|11.66km from city centerI stayed here for 2 nights to avoid the cold weather in Toyama. Garden court building, Japanese modern relax. It was a triple room with a sofa bed. The room was spacious and I was able to relax in the rocking chair. There were several smartphone charging devices available. The yukata and obi are made of elastic and are easy to wear, and the best thing about it is the way it captures the light in the room. The amount of brightness when sleeping was not good at all the accommodations, but this one had a little light coming in from the corner of the room, so it was really cool. The eel, sushi, and crab rice were delicious. There was a wide variety of sweets and lots of strawberries. Not only the hot springs, but also the staff's thoughts everywhere. It was warm and I was able to take a walk, and I would like to use it again in the future.

|10.13km from city centerオリエンタルルームに宿泊。ダイワロイヤルの和洋室は似てると思います。ただ、最上階にあり、広い窓から一日中陽がはいるし、エアコンが古い？のか、一斉に管轄しているようで、冷房、ドライなどの機能がなく、大浴場から帰ると暑くて暑くて💦温度を下げても暑かったです。これはどうにもならないのかな（笑） レストランは最高に美味かったです。一日目は、日本料理のコース（真ん中ランク）二日目は中華料理のコースを食べました。どちらも、良いタイミングで料理が出てくるので、ゆったりと美味しくいただきました。中華料理では、料理長が各テーブルを回って、挨拶に来てくれました。フランス料理は食べる機会が無かったのですが、最上階で夜景を見ながらゆったりと食事出来ると思います。朝食のバイキングは、ツアー客も一緒なので少々混雑しています。先に席を取ることをお勧めします。お箸とおしぼりを置いてた人が、ツアー客のおばちゃんに席を取られてモメてました（笑）分かり易いものを置いておきましょうネ！品数が沢山ありましたが、ライブキッチンでは、目玉焼きだけでオムレツはありません。あとゆかりのオムスビを握ってくれます。最上階のフレンチの横に予約制の少しお高い朝食があったようです。ランチもホテルで取りましたが、最高でした！カフェも広々としてよかったです。近所に住んでいたら、再々ランチに利用したと思います（笑） 大浴場の絶えずスタッフが清掃しているし、挨拶も気持ちよくしてくれました。ショップも朝７時からオープンしているので、早い出発の人には便利かも。

The hotel is located strategically next to Hamamatsu train station which makes it very convenient to get to. Act City Mall is located next to the hotel and it’s a convenient place to shop. There’s also many restaurants and bars which are located not more then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you get a view at one of the higher floors, you will get an awesome view of Hamamatsu city. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as the complex where the hotel is located. The hotel is decorated with music themes and I like how the elevator has Chopin’s music notes on it. Exceptionally classy and beautiful hotel!

It's a short walk to the convenience store, so if you come from the station, you might want to finish shopping at the convenience store first.
The staff at the front desk were polite and very good at any time zone.

I was going to sleep, but the inn is saved because it has a welcome drink🍻 Mr. Suzuki at the front desk was the best smile❗️ The stay is 2 adults and 2 infants, I was able to drink it with my family because I had one cup of alcohol or soft drink. The room is a twin room, but it is full of beds and there is almost no place for the back, but it feels like ”good 〜, good 〜 😅 if you can sleep”. It is near the station and the downtown is also a 1 minute walk 🚶♂️ good ❗️ breakfast was also delicious. It's amazing to cut 5,000 yen ‼️ If you go to stay from now on, it's a group 🙂

|0.96km from city center浜松駅から地下を通れば雨に濡れずに行けるし、外を通ってもとても近いです。 コロナの影響で朝食バイキングはなかったのですが、たくさんの和洋のおかずがありました。 特に豚の角煮がすごくおいしかったです！！ 他はしらすや明太子シリアルは３種類、スクランブルエッグに*焼き、ウィンナーとベーコン、サラダにフルーツ、紅茶も６種類くらい（ティーバッグ）温かいミルク冷たいミルク、コーヒー、おひたしや、漬物などなど書ききれないくらいです。 バストイレも広くて１泊するなら十分の設備でした。 部屋にはキーコーヒーのドリップとティーバッグの紅茶がありました。 キーコーヒーはとてもおいしいので、コーヒー嫌いの私が感激したほどですので、これがあったのは益々ポイント高いです！！ また浜松旅行をする際には泊まりたいです。 次回はショパンの丘が見える部屋を希望してみるつもり。 今回は静かな部屋を希望しました。本当に静かでした。（平日だったからかも）

|1.29km from city center最初駅から向かった時に迷ってしまい(GPSつけながら向かったのですが、私が方向音痴なのとGPSがうまく作動しなかった為)地元の方に聞いてやっと着きました。何の事はない私が大回りしていただけで、JR浜松駅中央の通路を遠鉄百貨店と反対の方に出れば、5分程で着きます。有名な餃子屋さん(むつ菊)はホテルの裏にあります。 着いて荷物を預けた時にアメニティについて特に説明が無かったのですが、部屋着や綿棒、フットピロー等はフロントに言えば借りられます。エレベーター横に部屋着、綿棒等は置いてあります。部屋は広くはないですが、清潔で使いやすかったです。私は机の前の椅子には座らず、もっぱらベットからテレビを見ていました。 2泊しましたが朝食は日替わりで、パンの種類も変わりました。スムージーもです。１日目はウナギご飯を食べそびれたので、2日目は早めに行き食べる事が出来ました！種類は多くないですが、無料の朝食はありがたかったです。 一つ中々慣れなかったのが洗面所の蛇口です。最後までどっちに回せば蛇口？シャワー？ってなっていました(自分が慣れなかっただけです。。)お風呂にお湯を入れる時に、蛇口の長さが少し足りない気がしました。 あとよかったのはウェルカムドリンクです。１４時からコーヒー、レモン水が飲めます(コーヒーはもっと早くから飲めた気もします) 全体的にとても良いホテルライフでした。また機会があれば他のコンフォートホテルにも泊まってみたいです。

|5.63km from city centerThe hotel itself was good. The included breakfast was surprisingly awesome! we loved it. The only thing I would say is that the water in the shower is WAAAY too hot... I mean it's dangerously hot to the point you can actually burn yourself. I recommend starting with cold and then warming it up slowly to avoid injury, or hopefully the hotel can set a limit for the temperature that is more reasonable.
