About 5 minutes walk from Shin Shirakawa station. From the station, it is a shadow of another hotel and the signboard is not visible, but it arrives when walking north along the track. I stayed at the West Building, but check-in is done at the main building. West building cannot be put without keys. Rooms and breakfast are good as usual route inn.

大手代理店を通じて手配しました（当然、そこで支払い済みで、別の地での後泊分を含めた『最終旅程表』を発行＝これをホテルに提示して宿泊できる）。でも、チェックインする際に宿泊料金を請求される。『支払い済み』であると告げると、改めて確認後・じゃあここに記入してと宿泊票に記入を促される(二重請求した謝罪など一言も無し)。憤懣を持ちながら部屋に入って、先の『最終旅程表』を返してもらってない事に気付きフロントに内線。。。返ってきた答えがホテルが代理店に請求するのに必要だから返せないと言う。『それじゃあ次に泊まるところで提示できなくなる成る。どうするんだ』と叱責しても、そちらのホテルと代理店の対応に成ると訳の分からない主張をされ、いい加減怒ると部屋まで持ってくる(内線対応した者や責任者が来るのではなく『研修生』の名札を付けた若い女性が持ってくる)。そのお部屋も個別空調も出来ない古さに加え、バスに排水溝には誰かの髪の毛がべったり。全体的にハード面の劣化は止むなくとも、マンパワーの酷さは最低です。新白河駅周辺には、東横インさんやルートインさんも在るのに、東京第一ホテルグループを信用して手配したのが間違いだった。翌朝チェックアウト時に宿泊責任者を呼んで貰って抗議をし、帰宅後・手配を依頼した大手代理店や東京第一ホテル阪急阪神グループ(本社？本部？)の総務部に電話で『あまりにも酷い』とクレームを入れざるを得ませんでした。(こういう件は当該ホテルに言っても無駄だと思う)。私は二度と泊まらないが、皆さんも気を付けた方が良いでしょう。

A business hotel with adequate services. Room was small but big enough for two persons with big luggages because you were able to place them under the bed. All the necessities were available: air condition, power sockets, water cooker (slow). Breakfast was modest (after a ryokan breakfast) but good taking into accountthe price.

Hotel that changed from Premier Inn to Smile Hotel. There is a dining room on the first floor, and you can eat or drink lightly without going out. There are tonkatsu shops and ramen shops next door. It is convenient for people in cars because it is along the national route. Parking is free. The nearest station of the Shinkansen, Shin Shirakawa, is not a distance that can't be walked, but it may be difficult if there are many luggage. The room I stayed in is barrier free, and the floor is flat when the door of the room is opened. One side window glass. Sliding door next to the bed, open it in the toilet and dressing room, bathroom. The white race curtain was very yellow. It smells very bad because it is a smoking room. The stain of the curtain is nicotine? There was a deodorant spray, but the spray was broken and could not be used. I want you to check with the amount of remaining. There is quite a dirty under the wall of the room. Many of them are rubbed with shoes and bags. It doesn't fall easily. The bed was high in legs and had space under the bed. It is comfortable to sleep easily and reasonable, so it is comfortable if you don't care about dirt or smell. Brushes and room clothes are brought from the front desk or if necessary. The dryer and toothbrush were in the room. Towel size １. Toilet and dressing room, and clothes that are taken off may be placed on the washbasin. I enter naked from the bedside. The bathroom or shower room has a bathtub. When the door is closed, the washroom feels quite narrow. No handrail. There is a place to sit in the bathtub. There was a blind in the window and I was able to see the scenery while bathing. It was a room that was not facing the national highway, so there is a chirahora nearby. I think I can eat breakfast, but I didn't eat it. No complaints at the front desk. If you stay, I wonder if you can have a non-smoking room.
