Iki island is located in distance of 20km from Hakata ctty of Kyushu Japan, and 120km from the southern end of Korean Paninsla. Iki, the small island, 17km from north to South, 14km east to west, was an intermediary point of culture, political and trade exchange between ancient Japan and China. The island produce everything except car and gasoline, high quality "Wagyu", vegitables and very fresh fishes, abalone and sea urchin. You can see the oldest shrine in Japan, Tsukiyomi shrine, it is unknown when it was established but it's clear that the shrine was there before 487A.D. If you would like to see sacred music and dancing performed at the shrines, it will be in September. Prior checking of the date and time is recommended. Other shrines in Iki perform their own Okagura only one day during September to December. Kairi-Murakami is very comfortable modern Hotel. You can enjoy the best meal, nice view and comfortable "Onsen"(hot spring). The hotel will be closed for renewal and up- grade during January through March 2020. After that, you can enjoy the best accommodation with a private open-air bath (onsen).

We stayed here for three nights in October - the off-season for tourists. Lamp is a vintage guest house in old Japanese style (with some modern updates for comfort). It's very peaceful and charming and the rooms smell pleasantly of cedarwood. Room 302 has a great view of the town and harbor, and sunrise from bed is awesome. The central location in Katsumoto is handy, as the front door puts you out on the main stroll past all the shops. Breakfast was included and was lovely, and the coffee was delicious. The proprietor helped us with so many things, from hiring a car tour to translations at the clinic... I can't say enough about his kindness.

I was reluctant to go to Iki Island because of the location, but I’m so glad I did. If you want to save time you should take the jetfoil; take the regular ferry to save money. Riding up to the hostel you begin to sense the incredible nature which abounds in this island. Then when you turn into Wasabi you’re greeted with a spectacular view of downtown Ashibe and the port. For me the nicest part of the hostel was the entrance/hall (which is covered with origami flags) and the traditional Japanese style dining room. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. The bedroom also has a great view; the beds are comfortable and provide a sense of privacy. Takuya is a very gracious host and immediately made me feel at home. He took me to a nearby sushi restaurant where I was able to see and then taste lots of exotic and delicious seafood. There are plenty of sites around the island, but perhaps it’s unique advantage is to be able to explore the amazing scenery (never seen so many flowers and birds in my life, plus water views all around) and soak up the traditional farming lifestyle. You will not forget your visit to Iki Island nor your time at Wasabi—hands down the best place to stay! PS Bring a windbreaker and an international drivers license if you plan to drive/scooter around the island.

Room small and a little worn - don’t expect a five star hotel - it is a typical Japanese business hotel. Good Japanese style breakfast. Don’t stay on the smoking floor - I had to take the smoking floor because no more rooms were available. It has laundry facilities. You may use their washing machine and dryer for a 100 yen. Big plus.

The location is perfect, right next to Hakata station. Regarding the service, you will get an antibacterial wet wipe at check-in or when using the spa. Facilities such as spa and pool are very easy to use and swimwear can be rented. Amenity is quite substantial and it is good to use the indoor bath on the 13th floor, but I thought it would be good to use the bath salts prepared in the room to relax. Besides, quite a lot of things such as water, coffee and tea were prepared. It is a hotel that you will definitely want to stay again.

The location was good and the front desk staff was very friendly. I was able to change my breakfast to lunch on a first-come, first-served basis, so I went home for lunch after checking out, but the lunch was also very delicious and I was full. However, probably because I stayed overnight from Sunday, many guests and lounge guests have to wait. At the afternoon tea in the lounge, our dessert plate remained on the counter for more than 10 minutes. Even at the cocktail hour at night, I had to wait for more than 15 minutes. Moreover, even though regulars always come to pick up orders before they run out of drinks, we didn't look at them and felt like they were in the air while looking at the empty glasses (laughs). At last I stopped the staff and could only replace it with a drink. I had a narrow shoulder in the quiet and elegant lounge. It's a shame that the food is very delicious. I would like to visit you on weekdays when you use it next time.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice. Unfortunately, due to the influence of Corona, the shops were closed and not lively. The pool and rock bath were closed and I couldn't see them. I heard that Viking is famous, so I was looking forward to it. I think it's because the tableware is old, but I'm sorry because it feels dirty. I think it's a luxury hotel, so I may be asking too much, but there are many people who do not understand even if I ask questions, as if the staff is a part-time job, please ask other people etc. The correspondence was disappointing.

From Fugang Airport to the hotel, you can take the airport bus. There is a sign on the left hand side of the building. The airport bus must be written with [Hakata-chan, Tenjin] to get on the bus, get off at [Watanabe Ichome] stop, and then cross the opposite road. After seeing [Sakura Cross Hospital], turn into the lane and you will see the hotel . I checked in at the hotel quickly and conveniently, and the hotel staff was courteous. Since I booked a ‘Corner Twin Room’, the room was a bit bigger and the breakfast was plentiful every day. Basically, the location of the hotel is good, about a half hour walk to Hakata Station. From Tenjin South Station: March Department Store or Daimaru Department Store is only 15 minutes, convenient and quick. Next time you come to Fugang, you must book again to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast is good, environment is good, hotel service is good, there are shuttle buses to and from Hakata Station and Pharmacy Station. There are many shuttle buses on weekdays, and there are fewer weekdays. There is a waitress who speaks Chinese at the front desk. The only drawback The hotel is on the mountain. Although the scenery is good, it is about a 15-minute walk down the mountain. There are 711 and Rosen convenience stores. Others are fine. If you miss the hotel shuttle bus, you can reach Sakura Saka Station on the subway and walk for 15 minutes. It takes more time to find a shuttle bus. It took me more than an hour to find the bus by communicating with Ctrip hotel customers. Fortunately, there is a bus every half an hour on Sundays, up to 9 pm. Please note that the hotel buses It is a black CMB with a hotel display sign. It is parked on the side of the road, that is, beside the Rosen store at the JR station square bus parking lot. Traditional and spacious. At check-in was a new crown, not cold to Chinese tourists, but the Chinese staff at the front desk were average. The room is suitable for business trips, and it is convenient for children to do homework. The bathroom is relatively large and the windows cannot be opened (even a small gap can be opened, hey). Overall pretty good, service is professional and courteous. Good location, turn right and get close to the Hakata Exit of Hakata Station. You can also get off the subway from any of the ground entrances. There are many shops, many places to eat, Yilan and Hakata Yifan Street, etc. There are too many choices. Turn left and go straight for 8 minutes. Tochoji Temple and Putian Shrine are here, and you can see Sakura. Hakata Station overlooks the mountains from the observation deck on the top floor of Hankyu Department Store, as well as the little trains for children. In short, Hakata is a better accommodation option, and nothing can go wrong.

The room is large and the TV is big and comfortable, the staff are kind and I would like to recommend it to those around me. A piece of wood on the table beside the TV? Something was scattered. Turn right out of the hotel gate, after a crossing, there is a short alley inclined to the right.     They are all small restaurants of more than 10 square meters.
