This hotel was given to me by my friend Amway. I chose this place just to take my baby on vacation. The size of the hotel is adequate, the health services are very good, and there are a lot of details that make people feel a little surprise. What may be insufficient for us is tomorrow The meals were basically the same. We stayed for four nights and we really had enough to eat.

I have visited Turkey 3 times now, the last 2 times to different places but due to the pandemic they were closed so I selected the IQ Belek as it was all inclusive and as a solo female traveller it's generally better to be in this style resort. I arrived late at night, staff are in reception 24 7 so there was no issues. Lots of staff speak some English which was fabulous. I never expect anyone outside of England to speak English so this was a bonus. I was shown to my room and shown how to use my key card and the Aircon, which was a definite plus! It's an absolute essential, it's effective and nice and quiet too. The room, large real king-size bed, not twins stuck together. Lovely clean bedding and firm pillows. As is the tradition, there were thick cotton weaved blankets, trust me you don't need anything more, it's warm enough no duvet is required and once you find your ideal Aircon setting it's more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable and the curtains nice and thick so no light leaks. There is a mini fridge in the room and water is put in it every day for you. I selected what was described as a double for solo use, it was well sized with a little balcony that looked out over the amusement park behind. The bathroom was good, shower has a main shower head overhead and a shower attachment too. Ideal if you don't want a full on soaking. Toiletries provided in the room included soap, shower cap, shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of towels, 2 large bathsheets, 2 lare hand/hair towels and 2 smaller hand towels and slippers in a netted bag for use too. I was given a towel card, this is exchanged at the spa for a large blue beach/ pool towel. You can change them as you wish in the spa so if you want a fresh towel you just go to the spa and swap it for a clean towel. I visited the spa twice while I was there. Once for a Turkish foam massage and face massage and then again for a face shoulder massage and foot massage. Definitely an experience!! I slept like a log afterwards and my skin squeaked I was so clean! The cleaning staff visit every day and empty the bins and replenish any toiletries and remake your bed and give the room a sweep and wipe through. If you leave towels on the floor they are replaced. The room was fully cleaned a few times which on top of regular daily visits I think is more than enough. They visit around 11-1 each day. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. I visited out of season but it still provided a full service each meal time. Due to covid staff fill your plates for you with your selections. Breakfast has a mix of hot foods, some days including scrambled eggs, toasties, sausage mix, and then cold platters of cheeses meats and breads along with cereals and fruit. Lunch had a selection of around 6 hot dishes with accompanying rice and pasta and potato dishes, a full salad bar with dips and oils and sauces, fruits and then the most amazing cake bar I've ever seen. We stayed here on route to our main holiday as we were all inclusive 5 star but booked direct with hotel. As flight arrived early hours of morning we stayed here for a few hours sleep to then move on to main hotel. It was only £32 for 3 people and was more than adequate. A guy there even offered to taxi us to our main hotel for a small fee 7 euros. This meant we arrived fresh at 9 am at our venue ready to start the all inclusive. Clean room , air con. Basic English speaking and 24 hour reception to greet us early morning when arrived. Will use again.

Прежде чем купить путевку прочитала отзывы ,отзывы были отрицательные ,но посмотрев блогеров осталось положительное впечатления .И так об отеле чисто ,убираются всегда что в лобби ,что в номере ,бассейн чистят каждый день +воскресенья сливают всю воду и наливают новую ,номера очень удобные в номере шампунь ,мало ,бумага ,вода пополняется каждый день ,кормят очень хорошо даже в дорогих отелях не всегда встретишь говядину ,кормили :говядина ,курица ,рыба ,вечером гриль ,напитки хоть упейся )))правда сладостей нет но их и не надо просто не влезет после таких обедов .Анимация :в отеле написано что нет ,но она есть ,танец живота танцуют приятная и не навязчивая женщина +живая музыка ,поют как на русском так и на турецком ,в 5 минут ходьбы легендарный парк ЛЕГЕНДА ,где каждый день проводится бесплатное шоу ,фантаны,и куча разных магазинов так же рядом большой рынок Кадрия где так же можно купить что угодно .до море 30 минут пешком ,но возит микроавтобус и так же забирает есть определенное время ,но мы просили в другое время увозить и забирать не разу не отказали ,пляж песок ,есть лежаки и зонтики все бесплатно .Предположили что отзывы оставляют отрицательные из за большой конкуренции так как в Белеке отели все дорогие а здесь и цена и сервис очень даже крутой )))спасибо большое вежливому персонала мы решили что вернемся к вам еще 🥰

Actually the hotel is based not in Belek, but another little town called Kadriye, however it's not so far from the beach and the amusement park ”The Land of Legends”. Also the staff there is full of hospitality and very polite, the price is affordable. I highly recommend the place.

We spent a beautiful stay in the villa for 2/3 people, very restful and comfortable. Very secure too. The villas are really extraordinary as on the photos. The dream! Well maintained and all equipped. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and is located in the heart of the city. There are also some shops next to 400m to make your races. Go closed your eyes, with guaranteed in a luxury place.

It was our first stay in this hotel and we would love to come back again one day! I really liked the service: the food was delicious, plenty of fish, fruits, greens, even some dietary options, numerous beef dishes. There was something to eat from 7 am to 1 pm, which is great if you are a night owl and tend to oversleep breakfast ;) The staff is friendly and polite. The sandy beach is clean, with a comfortable and gradual descent into the sea. Despite November, we still had a chance to swim. Having a zoo was also a great bonus. We stayed in the main building, upper floor, and the view of pines and mountains was breathtaking.

It was honestly an incredible new experience for all of us. There’s really nothing bad to say about this place, the food was all so delicious and there was a wide variety. The main and dessert selection was so unique, it was different everyday - so many new foods to try! And all the staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful, we really felt welcomed by everyone. We didn’t have to worry about calling our own taxi and stress about converting money as the receptionists & guest relations team were very accommodating.The servers were very quick with our drinks and very attentive to our requests. We were also extremely satisfied with the cleaning process, they were very quick and efficient! All toiletries were refilled everyday and our room was spotless every time! The facilities are perfect for everyone, there’s an arcade, a spa, gym and a private beach. It was such a great experience and we would highly recommend visiting Calista! Thank you!!

When I close my eyes and throw away my glasses i will give this hotel max 3+* When have you ever been in Turkey 5* hotel you cant it compare. Interiers- looks old 5/10 Rooms - after reconstruction, nice,small with really small bathroom and balcony 7/10 / you cant sit there, max 1person at balcony/ - funny: one day come back from the beach and we didnt find the door from the bath corner.. We call to reception: yes we take them... No information why , No apologize , when they bring it back... Staff- bar & restaurant very kindly, 10/10 Reception- we had 2x luck that we speak with lady who's english was very bad we think that she is able to speak just with russian customers and we needed to wait for another person. 2) when you arrive at 2am and they know that there will be customer 2+1, its shame that room isnt ready. And you need to call to reception to ask to prepare one bed more. 6/10 Food - Im very sorry but it was terrible. 3/10. Pools- big and clean. To take sunbed you need to be there at 6 45am. BUT OK its worldwide folklore.... 1) Water slides- AMO they are built for children under 8 and many years ago. No fun for older. 2 I don't understand how there can be less sunbeds than hotel visitors... I meant that they are all occupied both on the beach and by the pool. The employee's answer, is it possible to bring 2 extra sunbeds somewhere, and I don't mean 1-2 rows by the pool or on the beach: you have to arrive early.. 6/10. Beach-Garden. 10/10 - you can have sunbeds under palms trees - clean - sand. Maybe inside the sea is 1m part of stones but nothing special - you dont need any shoes to go to water as they say. Animation+kids club+ night program 6/10/8. Nothing special but good standart. Question- will i come back here. Answer is Absolutely NO.

I have stayed at the Kempinski Dome 8/9 times ( 4 within the past 18 months. The hotel staff are excellent as is the service. The reception staff are helpful and always give us a warm, friendly and professional welcome. I can’t remember the receptionist’s name ( sorry ) who helped us yesterday to arrange a late check out she is wonderful. Last year ( my friend lost her passport ) and this lovely receptionist couldn’t help us enough to arrange a new passport etc…. Yesterday she was once again eager to help with our questions and late check out. Nudret ( breakfast waitress and also lunch at the beach bar ) is attentive and spoils her guests, she is wonderful and attentive and fun. She looks after us ( while still looking after the other guests ). Breakfast is fabulous at the main dinning area in the hotel. Lots to choose from and plenty of staff to help guests. The beach bar is bliss. The menu is great and there are lots to choose from it snd the food is delish. I love to shrimp casserole, the pide, the Mongolian beef all the salads This September we dined at Sofra 4 times. Tufan, Kadir, Ali and Cebril ( I apologise if I have missed anyone ) are professional, however full of fun and extremely attentive to the guests. Nothing was a bother ( I had them in speed dial to fill up my mini bar several times throughout the week ) and while dinning at the Sofra the service was exemplary. The FOOD was outstanding. Each meal was delicious, I had the Sea food risotto ( Diane had it twice with. 3 days … yummy and one of the best risottos I have had ) The shrimp tempura was so good we had it on each visit as sharing plates along with the Meze starter. The beef tenderloin (Christine snd Liz loved this ) was excellent. The puddings were brill. I ( nor my friends ) can find any fault or have any cause for complain about our times in Kempinski. We love the Kempinski and also now love Sofra. We golf the Pasha and Sultan. The staff Yasam ( pro-shop ) is super helpful and always happy to help with our Tee-times and any other golf questions. He is helpful and a joy to deal with. A friendly, helpful face who always has a smile when we arrive. The courses are in excellent condition and fun ( albeit challenging at times : you really need to plot your way around them ) However although challenging ( for me ) they are still score-able and very enjoyable. Temptation ( sultan course ) and Dilemma ( Pasha course ) are my favourite holes. Mehmet …… what can I say . He is our Ice Angel ( brought ice to us throughout our golf games ( 33 plus degree : so very hot snd sticky ) Mehmet works for the Antalya Golf Club. He is helpful, kind snd very thoughtful. As with all the staff nothing is a problem and he is eager to help with our needs ( ice, water, and …. Hi! We were on a great trip in Turkey in Magic Life Masmavi Hotel for 14 days. First of all we would like to thank Ertan Sensu for being the best :) every time we needed something - I knew that we can ask him and he will help us. He always knew what do we want to drink and he remembered the names of our daughters. My husband and I also loved the Chill Out Bar and the people out there (Sinan Yarimkas, Okon Karatay and Pinar thank You a lot for your smile and great great service). We recommend You the best coffee and cakes from 2pm in Wunderbar - here I would like to thank Soner Arslanoglu - he was always smiling and willing to help. When our youngest daughter were taking a nap we had some relax there. The hotel is renovated, the food is really good - nice touch with kitchen for children :) Our older daughter wanted to go to the kids club EVERY DAY! So thank You goes to: Lia, Arife and Ozgun. We knew that we need to have entertainment for our daughter and we are so thankful for You girls! Kornelia is still saying that she wants to have Disco Night and dance. We are practicing: Sochu, baci, vira :) next time we will show You. Only next time we will come in April, because some of the attractions were closed and it was a little bit too cold :)

Ipek was first class looking after us in hotel lobby and pool bar , nothing was too much trouble! We were enchanted by the atmosphere of the cards and how interested they were, especially Ms. İpek took great care of us. It was possible for me to experience the Sirene Belek Hotel with her golf friends for years. There are bars with various types of alcohol and special cocktails. As we move into the spring months, it is a great pleasure to sunbathe at the pool bar and drink special cocktails with my friends. 🥰

This hotel was given to me by my friend Amway. I chose this place just to take my baby on vacation. The size of the hotel is adequate, the health services are very good, and there are a lot of details that make people feel a little surprise. What may be insufficient for us is tomorrow The meals were basically the same. We stayed for four nights and we really had enough to eat.

Nah ik vind het jammer datze aan het renoveren zijn anders was ik er in mei 2023 weer!!Zo een fijn attent personeel eten goed en wat mauwert vies? Neeee superschoon en als je het meld komt er een schoonmaak team gelijk aangelopen je zal wel je deur open hebben laten staan en licht aan!Sja dan komen er vliegjes naar binnen dat is hier in Nederland ook en overal he , en een dukke knuffel voor Mustafa,Ali, en iedereen van het personeel ze lopen het vuur uit hun schoenen voor je dit hotel een vette 10

We had a lovely family holiday together however the hotel was disappointing. From reviews I had read and the website we just felt let down. Its advertised as 4 star plus however from experience in other 4 stars I would say 3 star. Everything needs updating and a face lift. The kids slides in the water park section are rusty and wobbled when you went down. Our wardrobe doors didn't work properly our bath plug didn't work properly, the wardrobes were fixed but in a 4* it shouldn't be a problem. Reception staff were not very helpful and neither was staff relations when they failed to book us into the Al a carte restaurant on the night she said she had. The map they give you on arrival doesn't even show the new hotel next door so I'm assuming it's not had much love since that was built. The lobby bar is 24hrs which is great however they are unable to keep it clean many mornings one of us would be down at 7/8 with our youngest and rubbish from the night wad left lying around. It's not a bad hotel and we had a great time octoberfest was brill and beach is lovely. Its just massively over due a face lift and i would not pay 4* prices. X

I came to this place for the event and got some mixed feelings. The front desk staff was super cool and nice. Guest relations people... most of the time they couldn`t give me proper information or contradicted each other/ misled me. The room was basic. Due to some construction defect, there was always water on the floor in the shower (it didn`t go out for hours). It`s not ok for 5 stars. Food and drinks were not special but okayish, available 24H. The territory is the main ”disaster” because it is basically a spot between a few roads separated by the fence. And that`s it - the hotel walls and the fence. Almost no greenery and nowhere to go, no territory at all. The pools are relatively small. So, considering the price, I wouldn't be back or be there if not for the particular event. Thinks twice.
