Front desk staff, Sese, welcomed us with a smooth informative check in and quickly arranged collection of our luggage and prompt delivery to our rooms. A welcome gift bottle of fizz, fresh fruit and handwritten card were a lovely surprise congratulating us on our 35th wedding anniversary. Sky barstaff, Monica, outstanding service, swift decision maker, cautious but with a ”can-do” approach. All bar staff professional and friendly, but Monica is exceptional. Breakfast, excellent range on offer, catering for almost every taste. Only suggestion for a significant improvement would be a big step up in the coffee by offering barista coffee (at extra cost). Espresso machines are available at all the bars, but do not open until 10:30 when breakfast has finished. The orange juice fluctuated in quality, the yoghurts were a delightful in-house touch and deliciously refreshing. You can even assemble your own ”full English”. Dinner/evening meal - astonishing range every evening, delicious lamb and excellent fish, the veal was tasty but could have been butchered with a little more care to remove gristle. Wine on the very first night was outstanding (Red, Mallorca) but gradually dropped quality on successive evenings. Outstanding views from Skybar pool, sand, sea, boats, hills and distant mountains. Enjoyed a few cold beers and cocktails watching the date palms and pines swaying to and fro.

We have just returned from a self catering holiday at this Hotel and found the facilities badly lacking. First of all the location is not what we expected. Supposed to have a sea view but that was restricted due to large trees right in front of most of the balcony. The shoreline contained a lot of litter. Self catering was difficult not even a teapot or sufficient cooking equipment. No oven so that obviously curtailed certain dishes. Be aware that whilst there are plenty of supermarkets they do not stock basics such as cereals or eggs. There is an Aldi some considerable distance away that we were able to use. Our TV didn’t work and a visit from an engineer sorted it until we switched it off and then it wouldn’t work again. We reported it only to be told we would have to change rooms. I eventually managed to get it working as it was tuned in to England rather than Spain. The location of the hotel is up a steep hill so anyone with walking problems would find it difficult to negotiate Especially if carrying groceries. We didn’t use any of the hotels facilities preferring to eat in the apartment despite the inadequate facilities. After all we had booked a self catering holiday !The beach is lovely quite busy with safe bathing. Good bus services to other areas. Use your debit card for a considerable discount. Would we stay there again probably not. Obviously whoever is in charge hadn’t thought it through. This was not a cheap holiday , the flight and room was in excess of £2500. We expected something better having been in Portugal earlier in the year for almost half the price. Sour grapes hardly. Just a warning to would be travellers.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is well maintained, calm and available diary transactions. The snack is really good at the pool. Meals are varied, rich and of good quality. Breakfast is really very good. However, the timetables are right. The restaurant closes at the time indicated either 10:30 and 21:30. This is the only negative point. The staff is very sympathetic and competent. Daniel has the reception is adorable as the receptionist speaking French. The hotel is located on the edge of the palm and near all bars and restaurants. The hotel is very high and meets all expectations for very good holidays.

Stayed for 6 days in an apartment type room with 2 and 5 year old children. I would like to visit again. good 1. It is true that there is a slope from the sea to the hotel, but it is a distance that even a 2-year-old child can walk. 5 minutes walk. 2. Stayed in room 776. The room was an apartment type with a kitchen and it was easy to live. The equipment is basically complete. If you tell the receptionist, they will give you a detergent and a sponge. Beach towels are rented with a deposit of 10 euros per sheet. If you want to change it, they will respond quickly. The deposit will be returned on the last day. No seasoning. 3. Dinner is a buffet with many items. 2 year olds are free and it was about 30 euros for 2 people. I felt that cospa was good. 4. A convenience store-like supermarket is next to it, 3 seconds on foot. 5. ALDI, a regular supermarket, is about 15 minutes away on foot. There are slopes and it was difficult for a 2-year-old to walk, but no problem for adults. 6. Marineland? 10 minutes by taxi to the small aquarium. If there are many people, it is more profitable than the local bus. It's a small aquarium, but there were dolphin and bird shows, and the children really enjoyed themselves. 7. I took a tour of the Palma Aquarium at the reception. This includes bus and ticket. This bus goes directly to the aquarium without going to a souvenir shop. The stay was long enough. 8. There were activities such as a children's dance program, and the children enjoyed themselves. 9. The nearby sea has a long beach and a little rocky area, so if you get tired of the beach, you can look for crabs and shellfish on the rocky area and have fun with your children. The beach in front of the hotel is long, and it was very nice to cycle on a rental bike that can hold 4 people. Rental bikes can be rented at the shop in front of the beach. bad 1. All cash payments in the hotel. There is an ATM inside the hotel, but it is a little inconvenient. It also charges a fee. 2. Depending on your tastes, I thought the breakfast was not worth the 22 euros. After all, my child ate bread, yogurt, and cereals, so I bought them at the supermarket next door and ate them in my room. 3. The airport shuttle bus often stayed at the hotel, but the receptionist would not tell me. The hotel can only call a taxi, and the bus should be checked and booked by yourself. I wanted to know at least the company name, but they didn't tell me. You must have seen the same bus company name hundreds of times (even I saw the same bus about 5 times. You should write down the name when you see the bus). The local bus to the airport is cheap, but the bus stop is ALDI direction. If you are an adult, you can walk with a suitcase, but if you have children, it will be difficult. A taxi to the airport is around €45 each way. 4. Affiliated tours are the worst. We booked a boat tour inside the cave. At 9:00, the time spent in the cave is only 1 hour and 20 minutes. After going around souvenir shops → jewelry shops, we finally arrive at the cave. Lost time is more than 1 hour. So 69 euros for 3 people is too expensive and I don't recommend it. The child is bored and bored. There are many tourists in the cave, and there is a long line to enter. This 1 hour and 20 minutes includes everything, so I was only in the cave for about 40 minutes. The boat that can be boarded inside the cave takes 2 minutes, but the waiting time is over 30 minutes, so it is physically impossible to get on in time for the tour bus meeting time. We recommend renting a car. This is the only bad thing this time.

Upon arriving at the hotel it looked very clean & the reception staff were friendly in explaining the charges (€100 deposit each & tourist tax). We arrived around 1pm and the rooms were ready despite check in being at 2pm so we went straight up. We stayed on the 4th floor accessible by the 1 stairwell and 1 small (4 ppl cramped) lift. Entering the room, it was very tidy. Aircon worked very well, you are given a key card for the electric & air con as well as the wristbands having a key card to the room. Bathroom very average, toilet seat was not secured properly, some cracked bath tiles which had been patched up. Shower was powerful and always warm so no issues there. Beds were clean and well made, they were on rollers though so would often wake up further over to one side than when we went to sleep. Can’t sit up on the bed against the headboard as it just pushes the bed out. Tv on wall, no remote to be found. Lights worked fine although when everyone is in their room at the same time they can flicker. Plug socks located by the side of the bed, no actual bedside tables but small shelves built into the wall. Bed comfy? Not really. The pillows provided aren’t very supportive but they do the job. Bedside table lights built into the headboard. Purple mood lighting behind headboard. No plugs by the mirrors though (for the girlies so bring a compact mirror) also essential to bring 1 or 2 extension leads. No fridge, kettle or safe. All provided at extra (high) cost. The maid came in and cleaned the room/remade beds and changed towels everyday to a very good standard, no complaints there. Floor was not the cleanest but don’t imagine they mopped or hoovered for timekeeping reasons. Desks in the room fixed to the walls, balcony was a good size with a table and chairs out there. Got the sun in the afternoon too. Watch out for the metal bannister as they get extremely hot in the heat. Door and lock to balcony not the sturdiest but it did the job. Black out curtain worked well. Wardrobe is open and only 6 coat hangers provided, couple of shelves. Food & drink very poor. Breakfast was very limited, undercooked & basic. Pastries were undercooked underneath, cereal choice bare, milk semi cold, no plain water just jugs of slightly cold fruit water. The water/juice glasses were disgustingly filthy, very hard to find one completely clean, in the end I went and bought a 1.5L bottle of water from reception for €2,50 (no, they aren’t complimentary.) The cooked breakfast items ranged from sausages, scrambled/fried/boiled eggs, bacon (if you can even call it that), sometimes fries, sometimes fried potato things, warm beans & mushrooms. Toast was the only thing not frozen & processed. Choice of apple, pineapple and orange juice from a machine, coffee and tea station also available. At the bar, you can order from a very limited list of cocktails. The usuals (margs, mojitos, daiquiri’s) all ranging from €9-12. Fizzy drinks are watered down, the beer is watered dow

I recently returned from my holiday, and I wanted to share my experience.First and foremost, the staff at the accommodation were all very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay. The accommodation itself was clean, although it felt a bit tired in places. While it met our basic needs, a little bit of updating would go a long way to improve the overall atmosphere. As for the food, it was varied and plentiful! There was always something different to try, which we really appreciated. However, I found it peculiar that coffee was only available during breakfast hours. It would have been nice to enjoy a cup at various times throughout the day.One downside to our trip was the transfer situation upon our arrival. I had not received a notification regarding the transfer details, and after searching for about15 minutes without any luck, we decided to jump in a taxi. Just15 minutes into our journey, I received a phone call from the transfer driver who was looking for us at the airport! I explained our situation and, unfortunately, had to pay an additional €40 for the taxi. On a positive note, the transfer on our way back was excellent, which somewhat redeemed the initial hiccup. The fitness centre at the hotel was not a good experience mostly broken down and very old machines All in all we had a good break and really enjoyed our time. We are likely to consider going back to Mallorca in the future, but I think we would explore alternative accommodation options next time.I hope this review helps others in planning their trips!

We were three girls staying at this hotel which by itself wasn’t the problem, but three of the five nights we were at the hotel people tried to get into our room in the middle of the night. We then told a man in the reception because at this point we actually were scared and he laughed and told us “it’s just drunk people and it is to be expected”… sir two of three nights it was not drunk people and we couldn’t sleep well and got no whatsoever support from the staff, we had to open and try to chase people away at 3 am. Even on the last night we could not get any sleep due to an extreme stench from the ventilation so I would sum up my experience at the hotel as no sleep and no one taking us seriously, and now when we have tried calling the manager (we got a number from the front desk) they refuse to speak to us, they tells us that the manager is either eating, in a meeting or out of office all the time. As a girl this experience was awful and to be in an unknown country without support of any kind so to my fellow girls don’t book this hotel, it is not safe and they don’t take you seriously.

Amazing hotel as soon as you walk in your met with beautiful smiles from reception girls Paula and Joeejna very helpful and spoke good English. The rooms are cleaned Dailey, beds sheets & towels changed each day, there is a vast variety of foods to choose from to suit your diet or hunger needs. The food is amazing magnifico! Highly recommend you try the food out. The pool, wow! Nice big pool & spaced out. Lots of sun beds and seating area so no massive rush to get that perfect spot. There is also a smaller pool on floor 0 for those who love to get them Instagram pictures by the pool with the view behind you. Also, amazing service with a smile from Johnlouis & paula who work at the pool bar, spoke good english, love to have a conversation with me when at the barr amazing peopel And last but not least, a massive thank you to Ian, the duty manager. Most hotels just want your money and kick you out. Not this hotel or this manager Ian everyday made sure he was visible for all guests to approach. I had several chats with Ian during my stay complimenting him on the hotel and he would constantly ask me how my day was. Did I have any problems, what my plans were for the day or night. Ian, you're amazing, and so are your staff. we can't thank you enough for another lovely stay here at Cooks Club. 🫶 Thank you to all the staff working so hard at cooks clubs. You're all amazing and work so hard to make the guest feel welcome and enjoy their stay.

My wife and I stayed here with our 1 year old daughter from the 12th-22nd of Sep for our first holiday as a family and we were very impressed with the MarSenses Rosa Del Mar. Upon arrival the receptionist staff were very attentive and friendly, and they always were at any time of passing throughout our stay. Everywhere throughout the hotel was cleaned to a high standard, even by the pool area. There was a great selection for breakfast, and the chefs and staff in the restaurant were always lovely, spending time with each table and keeping the place well stocked and tables cleared swiftly. Pablo and Vicky the entertainment team during the day were great at setting the perfect level of participation, letting you know when and where the next activity was going to be but not being pushy or forceful in doing so (something that was very appreciated with a small child). Overall we had an amazing holiday in Palma Nova at this hotel, and will hopefully be fortunate enough to bring our little girl back when she’s older to be able to enjoy the slides at the splash pool!

Nice and clean hostel. It honestlty felt more like a hotel due to the comtable big bed, clean bathroom and overall look of the room. The only bad thing was that the fridge didnt work for some reason no matter how I adjusted the temperature and the fact that it was extreamely hot, but the (not that effective) aircon did alright to lower the temperature inside. Receptionists in their Hotel a few 100 meters from there let me use their pool area so that was quite nice.

We used this hotel as a base for exploring the west coast of Mallorca on our motorbike. We had a good size room overlooking the pool with a comfortable bed and a nice sized bathroom. They even suggested parking our bike in the garage, which was nice. We stayed half board and found the food choice to be good for both breakfast and dinner, even providing an early breakfast on the day we left. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

I recently stayed at the Magaluf Playa apartments and their were a few pros and cons to the stay and amenities. The pros of this apartment was the location around a 3/4 min walk to the *****, the pool was a clean and decent size, reception staff were friendly. The cons : firstly the minute we arrived we were made aware the majority of people staying in this apartment block were males and I had booked separately to my friends and was to stay in another apartment block which I was not aware of until I arrived. So when booking call the apartments to put the rooms close together as you have to walk past the pool to get to each block. The rooms had a very basic level of cleaning , it wasn’t dirty but not spotless. The bathroom produced a rotten smell from the drains which filled the apartment with the same smell. What made this worse was the air conditioner did not work , so it was extremely warm in the rooms with a terrible smell. Apart from this the rooms themselves were okay and the kitchenette was equipped fairly. Although I found a contact lens in the kitchen sink and then later one attached to a drinking glass. The lifts were also extremely small you could fit 2/3 people maximum. We did not feel comfortable reporting these issues to the reception as on the information sheet provided, their was a list of charges for broken items or services, it was stated maintenance would be charged €60 per hour. We were worried I would be charged for the checks to the smell and air con, so we did not report this. We also were charged €200 euro deposit on arrival and were told we would receive it at the end of the stay. To mention , the other part of the group were staying in block 2 which was pleasant and spacious, I would opt to stay in that block over block 1.

We had a lovely stay for two weeks at Zel Mallorca. I'm so pleased we chose this hotel for several reasons. The hotel has been extensively renovated two years ago and the result is a beautifully designed and decorated homely place that is a joy to stay in. I can't praise the hotel staff enough - they were all so lovely, friendly, and went over and above to make our stay so wonderful and memorable. The rooms are great. A good size and well laid out, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Right by the beach, just separated by a promenade which is great for people watching. And the beach is lovely. There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby in easy walking distance. The food and dining experience in the hotel restaurant is top quality - again made even better by the staff. If you're staying in Palma Nova, this is the hotel to choose.

The apartment was comfy clean and well equipped with kitchen stuff. Enough glasses for plenty of drink before the action starts. A big tv for those might want a film or two to get warmed up. The beds were comfy with good strength for those who like do hard snuggling. The pool was a good size and plenty of depth for his and her pleasure. The staff were friendly and tolerated us as a large grp wanting to romp and party. The gaming room was excellent with a good pool table so you can knock your balls and cue around all night. We also had breakfast at the hotel and we especially enjoyed the taste of the sausage. Plenty of choice with all the normal breakfast items too including peaches, cherries, doughnuts, and pineapple rings

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Stunning rooms which felt more like a spa suite than a room. Loved the smells around the property (so much so I bought the diffuser). Beautiful spa. Gorgeous balcony accessible via the rain shower or bedroom. Location is on the outskirts of town but perfect for those who want to be tucked away in a luxury sanctuary. Worth hiring a car. The Asian restaurant was very very good. We usually always go for adults only hotels but this one still felt very peaceful despite it being family friendly. Wasn’t too busy. A perfect little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were very lovely

We booked a Comfort Side Sea view room. The room was very good size and standard but the location was disappointing. Most rooms have full or side sea outlook over the hotel pool or Romano beach which is very nice. Our room 51 was one of only about ten rooms low on the side facing Toro beach and the adjacent hotel Vibra next door and their pool area. It appears to be very popular with younger guests who can still party at 6am, oh to be young again. Our room had lift free access from the bar area but the rooms below have access by stairs only ….. no lift! I raised this with the management via a request for feedback on day 2 of our stay but had no response. In all respects we would be happy to return as the hotel is very good in all respects but know that we could easily be put in an even worse room, as we travelled with jet2.com a new customer and we were almost the only guests from UK, we assume they get the worst rooms. We had booked our holiday in January 24 so we did not need to be squeezed in at the last moment.

This hotel has such a charm that I am very sad to see it close forever :-( I had an incredible stay with my partner and we were able to visit Palmanova and Portals during these days. I want to make a special mention to Miguel who has recommended us beautiful restaurants with very nice views and he helped us. A professional from head to toe. Also to his partner María Jesús for her great professionalism. You should be proud to have them. The hotel is magnificent, the views incredible, the restaurant, I have no words to describe it, the staff, everything. It is a pity it has been sold. I hope that if I go to that hotel again, it will still have the same essence as this hotel.

Our holiday at this hotel is coming to an end, and I've revived my old trip advisor account to leave a review because I think the reviews of this hotel are quite unfair. For context, we are travelling as a family. 4 adults and 2 children (5 years and 1 year). We are staying across 2 rooms. Arrival: We were checked in quickly but our rooms were not ready as they clean the rooms in this hotel quite late, at around 3ish. However, we were given a key to a luggage room and could carry on using the hotel restaurant and facilities. When we did get to our room, it was clean, the sofa bed was made up for our daughter, and they had remembered our travel cot request (I was fully expecting this to be forgotten as it is every time we go anywhere else). Food: We stayed all inclusive and ate all meals here. The mixed reviews about the food in this hotel are in my opinion, ridiculous. We thought the food was great. We were a family ranging from 60s to 1 year of age and everyone had something to eat which they enjoyed, every meal time. There is a lot of variety, fresh foods, slow cooked meat dishes every lunch time, veggie options, kid friendly pizza, pasta, and the expected childrens biege food, as well as cold and cooked meats, and puddings. One review has said there is no children's food here and unless their child is eating caviar then I'm not sure what the issue is, there is a whole kids food section and even baby food available. I found the food extremely inclusive. It was also not cold....it only went cold if you put it on your plate then continued looking around, if you decide what you're having before you plate up then it's fine. Special mention to Sall, a really friendly waiter who came over and spoke to our baby almost every day. High chairs available every meal time for baby. Drinks: Good selection and huge measures! Pool: The pool is freezing even in 25c heat. That didn't stop it being fun but our infant only dunked his legs in for 2 mins on one day. Our 5 year old used it every day but only for about 20 mins on the water slides then got out to warm up. Water slides are great. The pool area was very clean, well attended by life guards, no issues getting sun beds. No sun beds seemed to be reserved with towels etc by people that weren't there. Entertainment: Kids disco starts at 8.45pm which is quite late but my little girl enjoyed it on the couple of times we did make it there. We only stayed for one later show as the main entertainment t doesn't start until 9.45pm which is a touch late for us. It would have been good to do bingo or a quiz at about 8ish, as the time we did go to bingo at 4.30pm, there was only about 10 people playing. They'd have more people doing it before the kids disco, and it would offer some other evening entertainment for people who had to bed early, but that's my only niggle. Beach and shops: The beach is easily accessed from the hotel. 2 mins in one direction, or if you go the other way, about 15/20 mins and you'll als

I have always liked the brand melia. So if there is a melia hotel, they will always choose melia. This time there were some problems when placing an order on Ctrip, but fortunately it was resolved. Let's talk about the hotel again, the hotel has a name called the level, knock on the blackboard! When you stay at the Melia Hotel, if you have the level, you must not miss it, even if it is a bit more expensive. As far as I know, both menorca and Mallorca's melia are available. With this service, enjoy a specific pool and breakfast area. There is also afternoon tea and various cocktails. It's really out of the universe. The design of the hotel also likes it very much, the simple white color, the aunty cleans the hygiene every day. The only drawback, perhaps an advantage for others, is that there is a nikki beach bar next to it. It is said to be the hottest bar in the area. There will always be a lot of people at outdoor parties in the afternoon. I am personally noisy, and I am too old to be able to play

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and what a time myself and family had from the upside down house, soft play, kids pool, night entertainment, cinema and beach which was a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Celebrated my daughters 3rd birthday and one of the staff arrived to the room with a cake, gift and balloons along with wishing my daughter a happy birthday which was really sweet (thank you Sandra for organising). The staff are friendly and were helpful when needing to find a ATM machine. The room was an ok size, always clean and the pillows were comfy making it a good nights sleep. The all inclusive food also included different cuisines Mexican, Asian, Japanese so there was something for everyone although, if a fussy eater you would have difficulty pleasing. The night time entertainment ranged from magic shows, acrobatic, bingo, quiz and disco nights as well as meet and greets with the yeti keeping the kids happy and occupied, my little two loved it. Overall, it was a fab holiday and we would definitely return.

What can I say that most people haven't said already. Beautiful hotel - reminded me of a Spanish hacienda with all its dark wood and creamy paintwork. We spent 2 wonderful weeks here , just getting up for breakfast and heading straight down to the beach. Breakfast was continental but always had hot options as well. Fruit juices in jugs that you helped yourself too and a few hot drinks machines, The coffee was gorgeous. We stayed half board - evening meals were waiter service - a starter , mains and sweet. These were just lovely. The chef needs a recommendation for presentation and taste. The rooms were big enough for the two of us as we didn't spend a lot of time in them only for sleeping. Mattresses were on the hard side but soon got used to them and really felt brilliant after a nights sleep. Loved this hotel so much that within 2 days of returning home have already booked for next year.

Very quiet complex without entertainment, pure relaxation. Not overcrowded, there are always free sun loungers. The areas without children are also pleasant. We had half board, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. It is possible to eat à la carte almost all the time and everywhere. The food, with a wide selection and good quality, is nevertheless a bit overpriced for my taste. Water is also quite expensive. Nevertheless, the service is also unbeatable. Everything is done quickly and easily. Great staff, especially when it comes to organization. Lift to all rooms and pool floors (except for the infinite pool on the roof, where you have to climb stairs), restaurants accessible for wheelchair users. Breakfast and dinner outside with a breathtaking view of the bay. The view from our hotel room - balcony - was also a dream. Rooms very spacious and clean, large illuminated closet with lots of storage space. There were quite a lot of guests, but you never had the feeling of being cramped. Car rental organized by reception, totally stress-free. Reception also offers boat trips at affordable rates. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The beach is rather small, but very pretty. Disadvantage: if you don't have a car, you're a bit isolated, as there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. You can find them in the next larger town. The hotel offers a free shuttle service there and back three times a day. I can't say anything about the spa and fitness center, as we didn't use them. In any case, it certainly wasn't the last time we were there.

Very good experience, comfortable beds, everything clean, good food, the only thing was the internet signal that did not reach well, I was on the ninth floor, everything was ideal in the room but when I wanted to connect it was difficult for the phone and the television to pick up the signal. Internet signal, that's my only complaint.

Wonderful hotel - you could tell that it was family run. It had a charm and a historic feel to it which is quite rare on Majorca. Rooms are beautiful and light! Fantastic location in that it is literally on the beach (cove) which allowed a pre-breakfast morning swim. The pool area is fantastic looking out to sea- no pool music so it was peaceful. The staff were brilliant. They were efficient and friendly - especially Ines on the front desk! We thought the breakfast (whilst plentiful and varied) was a little behind on quality for a 4 * hotel. Thanks for a great stay overall.
