming. Expect to pay 1000-1500 yen per person. 3. Marutake Ramen (Kanda Higashi branch): A 5-minute walk, a ramen shop frequently visited by Tokyo locals. The tonkotsu (pork bone) broth is rich, and the chashu (braised pork belly) is tender. Expect to pay 800-1200 yen per person; you might have a short wait during peak meal times.

Stayed here for 9 nights and it was overall a pleasant experience for a solo traveller. Capsule was very clean, cosy and quite roomy as there is an extra space beside (shelf & clothing bar) the mattress. Bedding is clean and comfortable! I especially like the capsule’s window cutout and curtain so that I can draw it accordingly to allow ventilation/ the aircon in. I could leave my luggage outside my capsule in the room so that was very convenient to reach for my things. Shower and toilet facilities are acceptably clean, except for the floor & vanity sink area where alot of ladies dont clean up their loose hair/ makeup powder after use. Unplan Shinjuku is known to be a social hostel, and alittle too social. I stayed in a capsule above the front porch & everynight I have to deal with loud conversational noises from downstairs - I had noise cancelling earphones so I used that to sleep. The common kitchen area has everything a traveller needs - a fridge, freezer, water dispenser, microwave, toaster etc.. The walk from Unplan to the nearest station is about 10mins to Shinjuku 3-chome (Shinjuku line) metro station, Fukutoshin & Maronouchi line are slightly further & JR line is about 20mins walk. Kindly note that Unplan is located on a slope so there is a small gradient to climb.

Not far to walk to Metro station, the rooms are basic and clean. We stayed in a 3 person room and there was no space to open luggage. Hotel provides a simple breakfast (cereal, pastries, yoghurt) and has free flow drinks in the evenings.
