This hotel is located in such beautiful and central area, easy and quick to get to the Sapporo downtown in just 10 minutes. Just steps away from the Nakajima Koen station, it was very convenient to move in and out and get to the Sapporo Station to take the JR Hokuto for those using JR Pass. They if no need of a taxi or shuttle to get everywhere. The rooms were spotless and quite comfy. The staff as all Japanese people were too nice, respectful and helpful. The stunning view of the Nakajima Park, which was covered by snow during our stay in December, looked like a place taken from some Christmas movie. Last but not least, the buffet breakfast had great options, great coffee and all that was also complemented by a main dish. I would absolutely come back to this place in future.

It was a very beautiful and clean hotel! Thank you for making a reservation on this site. For a hotel of this level for a Saturday night I am really grateful that I was able to stay for 5,000 yen! The toilet and bath were the same type, It's bigger than the hotel I've stayed in so far, I didn't feel any inconvenience. The bath is wide enough to stretch your legs. I'm glad! Only one point, the room temperature is set to 26 degrees Although it was November, it was hot the moment I entered, so I immediately ventilated. In that regard, please contact the front desk first when making a reservation or before entering the room. We recommend that you check the room temperature setting. After that, I had no complaints, and it was a beautiful and good hotel overall!

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Susukino. The station is close, but a large park and a river are nearby, so it's quiet. The building itself looks old, and I could hear some noise from the next room, but it was well cleaned. Older outlets can be difficult, but there are 2 outlets on the desk and 1 outlet + USB outlet on the bed board, which was convenient. There are many tea bags of coffee and green tea provided in the room, but it was Ceylon tea personally ◯. There was a supermarket and coffee shop nearby, which was convenient. Correspondence of the front desk was very good, too. Unfortunately, the bathroom was small and there was no drying rack. You can barely stretch your legs in the bathtub, but it's quite narrow, so your elbows might hit the wall when you wash your head. I thought it might be difficult for a taller person. There was no laundry, so I washed it at a nearby laundromat, and since it was a small amount, I didn't put it in the dryer and took it home. There are 2 hanger hooks as before and 2 that come out when pulled.

The hotel itself seems to be a little old, but it is a 5-minute walk from the station and the view from the room overlooking Nakajima Park is beautiful, which is more than the price. It seems that it is also a wedding hall, and I often saw guests in the lobby.

Nice breakfast, though I was served a course meal instead of buffet, it was still a good one in my opinion. The location of the hotel is nice. It's located near the park, if you fancy a jog in the morning, it may appealing to book the hotel. However, the air condition was sucks. It's centralized, stayed there near summer, the AC cooling didn't work. I was sweating through the night, have to open the window and turn on the dehumidifier to get to sleep. I don't really recommend it if you require specific room temp to go to sleep.

Eat: Breakfast and dinner are buffet and rich in content, but the taste and ingredients are average. There is no place to eat around the hotel. The restaurants in the hotel are more expensive. There are Rosen and the family nearby. You can adjust the taste by eating a bento. The breakfast and dinner vouchers will be put in envelopes and placed on the table when you clean the room every day. The dining place is the Grand Charlot restaurant on the first floor, a large hall with floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can watch the scenery during breakfast. It can be reached directly by the elevator of the new building (the main building and the new building are connected. The tubers who live in the main building can walk to the new building on each floor corridor, which takes about 1 minute). On the 1st floor, there is a ping-pong table and a game hall, and on the negative 1st floor, in addition to the hot spring, there is also Water Largon (it is a mini water world, the water is a bit warm, but the weather in February is still a bit cold, and the water will catch a cold) Living: The sanitary conditions are good, but the facilities are older. Every day, a waiter will help make the bed and clean up the bed (tatami room type booked). There are bath towels in the room, remember to bring them before bathing! After use, put it directly into the locker room basket. Next time, if you do n’t have any towels, you can pick them up in the hotel lobby, and the children ’s bathrobes are there too. There are no lotions or anything in the room, only toothbrushes, hair dryers, shower gels, shampoos, etc. It's better to bring your own, it's better. There are two hot springs, one is on the B1 floor, which is divided into male and female soups and operates 24 hours. Four pools of female soup: cold pool, princess of flower, princess of crane, outdoor style. On the 16th floor, this hot spring (that is, the hot pool ...) is used alternately by men and women (there is a case in the room, pay attention to the time, don't go wrong, there is no one at the door). There are few hot springs and shampoo Hair care baths are traditional horse oil series from Japanese hot springs. OK: Because the Sapporo ski resort is relatively close to Jozankei, skiing has been added to the itinerary. There is a ”Dingshanxi Shrine” near the hotel. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Before going there, ask the hotel front desk for a timetable. It is recommended to leave at 8-10. Generally no one will go in the afternoon. Skiing takes a lot of time. There are small parks, shrines, etc. near the hotel. Those who don't want to go far can take a walk nearby, but there is nothing really nice about it.

Living very well, the room is small, but it is a routine operation of Japanese hotels. For breakfast, it is usually small bread and coffee, orange juice, water and ice. 21,000 yen per person (with two meals) for New Year's Day stay was very good ☆ There is no amenities in the room, but if you bring it, you can get a gacha coin. In gachagacha, I got a ”day return bath ticket”. What other benefits are there? I look forward to the next time. There is a store even if you don't bring it again, so you can buy anything you need such as a toothbrush. The room is simple and not large, but you can slow down and I think this price is enough. (I used two Japanese rooms) There is a room clothes and the building can walk around freely in room clothes. There are board games in the lobby, two PCs, and a sake lounge, so you can spend it freely except for the room. (There is also a table tennis room) The hot springs are warm in two baths (37 ~ 38 degrees), and the open air is 40 ~ 42 degrees with the source. In winter, the open-air bath is warmer ☆ Welcome drink, but you can also choose sake in addition to tea and enjoy sake while relaxing in the sake lounge. I received it in the liquor lounge after bathing. It was the best time. There is also a space for one person, so this inn may be the best for a solo trip ★ dinner is Yakiniku because there is a meat shop in the restaurant of the inn. I think it's enough for women because there are meat and salad in the 6 steps, and there are meat and salad in the color 々. In the morning, you can choose butcher curry or miscellaneous cooking. Curry was delicious. The liquor store (drink counter) next to the restaurant (butcher) is 23:L.O. I enjoyed sake and snacks in the room, and in the sake lounge, I enjoyed it in my favorite place, and I was able to spend it in an inn that I had never seen before.

It is a splendid hotel, but it is neither good nor bad, and the price is unavoidable for staying during consecutive holidays, but I was worried about the sound of talking and water from other rooms. Night view was expensive only for staying in room which was not good enough. It would have been nice if the bath and toilet were at least separate.

The surroundings are relatively quiet, not far from the subway Shiraishi Station, and there are also nearby New Chitose Airport buses passing by, and the traffic is quite convenient, but it is definitely not as good as Sapporo Station and Odori area. Pure self check-in, no front desk staff. The room size is quite large and the facilities are complete. Compared with the hotel, there is one more kitchen, but the air conditioner seems not very good. Although Sapporo is very cool at night, the air conditioner is not just needed. There is a piece of Japanese paper on the window. The general idea is that the window cannot be opened, but the following instructions are not understood. It is recommended that at least one English version be added. The main shortcoming is probably the toilet, which is super easy to block, the bath time is a little longer, and the water comes up. I also hope that the homeowner will pay attention to this problem.

It was a good old-fashioned hotel with spacious rooms. It was spacious enough to spread out an oversized carry case, and since it was a room on the 14th floor with a good view, I was able to enjoy the night view. The plumbing is also structurally an old design, but it was well maintained and it was very clean and nice. It was said that there was a bar, but it seems that it is currently closed for a long time ... It was a little disappointing. I think there is a vending machine area on each floor, but the 14th floor where I stayed had only vending machines for sake. I had the impression that it was a hotel for adults. There is also a normal vending machine in the lobby, so I think there is no inconvenience.

The breakfast had a lot of cold, full Japanese breakfast, rice and fried salmon, but it was still full of ritual. It ’s almost dark at 4 pm to New Chitose Airport, so I can only take a taxi to the hotel, which cost 1,100 yuan, but I ’m sad but the hotel ’s hot spring experience is still very satisfying. Life is the first time. Be sure to stay two nights next time you have a chance. In addition, the taxi back to Sapporo is 7700 yen, and the front desk can help us talk about 5,000 yen. On the first night, because there was no scheduled dinner, the hotel did not provide it, shouted a few words of hungry, my brother called and the hotel staff took their car to take us to the family to buy a bento dinner, and finally did not feel hungry.

The facilities of the hotel are very good, the room is very large, we stayed for 6 nights, and there are 4 types of rooms, twin room, double room, family room, and Japanese-style family room. Among them, the rooms are relatively spacious, and the latter two types are 80-square-meter rooms, which are very spacious. The family room consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom, with four 1.2-meter single beds, and the two beds in one room are put together, suitable for a family of five. The Japanese-style family room is an 80-square-meter tatami mat, equipped with a separate toilet and an independent hot spring bathroom. There is a partition in the middle of the tatami mat, which can be divided into two rooms, suitable for two families with 6 people. The restaurants that are relatively close to the hotel and well-known include Kushitori Honten, Dazhuang Fisheries, General Crab, Matsuya, etc. It takes a little more than 1 kilometer to walk, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk. There is Chinese service at the front desk of the hotel, and the attitude is very good.

Home away from home, enthusiastic front desk, I met four front desk staff who were very enthusiastic, which is really rare in a Japanese hotel where I live. Clean and sanitary, the room is the right size. I don't want to eat breakfast at the hot spring hotel, but this hotel will definitely make people feel relieved about its breakfast. The hotel is located next to Hokkaido University, about two minutes away from Kita 12, or you can walk directly to Sapporo Station. It ’s a good 10 minutes on a snowy day. We visited Sapporo for the snow festival in Feb 2020. We selected the Leopalace based on location/price and reviews. On arrival, due to the weather and late night we decided to take a taxi to the hotel, this cost about Y1000. (after our stay it was fine weather, so we walked back to the JR station which took about 15 minutes). NB - neither my wife or myself speak Japanese, just a few phrases. Check in at the hotel was easy and straight forward, and we were directed to lifts behind reception. Our room was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. We chose not to book breakfasts, we were there for the snow festival so there was a huge variety of fresh market style food available. The hotel was a very short walk from the main avenue where the festival is held. There is 7/11 located on the corner of the hotel and also a long shopping arcade a couple of minutes walkaway. We wanted to use the hotels spa facility which is shown to be on floor 9. we put on the robes provided but having taken the lift up to floor 9 we found only bedrooms. so we called reception and mistakenly asked for direction to the onsen (we should have said public bath) because we asked for the wrong thing we were told the hotel does not have an onsen and then they hung up the phone. So I changed in to regular clothes went to reception and eventually worked out that the only way to the spa was via another lift in reception. Because we had to walk through reception we elected to wear regular clothes which was fortunate because eonce we found the spa area there were large signs telling you in English) not to wear your robes in reception, of course by the time you read that in the spa you would have already walked through reception. I don't mind if there is little English signage but if you take the time to have English translations put them where they can be of use - IN THE ROOMS. (oh and you need to take the towels from your room to use in the spa too) . We found the room temperature very comfortable and both slept well during our stay. We asked the reception to make a dinner reservation for us at a popular restaurant for our second night, this took a little while as initially they assumed we wanted to book into the hotel resturant, but once we passed this confusion they reception were very helpful. Making sure we had our booking reference and even showing us on a map where it was (even though we already knew this). Other than the phone call about the onsen/bath we found the reception staff very friendly and willing to help.

The back door is Tanukikoji, next door is a drug store that is open 24 hours, a 10-minute walk to Mitsukoshi and a 20-minute walk to Daimaru. There are all kinds of shopping malls in the middle, very good shopping, all shopping malls are 5% off, remember to check out When I asked the cabinet sister, as far as I know Daimaru is a coupon, Mitsukoshi downloads the mobile app. By the way, Daimaru Department Store is next to Sapporo JR Station, which means that it takes 20 minutes to walk from JR Sapporo to the hotel. It is recommended to take the underground passage, tiles. The ground is very good for pulling suitcases, the land is really, exhausting. By the way, the hotel closes at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, you need to swipe your card to enter the hotel after 12 o'clock. In addition, the extra bed in the triple room was really hard to sleep.

      Sapporo Subway Station
This hotel is especially cheap, probably because it is next to a building under construction, working eight hours a day, with the windows of the room next to the scaffolding. Sleep at night and leave for the train in the morning, so it is not affected. The room is quite large. If it is not built, it is worth living. Just next to Crab's famous crab restaurant, walk to Sapporo Station, Odori Park, and Susukino Store.

#positive #I was happy with the Nearby Shops; #negative #I was disappointed with the Corridor Soundproofing, Room Layout, Room Size; Much smaller than other hotels, 8 minutes from Tanukikoji. Black sesame ice cream for 8 minutes, two seafood for 10 minutes, okay, 2 subway stations from Sapporo Station. 20 minutes walk. The mattress is very difficult to sleep, one person turns over, the other person is like a boat, back pain. The bedside table desktop window sill has a thick layer of black and gray, and it may not sleep without rubbing it. It is very uncomfortable. The toilet and bathroom are together, and the toilet flushing sound is so loud that it seems to be lying in the bathtub and watching your girlfriends urine. The sound in the corridor can also be heard clearly. Not recommended.

In the place three kilometers away from JR, there is a subway that can be reached directly. Generally speaking, the traffic is convenient. Because there is no place to live in the earthquake in Hokkaido, Ctrip just provides the new house of this house to grab the room and stay in the room. The room is large. However, the facilities are old and the sanitation is no problem. You need to enter through the night passage at night. If you are traveling in general, you may not choose this one, but you are still very grateful to the place where we lived when the earthquake affected many homes without housing.

      Susukino
The location was very good as it was close to Nakajima Koen subway station and within walking distance of Susukino. I think the room and facilities are about the same as a general business hotel, but the welcome drink was a nice service. There is no public bath, so I used the hot spring at the nearby Jasmac Plaza. For breakfast, seafood, including salmon roe, and various local Hokkaido dishes were lined up, and each tasted better than I expected. The staff was kind and I was able to spend a comfortable time overall. If you come to Sapporo again, this is the hotel you want to choose as your first choice.

      odori park Surrounding
This may be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in during my time in Japan; the design is modern, the buffet is wonderful (although a little pricy) and the view of Odori park was great. I especially enjoyed the bath, as it was separate from the toilet, which is rare for smaller hotel rooms in this country. The staff were very kind and understanding, as I had asked for my luggage to be held until 3 pm but I didn’t retrieve it till much later with no issue. I stayed in the standard queen room and got more than I expected. Would recommend heartily!
