The cleaning is very hygienic, and the staff is very polite. There is free breakfast in the morning and free delivery to Narita Airport. It is a very good choice for those returning home with large luggage. There is also a coin-operated washing machine on the eighth floor, so you don't need to bring dirty clothes back home.
Clean spacious room, really great staff and facilities. Excellent location. I enjoyed my stay here, it was close to everywhere I needed to go and the hotel was comfortable, private and good quality in general. I enjoyed the breakfast there too:) Great position to access sites, restaurants and conveniences for anyone visiting Narita City:)
The hotel location is very convenient, next to the Narita station square, Jingcheng Narita subway station and jr Narita tram stop are just across the road, the adjacent hotel is very close, the hotel is one stop by subway and tram to the airport. Nearby supermarkets have everything. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, but not too many trips. It is very convenient to take the subway.
The breakfast was really good. The hotel space is too small, 5 minutes walk from JR station. Because the ticket was rescheduled, this hotel was booked temporarily.
Very clean, a small one lives enough, the surrounding business is relatively small, relatively close to the Xinsheng Temple, there is a Chinese service is OK, the subway station is about 300 meters away, there is a big supermarket 200 meters
For transit people, the location of this hotel is really good, because the hotel has a shuttle bus to Narita Airport, which perfectly solves the problem of commuting. When checking in, tell the hotel staff in advance what time they will fly the next day and then ask the staff to get a ticket. The room size is ok, and there are humidifiers. I really can't do without humidifiers in winter. Breakfast is also recommended, the environment is good, the variety is simple but can definitely be satisfied, just on the first floor lobby. There is a convenience store on the way from the subway station to the hotel. We left early in the evening until the next day, so we do n’t know if there is a microwave in the hotel. Printers and computers are available in the lobby on the first floor. The hotel location I stayed in Tokyo the night before was not very good, in contrast I will continue to choose to stay here.
Very friendly, polite and helpful staff the whole time I was there. The room was clean, warm and very comfortable.
The lower score for location was purely because of the time it takes to get into central Tokyo. The local restaurants were great - the Yamato sushi restaurant just outside the hotel was a highlight. The WiFi device given to guests was also wonderful allowing me to stay connected and plan my journeys while out and about town.
The Japanese-style room is clean, quiet and comfortable. There are places to eat, free tea, coffee, and water. You can wash clothes. Near the train station, 10 minutes walk. It costs 270 yen per station to Narita Airport. It is very convenient for anyone traveling or on the road.
At the hotel, you can taste the full range of gourmet dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients.Food prepared at "Washoku Hayashi" is very popular (closed on Sundays). Free LAN access is available in every room. Bathrobes can be used during your stay. Guests can borrow an iron for free (please consult the front desk for details). Facilities include a restaurant and a ballroom. The hotel has 20 rooms.
The ORANGE HOUSE is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The ORANGE HOUSE offers a pleasant stay in Yachimata for those traveling for business or leisure. With JR Minai-Shisui Station just 4km away and Narita International Airport only 17km away, transportation is very convenient. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Forest Shisui Park Golf Course, Shisui Herb Garden Herbs Hill and 真乗院観音堂 all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

I wanted to be excited, so I chose a hotel with a good view of the plane. If you use the smartphone app (flightradar24.com), you can see "where the plane came from" and "where you are going" and feel the romance. Personally, my favorite is to sway in a Woodteres hammock. Breakfast had a full-fledged toaster, so it was delicious with sausages in between. There was a takeaway cup for coffee so I could relax in my room.
The hotel is clean with simple design. It has a free shuttle from the Narita airport. However there are so many airport shuttles coming from the Narita airport that I waited in the cold for 30 mins for the shuttle to arrive. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel has a nice restaurant with a buffet. I had room service which was fast and the food was delicious. The room is small and simple. Only one English Channel on the TV. It has a small fridge with nothing inside, you drink the clean water from the tap. I don’t have any complaints with the hotel. But I Don’t think this is a happening part of Tokyo. It’s too far from the busy city.

Location is very convenient to travel to Narita airport. There is a free bus scheduled to go from terminal 2 and 1 of the airport to the Hotel. The bus stop is just outside floor 1 of the airport number 32. There are several food and drinks vending machines near the 3 lifts on the lobby floor. But I recommend eating at Narita airport or buying in food from there. The room has a mini fridge, a regular sized sink and bathtub and a simple toilet in the twin bed room. The room uses a key. The door auto locks and you only have a hook lock on the inside. The room is clean, quite dated but it’s big enough compared to most hotel rooms in Tokyo and suits the purpose of a short stay before a flight.
The breakfast was really good. The hotel space is too small, 5 minutes walk from JR station. Because the ticket was rescheduled, this hotel was booked temporarily.
Very cost-effective
The hotel is very convenient to the airport, and the shuttle bus 🚌 is also available every hour
The hotel staff is still very enthusiastic, that is, the hotel facilities are a bit outdated, but very clean. It is really convenient for business trips, or for a flight to stay for one night, it is recommended! ! !
If you are finding a hotel to go and come from Narita Airport, it’s one of recommendation to stay with. Shuttle service and nice staffs at this hotel is very helpful. Will stay again if traveling to NRT.
The hotel is located near the Narita airport. The price and services of the hotel are very good. The room and beds are large. The breakfast is also good. I would strongly recommend it to other customers. However, the shuttle bus service is not frequent - normally once in an hour except in peak hour twice in an hour. The driver of the shuttle bus is very strict. He would not wait for any customers. He would drive the bus away immediately. You should wait for the bus well before the scheduled time. Otherwise, you might need to wait for another bus one hour later.
