Stayed in Chiang Mai for 5 days, the boss is China, the front desk lady is Thailand, she will speak a little Chinese, simple communication is no problem, the hotel address is in the ancient city, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the front desk can also help rent a motorcycle 300b a day, opposite There is also an Internet celebrity restaurant, It's delicious and the portion is a lot! The hotel also has a swimming pool, there is also 7-11 nearby, the location is very convenient, the most important thing is cost-effective, the mountain view room we live in is the top floor, there is a room, very quiet, wide view, drinking beer on the balcony at night, really comfortable, next time you come to Chiang Mai will come.

The whole house looks like a museum, everywhere are beautiful decorations, plants, hanging plants on the balconies, antiques or carvings. The room doors and partly the interior are beautifully painted. A well-kept swimming pool is in the middle of the hotel. There is free coffee and tea in the open lobby. TV in the room- a fridge would have been better. Unfortunately my room number 232 was the complete opposite. Dark, mini-balcony to the neighboring house about 1.5 m away, window into the dark hallway. No sunlight. No fridge, no closet, no shelf, no air conditioning just a fan. Just one bed, very hard mattress with stained sheets, one dirty chair with several generations of dirt on the cover. Just a makeup mirror with a table in front of it. Poor lighting, hard to read, no reading lamp, no bedside table etc. Floor was dirty, I had spilled water and wanted to wipe it up, my handkerchief was black. On the walls various hunting successes and various liquids that had run down there. The bathroom was okay, the shower faucet dripped non-stop. There was a water heater which was ok. Even the fresh towels smelled musty as soon as they got wet. There was no room service all week. If I needed fresh towels or toilet paper, I had to ask myself. There were 2 small bottles of shower gel and shampoo and a bar of soap. But that wasn't enough for 1 week. All around there were enough restaurants and bars, laundry service, etc. It was relatively far to the city, old town, center, Warorot market. I rented a bike on the main road for 50THB/day which was great. The staff was very friendly and I was allowed to put my medication in the drinks fridge in the lobby, as they say no room has a fridge or air conditioning. I was allowed to put my bike in the back entrance overnight. Unfortunately, none of this made up for the terrible room and lack of cleanliness. Too bad. The ambiance would have been great.

It is connected to a cafe, so you can enjoy the scent of coffee while walking back and forth. I used a dormitory, and the air conditioner was very cool, and the shower room and toilet were kept clean. There are times when the password doesn't work when entering, but you will quickly get used to it after trying it a few times.

QUU Hotel in Chiang Mai was the best hotel by far we have stayed in during our holiday in Thailand. The staff are fantastic and helpful and go out of their way to help you and make your stay one to remember. The rooms are almost brand new, large in size, clean and very modern and stylish. The breakfast is generous and fresh, and their cafe and coffee is also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Chiang Mai, and now wished we’d stayed in Chiang Mai at the QUU hotel longer than the 4 nights we booked. It is incredible value for what you pay. We’ll definitely be back to stay!

Literally my favourite hostel I have ever stayed at. Yes, the rooms are small and the walls are thin - it's a Thai building, what would you expect? But it's immaculately clean, the beds are super comfortable, and the owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It's also super duper cute! Stained glass windows and brightly coloured pillows. It's easy walking distance to several places in old town Chiang Mai including the Sunday evening market, close to delicious (and cheap!) food and coffee, and close to convenience stores. It's not directly on the main street so it's quiet - but still easily accessible. Would give Lanna Hostel 6 stars if I could. Love it!

I stayed for 6 nights in total, and the room used room 302. The location was outside the corner of Old City, so it was good to be able to walk to the night market. The facilities are a bit soft. There are stains on the walls and ceilings, The 302 I stayed in had no windows and smelled wet, but I hardly turn on the air conditioner. It's cold if the air conditioner works well and the temperature cannot be controlled. I think I need air conditioning cleaning Don't look at the air conditioner carefully for your mental health. Sometimes it's noisy because of the Chinese people who only come to sleep, It's annoying to hear motorcycles working at night. I can't get it back. Three days later, everything got used to it. I think I booked a little expensive I can't help staying from the day the festival is over. Personally, I don't recommend it. If you're staying, if you go out of the hostel and walk to the left, there's a 35-baht iced Americano shop and a little further, there's a delicious 20-baht bread shop. I recommend these places

1. When booking, there is no note to write to me, whether you want a double bed or a double bed. I didn't care about this until the front desk said that I didn't write this note when I checked in, so they didn't reserve a double bed for me, so when I wanted to move for three consecutive days, he said that I would move twice The room was finally coordinated and waited, and it took him half an hour to get us a twin room without moving the room. Friends who book in the future, remember to write a note, or don't book this kind of hotel with double beds and double beds randomly arranged. 2. The sound insulation is very poor. The person next door sneezed on the balcony. I closed the balcony glass window and could hear it clearly in the room. 3. The light in the cloakroom cannot be turned off. It can only be covered with a black curtain, but the light can still shine through the gap. 4. The place where the shower gel is placed in the bathroom is very narrow. 5. There are fried eggs on the breakfast menu, but the default is sun eggs, so if you have a friend who wants to eat hard-boiled eggs, remember to tell him boiled egg. 5. There are 2 swimming pools which are nice. 6. The attitude of the service staff is very good, the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants. 7. Serve only brunch, not dinner.

This place makes us very much satisfied. Since the service of the staff is very outstanding, the atmosphere of the hotel is very quiet. The location is also convenient when ordering food or walking to buy food outside. Cleanliness inside the accommodation is very clean. Our cat, if he smells another, he will be afraid. But here it is very clean. Our cat has no reaction at all. Plus, it's also dull. 1 Overall, I really like it. Going to Chiang Mai will stay here again.

I was always greeted by Jenny on reception with a warm smile. After enjoying Chiang Mai city for 2 weeks i extended my stay and paid a good price for 2 more weeks. The rooms available are fan only or fan and air conditioning. Although there is no fridge in the rooms there is a communal fridge in reception which is always stocked with ample water, soft drinks and beers all at very cheap prices. My large room had a fan, AC, TV, wardrobe, dresser, king size double bed with very clean bedding, which can be changed upon request. The shower area, although a bit outdated, is still quite adequate. Panda House is located on a no through road, there is hardly any traffic outside and it is exceptionally peaceful considering how close it is to the city. I could take a slow walk to Tha Phae Gate in less than 10 minutes. Nearby Tuk Tuks are easy to flag down; or reception will order a private taxi in a matter of minutes. Panda House does offer a food menu, however there are endless bars and restaurants all within walking distance. I stayed for one month and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

The location is near Ningman Road, the decoration is very stylish, the roof bar is also very good, but the whole design is too impractical, the small room is very small, the suitcase can't be opened, the first night stay was almost a nervous breakdown! I thought it was an airplane, so I tried to forbearance, but it kept going. After half an hour, I discovered that it was a refrigerator... Just after I lay down after unplugging the refrigerator socket, the whole room began to tremble, as if I was sitting on an airplane and about to take off. Same, I don’t know what's going on. After tossing for a long time, I found that our bedside is next to the four main units of the air conditioner on the floor? ! ! ! This kind of room needs to be sold! Speechless! The next day, I added more than two hundred yuan to exchange for a large room. I thought it would be good, but it seemed that there was a waiter downstairs or something laughing and chatting, until one point! Fortunately, I only booked two nights, and I really need to see a doctor one night! ! ! The service is very good, LP's facial cleanser forgot to remember it the next day in the room and called to help us find it. But this hotel is really not suitable for staying, it is recommended to take pictures, just sit in the rooftop bar! ! !

We enjoyed it in the lovely garden. The staff are nice and helpful, they have friendly smiles all the time. They speak good English and provided useful information to us in buying Green bus ticket to Chiang Rai. I’m very happy that I found this place. I spent a lot of time searching and reading reviews. I was instantly glad that I made the right decision. The room looks like it did in the photos, beautiful. Everything was new and immaculate. The location is about a 5-7 minute walk from Tha Pae Gate and all the bars and restaurants. There is also a nightly food street market nearby with delicious foods to try. It’s quite nice to be a few minutes away from all the noisy bars and restaurants. Try the Chai restaurant for great nighttime music from around 9pm. The See You Soon restaurant had daily visits because of its delicious Thai food and cocktails. You can tap in and out as you wish. Everything was very easy here. It was easy to get from here to any of the main locations for tourists. David was very lovely and helped me navigate everything that I wanted to do. If you aren’t sure about anything he has lots of tips to help you navigate your stay in Chiang Mai. His mum was also lovely and welcoming. Really glad that I booked this hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip and because it wasn’t my first time to the city, I was rather specific about where I wanted to stay, and I chose this hotel for its location in old town near to the many cafés I had wanted to visit. First app - the service. It was amazing! I was scheduled to arrive at 10pm and although the late check in procedure was originally a personal email on unlocking various locks to get the room as the lobby that connects to the bar was closed, after I responded, they actually said they will have someone to wait for me at the reception to help me with my check in. Already a very positive note even before I arrive! Check in was swift and the room was exactly like shown. Its not a style for all, but I love it. Its simple, classically modern and functional. My only gripe is that there are not enough power points near the main bed (or you will Need a longer wire) so you really have to charge your phones at the TV Consol (with my short wire) which means that you don’t get to have your phone right besides your bed. The bed is Asian style firm so if you like it cushy, then its not for you. The pillows were also not that ok, even though with 4, its not the firm kind so i did have trouble sleeping. But if you like fluffy kind, these are your heaven. The bathroom had all the amenities needed - toothbrush, cotton, et al., but no mouthwash, so bring your own. There is also handwash next to sink and a good hair dryer provided. Shower pressure was surprisingly good and the wall mounted heater means u can tune the hot water manually to your liking. The location is superb as its near Thae Pae gate and You can really explore the old Town easily within walking distance from this location. The hotel also has a coffee bar with very cool drinks.

This hotel is located by the river. When I first arrived, I saw the surrounding environment and felt a little cold. After check-in, the impression is completely changed. The staff at the hotel have a very good attitude, speaks and smiles decently. I asked them to help arrange the Hua Lanna massage and the taxi to the airport on the third morning. They all arranged it properly. Where can I go? , The waiter will take out the map, mark the route and provide it to me, and even check the location on the computer. After telling me the route, he will print the route to me. The work is very meticulous and thoughtful, especially praise! This time we stayed in a family room on the first floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the swimming pool. Next to the swimming pool is a restaurant, which is very convenient for swimming and eating. The hotel’s restaurant provides 24-hour free mineral water, watermelon, pineapple, hot water, tea, coffee, egg rolls, rice crackers. You can make a cup of coffee at any time, sit under the tree, facing the river, and rest. In terms of location, there is a 7-11 on the diagonally opposite side of the hotel, and there is a supermarket a little past. Turn left and walk a short distance from the hotel to the iron bridge. After crossing the iron bridge, go straight for two intersections to the Changkang Road Night Market. I considered the resort before staying in this hotel, but it would be more troublesome to go out in the resort, and I finally chose this one, which proved to be correct. Of course, there are regrets about this stay: 1/The hotel just arranged for someone to trim the branches the next day, so that the tables and chairs at the door could not be seated, and the room would be noisy, and I could not enjoy the hotel environment well; 2/The bathroom drained slowly , There is water on the floor at the end of the bath; 3/The bathroom does not have a place to put towels and clothes, which is very inconvenient as a family room; 4/We stayed for two nights, and there was no cleaning staff in between to clean the room and collect garbage. Changing towels, putting paper towels, no cleaning work. Anyway, this is a highly comfortable hotel, a hotel that makes people want to stay all day without going out. Hope that next time you stay, there will be further improvement and experience. Answer a few questions from travelers: 1/Breakfast is good, I like purple mango sticky rice and chicken drumsticks; 2/Family room has a large bed and two single beds, suitable for a family of four; 3 The location of the hotel is not in the center, but it is far from Changkang The road night market is not very far, about a 15-minute walk; 4/ There is a little open space in front of the hotel, you can park about 6 cars.

I booked this place after checking out the review and was skeptical since it is cheap and near the bus station, but decided to try it anyway. Surprisingly the hotel looks modern, carpark space at the back is big, right across a temple which is not too noisy, yet by the road side near the bus station (50 meters away) So it will be great for people who come to Chiang Mai by long distance bus. Safe and secure, nice room with big LED TV, big room and comfy bed. Tips : Ask for a quiet room and you will get one facing the back, even more quiet than usual. They have buffet breakfast too.

Excellent two night stay in this adorable boutique hotel located inside the old city. Beds were very, very comfortable. We stayed in the heritage house jr suite and our teen daughters stayed in a deluxe king room. Both rooms were spacious and wonderful. The food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent!! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. I had an excellent foot massage at the spa. We also participated in two OUTSTANDING tours (Northern Highlights and Chiang Mai CityTemples). My only regret is we didn’t have time to enjoy the gorgeous pool. We would stay here again.
