It is located 15 minutes by car from Yamagata Station, facing National Route 112. Since it is also near the National Route 13, it is convenient for accessing Tendo City and Kamiyama City. The popular Zao Onsen is a 20-minute drive away, making it a convenient location for skiers and snowboarders.

This hotel is walking distance from Shin-Yamagata station and also connects to Koriyama for those travellers looking to see the Tadami Line. The hotel is conveniently located with a supermarket across the road and a multiplex on the way to the station. There are other restaurants nearby offering different kinds of cuisine. There is a biscuit factory on the road behind the hotel which smells good while taking a walk outside. The hotel will offer you umbrellas to take out if you're a guest and also offers discount for Toyoko-Inn membership cardholders. Buffet breakfast is served till 9AM which consists of bread/butter/omlette/sushi/miso/tempura/soba noodles and other delicacies. Rooms are spacious for two people and better than similar hotels in Tokyo. Good place to rest after a long journey.

From the west exit of JR Yamagata Station, you can see the hotel. There is a 7-11 convenience store nearby and a 24-hour hypermarket in the back. There is a lot of food near JR station. Ramen, Yakiniku (Yamagata beef), Yakitori, etc. Department stores include Kiyoshi Matsumoto and Starbucks. If you want to go to Zao, there is a bus directly from JR station, you can buy round-trip buses and cable car packages. Or if you want to go to Yinshan Hot Spring, JR is sitting at Oishida Station. More convenient! But as far as hotels are concerned, the standard of ordinary INN is relatively small, which is very convenient as a transit station.

The number of people staying in the hotel will be the same as the number of people staying in the room. If you have a room type for three people, you can get an extra bed for free (because it costs three people). Zaoda can store luggage and play back before checking in. The hotel's uppermost pavilion restaurant adjusts its meal packages according to the season. The taste is good, the taste is good, and the Yamagata beef is also very good. I lived in a bungalow and a Japanese-style room. I feel that the bungalows are bigger and more convenient. The bathroom is also updated. Women’s bathrobes can be chosen by themselves.

It is recommended to order breakfast with breakfast. Because they are located in the hot spring village, they have to call the hotel to and from the station and they will pick them up. Then if you do n’t have a meal, you have to go out for food by yourself. It happened to be a snowy day when I went. I was alone, and the hotel was halfway up the mountain. It took me a while to find something to eat. If you are skiing or want to summit the snow mountain, it is still recommended, the hotel will provide shuttle service.

It used to be very good, and it ’s been a lot in the past two years. It feels particularly bad this year. The poor snow conditions and the local ski resort cheating money are one aspect. The hotel management and service lag is still a big problem. Only the manager knows it, and it is not effectively communicated or taught to the staff below. As a result, the service level has declined, and the hotel does not include dinner and no longer provides shuttle services. By comparison, it is concluded that the price / performance ratio is worse than other hotels. Except for the snow season, it seems that the old store is also in danger.

The room was very good, very cheap. I wanted to go to Zao skiing. I ended up sitting in the wrong train. The hotel in Wang Ding was called Suzuki’s boss and I refused to wait for 2 hours. I didn’t want to check in, so I finally chose a hotel. I didn’t expect it. Unexpectedly quite clean, there is a supermarket downstairs, the hotel has hot springs, but there is no time to get a bubble, very close to the train station is very convenient.

It was a huge room and it was the biggest room in my life. So it has a considerable impact. I usually live in a small room, so I blame it. It was like a newscaster's desk, and it was like a president's desk, so it was fun to be a part of it. The remote control of Washlet is like a mobile phone in the bubble era, like Nora Hirano. The staff was pleasant and comfortable. The room was extremely dry, and the desert was surprisingly dry.

The hotel is great, right next to the ski slopes. Contact the hotel in advance to the bus station. There will be a car to pick up the hotel. We had a wonderful week at this family run ski lodge. The food was great home cooked fusion of western and Japanese dishes. It was always tasty and plentiful. A very enjoyable and convenient stay. Right on the edge of the run, just 100 m up from the Jupeer Centre. What to expect: - Very hospitable hosts. Musasi and Yuko really looked after us well, with great spirit. Went the extra mile to ensure we got to and from the bus station with a minimum of fuss. - Good bathroom facilities (shared) with lots of hot water. - A Western lunch and dinner menu, cooked very well. Might have been nice to have a few Japanese options, but these are available a short walk away. - Basic English. Adequate for most interactions, but we used Google translate to confirm key messages (travel details) were clearly understood. What not to expect: - Rooms serviced regularly (i.e. towels and sheet changes). Not a problem for me - we don’t do this daily at home! - Big, fluffy towels. The towels provided were adequate but small. They did dry well in the room each day. All up, a great stay, with excellent snow and skiing conditions.

We chose Christmas Rose because of its location. It is a true ski in ski out lodge with direct access to lift 29 at Zao Onsen. Other positives are its owners Ko and Toki who are lovely, and genuinely try and help their guests have a pleasant stay. The rooms have effective heating and the bedding is cosy and very comfortable with western style mattresses rather than traditional Japanese futon placed on tatami. There is limited hanging space so you may need to leave clothes in your case. As with most older Japanese accommodation, rooms are quite small, so I recommend you book a 3 or 4 person room per couple. The Lodge is clean but cluttered with very little spare space except for dining. There is no dedicated drying room for skis or boots and I would recommend taking your boots up to your room after breakfast to warm them. Unfortunately the bathroom facilities are shared, the handbasin in our room was non functional and there are no showers or baths on site. One of the two toilets in the female bathroom did not flush properly and hot water was only available to one handbasin. However, complimentary tickets to use the You yu onsen and rotenburo at a local hotel were provided and Ko was most obliging in taxiing us back and forth to use the onsen. No towels or face washers were provided, so bring your own. If you wanted to eat out Ko would drop you off and pick you up from any restaurant, but you need to prearrange the times. A breakfast of two croissant and a cup of coffee was provided, but we found it useful to purchase fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli etc from the Lawson station in the village. A small refrigerator is provided for each room.

The location is just above Takashimaya, the service is very good, and the needs are met as much as possible, but this time it is a bit regrettable that you have not lived on a high floor. The night view must be on a high floor, otherwise the night view is really average. The rooms are big in Japanese hotels, the facilities are all good, the sound insulation is also good, I can't hear the sound of the next door or the corridor, where to get to the subway downstairs, JR is very convenient, it is a bit complicated, there are a lot of people, the surroundings Drugstores are convenient for shopping and eating. I ran to the hotel's official website in advance and printed a map from Nagoya Station. I walked on the road for 10 minutes (walking under the tunnel to avoid dizziness) and found the hotel. It is the closest to the Meitetsu Department Store. The hotel elevator is directly at the front desk on the 18th floor. The lobby has excellent views. Check in and fill in the information on the pad. You need to swipe your room card to enter the guest room area. The first feeling is high-end! You can enjoy the night view of the invincible high-rise building on the 18th floor. The result is an indoor bath, the face wash and lotion in the bath are Pola, and the bath product is Reana's delicious smell. Provide disposable cotton socks with washbasin and sofa for rest. In contrast, Takayama Washington Hotel's public baths provide cleansing oils and cotton pads, and this one needs to bring its own. The room was full of disposable toiletries, and the thick plastic bags provided were useful. Disadvantages should also be mentioned: the design of the washroom and sink is flawed, and the water is properly collected in a circle of guardrails outside the washstand and poured directly on the pants. Each time you wash your face and wash your hands, you will not be spared. In addition, there are no children's supplies available. The hotel gave us an extra pair of disposable slippers to the room upon our request. Overall, the price is not cheap but the view is good to have!

Hotel service was excellent. The airport bus has a stop in front of the hotel, and the subway exit is more than 100 meters away. The transportation is very convenient. Downstairs there are Star Dad, the whole family, and a drug store. The Rong commercial district and the Nagoya commercial district are all 1 stop on the subway. It is perfectly OK to walk. What touched me the most was that the morning we left, because of the time, I was so busy that I accidentally broke the glass in the room. When I checked out the card downstairs, the child's father just explained the situation to the waiter. Compensation, but the first sentence of the front desk is that your child was not injured, and then he kept apologizing. Makes our family embarrassed.

Convenient transportation, eating, drinking and fun nearby, there is an izakaya next to the hotel. There is a large Don Quijote within 5 minutes walk out of the house, and there is also a big country medicine makeup, and you can get a tax refund of 87% with Alipay payment of 5000 yen. Within a 5-minute walk, there is also a mountain ち ゃ ん 和风 来 坊, their chicken wings are very famous. There are also net red harbs in Nagoya main store, the cake is delicious and the younger sister looks good. The buffet breakfast included in the hotel is more economical and affordable. Only curry rice, tea rice and some bread and coffee are available. Drink bar guests are free to use until 9pm. There are some cleansing cottons, lotions, lotions, shower caps, sponges, etc. at the elevator entrance. I didn't pay attention to the smoking room when I was scheduled. After telling the hotel, I changed the non-smoking room. In terms of hardware, the hotel's room is not large and the bed is very small. It can be a bit crowded for 2 people to sleep. The air conditioner is a central air conditioner. You cannot adjust the temperature yourself, and you are sweating in the winter. In addition, the reserved room on the 24th asked the front desk several times if I had received an order and was very sure to tell me not.
