No false from the station 2 minutes. The facilities are new and clean, complete with air cleaners and no complaints. If you dare to say that the bed is too big for the size of the room, and there is no width with the table counter, and the room feels too narrow? Because the room is small 43 inches? The wall hanging TV is more pressing. Breakfast is at a cafe on the 1 floor. There are few kinds of side dishes, but for me, the western style group, there were surprisingly many kinds of bread (there are pancakes) and auto toaster? I was very happy to have a sgrmono that I came back to the bottom. There are many drinks. Also, the people here were very squeezed and the response was very good. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel. It is recommended overall.

The sanitation environment has maintained Japan's consistent standards. The hotel's facilities are relatively old, but it does not affect the use, and it has a retro feeling. Some commonly used things such as sewing kits, network cables, plug converters, etc. can be borrowed at the front desk of the hotel, and the staff at the front desk are also very patient in answering questions. All in all, this is a very cost-effective hotel.

This hotel has not much reviews and offers some experiences. Location: Just on the other side of the road in Shiba Park, across the street, it is super convenient to go to the Tokyo Tower. The night is still beautiful. It is convenient to take a half hour drive from the airport. Environment: The hotel is quite atmospheric, the lobby is spacious and bright, and there are not many tourists. The front desk is very friendly and speaks English. I stayed for five nights and didn't hear the voice of the Chinese people. The overall surrounding environment is very quiet. Room: Two large and medium-sized medium twin rooms, children 8 years old, no problem, the room is relatively spacious. The bathroom is small, but there is still a step that is not low, and the elderly are not very convenient. It is very convenient to have a small refrigerator. Breakfast is not bad, people have not been much, the environment is good on the first floor. Shopping around: The hotel is not a lively area of interest downstairs. In the morning, you can feel the rush and silence of the office workers. Go to the JR line for seven or eight minutes and have a family supermarket, Alipay settlement. Meal: There are restaurants nearby, it is quite convenient, and I change to the restaurant every night. Basic English communication is not smooth, and it is quite interesting to order food. There is a white cloth curtain to eat the restaurant of Kochi dumplings, there is no picture of ordering, all rely on Mongolia. Beer and dumplings taste good. Service, very good, changed the room once in the middle. There is indeed a Chinese service. On that day, the Chinese staff were absent and the communication was difficult. The front desk called the Chinese staff and translated between us. Very good, don't worry about staying at this hotel. The overall feeling is quite good, eleven prices are slightly more expensive. If you like shopping, you still have to live near Ginza Shinjuku. It is two stops from Ginza and the taxi is 100 yuan.

The front desk of the hotel is Chinese and can speak Chinese. It is a shopping street when you go out. It is very convenient to buy and buy. There are also many pipes for eating. Turn left when you go out. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the subway. The neighborhood belongs to the bar street area, and there are many people at night. The door of the hotel is not very obvious. The lights are dim like a warehouse.

The hotel was simple yet clean and you could feel that ”warmth” as you enter. Very cute, warm , small and petite lobby . Lobby would be the size of a large bedroom with a small sit out ( about 2 sofas) and desk . People at the desk are super friendly . Most can understand English at the desk and one of the front desk lady speaks impeccable english ( she stayed in US for few years ). I stayed in such a small room for the first time. If you are travelling with 2 suitcase, there is probably no space to put both of them. I didnt like the bed though : wrought iron bed , bit creaky and shaking. I personally like beds that you can sit and lean on while reading ... not possible here. The room lighting is very dim and i have never seen such small bathrooms/ shower before. The railway station is 10 minutes walk, many eateries right in front ( local japanese, turkish, Indian, american diner, Thai food ... most options available ). Shibuya

If you leave the north exit of Otsuka Station, there is a hotel in front of you. It is close to the downtown area where restaurants are lined up, and the location is not the best. I'm glad to have a welcome drink coffee. Breakfast is free with bread and boiled *, soup 3 types, etc. I think it's enough if you don't ask for luxury. The room (single) feels a bit narrow and there is no closet, but if you don't ask for ”relax in the room” just by sleeping, there is no problem. However, it was inconvenient that there was no outlet on the pillow.

I found it again after 4 years and it was the same. Best location for those who want to go the Shibuya Harajuku Aoyama side. The inside facility has a sauna, which is the best for recovering from fatigue. However, in the past, fruits were put in the bath, but now they are not. The variety of food is less than before, but it's not bad, but the price has risen to 2100 yen, so it might be better to eat outside. On the 2nd floor, the smoking room next to the sauna has been changed to the ice bar Yakult corner, so you can use it at all times. There are many types, so it's not bad There is ice and microwave on the 4th floor, so you can buy it from the food corner of a nearby department store and heat it up.

I live in Tokyo, but I often use it. As for the hotel itself, I like Chinzanso, but I think that Rihga Royal Hotel has a lot to offer in terms of price and convenience. The calm room of European Classic faces the Osumi Garden of Waseda University, and it is just a few minutes walk away, and there is no inconvenience in shopping with Seven-Eleven. The parking lot is in the basement and if you stay, ¥ 1500- It's a little far from Edogawabashi subway station, but if you take the Toei bus, there is a stop several tens of meters away from the hotel. A shuttle bus also operates from Takadanobaba. I think that the convenience is outstanding, as it costs a thousand and several hundred yen by taxi to the ramen shop and Kagurazaka in front of you to eat. I like the cinnamon rolls in the bakery in the hotel, and I even go out to buy them. This is a hotel I would like to continue using.

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

A really great choice in terms of extended stay hotels. The staff is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Some of the staff’s English is limited, but there was always one person on staff with good English, you just needed to find that person. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but small. I think that is the case for any hotel in Tokyo. We got a triple for 3 adults and had 3 double-sized futons. The upside was that we had plenty of sleeping space, the downside was that the futons took up 90% of the room. But for a 2 week trip, it was SO helpful to have a washer-dryer in the room, as well as a kitchenette. Free coffee in the lobby was a very nice benefit. We took 2 side trips to Kyoto and Shanghai, and the staff was great about storing some of our luggage so we didn’t need to transport all of our heavy suitcases. The location is terrific, right near the train station and in the nice mostly residential neighborhood of Yutenji. There are lots of restaurants and stores but it’s not crazy busy like Shibuya. I’d highly recommend this for English-speaking travelers.

If it weren't for the fact that the luggage was too big to carry, I really didn't want to live here for so long. I cleaned it every seven days, and the garbage generated every day had to be brought to the door before ten o'clock, and all the things I needed had to go to the front desk of the hotel to ask for it. Some of the waiters are not very good in English, and they all rely on translation software. Late check-out charges 1,000 yen and can only be extended for two hours

Stayed in Room 305, a 3 Persons Private Room. PROS: The location in Asakusa was fantastic - a 4-minute walk to Tawaramachi Station, a 6-minute walk to Sensō-Ji Temple, and best of all, only a 4-minute walk to SEIYU in Asakusa ROX which is where you should go at night for discounted food! There is free tea, coffee, and water in the lobby 24/7 and the front desk provides one free mask per day. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. You can ask for toothbrushes and razors at the front desk for free. There is a communal bathroom and kitchen on the 6th floor, which you are welcome to use. Staff was very friendly and building was secured at night. CONS: The Wifi was very weak in the room, but worked okay in the lobby. The water from the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor so be sure to wear flip flops! The bed frames were a bit dusty and the view from the window was not great, but we cannot complain for the price we paid.

The full payment has been paid half a month before the check-in, and the request is to stay on a high floor (see the hotel's own evaluation that the hotel's feature is that the sky tree tower can be seen from the high floor). Since the itinerary this time is 5 days, I asked the front desk to change the room. The staff asked if I wanted to change to a higher floor. We said yes and waited to change the room. It turned out that it was still on the 3rd floor. This time the window looked like a red wall. On the second day, I asked to change the room again, and the staff asked if I wanted to change to a higher floor, of course the answer was yes! ! ! It turned out to be on the third floor again! ! ! Since I returned to the hotel at night for sightseeing, I saw that the people who took the elevator together were all guests who had just checked in, but the floors they went to were either 11 or 12, and the lowest floor was 9 floors. Instead, the people who checked in before were always on the 3rd floor. . I will not stay in this hotel next time.

I stayed for the previous night because the flight the next day was early in the morning. I will describe 5 points that were good and 3 points that I noticed. ■ good point (1) The location was good It is a few minutes walk from Keikyu Kamata station. The location is very good. I think there is a big suitcase that doesn't bite. (2) Amenities were neat Some business hotels have cheap amenities, but this amenities were neat. I smelled very good, such as shampoo. (3) There was a smoking room It was an essential condition for a smoker. It was difficult to relax while smoking slowly in the room. (4) There was an outlet on the pillow Some hotels have only outlets around the desk, but this hotel had a proper outlet on the pillow. It was very convenient because I was able to lie down and use my smartphone while charging. (5) There was a microwave oven in the shared space. It was important to warm the celery purchased at dinner. Some rooms seem to have household appliances such as microwave ovens in the rooms. ■ Note that (1) There was no morning call service When I asked for a morning call the next morning at check-in, I was refused to be able to do it at the front desk at first. It may be a risk hedge to avoid trouble with guests when the morning call doesn't ring. However, I felt a little unkind to refuse a morning call at the front desk of a business hotel. (2) The light outside was a corner room. There was no thick curtain in the window in the room, and it was only blind. So the lights outside leaked in the middle of the night. When I went to bed, it was a little bright even if I turned off all the electricity in the room. (3) The room is quite small The price was 4000 yen per night, no bus, only a shower room. I was prepared to some extent, but it was still a narrow impression. It is suitable for the price. It was the best to spread one suitcase for in-flight bring. I think it would be better to check the number of square rice in the room when booking if you have a large suitcase. Overall it was a satisfactory hotel. I would like to use it in the previous night.

The location is very convenient if you are sightseeing around Asakusa, just beside Asakusa Senso Ji Temple . Asakusa Station on the subway and TOBU line is also very close, so access to Nikko and airport is good and many foreigners use it It seems to be . The room is like a western room and a Japanese room to receive such foreigners.it was a tatami mats, so if you ask for a sheet, you can sleep even in a futon.night Maybe because the room was good, the view from the room was also satisfactory. The night I stayed was cloudy, but the sky tree lit up to blue purple from the window was clouded It was hidden, rather fantastic and reflected in the night view. The open-air bath was also the best, the bed was easy to sleep, and I was able to rest slowly.

I used to stay at the lodging, but it was far from the west exit, but I stayed after a long time. It is beautiful and cheap, but you can see color 々 and cost reduction measures. It's okay, but the previous day's arvest is too good and becomes a relatively low evaluation. 〈 Personal evaluation item 〉 ○ Location - 6,7 minutes walk near Kamata Station West Exit ◎ Price - Cheap @5,600 ○ Facilities - Beautiful △ Room size - slightly narrow (single) ◎ Wi-Fi all rooms ◯ Amenities shampoo, rinse, Body soap ◎ Air cleaner - permanent - pants presser unconfirmed x no closet ◎ Deodorant spray permanent ◎ pillow outlet ◯ refrigerator ◯ pot ◯ dry Ya-Permanent ◯ After checking out luggage storage - Maybe OK ◯ Front desk correspondence - No problem - Other - toothbrush and brush are distributed at the front desk

Very comfortable stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Osaki. All the staff were helpful and courteous. The bed was very comfy though with fluffy quilts but the mattress was a little on the hard side. The room was clean but small and I think a bit of a renovation is not far away. I was on the 15th floor, The views were superb and I even snuck a glimpse of Mt Fuji in the distance. Happy to recommend.

Stayed a few days after opening a year ago. 2019/10/4 It was a new hotel that was newly opened and was fresh without staying at a hotel that had not been opened so far at that time. It is a little walk from mukaihara station of Ikebukuro station and Arakawa line, but it is convenient because you can walk from the hotel to sunshine city. This 14-story hotel has a coin laundry (3 washing machines below and 3 dryers above) and a beverage vending machine, but there is no large communal bath. Light meals (bread and drinks) are sold at the cafe on the first floor in the morning. The elevator is arranged face-to-face in two interlocking units, made by a new and beautiful Mitsubishi. When boarding from the 1st floor, hold the card key and press the ↑ button while blinking. The interior of the guest room was simple and beautiful because it was just opened. Wi-Fi has a common ID and individual items for each guest room. Both are displayed on the TV screen, but individual objects are displayed on the screen of the mirroring explanation and are difficult to understand. (I tried mirroring, but I couldn't do it after all) Because there is an existing hotel ”Hotel Wing International Ikebukuro” (1989/11 Completion →2000/8 Opening) in the neighborhood that does not have ”select”, I don't think there are many, but be careful of the mistakes. If you walk straight from Mukaihara Station on the Arakawa Line, you will see the hotel first. It is only a little far away, but it is within walking distance from Higashi Ikebukuro 4-chome station of the same Arakawa line and Higashi Ikebukuro station of Yurakucho line.
