Breakfast personally feels good, there are oranges and apples, all one by one, good. The location is also in the urban area, the entrance is an American-style Japanese meal (American service ^ _ ^), grilled mainly in line with American taste, look at the taste of Chinese people. Pack airport transfers, not 24 hours in winter, 5 to 5 in the morning.

The hotel is not far from the city center and the exit is very convenient. The service staff is very good, especially the girl responsible for breakfast and delivery, because we have difficulty in expressing English, she patiently communicates with us through mobile translation software. I really like this hotel.

From the minute you arrive at the elegant front door, you know this is a classy hotel, the way hotels used to be and ought to be. The welcoming front lobby has easy chairs and a chess table, with carpeting in a Victorian floral pattern. The elevator has wood paneling nad brass rails. Sadly, the big wooden bar in teh adjacent room no longer serves alcohol, but it makes a pleasant breakfast spot. Pancakes, eggs, bacon and the usual assortment of cereal and pastries. Pretty good coffee. The rooms were very satisfactory with comfortable beds and furnishings; gold accents on the bathroom fixtures. We stayed one night on each end of a trip down the Kenai Penninsula, and the second night upgraded to "junior" suite, which was vfery spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff were freindly and welcoming, and happy to share insights about local restaurants and pubs. The manager Terri was especially helpful. On our second night my wife had caught a nasty cold or flu, and Terri shared soe essential oils wuth her which really did help. I doubt you'd find someone doing that at the Hilton next door! Historic Anchorage will absolutely be our hotel of choice if we return to Anchorage.

This is absolutely the WORST Hilton I have ever been to! We tried to check in at 2:00. The front desk said our room was not ready. We could store our luggage and come back at 3:00. We asked if they had a fridge since we had some food we wanted to store. They said none of the rooms have fridges but she could put us on a waiting list??? No fridges at a Hilton?? We came back at 3:00 and the room was still not ready. Waited in the lobby for 1/2 an hour and then finally got our room which was on the executive lounge level but the lounge was closed. The room was very outdated and no fridge. We asked and she said we were on the waiting list and she would let us know if we made it. I will say that the location is great - right across the street from 29th state brewery and close to the Tony Knowles Trail but the service and facilities are not up to Hilton standards.

we had booked 2 stays at ramada for this summer, and due to the virus, had to cancel like so many other folks. one stay was booked with free cancellation, but when i booked the other one, i inadverdently booked it in a no refund room. when i cancelled the other reservation, i wrote to them and asked if they would consider helping me with the nonrefundable one. just got an email from them and they refunded my money for the second stay. now thats class . in a time where revenues are certainly down, they gave me a refund and even notified me the credit card i had used would not accept the refund. ramada went above and beyond to assist me and they had no reason to do so except for valuing their customers, and we will certainly remember that as i would like the folks who read this review to also.

Breakfast is average, hotel service is OK. When arriving at the hotel, the hotel did not send a pick-up service to reimburse the taxi hotel. Remind: If the hotel asks for a taxi to arrive, please ask the driver to go to the front desk when you get off the bus, let the front desk pay the fare, don't pay for it yourself, take the ticket to find the hotel for reimbursement, otherwise they will ask you to find the taxi driver to sign the reimbursement. of. In addition, I would like to ask Ctrip, the hotel that was booked more than two months in advance, set the non-cancellable terms. Within a few days, the hotel price was reduced by more than 200 RMB per room per night. Is this not for me? Book your hotel in advance? Or find another platform to order? Book a bad review directly to the hotel! Can't you make money like this? If you book in advance not only do not enjoy the benefits of advance payment, who will choose this way?

In the angchge encounter with the embarrassing thing, the first is that when you are in the chic in, you can't find the reservation and the paid room rate information. The front desk and the reservation department contacted the phone for more than 10 minutes before checking the reservation information, and the check-in procedure was completed. The room card, we went to open the door, found that the room given to the person did not check out, the front desk found the wrong room card, catch up to change another room card, continue to open the door, or the room did not check out, even change the room, Can not stay, until the fourth, can finally stay.

I feel that this is the best hotel in this trip. It is characterized by a small kitchen in the room, a cookware tableware, and only a kilometer away from Wal-Mart. As a result, I buy things every day and cook for dinner. In addition, there is no house keeping in the hotel. In fact, I don't think it is necessary. It saves labor costs and is more economical.

Everything listed and written on the web site is true. The hosts are incredibly hospitable, engage in very responsive communication, and even provided home-made jam as a welcome gift. It feels like having one's own apartment with a fully working kitchen available and invitation to use the laundry as well. The beds are comfortable with the linens & bedding giving me a feeling like I was at GrMa's house (A good thing!). I appreciated the scent-free environment & attention to using chemical free soaps. Everything is very clean. I stayed in the Nautical room as a single and then returned the same week to stay in the Caribou Lodge room with my adult son who flew in to join me. I personally like the Caribou Room as very cozy, although a bit smaller than Nautical. These are not large rooms, but work for two people who do not mind close quarters. The bathrooms are especially small, but clean and work. The one thing that is important to note that is not listed on the website (At least I don't see it) is that these two rooms are down a set of stairs in a half-basement. And... in the tiny bathrooms one must step up about a 12 inch rise to use the shower - and in Nautical both the toilet and shower are on a large step-up. May first appear strange, but growing up on a farm, I was use to this arrangement for water flow. This info would be important for someone with mobility issues to know. There is a large window for natural light and fresh air. This B&B is very close to the airport and less than a mile from grocery stories and main highways. A great location. This is a homey, clean, welcoming B&B. It is not "luxury" lodging, if that is what you are seeking, but homey, comfortable, clean lodging. I do not give it an "excellent rating" because there are some things in the guest kitchen that could be repaired that are a bit worn. And the personally cooked, home-made breakfast could have included some juice or fruit.

This was my first time staying at this new location. It is wonderful. I am a Spire Ambassador with IHG so I stay a lot of places. Roxanne helped me upon arrival. Garrett picked me up at the Airport and Tammy transported me back. The service was exceptional. My room was fresh, clean, quiet, and most comfortable. I arrived on Thanksgiving evening and the special meal was excellent. My first thanksgiving pie that day. The next morning breakfast was great. I made a waffle and had great dark roast coffee. The gentleman preparing breakfast was having a difficult day, but I gave the benefit of the doubt because he was having to work early the day after Thanksgiving lol. When ready to go catch a Raven air flight Tammy took me herself and the conversation was delightful. It was an enjoyable experience and I will for sure stay there again.

It is a relatively large car hotel. When I checked in, the front desk gave the room on the first floor of the back building. I walked into the corridor and smelled sour. After entering the room, the taste was very strong. Then I changed the room on the second floor. And there is a balcony. Although the room has a microwave, electric stove, refrigerator. But the tableware, the knife and the fork are nothing. The room has heating. There is McDonald's on the right side of the hotel. After walking for five minutes on the left, I will see the Millennium Hotel. There is a restaurant with rice and stir-fry. It is opened by Koreans. The Millennium Hotel Bar has a view of the entire lake, and the plane rises and falls frequently.

The environment is OK, the room is clean, I feel that there is no introduction of 33 square meters, and at most 20 square meters. There is a small lake nearby and it is a commercial seaplane base. When you get there, you can sit and have a drink at the lakeside hotel's garden bar. The strange thing is that the booking is a standard room of 1,000 yuan. Today, the price of Ctrip is only 865 yuan. It is expensive to book one month in advance, which is unbelievable.

We enjoyed our stay with a couple of exceptions. As we returned to our room on our last night (November 8) we discovered a young lady unconscious on the 3rd floor with clothes strewn all over. We checked to see if she was breathing and then quickly called the front desk. The clerk told me she had seen her and would be up to take care of the situation. Over an hour later she was still there. I called again and was told that she was drunk and the clerk was waiting for someone to relieve her so she could take care of the situation. It still took a while but eventually when we checked she was gone. While I understand the situation you need security available at all times. This girl was extremely vulnerable. She was unresponsive and if someone was so inclined they could have drug her into their room...or if she stopped breathing....enough said. Your hotel would be very exposed to litigation not dealing with a situation like this immediately plus it’s very uncomfortable (!!) for your guests. If this happened again during a stay I would be more inclined to call the police. I have recently started using your hotel again after not using it due to so many issues. The location and your front desk clerks are wonderful. This is not acceptable for a guest to be exposed to.

This is an apartment hotel, can make simple breakfast, free parking, suitable for children. It’s a bit away from the airport, but it’s not a big problem to rent a car; there is an Apple supermarket nearby, which is not small in size and can meet general needs. Note that the front desk does not seem to be open 24 hours a day, and the front desk staff is off work at night. I wonder if it will affect the chick in?

We enjoyed the room and how clean it was. We also liked feeling secure with a gate for all guests. We didn’t feel secure at other hotels like that. The only real issues I had was that the pool is very outdated. Doesn’t smell of chlorine at all just smells like a gravel pit. We didn’t want to get the water on our mouths because there was a lot of dirt in the pool. So it needs to be updated. Nobody should have to swim in a dirty pool with no chlorine in 2021. That’s the whole reason people probably want to stay there so I know we are not the only guests that were let down with this old stinky outdated pool. Also they need to make their fitness room bigger and they need some weights in there. Because all you can do is run. Plus the breakfasts were very cheap. Greek yogurts are nasty it should’ve been regular yoplait. With a granola bar, orange, and bottle of water. Not sure if I will stay there ever again unless they fix all these issues and stop being cheapskates!

We liked how the room was clean and the pool smelled like chlorine and was clean unlike other hotels we stayed at. But the front desk clerk was very rude. I tried to check in a couple mins early and she only said I don’t see your name anywhere and pretty much only left me an option to leave and come back later. So instead of being friendly she was opposite and made me feel not wanted there. But we stayed anyway. And the breakfast really sucked! The amenities are wonderful for families - kids loved the spacious pool room, the library with pool table and big TV, and lobby fountain with lots of space to explore, the spacious restaurant with lots of family-friendly tables and an amazing daily breakfast with so many options even for picky toddlers. The daily manager's happy hour way so fun and a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The hotel is all-suite, the one with the kitchen, the kitchen utensils and the refrigerator are all microwave ovens, but they can't be fired enough. There is 24-hour coffee tea and hot water in the lobby, which is very good. The gym is professional, the swimming pool is slightly smaller, the parking lot is large, the parking is free, and the overall is very good. Our room was facing the street, a bit noisy. The biggest problem is that there are planes passing in the morning and evening, and the sound is very loud. However, the city of Anchorage is too close to the airport, which is a problem for the entire Anchorage hotel.

The second time wasn't actually their concern. I had a meal delivered, it had no utensils, Rhonda dropped what she was doing and found some for me. I could still smell the cleaner that was used on the room and that was a comfort. The climate control is programmable to the degree. Best room in Anchorage for a reasonable price.

Family and I stayed here back in November for a night because I was flying out early the next morning for work. In the two hours since getting back from the airport, someone had rubbed human feces on her vehicle. The vehicle was parked in handicap and under a street light, so its mindblowing how something like this could happen. Front desk was notified but there wasnt much that could be done. Aside from that.... Beds were decent. Hot tub was not available. No towels in pool. And kids could be heard running around the halls.
