The room was super large and the facilities were very good. Two rooms were set up and the staff were very satisfied. The hotel was originally scheduled to have no room. This is recommended by Ctrip, very good.

The facilities appear to be updated. Everything was pleasing to the eye. If it's snowing they don't keep sidewalks cleaned off very well, especially in the morning. After check in I settled in my room. The heater kicking on was quite loud. In the shower there were two shower gels and one conditioner. No shampoo. Also two of the three pumps didn't even work!! After my shower I called the front desk and she asked if I wanted to switch rooms! No! I just wanted some shampoo and conditioner. I had said no rush. Well no one ever brought any up! The breakfast (and hostess) was fantastic! Eggs, sausage, pancakes and let's not forget their cinnamon rolls. Overall this was a mediocre stay.

I am not a picky person - basically need a place to rest my head when I am out on business. But I do expect a room to be clean. This is an approved location for my business and was close to where I needed to be for work the next day. Upon trying to get to my assigned suite, the garbage can directly outside my room was overflowing with trash laying all around. I can overlook that.... Upon entering the room I was pleasantly surprised by the look of the suite - but was hit by a strong odor of recently smoked pot that was infiltrating the room. Again, although overbearing, I can overlook this.... So I began to unpack for the night. After unpacking, I noticed something on the floor by the bed - a used condom! Although I am happy no one was procreating in the room, I couldn't overlook this. I tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. So I walked across the parking lot to the lobby. I explained my findings to the front desk and he did not seem surprised at all. He just stated he would come 'pick it up'. He grabbed a plastic glove and bag and proceeded to follow me. He came in and picked it up without another word. I asked him about the odor and again, very unsurprised, he said yes, it was a strong marijuana odor. No apologies or explanations. He then asked if I wanted another room. I accepted and moved but now I was overly skeptical about any of the rooms! The new room did not have an odor or left over sex paraphernalia but now I was eyeing everything - mold in the bathroom, filthy heat/air vents, peeling plaster from the ceiling, strange hair near the shower drain, grime on the inside of the front door and this room's phone wasn't connected either. Plus, car alarms would go off in the lot throughout the night. Needless to say, if I am working back in the Southfield area, I will not utilize this location for my overnight accommodations.

I stayed at this hotel while in Detroit due to its location near my family. My guest room was modern, clean, and had nice features, especially in the bathroom. The toiletries were "spa-like" and the towels were plush. There is free wifi and parking onsite. Despite traveling during the CoVID-19 pandemic, I felt very safe staying at this hotel and noticed lots of precautions. For example, there are plexiglass barriers at check in, hand sanitizer near the elevators, mandatory masks for guests and staff, and reminders to limit the number of people in elevators. Housekeeping does not come into a guest room until a guest has checked out (actually I found out later, not until after 3 days to keep staff safe). Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the lobby coffee bar is not open, and the restaurant has limited "take away" food hours. There is, however, coffee, tea, and a refrigerator in the room. FYI, no cash is accepted. Initially, tv service was limited to local channels and apps such as Netflix and YouTube, but cable channels were available by my last night. I'm not sure whether or not this was due to and increased number of guests. I would definitely stay here again!

The funny part of my review is to say overall that the staff here are nice. After that it is all downhill. My check in was made strange when the front desk issued a card for my room to the people right behind me. The first night was ok. On the second day I went down for breakfast and the food was terrible. The "hot breakfast" consisted of eggs and crappy sausages. Later that night, I was woken on numerous occasions by a party across the hall. Obviously they have no security here. The smell of marijuana was quite strong. I did go to the front desk at 1:50 am and they gave me a new room ON THE SAME LEVEL. There was people wandering around for hours. Also, in my first room, the phone did not connect with the front desk. In the second room, I found out why, the phone in the first room was missing the cheap sticker they place on the phone that says "00" for the front desk, not "0" as indicated on the phone. When I checked out, there was no mention of what happened the night before. Very poor customer service. I will not return there that is for sure!!

Very pleased with the stay at the HGI in Detroit/Southfield. The front desk went out of their way to help and were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was surprisingly very good - I almost never eat at the hotel, but did both nights. Great selection, large portions and very good.

The Swiss Hotel Chicago was booked mainly for the marathon, and this time it was the right choice. I have to say that it is true that Ctrip is free to go abroad and it is really easy to use. I bought air tickets, booked accommodation, and Ctrip made it all. In the United States for so many days, I stayed at the Swiss Hotel in Chicago for the longest time. The Chicago River was just a few steps away, and I took a few steps to the shore of Lake Michigan. It was a runner's paradise. A large number of cruise ships parked in the port. Swim in turquoise lakes in a team. In the distance are the planetarium and the Field Museum, if you don't hurry, you can walk over to visit. The world is beautiful and beautiful.

Very old hotel, the elevator is very small, the corridor is very narrow, the room facilities are very old, the only advantage is that the location is not bad. The most disappointing thing is that the service of the hotel wants to say that the room service service slippers are good, but in the room, etc. After more than an hour, I didn't send it again. I asked if I didn't have slippers. I don't know if I have a slipper. I still have to call back to ask what the hotel is really lucky. I only stayed for two nights and cleaned the next morning. The aunt came to knock on the door at nine o'clock, and it was all right. Finally, the hotel room card will be back in the morning and the hotel will not be able to brush up and go to the lobby to re-brush the hotel! If you don't have a cheap map, don't live. Just blame us for the price increase of the Chicago hotel when we go. This broken hotel has to be 2000 nights.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Millennium Park, Glitter Park, and the Art Gallery of Chicago. It is a 10-minute walk to Lake Michigan and the cruise ship terminal. There is a Cantonese restaurant near the hotel, which is very delicate and tastes very good. The net red deep pizza restaurant Giordano's is also nearby. Next to the hotel is a CVC store, shopping is super convenient. The hotel is in a good environment, the view of Lake Michigan can be seen in the room, the service is good, the room is clean. A great stay experience. This hotel is the closest low-cost hotel to McCormick Place. I booked it well enough in advance so the price was good. It's about two kilometers from McCormick Place, and it's convenient to walk for 20 minutes. The waiter in the lobby was nice and gave me a room just looking at Chicago city center. The rooms are clean, the space is adequate, the facilities are newer, and the room service is good. It is a good choice for business and exhibition travel, I guess I will come again next time.

Breakfast is an American breakfast, and it is necessary to order a place to eat according to the menu. Hotel location is very good, in the city center, very close to Michigan Avenue, behind is also a place to shop, there are many shoe stores, relatively speaking, this location is relatively safe. And it is opposite the Trump Building, hahaha, the night view is still very good. Travel, the most important thing is to be safe. The deposit is $100, the front desk is relatively small, and there is no hotel in China at this price. The service is generally the same. Because the toilet drains in the room leaked on the first day, we called them to come and repair them. As a result, when they came, we were all The bathroom was blowing and blowing, they slammed the door. We were anxious to ask them to wait for a minute. As a result, when the clothes were ready to ask the outsider’s response....there was no response, and we did not dare to open the door. I went to live on Thanksgiving last year. Living in a high place overlooking the city of Chicago, the hotel rooms are large, the supplies are very high, and the facilities are complete. And the service is very good, the wine in the minibar is reasonably priced, and the customer service staff at the front desk will deliver ice cubes. Where the five-star hotel should be done, the Trumptower is perfectly completed.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Millennium Park. The surrounding environment is very modern. Walk to major attractions such as Navy Pier, Cloud Gate, City Building Cruise Terminal, Magnificent Mile, Art Museum, etc. within a kilometer or so. The hotel is in a good location, in a business and commercial district in the heart of the city, with good security. Nearby are Macy's, Target, and a variety of restaurants, convenience stores and fast food restaurants that can be reached in just 10 minutes. Chicago's main attractions are also in sight, such as the Willis Tower, which is only two blocks away, along the riverside trails, watching the iron bridges and cross-strait buildings on the Chicago River, and unwittingly reaching Cloud Gate and Navy Pier. The basic facilities of the hotel are simple but complete, which is enough for the rest of the guests.

When I booked the hotel, I found it very good to have breakfast. I did n’t know that the dinner was served free of charge until the end of 19 o’clock. Every day there are changes. Sometimes pasta and sometimes pizza. There are take-away tableware for returning to the room. The kitchen in the room only uses a microwave, but in fact the kitchen is very full. You can cook with just a few spices. The hot coffee in the lobby is available 24 hours, and sometimes there are small dishes in the evening. Dim sum, many foreigners live here with their children. It is very cheap around 550 after New Year's Day, very good value,
