|3.94km from city centerThis is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Definitely in terms of service, it is the best. We booked 7 rooms as we were part of a wedding party and we put our British and European guests up here too - They all loved it. It's housed on the 3rd floor of a business hub in Adajan (one of the safest areas to stay in), which was better as it had a totally private entrance. As soon as we arrived, the staff took all of our luggage and safely placed it in our rooms. The rooms matched the photos we'd seen online so we knew what to expect. The view of the executive room were stunning as there is a Ganesh temple opposite and we had a direct view of the Tapi river. The food at the hotel was very tasty - I recommend the grilled cheese toasties with fries and any of the rice dishes because we ate quite a lot of them, but overall it was all great. There is a currency exchange downstairs and the hotel has a private car which we often hired; the driver is very good on the road and sensible too. The front desk was very helpful with our requirements and always ***aged to fulfil them because it was a wedding, we needed things like a tailor and hairdresser and car to pick up a cake and we ***aged to do it with ease because of the facilities. All the staff were pleasant and always smiling. My brother and his new wife stayed after the wedding and the room was beautifully decorated. The service we received here could have put any other 5* hotel to shame. And, of course, I would recommend.

|3.63km from city centerIt is said that after staying in Surat for a few days at Park Inn and discovering the secret of bottled water, I decided to change to a more upscale hotel. I think I will not continue to be unhappy with water. Marriott's hotel was formerly called The Gateway Hotel Athwalines, which had been transferred to Marriott for ***agement the previous year. If stepping on the ** once is good luck, then stepping on the ** twice is definitely unlucky. I never thought that the bottled water in this hotel is purchased by the same company as Park Inn, and they also use recycled bottled water. I did not underestimate the friendliness of Indian people, but I did overestimate the honesty of Indian capitalists. This hygienic point is not for the room, but for the drinking water. But what can be done, complaining to the ***ager is also perfunctory. So if Ctrip can't truthfully present the real reviews, it will be playing tricks on tigers.

Hotel rooms are very clean and large in size. Breakfast is tasty and lot of food items served in breakfast. Staff is also very helpful and service quick. Thanks to all of them to make my journey memorable .

Breakfast spread and variety is excellent . Rooms are provided with electric kettle/mini bar . Service is professional and fast,all staff are very attentive and polite I would like to mention Ranjana and Sudip, very helpful. Housekeeping is done as per regular schedule. Professionally ***aged hotel. Highly recommended 👍

|2.61km from city centerComfortable budget hotel to stay in Surat. Budget Inn is close to the Surat Railway station and the station can been seen from the room too. The surroundings are quite & peaceful around the hotel. This is more of an business than an leisure hotel, though ours was an vacation trip to Surat and we had booked 3 rooms. The ***ager ensured all our rooms are next to each other. Rooms were quite clean and bed linens were fresh. Overall ambience was above our expectations considering the hotel is an pocket friendly hotel. Breakfast spread was nice and food was tasty, even room service was pretty fast and whatever we ordered seemed fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

|9.23km from city centerWhen I went to Surat, I lived in TGB at first, but it was almost all vegetarian. I couldn't bear it. Later, I often lived in Gateway, this is the first time I live here. In short, the rooms are very new, and the rooms of the same grade are about the same size as the Gateway, but there are fewer facilities and the garden area is very limited. Locals still prefer parties that are engaged in weddings in the Gateway. The place is relatively biased, and taxis can only be booked through the front desk or online. Ordered without breakfast, then ate two meals. At checkout the front desk said that breakfast was included and there were two more. I regret it when I didn't check in.
