Well, after reading reviews on here I was fearing the worst with these apartments. Whilst I appreciate that not all apartments are the same ours far exceeded expectations. Centrally located just 5 mins walk from the main square and half hour walk to Prague Castle we couldn’t have been better suited. We drove to Prague from the U.K. and on reading some reviews parking was going to be an issue as Old Town streets really aren’t suited to vehicles but lots of parking available within the Palladium shopping centre and felt secure there too. Bit pricy at around €25 a night but can’t really put a price on security. Check in and process very easy too.

Booked as a last minute getaway and went with this hotel due to the location. Can not fault the hotel at all. Our room was spacious, clean, modern and was good value for money. The shower was great with good pressure (always a bonus when u have long hair 😉). The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We were able to use the locked luggage room on arrival and departure at no extra cost. Lots of choice for breakfast including croissants, cereals, eggs, cheese, yoghurt and fruit. Pannis from the bar were tasty and good value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you were visiting Prague as very close to the main attractions once you get your bearings. Thank you for such a great trip, we will return.

The 3 person room offered more than enough space including own kitchen and of course a unique mooo-biente! All destinations could be reached on foot. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. A bottle of Prosecco on the house also surprised us positively! The price-performance ratio is unbeatable uMn. Thus, we can only recommend the apartments.

The Hotel is a budget-friendly hotel with enjoyable free buffet breakfast. Just outside it, is a tram stop where you can start exploring Prague. It is easy to locate from alighting at the main train station (where we alighted from Budapest, Hungary). The front desk personnel is very helpful to guide you through what tram to take and will even assist you look for a guided tour (in our case, as joiners) among others. Though the room is quite small but the beds are comfortable for travellers who hop from city to city or country to country either by train or plane as the Hotel is safe with friendly and accommodating personnel and it is strategically located.

It`s a great hostel with large and properly Clean Room. The location is perfect and the staff is friendly, There are a few minor points for improvement though. My room had some lights not working, so it got very dark at night and the cleaning lady did my bed before my last day in there (good for me, bad for them). The only thing that i was really pissed of is for them to charge SIX euros for a towel... come on guys this is the price of a new towel... Anyhow, I totally recomend the hostel.

We went here for a visit to the rooftop bar we had heard about and got to the top in the lift to a big queue up the stairs with no idea of what it was for. We stood in the queue for about ten minutes thinking maybe you needed a reservation, or it was full. This queue was in fact for the bar, which I would describe more as a tuck shop. Once you reach the front of the queue you are presented with some staff behind a table serving drinks from a fridge, and snacks. If you buy a drink you are allowed out on the roof terrace. The views were lovely and it was nice for one drink, but don't go here expecting a fancy roof top bar and you won't be disappointed!

I spent three nights in the hotel single. Breakfast was included. It was tasty and various. Moreover, there was free snack bar on Fridays and Saturdays. The hotel isn't very modern, but looks nice, clean and cozy. Staff is hospitable, most of them speak Russian and English languages. The hotel is located in the very heart of the city center. Anyway it was a bit difficult to find it in narrow streets. So the hotel has good rate location/cost. I recommended this for unpretentious tourists and would stay there again when come back to beautiful Prague!

Nové Město
We just got back from our 7-day trip to Prague and we had the best hotel experience staying at Park Inn Hotel. The whole staff was very kind and available for any request 24/7. Our room was gorgeous, extremely spacious and cozy, with two walls covered in large windows that faced the Moldava River and the streets of Prague. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, which was very comfortable since I prefer long hot baths and my boyfriend takes quick showers. Moreover we had three different Dove hand-body wash/shampoo dispensers that were free to use. The cleaning service works everyday, but I noticed a few problems, like some dirt on the carpet in a corner behind the entrance door and two or three rose petals under our bed on our very first day (maybe because it was February 15th and we checked-in earlier than we were supposed to, so the cleaning lady didn't have enough time to and they also offer laundry service. There's a restaurant on the ground floor where we had breakfast everyday, and it serves a vast range of dishes and beverages (eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, cheese, potato pancakes, butter, bread, pastries, jams, cereal, milk, smoothies, all kinds of coffee and tea and so much more). The restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner, but the prices are a lot higher than in a local restaurant in the city, so we didn't try it. The hotel is 4 minutes away from two different tram stops (Vytón [where there's also a ticket machine with a card reader in case you don't have any change] and Albertov) and just 300mt away from a tiny supermarket named Tesco for any groceries necessity.

Myself and my husband stayed here for three nights as part of BA package. The hotel was only a short transfer from the hotel and is right next to Metro and Tram transport links. The hotel is very modern, clean, and quiet - at times we felt like we were the only people staying there! The reception staff were always very polite. We were able to get into our room as soon as we arrived and they were able to always help us - we bought transport tickets from them at reception, changed money from notes to coins and also used the luggage storage service upon checking out. The only slight disappointment is that there were a range of items provided in the fridge in the room (water, beer, pepsi and cholocate) and we were only aware that these were chargeable upon checkout when we were billed for them! We have stayed in many hotels around the world were obviously items in the mini bar are chargable, however this has always been made clear on a sign in the room, but we have also stayed in hotels were the items are complimentary. Also don't forget you will get billed a nightly tax at the end of your stay. We did however have a lovely stay at the Diplomat and nothing was too much trouble. We would return here if ever returning to Prague.

My husband booked this as a surprise 18th Wedding Anniversary get away. The hotel is beautiful. Comfortable and immaculately clean. A stone's throw from the metro which was so easy to navigate. We went all over. The Architecture is just stunning. We were lucky with the weather....not too cold, but all courtyard bars have blankets to snuggle under with heaters. Be prepared to walk alot if sightseeing is your thing. And no high heels. All the streets and roads are cobbled. Food and drink are so cheap and the beer is crazy cheap. We lived our time away. The breakfast was a huge selection. And although there isn't tea or coffee making in the rooms, it's available all around the hotel complimentary. We loved the little linen bag you hang out every day for a little surprise. Easy check in and out. Definately recommend.

This hotel is located on the edge of Prague's Old Town. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Prague Square, which is a long way. Uber is recommended (Uber in Czech is very convenient and cheap). The hotel facilities are a bit old and had to be renovated about 5-8 years ago. The lobby downstairs is very bright, the afternoon tea in the lobby bar is delicious, and there is a small casino on the ground floor (Prague has many such small casinos, this is considered regular). There is a small shopping mall downstairs and a supermarket inside (not 24 hours, it closes at about 20:00)

I am a frequent traveler to the Czech Republic, so I am frequently coming and going through Prague. I have stayed at many hotels in Prague ... and The Emblem is absolutely the best. I stay nowhere else now. #1 ... is the SERVICE. Absolutely stellar staff ... Erika, Teresa, et. al. have gone over the top many times to make my visit the best. #2 ... LOCATION. Right near Old Town Square ... near Charles Bridge ... near the trams. Perfect location. #3 ... SPA ... massage ... fitness .... #4 ... FOOD ... the attached Michelin-star'd dining restaraunt is spectacular. I recommend The Emblem ...without reservation. It is the best.

Thanks to BA cancelling my flight, i ended up with a night here at the Grandior. Centrally located for the Metro, trams and only a one stop metro ride from the Main railway station. I have stayed in Na Porici before and there are loads of good bars & restaurants close by. The hotel public areas and rooms are immaculate. Service was some of the best that i have had in the Czech republic, that can sometimes be a little surly at other locations. At breakfast time, guests are asked to wear masks to the buffet breakfast, however once at the table these can obviously be removed. On the subject of the breakfast it was more than adequate. If i was a little picky, i would like to see the selection of cold meat and fresh fruit expanded. The only pain for me at the hotel was that the lifts are operated by the room cards and these could be a little temperamental. Thought being so close to the road would be noisy but shouldn't have worried. Would definitely stay here again.
