仙台で宿泊する時は、郊外型格安ホテルの「シーラックパル仙台」をよく利用します。仙台中心部のビジネスホテルと比べ、立地以外に見劣りする点はほぼ皆無だからです。クルマでの移動の場合、立地による交通の便の悪さは気にならず、圧倒的なコスパの高さが気に入っています。 今回は試しにまだ新しい、このホテルを利用してみました。ホテル側が想定している客層は、「シーラックパル仙台」と恐らく同じでしょう。価格帯はこちらの方が若干高めです。 立地は国道４号線沿いで極めて判りやすい場所にあります。周辺には倉庫や作業場が立ち並び、お店の類は何もありません。白石側に少しだけ行くとコンビニがありました。建物はまだ新しくて本当にキレイです。駐車場は建物に隣接して多数の区画が設けられていました。 接客応対は、この手のホテルの中ではかなりいい方だと思います。 ホテル敷地に支配人夫婦を住み込ませるという、このホテルチェーン独自の雇用形態ですが、一部で労使間の揉め事が生じたという報道がありました。ただ、利用客の立場からすると、競合するホテルチェーンより接客応対は良好なケースが多いように感じます。 温泉のお湯は、那須の「フロラシオン那須」からの運び湯です。成分分析表で確認しました。那須でのお湯の状態がどうか判りませんが、タンクローリーで仙台まで運ばれて使われると、循環ろ過されている事もあり、特に特徴のない状態となっていました。 浴室や脱衣所は、昨今の状況を考えると狭いです。浴室の洗い場は４ヶ所、脱衣所も脱衣カゴ６個程度しか置けないコンパクトな空間です。さらに完全に締切のため換気も良くなく、ちょっと密な空間となっています。小さい窓でもあれば良かったのですが…。客室のテレビ画面で浴室の混雑具合を確認できる仕組みですが、情報がリアルタイムで更新されている訳ではなく、ちょっとタイムラグがありました。 客室や一階の食事スペースも狭いのは、他のスーパーホテルと同じです。この辺りはそういうコンセプトで割り切っているのでしょう。ただ、前述した「シーラックパル仙台」の客室は、遥かにゆったりとした空間です。 朝食バイキングの内容は、売りにしているらしい牛タンカレー以外、可も無し不可も無しといった内容でした。「シーラックパル仙台」も朝食でカレーがあり、牛タンではなく普通の豚肉カレーでしたが、味はシーラックの方が多少美味しかったように感じました。 とはいえ、オール込で六千円台前半の価格だと、あまり過大な要望は禁物です。こんなものかもしれないです。しかし、前述の「シーラックパル仙台」と比較してしまうと、現状ではこのホテル、多少分が悪いように感じた次第です。

I always use it for business. This time it was the 10th floor of the top floor with a comfort single. The bed width was large and double and I was able to spend comfortably. Breakfast was a satisfying lineup with a wide variety. I would like to use it again.

I stayed for one night on my way back from Tohoku by car. The hotel in the route in chain is sometimes used, but this hotel was the first time. The front desk was polite. If you register and at the front desk you can attach your membership information to the Ｐｏｎｔａ card, you can check in only by signing from next time. Also, ３％ Ｐｏｎｔａ points of tax-excluding accommodation are added. And, since the official site often has a discount plan called the secret campaign, I think it is the best value for membership registration and use this. This time it was １０％ＯＦＦ plan. Also, if you make a reservation from the official site, you can also get a dedicated coin that can use the beverage vending machine for １ times for free. The local area faces the national route ４. It is a high score that the vast flat parking lot is adjacent. It is a rare three-story low-rise building in the recent Route Inn. This low-rise building was built side by side, one smoking building and one non-smoking building. It is very grateful for us who are not good at cigarette smell to manage smokers in the building unit, but I noticed that there was an unexpected drawback in the room. The building opposite is almost the same building, and the window of the room opposite is located at a close distance of ５～６ｍ outside the window of the room. There is a note in the room, but only the curtain of the race seems to see the inside from the outside at night. In other words, unless you pull the night light shielding curtain, the room will be rounded from the room opposite. Especially female guests will be careful. I think the building of this building is a little bit. The room itself is new and beautiful, but it is quite compact. It is a room that feels similar to a super hotel. I think the bed in the root in chain is quite solid and the mattress is divided, but the mattress here was a bit soft for the root in. Generally, this may be harder... The first floor public bath seems to have been white hot water at the beginning of the opening of ２０１６ 年 ３ months, but it is said that it changed to natural hot springs in ２０１７ 年 １１ months. The hot water of sodium chloride spring (low tension weak alkaline cold mineral spring) is about the degree that it is understood as a hot spring because there is a feeling of tsurusbe, but the hot water was exquisitely good. The bathroom was a bit large and there were about １５ washrooms. Because it is circulating filtering, it is naturally chlorine disinfection, but the smell of chlorine may happen, but it was not so bad. The restaurant on the first floor was large and the free breakfast menu was as usual. It is unified throughout the chain to the bread and juice variety used, and I think its cost management is great. This time I stayed when a tsunami warning was issued with the volcanic eruption in Tonga. When I went to bed, I was caught by a smartphone earthquake breaking, and when I was collecting information on TV, I received additional earthquake breaking to evacuate people in Natori city to the high ground. The hotel was about ７ｋｍ away from the coastline, the height of the tsunami observed around １ｍ, and the height of the hotel around the hotel was displayed as ｉＰｈｏｎｅ altitude meter, and I didn't evacuate because I judged that it seemed to be okay. However, during this time, there was no kind of broadcasting in the building, and I was a little questioned whether it was okay in emergency. In summary, is a large parking lot and a hot spring bath a plus point, the building of the building, the narrowness of the room, and the system aspect of the emergency point negative? ８０ pointism and it was unusual for the same kintaro cherry blossom route in hotel where the advantages and disadvantages were outstanding.

Check-in response is very polite. There is also a see-and-see to the elevator. The welcome bar is rich in variety. There was also a ichinozo. The public bath is full of ３, ４ people. It was up to ３ people in the corona countermeasure. The breakfast bread is delicious. The number of breakfast items is small. The room is not large, so there may be no place for large luggage. I am generally satisfied because I can spend it relaxing.

Because I came by car to Sendai, I became this hotel when I searched a hotel with a large bath for free. To enter the hotel parking lot, you are lost because of the location of the hotel at the strange intersection. It is recommended to check it in advance with Google Maps and then go. From the hotel, you can walk to the subway station of the nanboku line and go to Sendai City, so it is also convenient for sightseeing such as the pedestrian of light. There are men and women in the public bath, and the breakfast buffet restaurant on the first floor is also large. Breakfast was normal, so I thought I would be more pleased with local ingredients and menu in Sendai. I stayed in a twin room with a couple, but I thought I would like to have a mobile table with celery and snacks.

Guesthouse didn’t provide bath towel, we have to request on front desk 100Yen each. Unfortunately, we was back from travel late so front desk was already closed. I think it necessary to mention to the guests since check-in process. It is very basic thing that even small hostel should provide for guests. We have to sleeve pillow, mattress and quilt cases ourselves. Room was so cold air-condition cannot work well for 8-beds room. Public area like kitchen, living room are good.

I stayed for one night on my way back from Tohoku by car. The hotel in the route in chain is sometimes used, but this hotel was the first time. The front desk was polite.
