|3.63km from city centerI stayed with my family using the Chiba Toku Travel Campaign. The parking lot was parked before going to the park because you can park at 0:00 ～ on the check-in day. Check-in came back from the park and it was around 20:30, but I was able to check in with a waiting time of about 20 minutes. The front desk guided me carefully. It was a short stay plan at check-in 19:00 and check-out 10:00, but the reservation was made from the official site two weeks ago. With the use of travel discount, the accommodation fee per person was about 8000 yen + 3000 yen coupon. The room was larger than I expected and the bath was large. There was a little pink mold (?) On the wash basin, but that's what I was interested in. I used the spa without using the bath in the guest room. It's usually 2200 yen, but it was 1100 yen because I got a half-price ticket at check-in. For women, there was a mist sauna and a face care steamer in the changing room. Because it is large, I didn't care much about the congestion. It's about the degree that the dryer will be crowded. It wasn't a plan with breakfast, but there was a word of mouth that the bread was delicious, so I went to eat breakfast around 8 o'clock. Many people were waiting and entered the restaurant in about 20 minutes. There were many kinds of bread and it was difficult to choose, but the croissants and pie dough bread were especially delicious. Check-out was a memorial to the trip because you can proceed with the TV in the room if you don't need to settle, and you can bring your room key back. Access is available, but buses run between Bayside Station and Hotel, Maihama Station and Hotel. When I headed to the hotel around 20:30, I was waiting for a bus at the Bayside Station, so I walked to the hotel, but it was about 10 minutes. However, because the weather was bad, the wind was strong along the sea, and it was difficult to walk when pointing to an umbrella.

|1.66km from city center舞浜駅からは徒歩１５分とありましたが、荷物もあるので、おさんぽバスに乗りました。１００円で行きます。ホテル斜め前に停まります。 恐竜さんが受付、タブレットが前に置いてあり、操作をしてから、隣の機械で支払いをして、ルームキーが出てきます。地域クーポンは、受付が終わると、スタッフが出てきます。 高層階と言っても５階の部屋ですが、ディズニーの花火は良く見えました。 コーナーにしても横の窓からは、住宅が見えるだけで、景色が良いわけではありませんでした。 ロボホンと遊べるのは、楽しいですが、電気を付けるのも、ロボホンに頼まないと付かず、なかなか反応してくれなく、イラついたのもありました。 朝食は、いったん外に出てレストランに入ります。セットメニューです。 朝食券はありません。部屋番号を入り口で言います。 ご飯、みそ汁、パン、ドリンクはご自由にでした。 帰りの送迎バスは、１０時３５分は混んでいましたが、４０分のはガラガラでした。

Price was a bit steep and there’s not much I can do unless I’m going to Disneyland. 1 hour traveling time if you wanna go to town. Service staffs are trained very well. Cleanliness is very good. 1 of those hotels that really check on cleanliness and room cleaning superb 👍🏻Staffs were very well mannered and helpful. Hotel uses Crabtree & Evelyn products. Male staff member at the front desk had very good English and explained how to use the bus system to Disney along with a map. You need to tell the bus driver what your stop is so they can charge you accordingly.

2 Buses to Narita and Haneda, the timetable and prices are shown in the figure. You can take the free morning bus to Shin Urayasu Station, and the nearby bus stop is the bus waiting area. Get on the bus to the airport first and then buy the ticket, with cash. But if you can't catch the free bus to the hotel in the morning, or the flight time is not suitable for leaving in the morning, it is said that it is difficult to get a car by yourself. It is easy to go here, but difficult to come out.
3 If you just arrived at the store on the first day, you did not catch the return bus. You can walk to Shin Urayasu Station by yourself, and take a one-stop ride to Wubing Station for 170 yen. If you go to Disney Ocean after you come out, you have to take the Disney line and you can buy a one-day or two-day ticket. For Disney, it seems to be a short walk from the subway exit. But I bought a two-day pass and sat there.
4 Come back and wait for the south exit, there are two C's. One is C on the bus, one is C on the hotel tour bus, and one is C3 on the hotel tour bus. Don't get in the wrong car and go to other hotels and you will be in trouble.

|3.76km from city centerWe absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed here as the hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Tokyo. We visited the park for 3 days and it took us roughly 10/15 minutes each day to get to the parks from the hotel, as the monorail is just a short walk away. On our last day in Disney it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. We had already checked out of the hotel and they were keeping our bags as we were taking the limo bus service to the airport later that night. Not wanting to get on the plane sopping were we asked if we could hav a room for a few hours to shower and dry off. The staff were very happy to help, and for just a small fee we were able to get a room. The staff were considerate and so helpful. Thank you for making our trip and ending one to remember.

Mystay Maihama is one of the closest hotel to Disneysea. It is also close to the Maihama train statiom and reachable with a 10 minutes walk.
If you take a look from thw top 7th floor on clear weather you can look out to the sea. We dun find any food around so it is wise to pack some instant or microwave food from the convenience stores at the train station.
The items are clean and the housekeep turnover is very nice. They even pack out huge baymax to sleep when we return back.
The hot water are adjustable so besude to look behind the closet for a small controller if the water is too hot or too cold. The best item is the foot massager that really cures our leg after long walk in the disneyland.
We are disappointed that we arrived late and was unable to book for the breakfast because it ran out for the buffet breakfast for the next day so we have to walk hungry to Disneyland to get our breakfast. In the morming therw is shuttle bus that starts off at 8 to bring hotel guest to first the Maihama train station then to Disneyland.
The only cable there is on tv channel is CNN news and CCTV news. Other channels are local . The powerpoint is 2 parallel Type A NEMA 1-15. Please note that the pin in Japan is wider than US pin so if you are coming from U.S., the plug cannot go in
We loves the hotel that we actually overstayed. I am not sure how the overstay works, we spent 3 night in the hotel and have to pay 2000yen for overstayed 40 minutes after checkout time because we were in disneyland for 2 days and overslept. So be sure to check out before 10am. We wun be coming back to the hotel any time soon because the price has changed so much since the last time we came.

You can fully enjoy your stay at the hotel even with the room-only plan! However, there are no amenities such as cleansing in the room, so you need to be careful there.
There is no direct bus to DisneySea (Land), but I think it's easy to access because it takes about 15-20 minutes on foot.
In addition, there is a direct flight to Maihama Station to Expiari, so you can go shopping and dining.

|2.83km from city centerThis is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

Two nights: the night before, Disney, and the night after.
There were quite a few free private buses to Disney.
It takes about 20 minutes, but since you can arrive while sitting, I thought it would be easier than the hotels along the monorail where I had stayed previously!
However, the route you take by bus means you'll be able to see Disney employees going to work, so if you want to cherish the feeling of a dreamland, a Disney hotel or a hotel along the monorail might be better.
If you don't mind that much, it's a really good hotel!
Natural Lawson is open 24 hours, which was very helpful. It was nice to be able to eat delicious food in the comfort of my room.
The room was spacious and had a separate bathroom, foot massager, and shoe dryer.
The public bath was spacious and comfortable, and there were lots of comics, hammocks, and a game corner, so I thoroughly enjoyed not only Disney but the hotel as well.

It's a small, quaint, cuteish hotel that features many bunk beds to save space, and while there were a few head bumps and bruises the hotel served us well. It's 4 stops to Maihama Station (and in turn Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea), though it serves those with a Suica best because I had to keep finding coins. There are restaurants and Lawson's nearby, and it's pretty convenient. Only issue was the space, but otherwise served us well.

There are four breakfast buffet restaurants in Sheraton, and Galleria will be the best for kids. With cotton candy machines and nice jellies, the kids will love this buffet. It is even recommended for adults—the selection of food there is great. There is all types of food, from miso soup to pasta to salads and fruits. If you have a sweet tooth, you can get the delicious pastries or even the cotton candy! There also many drinks and a wide array of food items!There are also connecting rooms for families of four and above.
If you want to stay in the Disney area, this is the most affordable hotel you will find!

Breakfast was also served in the room, so I was able to eat slowly. Just because the paint in the bath is peeling off and the shower is out, is it a hook? I was worried that it was hard to use that it moved when I returned it to . I want to use it again

|1.76km from city centerThe room is quite large in Tokyo, clean and tidy. There is a large balcony outside the two large French doors. It is very pleasant to watch the scenery, especially the night view. The only disadvantage of being close to the sea is that the humidity is high and the quilt is damp. The bathroom is also large and comfortable, but there seems to be no exhaust. All in all, a good experience 👍
