Of all the riokans visited this trip to Japan, Taitei stands out as the most astoundingly luxurious and inviting location. Our bedroom was spacious and handsomely attractive with a private outdoor hot tub overlooking a stream and lush wild landscape. The staff was incredibly helpful and gracious. The dinner and breakfast were copious and very well prepared. It was my great misfortune to only spend one night here as we could easily imagine spending several relaxing days. I would gladly return here for a repeat experience.

Once you arrive, you would be impressed by the charming little hotel by the river. It is renewed from a old house, into a chic, minimalistic, cozy hotel. It has only 8 rooms, so you are greeted and taken care of personally by Yuki and his team. The rooms are nicely furnished, the beddings are exceptionally comfortable (because they are brand new). Be sure to reserve time for Yuki san's breakfast. He used to be a professional cook, and he design simple japanese breakfast that is both tasty, healthy and pretty. The ground floor cafe and reception area is stunning beautiful. Take your time to relax because the huge glass windows of the cafe can see the river day and night. Take time to read a book, drink some tea or coffee made by Yuki san. I love the river, so each morning, I either ride the bike (booked from the hotel) or jog. There is a 7km stretch of riverside lanes for exercise. I love it. The location has its pros and cons. Yes, it is a bit far away from Kanazawa JR station, but take a taxi and 2000 yen you arrive. make sure to give the address to the taxi driver. You can also do bus, with a bit of walking. I arrive from komatsu airport, take the limosine bus to Kanazawa downtown (which costs may be 1130 yen) to Kanazawa JR station or Korinbo (the shopping area nearby), then change with Taxi or bus. The airprt bus takes 45 minute, then extra 15 minute by Taxi. So, if you book this hotel, you can enjoy the quietness and serenity of the river (you wake up every morning seeing the pretty river!) you can see local people walking dogs jogging by the river, with huge green lawn stretch like carpet. You have to see by yourself. One piece of advice is, the cheapest room (standard single room) is a bit too small even for one person, I would advice booking the standard twin room even if you are one person, especially if you stay for a few days. Afterall, the room rates are really reasonable compare to other hotels in the area. Yes, the area may be not very near to a lot of restaurant, but there are a couple of cozy nice restaurant to have dinner in. and with no other tourists. Be adventurous. If you like quiet, peace of mind, avoiding the crowd, and don't mind walking a bit more, this is your choice.

The Ryokusone is the former residence of the mayor of Kanazawa and is set up on a hill, not far from the Kanazawa University Hospital. It is a little out of the way and you should have the address, in Japanese, ready for your taxi driver because it can be a challenge to get there. It is set in a lush and quiet neighborhood, across the street from a shrine. We were greeted by Toku, one of the only English-speaking staff members there. We had a corner room upstairs, as well as a room on the main floor towards the back. Both rooms were elegantly appointed. We were struck with the design details of the place, especially the black “lacquer” floor (I’m sure it’s just painted a shiny black, but it is gorgeous). The upstairs room had a sitting room and an elevated loft area for the futon. This was exceptionally nice as we could either sit at the table on the floor, or on the stairs leading up to the bed. The room on the main floor was smaller and the sitting area was modified to fit the foutons, which stayed down for our entire stay. In other words, there really wasn't a place to sit, other than on the foutons. The bathrooms are large, beautifully designed, and loaded with amenities. The bath tubs were huge, and deep with hot water a plenty. Our room package included dinner and breakfast. The first night we had an amazing fish dinner (many courses), and the second night it was all beef. All beautifully executed and prepared. Breakfast for the two days varied slightly and included fish, pickles, miso and rice. No Western options for breakfast that we were aware of. The place is very quiet. There is really no common space for guests to mingle other than the small dining room. It was very relaxing to stay there. Kanazawa is an amazing town and we can’t wait to return.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! They really made our trip wonderful with their advice when it came to buses and places to go. The room we had was truly amazing and, of course, super clean. We had one of the rooms with the private bath, which was amazing to soak in after a long day's walk, with a beer. The hotel's onsen is nice and very clean, with wonderful view of the town, but otherwise is fairly plain (but don't let that throw you off). We opted for the full Japanese breakfast the following day and it did not dissappoint! Everything was delicious and mostly locally sourced. Even on the things that I didn't care for, they weren't bad, just not things cared for. Even my somewhat picky daughter ate most of what we had.

I am very pleased with their accommodating and very trustworthy front desk personnel. They really assist you with all your needs and answers all your queries even beyond hotel matters. With regards, to the location, this is very accessible to Kanazawa station which is around 15 minutes walk. Talking about the capsule hotel itself, it is very cozy at affordable price. Hotel is very modern. They provide towels and bathrobes on your daily stay. I really really love this capsule hotel. You should consider this when you plan to go in Kanazawa or nearby places.

The hotel is modern in decoration and in a good location, walking distance to the Omi-machi seafood market. After arriving at Kanazawa JR Station, I bought a one-day coupon for Kanazawa Transportation (500 yen). In addition to the blue bus, the rest of the color bus can be just taken. Take the green bus two stops to the hotel (next to Mitsui Trust Bank), there are two bus stops near the hotel, and it is very convenient to go to the six parks, Kanazawa Castle, art museum, big excavation hall and other red spots. . The Omi-machi market must go, don't miss the seafood. The hotel's large baths are great and the views are very good. The price/performance ratio of a few hundred dollars a night is too high!

Cai Zhi Ting is a great recommendation! The location is very close to the train station and it is very convenient to travel. The front desk service and attitude belong to the whole Kanazawa no.1 and will not make you feel any discomfort and separation. Go out and take an umbrella, remember the name, and ask if you need to clean. Cai Zhiting's soaked soup is the reason that attracted me to come again. Breakfast is varied and refined. The dining location is large and bright, with a scenic location early or late. The bathrooms are full of POLA. The great thing is that their water pressure is very large and very large. After using it once, it is hard to forget and comfortable.

This is the kind of homestay where many people live together. There is only a separate space for three people, and the rest are public facilities. The hotel’s location is about 10-15 minutes away from the station. In a street full of restaurants, the convenience store is far away, but the izakaya next to it is very characteristic. There are more locals, the owner is very enthusiastic, and a large conch is also presented. . The owner of the hotel is very nice and enthusiastic, and patiently help us guide the way. It may be that we are used to living in an environment with a separate bathroom, but feel that the private space is too small and inconvenient. There is nothing in the room except the quilt. We are not used to it and can only go out and stroll around. If you don’t mind these, language communication is barrier-free, and those willing to interact with locals, you can choose here.

To the right of the drum gate in front of JR Kanazawa Station, it will take 3 minutes to get out. Five-star quality. When booking, it was 2 large and 1 small double bed. No extra bed service was noted. It was unexpectedly found that extra beds had been placed in the room. Everyday cleaning is in place. There is a sleep advantage service in the room. Pillow replacement, steam eye masks, bath salts, morning and night tea are provided free of charge, which is impressive. It's a pity that I didn't go to experience the catering service this time, and next time I visit Kanazawa, I will definitely choose the place.

Near the Kanazawa Station, it is very convenient to go to Kanazawa Station by bus or JR. Hotel front desk service is very good, but Japanese English sometimes does not understand. Breakfast is a Japanese-style meal. The dishes are slightly different every day. It is very delicate. It is recommended to try it. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby, and the UCC capsule machine is in the room. The configuration is good. The room is as small as ever, and the twin room space is enough, it is quite crowded.

The hotel is located in the relaxed and beautiful Asano River area of Kanazawa, a Japanese-style courtyard-style hotel. With a history of more than one hundred years, the price is more expensive than that of Kyoto, and it is also a must in Kanazawa. There are not many people to stay in. I heard that there is a government background and there have been business meetings. His family's Kaiseki cuisine is remarkable. Dormy Inn Kanazawa Very good stay experience 📍Detailed address: 2-25, Horikawa-machi, Kanazawa, Ishikawa 🚗Traffic guide: 50m north from Kanazawa Station 🌟Highlight Features: There is a bath on the top floor of the hotel. Although it is not very large, it is fully equipped with a sauna, an open-air bath, and all of the hotel's bathrooms. But there is a large bath to forgive the top floor and a free washing machine. Drink orange juice oolong tea, Highball beer, red wine and white wine. The side dishes are persimmon seeds and peanuts. After 9:30 pm, the night ravioli ramen is first picked and then called in Japanese. If no one comes, the waiter will call English numbers. Breakfast is good. Hearty is very good ⛱Hotel environment: very clean and tidy, very good, the space is much larger than expected 均 Per capita consumption: 350 📌Little Tips: The service attitude is very good. Arrive at 2 pm. Japanese hotels usually check in at 3 pm. I thought I saved the bag and then went out. The result told me that I could check in early. It was a surprise. Then the free ramen saw that many people said that it was delicious. In fact, it is very ordinary and ordinary soy sauce ramen. When you first came to Japan, you may find it delicious for ramen lovers who eat more than a hundred bowls a year. Say it ’s not bad, it ’s really light, do n’t have too high expectations Visit Kanazawa for a day, drink some drinks while editing photos at 7pm, wait for a bowl of ramen at 9pm, and take a bath.

I used a twin room for 2 nights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, not to mention the inside of the hotel. The washroom and toilet are sliding doors that close quietly, and the bathtub is very large and the bathtub is the size of a normal home, so I put it in comfortably. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were low-resilience and soft, and it was nice to be able to adjust them to my liking. I went by car, but the parking lot was convenient because the Times behind the hotel was close and the price was as low as 770 yen for 24 hours. Although it is within walking distance from the station, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel and If you take a bus to the station, you can get on from the bus stop on the other side of the road, and the number of buses is reasonable, so it was convenient. The fare is postpaid, but you can get to Kanazawa Station for 200 yen for adults. I was able to stay at a fairly cheap price now due to the influence of Corona, but I would like to use this again even if I return to the normal rate next time. What a wonderful, kind host who really made this guesthouse extra special. While our room was small, the guesthouse was lovely and there was a cosy communal area where we prepared our breakfast and spoke to other guests. The location was fantastic, down a quiet street and very close to the old geisha area of Kanazawa. The highlight of the guesthouse though was the owner - who was so kind and gentle throughout our stay. He immediately welcomed us and had already drawn out a fully annotated map for us, advising us on where to go. He also insisted on driving us to a local temple, and again driving us when we had to leave back to the station. Excellent customer service and what a lovely man - thank you!

・ Location It is convenient as it is about 5-6 minutes walk from the station. However, I couldn't find a convenience store near the hotel. ・ Meals It was a plate dish probably because of corona measures. The plate contained oden, fried food, salad, scrambled eggs, etc., and rice, bread drinks, desserts, etc. were buffet style. The taste is like that. ·room It was a standard twin. The area was relatively small, and it seemed that there would be no place to walk if a suitcase for two people was placed. Also, the bath was quite small, probably because there was a large public bath. However, except for the size of the room and the size of the bath, it is reasonably comfortable. ·Facility The large communal bath was not so large, the washing area was limited, and the lockers at the dressing room were packed in one space, so people were crowded during times of congestion. To be honest, it was scary at this time that people who took off their masks when undressing gathered in one space. If possible, I wanted you to take measures such as displaying the congestion level of the large communal bath and limiting the number of people. ・ Others I was not dissatisfied with the service.
